ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
What separates an okay herbalist from a truly great one? It isn't memorizing what each plant is "good for." It's learning to see the whole person and match the right plant to the right pattern. In this episode, Sajah, founder of the School of Evolutionary Herbalism, breaks down the difference between vitalist and allopathic herbalism, why a fever is intelligence and not a malfunction, and why two herbs that are both "good for the lungs" can have completely opposite effects depending on the energetics.
This is an encore conversation, originally aired in January 2021, and everything Sajah Popham teaches about vitalism is just as true today. You'll hear a few references to that moment in the world, but the medicine underneath is timeless.
For one week only, when you enroll in Sajah's Vitalist Herbal Practitioner Program through my link, you'll also receive my $887 bonus bundle free: my entire Feed Your Wild Gut program plus two months inside Bloom Premium.
