"Ground Beef and Swiss Chard Stuffed Bell Peppers" that meets your dietary restrictions:
Ingredients:
4 large bell peppers
1 pound ground beef
1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed and leaves chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
