ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
In this quick car chat, I’m giving you a real-life update and a little soul check-in. I share why I’m back in therapy, how starting classes has been part of my growth journey, and let you in on some exciting podcast news — I’ve got episodes lined up and ready to go!
I also talk about the power of a Sunday reset and remind you that we’ve still got 5 whole months left in the year. It’s not too late to set new goals, shift your mindset, or simply start again. One step, one intention — that’s all it takes.
This episode is your gentle nudge to pause, reflect, and recommit to you.
🎧 Take a listen, share it with a friend who needs the encouragement, and let’s finish this year with purpose.
