ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
Stacy Jagger is a therapist, author, speaker, and creator of the Mountain Method, an approach designed to help families, leaders, and executive teams step away from overwhelm, regulate their nervous systems, strengthen emotional intelligence, and create meaningful change. But the foundation of Stacy’s work comes from a deeply personal story. Pasted text
After growing up surrounded by alcoholism, instability, and chaos, Stacy spent years living in a constant state of nervous-system activation. In her early twenties, she followed an unexpected inner knowing and moved with her husband into an off-grid cabin built in 1850, with no electricity, running water, or indoor plumbing. There, sitting quietly on the porch for just 15 minutes, Stacy began discovering what it actually felt like to slow down, become present, and listen to her body. Pasted text
In this deeply personal conversation with Jen Aks, Stacy explores nervous-system regulation, digital detoxes, childhood patterns, money stories, parts work, and learning to trust your inner “no.”
Welcome to Wisdom From Within.
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to trust everyone else’s answers more than our own.
This podcast is a reminder that you were born with extraordinary intelligence—far beyond IQ alone. Your body knows. Your emotions speak. Your intuition guides and your nervous system remembers.
Every week, we’ll explore the science, stories, and practices that reconnect you to yourself so you can lead, love, create, and live with greater clarity, courage, and trust.
Because the answers you’ve been searching for aren’t out there.
They’re already within you.
Quote: “Whatever mountain that you think is too high to climb, if you'll just take one step at a time, one day at a time, you'd be amazed.”
