ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
What is a chronotype, how can it impact one’s professional and personal life and how can leaders use this to build better teams? I had the pleasure of talking with Camilla Kring about this, her new book Chronoleadership and so much more on Episode 113 of the Reframe & Reset Your Career podcast.
In this episode, we will learn about:
Understanding time and our relationship to it,
How Camilla became interested in work-life balance,
What is a circadian rhythm and why is it important?,
The impact of living out of sync with your biological clock,
How workplaces tend to favour the early risers,
How can late risers thrive in large organisations,
The Trust Triangle,
Understanding what times of the days, you are most productive and
How can leaders promote chronodiversity.
