ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
There's something magical about the start of a new year.
All the possibilities ahead, space for fresh starts and a natural marker for creating change.
While some people relish new year resolution setting and the discipline that comes with it, others can feel overwhelmed by it and find it challenging to bring the best intentions to life.
In this short episode Rachael explores elevating setting new year resolutions, taking them from being goal oriented to intentional and connected to purpose.
Is it time to rethink the way we approach our new year resolutions?
Is there a more effective way to set resolutions to make them stick and have higher impact?
She shares:
- Why changing our approach helps resolutions stick
- The new year resolutions that have the highest impact or are most effective
- Making the process of working on change meaningful
- Connecting to our purpose for better, lasting results
- Moving through life with intention all year round, not just at the start of a new year
- Celebrating success and how far we've come this year in the small but important ways
