ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
What does it take to reach the darkest corners of human experience—and how does radical mercy apply to business?
In this episode, Silas Mähner speaks with Marty Arlinghaus, founder of The Serenelli Project, an ambitious initiative building a monastery model for prison reentry. Learn how a simple question from an inmate launched a mission to bridge incarceration and true transformation, and why second-chance hiring and Benedictine principles can revolutionize your company culture.
Core Lesson:
Real mercy is about allowing God to reach depths no economic system or social program can touch. It’s not soft sentimentality—it’s rugged work that transforms both the giver and the receiver.
