This week’s episode is very special to me for 2 main reasons…
First and foremost, you’re going to meet a beautiful friend of mine, Nicole Costa. Nicole is a Mom of two (Mya, 7 and Cameron, 3), WBFF Pro
2x Oxygen Magazine cover model, former Miss Model Universe
Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Founder & Co-Owner of Body Rock Inc., and Founder of The BeYOUtiful Workshop!
Nicole and I have known each other for over 10 years now and she was one of my very first fitness mentors when I started competing in Bikini Competitions. She also gave me my FIRST official in studio personal training and nutrition coaching opportunity when she opened the first Body Rock location.
For those of you who have never heard of Body Rock, it’s essentially an epic headquarters for all things innovative fitness, nutrition, and inspiration. But what I’ve always loved most about Body Rock is the community. It’s literally like a family there - a women’s empowerment mecca. It’s hard to describe the feeling of what Body Rock feels like to be honest, you just have to experience it. This was Nicole’s dream from early on and she’s definitely achieved that goal.
I love looking back on those early days of Body Rock and seeing how it’s grown since then! I don’t live close to their studios anymore & I definitely miss that community. If you’re ever in Rhode Island, I would definitely stop by and hop in a group class!
Second, we’re talking about a topic that hits home for me because it’s a topic I’ve passionately advocated throughout my life. What is it? CONFIDENCE.
Which is a topic Nicole has also been passionately advocating for in her BeYOUtiful Movement---which is a movement that empowers women and young girls to feel confident in their skin. You’ll get to learn more about it in this episode.
In this episode, we also talked about entrepreneurship, how confidence affects how you show up in your business & life, how to let go of your limiting beliefs, step into the best version of yourself, and fully own the confidence you need to create the life you’ve been dreaming of!
I am beyond grateful for Nicole's friendship and the work she is doing in the world to empower women. You’re going to LOVE Nicole and this episode! We’ve always been quite the dynamic duo so get ready for some laughs & game-changing empowerment!
