Rethinking Construction with Brother Nature

What if construction got better at trying?

What if construction got better at trying new things? In this episode of Constructive Candour, Scott sits down with sibling duo Annalise and Andy Knight of Brother Nature to explore their journey through mass timber, offsite bathroom assemblies, sustainability and doing construction differently.

They unpack what holds innovation back, why we need more diverse thinking, and how industrialisation could reshape the skills and jobs of the future. It’s a candid conversation about challenging convention, making space to experiment and, most importantly, turning good ideas into action.

Annalise questions construction's reluctance to try different approaches; Andy describes the importance of activating ideas rather than merely discussing them; and Scott adds his own recurring challenge of moving from conversation to doing.
