ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
What started as a personal mission in the kitchen has grown into a national brand changing the way we think about indulgence.
This week on Coffee Monday, Rae sits down with Loren Brill Castle, Founder and CEO of Sweet Loren’s, the clean-ingredient, allergen-friendly dough brand now found in stores like Target and Whole Foods Market nationwide.
Loren shares her journey from a cancer diagnosis at 23 to building a category-defining company, the milestones that still stop her in her tracks, and what it takes to keep evolving, from launching a cutting-edge R&D center to expanding into the breakfast space.
They also dive into brand partnerships done right (Barbie, Hello Kitty), navigating rapid growth in both business and motherhood (baby number three recently born!), and the real talk behind balancing ambition and family life.
If you’re a founder, a mom, or someone chasing a big idea this one will hit.
