Sometimes these things are best seen in how we show up with others, especially those we've known and who have known us for years. As we make progress and move forward, the Universe sometimes likes to send us little messages of encouragement and affirmation that we're on the right path.

After calling a friend I hadn't spoken to in a while today, I reflected on why it took me so long to do that and what all that resistance was around actually making the call.
Some reflection upon my return from my weekend spiritual retreat with beautiful souls, my multifaceted family of humans who found each other and built something of incredible strength from our differences.
A quick update on a feeling of imminence I've been experiencing at an increasing rate and magnitude.
Did myself a fantastic manifestation today, a couple months in the making, and I do believe accelerated by the energetic springboard that was this last weekend. This is more a story about manifestation and synchronicity than Moldavite at this point.
Today I pull together concepts around default emotions, and the ego and it's comfort zones. Then I tie these into personal growth, transitions and building the new, and some insights into why we (our ego) tend to self sabotage and how I've noticed this in myself.
