ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
Thiago Cordeiro is a 27-year-old Brazilian marketer who did more than $10 million in revenue in twelve months selling supplements on cold traffic. He posts as @thiagobcord and runs OG Group. He walks Jeremy Rivera through the whole machine on Unscripted Small Business.
The route there was not linear: near-professional eSports, a computer science course in Brazil, pandemic dropshipping from China, a $1M info product, then nutraceuticals.
“I even took a bit of loss on my first month and I was thinking about giving up.” — Thiago Cordeiro
What he actually explains- The funnel. Roughly 90% of traffic through Meta, the rest native. The offer is a 40 to 50 minute video sales letter built on a story and a unique mechanism, shown to people who have never heard of the brand.
- Loss in month one, seven figures in month three. He lost $10-15K in his first month in supplements, made adjustments, was profitable in month two.
- Where AI stops. He uses it for audience research and first-pass structure, and is blunt that copy written end to end by a model lands on the same generic promises as everyone else.
- Why the front end can break even. Affiliates get a fixed CPA that flattens front-end margin. The money is on the backend: email, SMS, coaching, nutrition guidance.
- Scaling past yourself. Pick a business partner who is your opposite, then stop being the operator.
The written recap, with the affiliate economics laid out, is here: Thiago Cordeiro: zero to seven figures with direct response.
“Use AI for research and maybe write the base structure of the scripts, but then you gotta come in and review with your expertise.” — Thiago Cordeiro
“You need to know how to become a leader and train other people to become leaders at their departments.” — Thiago Cordeiro
