ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
Last year, I invested in a mastermind for 12 months that helped me change the way I build my business - from hustling and doing the most to creating ease and growing intuitively. It changed the way I think, plan, and take action, and today, I am so excited to welcome my business & energetics coach from that program, Kaitlyn Kessler to the show!
In this episode, we chat about:
- Kaitlyn’s journey moving to Spain, retiring her husband & how her business has supported her through it all
- not subscribing to hustle culture or feeling bad/guilty for not working constantly, creating a schedule that feels good
- more details about my wedding and honeymoon coming up sooooon! (including families meeting and navigating big personalities)
- Kaitlyn’s new EASE offer ecosystem, and her journey creating it
- the need for low ticket offers in these uncertain times, and more accessibility in your business
- speaking to your ideal client, knowing what you want to be known for, and using that to lead your messaging, content, offers, business, etc.
- letting things evolve - you get to change your mind! And HBO Max as the perfect example of this (with good marketing too)
- the power of making yourself right - no matter what
- not controlling everything about your business - the need for hobbies as an outlet and a practice of letting go, being in flow, and having fun
- conversations and themes in the online business world around this year
- releasing expectations around getting results from specific actions
- being told what to do vs. finding what feels good & works for YOU
- self-trust, knowing you’ve got your own back no matter what
- not looking outside yourself for the answers, and investing from an empowered place, not a “fix me” place
