ÜBER DIESE EPISODE

Front matter
- We’re building for Bugglebots
  - We should probably also apply at some point…
  - It’s not Split Decision. We have plans for Split Decision. Awful, disgusting plans
  - Building robots is hard
    - HDPE is melty
  - Hello There! The prequel-meme-themed bidirectional axebot that nobody asked for

RTNCTI
- Some follow-up
  - Apollo vs Cobra kinda happened
  - Cobra vs Behemoth vs Eruption…vs Hobgoblin
  - Photon Storm is not, as far as we can tell at least, a former UK Heavyweight champion
- The full rules and competitors
  - Have we missed any robots? If so, please tell us now so we can add them.
- The very simplified rules:
  - Every robot we have official footage of competing in a reboot series of Robot Wars and Battlebots
  - Qualifying: 32 1v1s and 32 3-way melees, feeding into a randomised 64 robot bracket
  - The result of every bout is decided by the roll of a D7 die.
- This episode’s fixtures (no spoilers):
  - Heavy Metal vs Chimera vs Free Shipping
  - Hypothermia vs Apocalypse vs Hypershock
  - Axe Backwards vs Warrior Clan vs DUCK!

- !!!!!!VERY MILD SPOILERS BELOW!!!!!!
  - Heavy Metal vs Chimera vs Free Shipping
    - Chimera 2: Elwedgetric Boogaloo
      - Thwackbots and active weapon rules
      - Physics corner: for thwackbots which sit flat when inactive, driving ’towards’ the weapon will cause a combination of wheel movement and weapon movement in which the centre of gravity moves upwards.
    - What does Heavy Metal’s weapon do?
    - Potential difficulties for Free Shipping in the RW arena?
  - Hypothermia vs Apocalypse vs Hypershock
    - Ryan completely disregards the existence of Season 1 Hypershock
      - Ryan wrote all of his notes on the train to/from a football match. It shows.
    - We forgot to decide which front end Hypothermia is running, but since we repeatedly allude to the wedge they’re running the wedge
  - Axe Backwards vs Warrior Clan vs DUCK!
    - Warrior ClanDragon
    - Axe Backwards.jpg
    - DUCK!’s strategy

    - Do Tantrum and BRWC work?
    - Ryan.exe has stopped working
    - Kenny and Rose.img
    - You just listened to a full 50 seconds of Sam attempting to roll a die
  - Iron-Awe 6 vs Bonk vs Infernal Contraption
    - Bonk and The General were hit at pretty much the same time by Carbide: The General lost a wheel but was still twitching, Bonk doesn’t seem to move thereafter
    - Trying to explain Infernal Contraption
  - Meggamouse vs Valkyrie vs Jellyfish
    - Battle of the Biases
  - Skorpios vs Behemoth vs Biteforce
    - Struggling to judge Skorpios
    - Which Behemoth scoop?
