ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
This is the third episode of a short series of the podcast called Tech Perspectives brought to you in partnership with The Emergency Tech Show and the Police Digital Service.
Catherine talks to Corinne Russell, data ethics lead for Police Scotland. She is part of a data team that is looking at the way that data is being used in the force. They talk about how ethics should be considered when adopting new technology and touch on body worn video and live facial recognition.
Leadership is key here and with former NPCC DDAT lead, Jo Farrell in charge in Scotland now, Corinne talks about their data maturity, digital literacy and how to build the foundations for responsible AI.
It's a great follow-on conversation from the episode with Al Murray from Police AI.
Speakers:
Catherine Levin, Emergency Services Times
Corinne Russell, Police Scotland
Registration is now open for The Emergency Tech Show where you can hear a lot more conversations like this one and meet the suppliers who are providing the solutions faced by the emergency services.
