ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
In this episode of 'Everyone's Creative... Right?', host Julie Fernandez is joined by three inspiring community builders—Shatavisha, Malika, and Emily—who use creativity to bring people together and foster connections. Shatavisha shares her experience with the Bengali Sanskrit Club, a group that celebrates cultural heritage through festivals, dance, and art. Malika, a spoken word artist, reflects on how poetry can bridge gaps between communities and create spaces for dialogue. Emily, a key leader in Lucy’s Pop Choir, discusses the joy and mental health benefits of group singing, and how the choir has grown into a vibrant, supportive community. Together, they explore how creativity in groups can break down barriers, foster connection, and provide emotional support. Whether through dance, music, or spoken word, these everyday creatives show how the act of creating together can uplift both individuals and communities.
