ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
The Story of the most overpowered 1984 Autobot that Hasbro actively tried to make you forget. If you really stop and think about it, the TRANSFORMERS WINDCHARGER character profile makes absolutely no sense. I mean, giving a guy the ability to rip metal apart at the molecular level in a universe where literally everyone is made of metal? That's just handing someone God-mode. In this video, I'm taking a deep dive into the bizarre, overlooked history of this classic G1 Minibot. From his forgotten origins as a completely different 1982 American toy, to the genius way Bob Budiansky nerfed his destructive powers, and how the comics finally let him off the leash. Grab a chilled glass of dielectric oil, because we're talking about the Pontiac Trans Am that should have been the most dangerous bot on Cybertron.
