ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
Welcome to the Percussion Pedagogy Podcast!
This is my interview with Patricia (Patsy) Dash and I’m so excited to share this with you!
Patsy is a section percussionist with The Chicago Symphony (since 1986) and is the founder/director of The Chicago Symphony’s Percussion Scholarship Program (PSP).
PSP is a wonderful organization that brings in young musicians from the Chicago area for private percussion lessons and concerts! The organization is COMPLETELY FREE and students that are accepted receive instruments/books. This is an incredible organization that has been around for over 25 years and has produced some exceptional performers/humans.
This episode dives into Patsy’s life, musician background, and has lots of information about the PSP. If you want to know more about her or PSP, check out the links below.
