ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
In this episode of Profiling Evil, we’ll break down the bizarre closing argument delivered by Dr. Tomasz Kosowski, the Ivy League educated plastic surgeon accused of murdering attorney Steven Cozzi inside the Blanchard Law Firm in Largo, Florida. Kosowski represented himself and delivered a sprawling, often contradictory closing argument that had no legal impact on the judge’s final decision. Closing arguments are not evidence, and in a jury trial, the judge would have instructed jurors to ignore unsupported claims. Let’s look at Kosowski’s statements line by line and explain what the law actually requires while showing how the defendant’s own words reveal more about his mindset than the facts of the case.
