Call me eight six six six o seven eighty three eighty three. What do you think about this? Do you think we're saving the planet by backing off emissions from wood brick ovens? Cooking pizza? I mean, how many could there possibly be? How bad could it possibly be for the planet? There's some good pizza? Two Call me eight six six six seven eighty three eighty three. How has a man logged millions of miles in the air without being the pilot or a flight attendant? Answer? He invested in the deal of a lifetime thirty three years ago. Tom Stuker, sixty nine, snagged the United Airlines lifetime pass back in nineteen ninety. It cost him two hundred and ninety thousand dollars and has allowed him to log twenty three million miles of air travel and plenty of perks. Stuker's been to over one hundred countries, taking his wife to over one hundred and twenty honeymoons. And use some of his miles to build his brother a house and even be an actor on Seinfeld. So if he's not traveling for work or even vacation, why is he so obsessed with racking up these miles? The car dealer consultant from New Jersey answered by simply saying, I mean, why does Joey chestnot eat hot dogs? He added, I just really love everything about flying Europe After Midnight with Granger Smith. I've Granger, This is Lorraine from Southern Maryland listening to your music. I love. I listened to it every day, and I just wanted to say, keep up the good work. Thank you for the wonderful things you do. Hey, Lorraine, thank you so much for listening Tonight Day in history on the midnight on this day, June the twenty eighth, nineteen nineteen, Treaty of Versailles ended World War One. Nineteen fifty three. Workers assembled the first corvette in Flint, Michigan. Nineteen sixty nine. The Stonewall Riots began in New York City nineteen ninety seven. Mike Tyson bid off the vander Holyfield's ear. Two thousand and seven, the bald Eagle was removed from the list of threatened species. Some famous birthdays include Elon Musk, host and skater Rob Derdick, actress Kathy Bates, director Mel Brooks, actor John Cusack, country singer Kelly Pickler in NFL great John Elway. Those are just a few things that went down on this day in history. You're up after Midnight with Ranger Smith. Thanks for staying up with us. This is after Midnight with Granger Smith. Talking a lot last night about the submarine that went down last week that had us all completely captivated watching the news internationally. This was not just a United States thing, and I started wondering why sometimes we get these kind of details so late in the game. We were led to believe that they were still alive in that submarine. In fact, all of us still had hope, and for some reason, those kind of stories just tug at our heartstrings. And then all of a sudden it comes out boom. Now they were dead. They all died Day one imploded. But we don't hear that until later. And so I wonder why they drag out information like this so that the whole world just it's captivated for so long. And then I asked you guys to call in about this eight six six six o seven eighty three eighty three. I worked for the government for many years as a contractor, and until they have definitive facts like as of visual that they had, they're not gonna say that it imploded. It's just how the government works. They want to know it definitively before they say anything. Once the submersible was on scene and they got the ROV down there by proof, it was relieved, that's how the government works. I get it. I enjoy that phone call. I'm glad you called in because it's so rational and it makes complete sense. But I can't totally agree with you because you and I both know, brother, we both know that that's not always the case. For instance, a few hours ago on this show, we're talking about New York banning pizza wood burning stoves brick evans, and they're basing that on protecting the climate, saying that climate change is being affected by pizza cooking in New York when there is no evidence of that to go along with your phone call. So, if the government truly worked in that kind of world where they find out evidence, they wait, they hold out to they find evidence, then they release it, then that doesn't line up with everything we see though, right, And so I would just wonder if does that work some of the times or is there something deeper all of the time. Call me eight six six six h seven eighty three eighty three. Thanks for staying up with us here on After Midnight with Granger Smith. Good morning, I'm on my way. Word I get born started. Take care of yourself if you do what you're doing. But appreciate your brother. Thank you for calling, Thanks for staying up with us. This is After Midnight with Granger Smith. It was all freaking boy. They let it go on longer than it was just so that we would be distracted and we want to see everything else gonad that was going on. They knew that the submarine had exploded on Sunday, yet they let it continue and continue all across the world just so that we wouldn't hear all the other stuff going on. And if y'all didn't know what was going on, y'all should go google it. Look it up, because a major top net, especially in the US day go look it up. The caller is talking about the extended news story last week at the submarine and that she's saying that that information was withheld so that there could be a cover up of something else that was going on in the news. She's probably talking about Hunter Biden. I don't know if I buy that either. I don't know if I totally buy the first break that, you know, the caller said, the government operates on evidence, and once the evidence is released, that's when the news comes out. And then this caller says, no, it's all employing to cover up. But I think I mentioned last night that I was literally in Pakistan when this news story was out, and I was watching it on the news, the local news in Pakistan. They have no reason to extend that news in Pakistan. In fact, if they broke that news early in some place like Dubai or Pakistan where I was, they would be heroes to be able to break that news early, and they would love to be to contradict the United States. If the US was trying to cover up something, they would love to expose that. But it didn't happen that way, which just leads me to think that's deeper than something like Hunter Biden's stories. It leads me to think that there's more to it. I don't know. I don't know much of anything call me eight six h seven eighty three eighty three. I don't even think anybody was on that submarine. I think the men may have paid to disappear, or that I haven't seen one video of them being stealed in that submarine that I've seen videos of other people doing the ride, everybody else doing it. It's just a little weird to me. How so much going on this happens. But then, like you said, they knew about it imploding and didn't say anything for a couple of days. There's just a lot of different things that could be wrong with that scenario if they did really lose their life. Prayers to their family, But something just doesn't sit right with me about the whole story. Oh that's interesting. I haven't thought about that. We haven't seen any pictures of them in the sub or getting in the sub or getting ready to go in the sub. Maybe that's out there, we just haven't seen it yet. But that's an interesting thought. Maybe maybe it was a hit job, maybe they disappeared, Maybe maybe they wanted to disappear. I don't know. Maybe I'm completely off, maybe I'm totally wrong. I don't know, but but it's worth talking about. Because it just smells fishy in some sense, and kind of, like the caller said, all respect the family because anytime you have a loss of life, human, loss of life of any kind like this, in any situation, it's a tragedy. It's terrible. And so we empathize with the family and we sit with them and we hold them up, all these families that lost loved ones. But I think it's it's also okay to responsibly question the scenario. What do you think? Call me eight six six six h seven eighty three eighty three. You're off After Midnight with Granger Smith.
