This week on VersaVision, I sit down with Ideal Talent Agency founder Ryan Hayden for a fascinating look at the business from the other side of representation.

Ryan’s path has taken him from acting and reality television casting to working at ICM and ultimately building Ideal Talent Agency from the ground up. Along the way, he developed a unique perspective on something every actor wants to understand: What makes someone stand out?
