Bodybuilder explains why testosterone is the new “limitless” pill

WEBVTT
1
00:00:00.200 --> 00:00:03.520
Like low testosterone is is just it's how it is
2
00:00:03.560 --> 00:00:07.080
these days. Kids in their twenties twenty five. I mean, well, dude,
3
00:00:07.160 --> 00:00:08.759
guys that have never taken their blood work and I
4
00:00:08.759 --> 00:00:10.519
tell them the first time, go get your blood work done,
5
00:00:10.560 --> 00:00:11.720
and you know they come back with that.
6
00:00:12.160 --> 00:00:14.800
Bro, I remember the first time I ever well, I
7
00:00:14.839 --> 00:00:15.679
mean we'll just wait talk.
8
00:00:16.120 --> 00:00:18.679
Where are your corner? The real quick though? Am I
9
00:00:18.719 --> 00:00:21.120
looking big or like I might do it?
10
00:00:21.800 --> 00:00:23.800
I decided I was gonna keep my shirt on to
11
00:00:23.879 --> 00:00:27.280
keep myself humble here everybody, you know, spare everybody's feelings?
12
00:00:27.480 --> 00:00:27.960
Yo? Are you?
13
00:00:28.320 --> 00:00:29.120
Are you natty or not?
14
00:00:30.160 --> 00:00:30.440
Yeah?
15
00:00:31.000 --> 00:00:31.559
Yeah right?
16
00:00:31.679 --> 00:00:33.679
I mean I almost brought the tank top, but I
17
00:00:33.719 --> 00:00:35.079
wasn't gonna do that to you.
18
00:00:35.119 --> 00:00:37.359
Probably you want better. We flipped a coin. I'm like, yo,
19
00:00:37.560 --> 00:00:39.320
who wants to ask them to do it with our shirt?
20
00:00:40.719 --> 00:00:42.399
We're just gonna have you sit here with fucking no
21
00:00:42.520 --> 00:00:43.439
shirt on, straight.
22
00:00:43.840 --> 00:00:46.719
Liver king style. Yeah, just like the CNN interview.
23
00:00:46.880 --> 00:00:51.119
Yeah exactly exactly, beating up, fucking you know, sweating fucking
24
00:00:51.159 --> 00:00:53.359
red face, especially.
25
00:00:53.039 --> 00:00:54.799
In this seat. Bro. I mean, I've been training clients
26
00:00:54.799 --> 00:00:57.920
and one hundred and fifteen degree weather. I'm not used
27
00:00:57.960 --> 00:00:58.439
to that.
28
00:00:58.679 --> 00:01:02.079
Yo, that's it. That's actually maybe interesting topic to kick
29
00:01:02.079 --> 00:01:06.159
it off. So, you know, liver King, he's obviously you know,
30
00:01:06.280 --> 00:01:07.920
blew up what three you know?
31
00:01:07.959 --> 00:01:11.159
Three four is out of jail apparently, like really he's
32
00:01:11.200 --> 00:01:13.920
been going crazy on Instagram again. Yeah, he's going I've
33
00:01:13.920 --> 00:01:17.040
been keeping up with it that much. But Netflix released
34
00:01:17.079 --> 00:01:19.920
did you see the you know, like the untold documentaries
35
00:01:19.920 --> 00:01:22.040
that they do, Yeah, so they made one on liver King.
36
00:01:22.079 --> 00:01:23.560
If you have it, you should go watch it for sure.
37
00:01:24.840 --> 00:01:26.519
I mean it goes in the in the deep like
38
00:01:27.200 --> 00:01:29.319
dark place of him, Like, yeah, you guys will be
39
00:01:29.359 --> 00:01:30.359
into you for sure.
40
00:01:31.120 --> 00:01:33.799
That's cool though, I don't know, bro, like, I mean,
41
00:01:33.840 --> 00:01:35.680
I think what he did was like good. I mean
42
00:01:35.719 --> 00:01:37.840
this guy, bro, like, you tell him that he's just
43
00:01:37.840 --> 00:01:39.599
start eating little puppy food, you'll get jacked.
44
00:01:39.599 --> 00:01:39.760
Bro.
45
00:01:41.840 --> 00:01:43.719
I just started getting my puppy, the farmer's dog. That
46
00:01:43.719 --> 00:01:47.359
ship looks easy to eat. Man, it was real food.
47
00:01:48.799 --> 00:01:51.120
I'm all about quick digestion man, and getting stuff you
48
00:01:51.200 --> 00:01:51.799
know faster.
49
00:01:52.680 --> 00:01:54.480
You went away for a weekend, yo, go straight up,
50
00:01:54.519 --> 00:01:57.280
straight up. Have you have you had like raw liver?
51
00:01:57.879 --> 00:02:01.439
No? Never, I've taken the liver supplement, but I've never
52
00:02:01.599 --> 00:02:03.000
never never eaten balls.
53
00:02:03.040 --> 00:02:03.120
No.
54
00:02:04.040 --> 00:02:04.760
Yeah, if he.
55
00:02:04.760 --> 00:02:07.480
Went away for a weekend, like a retreat weekend, was
56
00:02:07.519 --> 00:02:09.719
doing cold plunges, fucking doing shit back.
57
00:02:09.800 --> 00:02:12.120
Yeah, he sent me a picture boat just eating.
58
00:02:11.879 --> 00:02:12.479
Us for all liver.
59
00:02:12.520 --> 00:02:13.439
I'm like, I'd rather be fair.
60
00:02:14.199 --> 00:02:16.800
That's the way I'd rather be fat, living the ancestral tenets. Man.
61
00:02:16.960 --> 00:02:19.479
Yeah, I guess I don't.
62
00:02:19.479 --> 00:02:21.639
Man, I'm into that though, like not not so much.
63
00:02:21.680 --> 00:02:24.240
Maybe the deliver, but like the modality is the cold plunging,
64
00:02:24.280 --> 00:02:26.080
Like I've been on that way for years. Man, Yeah,
65
00:02:26.120 --> 00:02:27.680
I was doing it before it was a trend. I
66
00:02:27.719 --> 00:02:28.280
love that ship.
67
00:02:28.879 --> 00:02:31.479
Okay, I was gonna ask you so so cold plunging.
68
00:02:31.639 --> 00:02:32.919
I've heard a lot of mixed reviews.
69
00:02:33.000 --> 00:02:33.800
Sure. Uh.
70
00:02:34.080 --> 00:02:37.599
Some people says it's it's absolutely phenomenal for you, all
71
00:02:37.639 --> 00:02:43.199
these all these benefits. I actually hear some bodybuilders say
72
00:02:43.240 --> 00:02:47.080
from a from like a growth perspective and muscle building perspective,
73
00:02:47.639 --> 00:02:50.759
it's actually not the best for you. What's what's your thoughts?
74
00:02:51.039 --> 00:02:54.520
I'm all about, you know, Antidoto experience, and I'm proof.
75
00:02:54.560 --> 00:02:56.319
I've been cold bludging for three years and I've put
76
00:02:56.319 --> 00:03:01.000
on thirty forty pounds of muscles, So I think I'm like, well, yeah,
77
00:03:01.800 --> 00:03:04.159
talking shit there, but no, so that what you're talking
78
00:03:04.159 --> 00:03:06.439
about I've seen and my coach was the one that
79
00:03:06.479 --> 00:03:09.520
turned me on to it. But just because it's become
80
00:03:09.560 --> 00:03:11.360
a trend, people like to pick that apart. They like
81
00:03:11.400 --> 00:03:13.280
to overcomplicate things. Right at the end of the day,
82
00:03:13.280 --> 00:03:16.039
if you feel good, do it. If not, then you know,
83
00:03:16.080 --> 00:03:18.400
stay away from it. But the study, you know, I
84
00:03:18.400 --> 00:03:21.479
think that you're referring to was it was one of
85
00:03:21.520 --> 00:03:26.360
those you know, Instagram kind of clickbait journal studies, and
86
00:03:26.400 --> 00:03:29.439
it said I think, like I don't know the exact percentage,
87
00:03:29.479 --> 00:03:31.400
but that you know, because it takes you out of
88
00:03:31.400 --> 00:03:34.159
an inflammation state to do it post workout, probably is
89
00:03:34.159 --> 00:03:36.159
an ideal. Yeah, but if you're doing it is separate
90
00:03:36.199 --> 00:03:38.159
from your training or like how I do on rest days,
91
00:03:38.560 --> 00:03:40.879
I think it's absolutely beneficial. Okay, oh so you only
92
00:03:40.919 --> 00:03:42.840
do it, but I have done a post workout and
93
00:03:42.879 --> 00:03:45.520
it's like, yeah, you know, I mean I wouldn't I
94
00:03:45.560 --> 00:03:48.159
wouldn't choose that. It's not ideal, Right, It's like it's
95
00:03:48.199 --> 00:03:50.639
like anything else, the timing, the deployment of it, Uh,
96
00:03:51.560 --> 00:03:53.719
it matters. But at the end of the day, like
97
00:03:54.599 --> 00:03:56.319
that's in a perfect world, right if if the only
98
00:03:56.360 --> 00:03:58.479
time you could have access or do it post workout, Like,
99
00:03:59.000 --> 00:04:00.639
don't let that be the reason you're not doing it,
100
00:04:00.680 --> 00:04:00.919
you know.
101
00:04:01.719 --> 00:04:03.520
To each his own. I think it's always funny, like
102
00:04:03.759 --> 00:04:06.439
people come out with these like blanket statements like oh,
103
00:04:06.479 --> 00:04:08.439
like if you do this, this is gonna happen, Like
104
00:04:08.479 --> 00:04:09.159
you shouldn't do this.
105
00:04:09.240 --> 00:04:10.840
It's like, but this is that.
106
00:04:10.840 --> 00:04:12.319
That shit gets tricky too, bro, because it was a
107
00:04:12.360 --> 00:04:14.719
time on like TikTok on Instagram, like yo, spinach is
108
00:04:14.759 --> 00:04:17.839
bad for you, don't fucking eat that, or like, uh,
109
00:04:18.240 --> 00:04:18.600
I don't know.
110
00:04:18.680 --> 00:04:19.680
It's like it's real easy.
111
00:04:19.720 --> 00:04:22.199
I see why a lot of people get like kind
112
00:04:22.199 --> 00:04:25.560
of overwhelmed by it, bro, because just you go over here,
113
00:04:25.639 --> 00:04:27.839
Yes it's bad and alwa's bad, and I'm sure people
114
00:04:27.839 --> 00:04:28.720
are just like, bro, fuck it.
115
00:04:28.839 --> 00:04:30.680
Like it's just at the end of the day, it's
116
00:04:30.680 --> 00:04:32.959
Instagram has become so much like media and news, like
117
00:04:33.000 --> 00:04:35.439
they're just trying to scare you with everything. Yeah really yeah,
118
00:04:35.519 --> 00:04:39.040
they're trying to make healthy things sound unhealthy or vice versa.
119
00:04:39.079 --> 00:04:41.360
So yeah, you can't believe everything you see. You know,
120
00:04:41.360 --> 00:04:43.240
you gotta be careful of the content that you take
121
00:04:43.279 --> 00:04:47.199
in but yeah, you know I I I'll haven proof
122
00:04:47.279 --> 00:04:49.279
right here, Broy. I mean our clients freaking out sending
123
00:04:49.319 --> 00:04:51.680
me those studies and yeah it doesn't need to be
124
00:04:51.720 --> 00:04:53.000
so black and white like you said.
125
00:04:53.519 --> 00:04:56.079
So so okay, height and wait right.
126
00:04:55.959 --> 00:05:00.680
Now, I'm six feet tall. I'm I'm this off season
127
00:05:00.720 --> 00:05:03.639
up teetered between two seventy eight and two hundred and
128
00:05:03.680 --> 00:05:06.279
ninety pounds, so I'm right about two eighty right now.
129
00:05:06.879 --> 00:05:07.759
Fucking massive, bro.
130
00:05:08.040 --> 00:05:10.279
So the reason why I said because I'm listening to
131
00:05:10.319 --> 00:05:13.399
you like what we're talking about. But I also the
132
00:05:13.480 --> 00:05:15.959
reason why everything is here, bro, because like I met you.
133
00:05:16.040 --> 00:05:17.879
I think I threw the instagra.
134
00:05:18.160 --> 00:05:21.040
We connected on social media instag a year ago, maybe
135
00:05:21.079 --> 00:05:23.399
a little little bit more. Yeah, and when I was
136
00:05:23.399 --> 00:05:25.959
working with the clinics, that's right, Yeah, I saw you there.
137
00:05:26.000 --> 00:05:28.720
I think, say your lab working, I'm pretty sure I
138
00:05:28.720 --> 00:05:31.120
think so, Yeah, you found me on Instagram like a creep.
139
00:05:31.279 --> 00:05:33.800
Yeah, I was like, Yo, who the fuck is I've
140
00:05:33.839 --> 00:05:37.120
never seen anybody that big, bro, sitting down you're eating
141
00:05:37.160 --> 00:05:38.240
like a fucking tub of something.
142
00:05:38.360 --> 00:05:41.040
I'm like, I mean, that's right, I remember, I remember.
143
00:05:41.040 --> 00:05:43.279
Now you came into the office. Yeah, yeah, no, I
144
00:05:43.319 --> 00:05:46.519
mean that's like the tupper words that most people prap
145
00:05:46.560 --> 00:05:48.800
out of. That's typically what I'm eating out of, you know,
146
00:05:48.920 --> 00:05:50.680
like it's.
147
00:05:50.519 --> 00:05:51.079
Huge, just like this.
148
00:05:52.759 --> 00:05:55.879
But he's anyways, he's my he's for anybody watching like
149
00:05:56.120 --> 00:06:00.279
he's been my my, my coach, my di dietician, my
150
00:06:00.360 --> 00:06:01.000
training coach.
151
00:06:01.079 --> 00:06:02.480
And that's what we're here. Bro, thank you for taking
152
00:06:02.480 --> 00:06:02.680
the time.
153
00:06:02.680 --> 00:06:05.639
I'm actually gonna put you on the spot. Have you've
154
00:06:05.639 --> 00:06:08.279
been You've been following uh the plan he gave you?
155
00:06:08.360 --> 00:06:09.120
Ask him.
156
00:06:11.959 --> 00:06:14.920
He's at his moments, he's doing better recently.
157
00:06:15.079 --> 00:06:17.720
You know, I'm locked in. Its new for me, but look,
158
00:06:17.720 --> 00:06:20.519
I'm not an excuse guy. It's very new for me
159
00:06:20.680 --> 00:06:24.800
to to like check in and do and take pictures
160
00:06:24.839 --> 00:06:27.800
and write everything down because I'm like and I'm not
161
00:06:27.839 --> 00:06:31.079
an excuse guy. Yeah, but it's the same shit every day, right,
162
00:06:31.360 --> 00:06:32.560
and I'm just like, okay, and I'll.
163
00:06:32.399 --> 00:06:34.480
Get to it now. My accountability is.
164
00:06:34.360 --> 00:06:36.000
Sometimes I don't send the pictures or I don't do that,
165
00:06:36.079 --> 00:06:37.879
but I see you every two weeks, you know.
166
00:06:37.959 --> 00:06:38.920
Yeah, I'm very honest.
167
00:06:39.120 --> 00:06:41.360
I'm like Robin, I've been tripping. I'm been doing ship.
168
00:06:42.240 --> 00:06:43.920
Success is boring, my friend.
169
00:06:43.759 --> 00:06:45.279
Yeah, but it's good though.
170
00:06:45.319 --> 00:06:48.279
The reason why I think what's opened my eyes is
171
00:06:48.279 --> 00:06:50.439
that whether we check it or not, I have the
172
00:06:50.439 --> 00:06:52.959
privilege of cutting your hair. So I'm gonna see you, bro,
173
00:06:53.279 --> 00:06:53.959
You're gonna see it.
174
00:06:54.000 --> 00:06:56.000
And let me tell you that that forty five minutes
175
00:06:56.040 --> 00:06:58.439
an hour of this guy, he's he's twenty questions right here.
176
00:06:59.199 --> 00:07:04.120
It's good of it. It's his his intesting his curiosity. Yeah,
177
00:07:04.120 --> 00:07:07.079
I mean, and look, I mean that we can segue
178
00:07:07.120 --> 00:07:09.680
that into like that's an example of you know, that's
179
00:07:09.720 --> 00:07:13.319
the average person trying to make time and have these
180
00:07:13.360 --> 00:07:16.600
like you said, you know, boring monotonous actions every single day,
181
00:07:16.720 --> 00:07:20.000
compound it over time. It's like like you're saying Instagram,
182
00:07:20.000 --> 00:07:22.360
everyone's trying to find the next big thing. It's it's
183
00:07:22.399 --> 00:07:26.800
really just consistency breeds results. So, like the same way
184
00:07:26.839 --> 00:07:29.399
that you know most Americans can get themselves to a
185
00:07:29.399 --> 00:07:32.920
place where you know they're unhealthy, it's it's gonna take
186
00:07:33.079 --> 00:07:35.000
just as long, if not longer. Like you spend two
187
00:07:35.079 --> 00:07:38.079
three years, you know, treating yourself like shit, it's gonna
188
00:07:38.120 --> 00:07:41.000
take about the same to get to a better place.
189
00:07:41.000 --> 00:07:43.399
But day by day with those actions, like you will
190
00:07:43.399 --> 00:07:45.680
achieve that if you put in said, work every day.
191
00:07:45.839 --> 00:07:48.000
Yeah yeah, lay a brick man, that's how I say it.
192
00:07:48.319 --> 00:07:51.560
Yep, definitely, But no, I I tell people all the time,
193
00:07:51.680 --> 00:07:55.120
like you know, it's it's different, like having that accountability
194
00:07:55.160 --> 00:07:57.000
and that person's gonna be like was checking it?
195
00:07:57.040 --> 00:07:58.079
Where's that? I think it's been.
196
00:07:58.519 --> 00:08:00.560
It's been the best to like get you on the horse,
197
00:08:00.560 --> 00:08:02.680
but that falling off shit is not gonna whether you
198
00:08:02.759 --> 00:08:04.079
check it once a week, once a month, or you
199
00:08:04.079 --> 00:08:05.879
see that person in person trainings.
200
00:08:05.879 --> 00:08:07.680
It's I think it's the best thing ever, bro, And
201
00:08:07.680 --> 00:08:09.680
like I'm getting on the horse even though we've been doing.
202
00:08:09.600 --> 00:08:11.519
This a few months and it takes as long as
203
00:08:11.519 --> 00:08:13.759
it takes, Bro, Like I've I work with in person,
204
00:08:13.800 --> 00:08:16.480
I work online, and you know, some people get it
205
00:08:16.560 --> 00:08:19.480
right away. Some people like, yeah it is it's it's
206
00:08:19.560 --> 00:08:21.639
very much more mental than physical. But once you can
207
00:08:21.639 --> 00:08:24.000
connect the two together, and like you said, most people
208
00:08:24.040 --> 00:08:27.040
are not used to much less eating or training on
209
00:08:27.079 --> 00:08:30.959
a on a on a program, but more so making
210
00:08:31.000 --> 00:08:33.320
the time to check in, like taking pictures, doing these
211
00:08:33.360 --> 00:08:36.399
actions that you know would be considered not normal to
212
00:08:36.440 --> 00:08:38.799
most people. It's like, yeah, you just like the same
213
00:08:38.840 --> 00:08:41.039
way you brush your teeth, Bro, you gotta make time
214
00:08:41.039 --> 00:08:43.679
for that every single day. Yeah, yeah, those pictures. It
215
00:08:43.679 --> 00:08:46.120
really only takes twenty minutes to taking pictures, and pictures
216
00:08:46.120 --> 00:08:47.639
don't lie, bro, Like you said, it's like there's a
217
00:08:47.679 --> 00:08:49.960
reason we don't want to take pictures because we're our
218
00:08:50.000 --> 00:08:53.639
biggest critic. And then it's accountability, like you're messing up
219
00:08:53.679 --> 00:08:55.440
during the week, like it's gonna show in those pictures.
220
00:08:55.440 --> 00:08:56.320
You ain't got to say a word.
221
00:08:56.399 --> 00:08:59.279
Yeah, fat as fuck those pictures. I take them to
222
00:08:59.320 --> 00:09:01.159
lead them after I take.
223
00:09:03.960 --> 00:09:04.480
Data. Man.
224
00:09:04.840 --> 00:09:07.919
Yeah, you know, I think the I've kind of got
225
00:09:07.919 --> 00:09:10.200
to know the bodybuilding community quite a bit in the
226
00:09:10.279 --> 00:09:13.679
last couple of years, and I probably think the most
227
00:09:13.720 --> 00:09:17.559
interesting thing to me was I had this perception and
228
00:09:17.639 --> 00:09:20.480
honestly shout out to all the fucking you and all
229
00:09:20.519 --> 00:09:22.519
the people in the bodybuilding community just putting in the
230
00:09:22.519 --> 00:09:25.320
fucking work. I always had this. I always had this
231
00:09:25.360 --> 00:09:27.039
perception that it's like, oh, you want to be like
232
00:09:27.039 --> 00:09:29.279
a big bodybuild, you want to be like massive, you
233
00:09:29.279 --> 00:09:32.240
want to be fucking you know, Arnold Ronnie Coleman, fucking
234
00:09:32.440 --> 00:09:34.879
Sea Bum like any of these like iconic people that
235
00:09:34.919 --> 00:09:37.279
you see. You know, all you gotta do is, uh,
236
00:09:37.440 --> 00:09:40.559
you know, take a couple of pills, Papa, maybe a
237
00:09:40.559 --> 00:09:44.639
couple of meals, and you magically just you know, get huge.
238
00:09:44.720 --> 00:09:50.559
And I it's honestly crazy the amount of like and
239
00:09:50.720 --> 00:09:54.320
we'll dive into this, but like food consumption, like food
240
00:09:54.360 --> 00:09:59.840
consumption alone, like the the amount I mean, I'm seeing
241
00:10:00.039 --> 00:10:04.559
guys putting four, five, six, seven, eight hundred, you know,
242
00:10:04.720 --> 00:10:08.440
carbs on like a daily basis, Like that's plus.
243
00:10:08.639 --> 00:10:08.879
Yeah.
244
00:10:08.919 --> 00:10:12.080
I was just like, I mean, yeah, well, we'll obviously
245
00:10:12.080 --> 00:10:15.000
get into it, but I was really mind blowing it.
246
00:10:15.039 --> 00:10:18.080
And it was like, it's different. It's you know this,
247
00:10:18.360 --> 00:10:22.039
it's different eating four or five hundred grams or a
248
00:10:22.159 --> 00:10:27.039
thousand grams of of fucking clean carbs as as fucking
249
00:10:27.080 --> 00:10:28.120
dirty carbs.
250
00:10:28.159 --> 00:10:29.879
Like I just drink two hunter grams of carbs on
251
00:10:29.879 --> 00:10:30.559
the way over here.
252
00:10:30.639 --> 00:10:34.200
Yeah, it's crazy, crazy.
253
00:10:34.240 --> 00:10:36.720
But that's my post workout on a normal day. You know. Yes,
254
00:10:36.799 --> 00:10:38.720
I got I forget even how crazy it is.
255
00:10:38.960 --> 00:10:42.120
Let's before we get into that conversation, let's let's bring
256
00:10:42.159 --> 00:10:43.519
it back just a little bit. We just kind of
257
00:10:43.559 --> 00:10:46.679
started chit chatting, yeah for for a little bit here,
258
00:10:46.720 --> 00:10:48.679
Let's just let's talk a little bit about you know,
259
00:10:48.919 --> 00:10:51.759
you you know, where you're from. You know how you're
260
00:10:51.879 --> 00:10:55.559
obviously out in Vegas here now, so in the bodybuilding space,
261
00:10:55.679 --> 00:11:00.480
online coaching, you know, I see yeah gas going on
262
00:11:01.559 --> 00:11:03.919
really really in the whole community as a whole. So
263
00:11:04.679 --> 00:11:06.960
just yeah, I talked a little bit about where you're from,
264
00:11:07.360 --> 00:11:09.440
how you got you know, into the space.
265
00:11:10.200 --> 00:11:12.279
Let's hear it, absolutely bro no first off, but thank
266
00:11:12.279 --> 00:11:14.720
you guys for having me truly. Yeah, you know, my
267
00:11:14.840 --> 00:11:18.440
story starts. I'm originally from Baltimore, Maryland, so East Coast
268
00:11:18.440 --> 00:11:21.360
at heart. I spent the first eighteen years of my
269
00:11:21.399 --> 00:11:23.120
life there before I went to college. And you know,
270
00:11:23.159 --> 00:11:26.039
I'll skip like we can get into the bits and pieces,
271
00:11:26.080 --> 00:11:28.559
you know, more so about what got me into bodybuilding.
272
00:11:28.559 --> 00:11:31.879
I'll condense that part of the story. But essentially I was,
273
00:11:31.919 --> 00:11:33.679
I was an athlete growing up. You know, I went
274
00:11:33.679 --> 00:11:37.519
down to school. I had bad habits growing up, you know,
275
00:11:37.600 --> 00:11:41.159
growing up back East. It's like stuff just happens way
276
00:11:41.200 --> 00:11:43.039
earlier there. Like I got in most of my trouble,
277
00:11:43.120 --> 00:11:46.639
you know, like my hardships as a kid from probably
278
00:11:46.679 --> 00:11:48.679
age sixteen to twenty was like where I was a
279
00:11:48.720 --> 00:11:52.320
real you know, piece of work, and I took those
280
00:11:52.320 --> 00:11:54.919
habits down into college. But the difference was, you know,
281
00:11:54.919 --> 00:11:57.279
I didn't have sports anymore. So, yeah, I got injured
282
00:11:57.279 --> 00:12:01.360
in sports. I played football, lacrosse. The goal originally was
283
00:12:01.399 --> 00:12:03.639
to play one of those in college, and when I
284
00:12:03.679 --> 00:12:07.600
lost that, that really derailed me mentally. You know, I
285
00:12:07.679 --> 00:12:09.440
wasn't so much into the gym at that age. Like
286
00:12:09.919 --> 00:12:11.759
I went and did the football workouts because I had to.
287
00:12:11.840 --> 00:12:14.559
But it wasn't you know, by choice. That came later.
288
00:12:14.639 --> 00:12:16.840
But you know, again not to get too much into that,
289
00:12:16.879 --> 00:12:19.200
but I went down and I joined a rattorney at
290
00:12:19.200 --> 00:12:24.519
a SEC school. So you can imagine how that capisigma
291
00:12:25.000 --> 00:12:27.480
so at Ole, Miss So I went to the University
292
00:12:27.480 --> 00:12:30.200
of Mississippi, you know, did the whole football game, like
293
00:12:31.559 --> 00:12:33.279
really just did everything that you could possibly do it.
294
00:12:33.360 --> 00:12:35.440
Like I got that experience, that for year experience in
295
00:12:35.440 --> 00:12:36.799
about a year and a half, bro and I got
296
00:12:36.799 --> 00:12:41.120
out of there. So not by choice, yeah, no, I
297
00:12:41.120 --> 00:12:43.399
mean just just being in the party scene, like going
298
00:12:43.440 --> 00:12:46.720
to the football games. Like I mean the fraternity scene
299
00:12:46.759 --> 00:12:50.919
in the South is like like it's just a whole
300
00:12:51.120 --> 00:12:55.360
whole thing like a brotherhood. But more so like that's
301
00:12:55.360 --> 00:12:57.120
what I'm saying, like to have a social life done there.
302
00:12:57.120 --> 00:12:58.759
You you pretty much have to do it. And I
303
00:12:58.840 --> 00:13:01.200
went into when I stop playing sports, like that was
304
00:13:01.200 --> 00:13:04.039
my goal. You know, I pretty much I've always been
305
00:13:04.039 --> 00:13:05.679
one hundred percent guy, bro. Like I was one hundred
306
00:13:05.679 --> 00:13:07.559
percent when I was into sports, and then when I
307
00:13:07.600 --> 00:13:09.279
was partying, I was one hundred percent in the party
308
00:13:09.279 --> 00:13:12.519
in yeah, and that's I took that energy and I
309
00:13:12.559 --> 00:13:14.519
channeled into something positive. And there was a lot that
310
00:13:14.600 --> 00:13:16.720
happened between you know, that twenty year old kid to
311
00:13:17.080 --> 00:13:19.840
you know now turning twenty eight this month. But you know,
312
00:13:19.919 --> 00:13:24.600
the last I would say about eight years that was
313
00:13:25.000 --> 00:13:27.639
I went to rehab. So I was in rehab in Utah.
314
00:13:27.720 --> 00:13:32.200
I went, oh, yeah, no, I went to old about
315
00:13:32.480 --> 00:13:37.000
I guess I was nineteen twenty years old. Damn I was.
316
00:13:37.200 --> 00:13:39.159
You know, I was in a facility. You know, I
317
00:13:39.240 --> 00:13:43.879
was in a I guess you could say like like
318
00:13:43.919 --> 00:13:45.480
it was basically like jail, bro. I mean it was
319
00:13:45.519 --> 00:13:48.440
a really nice jail, but you know, no like totally
320
00:13:48.519 --> 00:13:52.559
with yourself, like no electronics. You know, they they took
321
00:13:52.559 --> 00:13:54.879
you two places, essentially, the grocery store in the gym.
322
00:13:54.919 --> 00:13:56.320
I was like, I get the hell out of this place.
323
00:13:56.320 --> 00:13:58.080
So that's that's originally what got me in the gym?
324
00:13:58.360 --> 00:14:00.159
What did you? Uh if if you don't know me
325
00:14:00.159 --> 00:14:01.000
asking what did you go in for?
326
00:14:01.559 --> 00:14:03.519
Uh? So? I mean I was just partying in college.
327
00:14:03.559 --> 00:14:05.919
Like it was more of a rich kid party scene,
328
00:14:05.960 --> 00:14:08.759
you know what I mean, like Xanax and cocaine was
329
00:14:08.799 --> 00:14:11.639
specifically what was rampant? You know. I would say the
330
00:14:11.639 --> 00:14:14.320
pills more than anything was what got me off track.
331
00:14:14.399 --> 00:14:17.120
But yeah, no, it's a like I said, man, it
332
00:14:17.159 --> 00:14:19.440
was something I'd never seen going down there And yeah,
333
00:14:19.480 --> 00:14:21.080
the mental space I was in as a kid and
334
00:14:21.919 --> 00:14:24.960
it uh I took a turn for a second. Yeah.
335
00:14:25.000 --> 00:14:26.519
How long was uh? How long was rehab?
336
00:14:27.360 --> 00:14:32.480
I was in structured living you know, actual facility for
337
00:14:32.519 --> 00:14:35.840
about three months, and then I was in uh what's
338
00:14:35.879 --> 00:14:38.399
called sober living, so where you would live and take
339
00:14:38.480 --> 00:14:41.080
drug tests like basically in an apartment and you answered
340
00:14:41.080 --> 00:14:42.840
to somebody, I was I was basically in that for
341
00:14:42.840 --> 00:14:46.120
almost a year. Wow, yeah okay.
342
00:14:46.519 --> 00:14:50.159
And then during that time, like was they were other
343
00:14:50.200 --> 00:14:52.159
people going to the gym or were you like, oh
344
00:14:52.279 --> 00:14:53.919
is this or the gym? What I'm gonna go to
345
00:14:53.919 --> 00:14:54.120
the gym?
346
00:14:54.200 --> 00:14:54.679
Was it like a crew?
347
00:14:54.679 --> 00:14:56.480
It was basically like an hour like that they were
348
00:14:56.480 --> 00:14:57.840
to have a bus and if you wanted to go,
349
00:14:57.879 --> 00:15:00.720
you could go, and you know, some people went. But yeah,
350
00:15:00.840 --> 00:15:02.559
it was more just people trying to change their lives.
351
00:15:02.559 --> 00:15:05.200
Like I didn't get into bodybuilding, like thinking, you know,
352
00:15:06.039 --> 00:15:07.960
when I made that switch later on, like when I
353
00:15:08.000 --> 00:15:09.720
got so I was in Utah for about three months,
354
00:15:09.799 --> 00:15:12.759
then I went and did sober living in California, and
355
00:15:13.080 --> 00:15:15.919
you know, before the last couple of years, California was
356
00:15:15.919 --> 00:15:17.759
a pretty good place to live, believe it or not
357
00:15:17.799 --> 00:15:20.600
what you see in the news, and it was just
358
00:15:20.799 --> 00:15:23.519
West Coast living, you know, like it was. I'm from
359
00:15:23.559 --> 00:15:25.519
the East Coast, so it was complete culture shock for me.
360
00:15:25.679 --> 00:15:28.720
But everyone wanted to be in shape, so like I
361
00:15:29.000 --> 00:15:31.759
developed that habit in rehab, but it was like cool
362
00:15:31.759 --> 00:15:34.840
to be fit, and I feel like that's I found
363
00:15:34.840 --> 00:15:37.440
an identity in that again because it gave me purpose.
364
00:15:37.440 --> 00:15:40.120
It gave me structure, and I thrive in structure. So
365
00:15:40.159 --> 00:15:41.720
it was like I felt like I had an opportunity
366
00:15:41.720 --> 00:15:42.559
to be an athlete again.
367
00:15:43.120 --> 00:15:44.080
That's aw fascinating.
368
00:15:44.200 --> 00:15:47.000
Yeah, so during that time, you weren't even really into bodybuilding.
369
00:15:47.000 --> 00:15:47.879
Then you just wanted to go to the gym.
370
00:15:48.000 --> 00:15:49.759
I just heard about the gym, like, I mean, I
371
00:15:49.960 --> 00:15:51.919
grew up my dad was always a big guy. Like
372
00:15:51.960 --> 00:15:53.440
I looked up to my dad. I mean, I looked
373
00:15:53.480 --> 00:15:57.039
up to athletes, and I went in like I always
374
00:15:57.080 --> 00:15:58.720
wanted to be as big as possible. Bro. Like when
375
00:15:58.759 --> 00:16:00.720
I gave up and was like starting a new way
376
00:16:00.720 --> 00:16:02.519
of life at twenty, I'm like, you know, at least
377
00:16:02.519 --> 00:16:04.080
I got out of the way when I was young.
378
00:16:04.120 --> 00:16:05.799
I can Yeah, yeah, I just I just want to
379
00:16:05.840 --> 00:16:07.919
be I want to be big as I can and
380
00:16:07.960 --> 00:16:10.440
feel good. That was that was my goal. Was very simple.
381
00:16:10.480 --> 00:16:12.519
It was, Yeah, I just went to the gym because
382
00:16:12.559 --> 00:16:14.320
I felt good. Yeah.
383
00:16:14.559 --> 00:16:17.039
So after you know, you leave sober living, you're still
384
00:16:17.080 --> 00:16:19.759
going to the gym. What what happens there? You go
385
00:16:19.840 --> 00:16:20.799
back in with your parents?
386
00:16:20.879 --> 00:16:23.519
You kind of figured out. I was twenty years old
387
00:16:23.519 --> 00:16:26.320
in Orange County, California, and I started my own business
388
00:16:26.320 --> 00:16:29.320
and I went back to school originally, and my parents
389
00:16:29.320 --> 00:16:31.039
were helping me out for a period of time. And
390
00:16:31.080 --> 00:16:34.039
then you know, when I started to take Bodybuddy more seriously,
391
00:16:34.120 --> 00:16:36.960
or I started to train people in person, and you know,
392
00:16:37.039 --> 00:16:39.720
accepting payments on Venmo just kind of like like a hustle,
393
00:16:39.799 --> 00:16:42.840
and yeah, it turned into something and it was like
394
00:16:42.879 --> 00:16:44.399
I can make money doing this and just be in
395
00:16:44.399 --> 00:16:46.679
the gym and training people all day. That was the
396
00:16:46.720 --> 00:16:47.879
early stages of my business.
397
00:16:48.080 --> 00:16:49.799
So you already decent.
398
00:16:49.799 --> 00:16:51.639
I mean you're tall, right, so you have a big structure,
399
00:16:51.639 --> 00:16:53.720
but like you were already big enough to take like.
400
00:16:55.480 --> 00:16:58.720
Yeah, you know, I mean I was. I was like
401
00:16:58.720 --> 00:17:01.679
two thirty, you know, and kind of chubby. And then
402
00:17:02.240 --> 00:17:04.759
the first time I like got shredded peel like, I
403
00:17:04.920 --> 00:17:07.839
was probably about one ninety so, I mean on a
404
00:17:07.880 --> 00:17:09.920
six foot frame, I wasn't much to look at, but
405
00:17:09.960 --> 00:17:11.160
I had I had muscle.
406
00:17:11.440 --> 00:17:13.680
Yeah, so that's what I'm saying. Like, so it was
407
00:17:13.759 --> 00:17:15.960
just people seeing you and seeing it work.
408
00:17:16.039 --> 00:17:18.039
I responded to the gym really quick, bro, I like
409
00:17:18.079 --> 00:17:20.759
I knew I could be really good at it. So I,
410
00:17:20.880 --> 00:17:22.960
just like anything else, I became obsessed. I wanted to
411
00:17:23.000 --> 00:17:24.359
know more, and I wanted to know how to do it.
412
00:17:24.359 --> 00:17:28.960
I wanted to learn about nutrition, you know. Obviously other
413
00:17:29.000 --> 00:17:31.039
things came down the line later when I made that choice,
414
00:17:31.039 --> 00:17:32.680
like I want to be a professional. I want to
415
00:17:32.880 --> 00:17:34.640
you know, go to the highest level in this sport.
416
00:17:34.759 --> 00:17:37.680
And that was you know, I essentially started when I
417
00:17:37.720 --> 00:17:40.160
was in rehab. I was reading Arnold Swartzene your books.
418
00:17:40.680 --> 00:17:42.200
You know, we had have a little bit of TV time.
419
00:17:42.240 --> 00:17:45.680
I was watching Generation Iron like I manifested that image
420
00:17:45.720 --> 00:17:49.039
before I really was distracted by anything else outside, you
421
00:17:49.079 --> 00:17:50.640
know what I mean. I was just going to ask
422
00:17:50.720 --> 00:17:52.519
is there and I was in California, bro, So I'm like,
423
00:17:52.519 --> 00:17:54.799
Gold's Venice is forty five minutes away, like this is
424
00:17:55.240 --> 00:17:56.319
the place, Like this is like.
425
00:17:56.400 --> 00:17:58.839
You're you're in the fucking like the book of that shit.
426
00:17:59.119 --> 00:17:59.960
I was just gonna ask.
427
00:18:00.240 --> 00:18:01.960
Moved here, And that's essentially part of the reason I
428
00:18:02.000 --> 00:18:02.640
moved here, man.
429
00:18:02.519 --> 00:18:05.519
Because it was like, well, Vegas, dude, the Vegas bodybuilding
430
00:18:05.559 --> 00:18:09.000
scene is fucking exploding. Have you been to the uh?
431
00:18:09.920 --> 00:18:11.880
I know a bunch of like bodybuilder's been getting into
432
00:18:11.920 --> 00:18:13.559
at the new new Tech gym.
433
00:18:13.680 --> 00:18:16.000
I've been seeing videos of it. Yet. Yeah it looks cool, man, Like,
434
00:18:16.119 --> 00:18:18.599
I mean, I remember when Torture opened. It was that
435
00:18:18.720 --> 00:18:20.839
was the beginning of it. But yeah, it's it's an
436
00:18:20.880 --> 00:18:22.279
exciting time for fitness for sure.
437
00:18:22.359 --> 00:18:25.240
Yeah, dude, the Vegas scene is like there's more and
438
00:18:25.279 --> 00:18:27.519
more like boutique bodybuilding type of gyms.
439
00:18:27.559 --> 00:18:31.039
Like there's probably twenty gyms at this point, man, It's like, yeah,
440
00:18:31.119 --> 00:18:32.920
I've been to all of them at this point. But
441
00:18:33.279 --> 00:18:35.200
you know, again, back to California, it was like gold
442
00:18:35.240 --> 00:18:37.599
Tennis was the place. Yeah, yeah, sure, that's where it
443
00:18:37.640 --> 00:18:40.119
all started. So it was like I didn't get that
444
00:18:40.200 --> 00:18:42.400
experience completely. But some of the old heads you know
445
00:18:42.519 --> 00:18:44.440
from long back, we're like they're still there.
446
00:18:44.480 --> 00:18:46.480
And I was just gonna ask, is there a you
447
00:18:46.519 --> 00:18:49.440
mentioned Arnold? I know, like everyone that like gets really
448
00:18:49.440 --> 00:18:53.680
passionate about a sport, whether it's basketball, football, bodybuilding, whatever,
449
00:18:54.279 --> 00:18:56.359
is there a certain person you look up to, like
450
00:18:56.440 --> 00:18:57.119
you're like idle.
451
00:18:57.359 --> 00:18:59.839
Arnold kind of started for me. I really like Jay Cutler, man,
452
00:19:00.000 --> 00:19:02.839
he's the Veggas guy, but like just that old school,
453
00:19:03.400 --> 00:19:05.440
you know, big white boy. I like Dennis Wolf as well,
454
00:19:05.480 --> 00:19:07.119
Like that was the physique I looked up to because
455
00:19:07.119 --> 00:19:10.000
I'm taller, but like just with Jake Color and bodies
456
00:19:10.000 --> 00:19:12.759
and you know, again early on like the way that
457
00:19:12.839 --> 00:19:14.519
I developed my mind, so I was like I want
458
00:19:14.559 --> 00:19:16.519
to look like that. I want to be a big
459
00:19:16.559 --> 00:19:18.960
white white boy. You know, I fit they kind of
460
00:19:18.960 --> 00:19:20.480
fit that look a little bit. And I was like,
461
00:19:20.960 --> 00:19:22.839
this dude's an absolute monster. I would watch all the
462
00:19:22.920 --> 00:19:26.720
videos no pre workout and that was like all right,
463
00:19:26.759 --> 00:19:28.680
like I want to get to close as close to
464
00:19:28.720 --> 00:19:31.440
that as I possibly can. And yeah, now I'm walking
465
00:19:31.440 --> 00:19:32.720
around at pounds you know.
466
00:19:32.920 --> 00:19:35.119
Ye, it's like I did that.
467
00:19:35.200 --> 00:19:37.319
I put every day since that as a twenty year
468
00:19:37.359 --> 00:19:39.880
old kid man like I've been. I've been living like
469
00:19:39.920 --> 00:19:41.440
a pro body. But ever since I got into this
470
00:19:41.519 --> 00:19:44.759
and I knew like what that would take. And obviously
471
00:19:44.799 --> 00:19:47.799
I've developed my tools, my trade, and yeah, I just
472
00:19:47.839 --> 00:19:50.240
soak up knowledge everywhere I go from California to hear
473
00:19:50.279 --> 00:19:52.720
but it's yeah, it's turned into something I never could
474
00:19:52.759 --> 00:19:53.200
have imagined.
475
00:19:53.200 --> 00:19:57.680
So this this kind of this period from California getting
476
00:19:57.680 --> 00:20:00.720
serious to working out to you know, you almost twenty
477
00:20:00.720 --> 00:20:04.559
eight in Las Vegas. What did what what did that
478
00:20:04.640 --> 00:20:08.240
journey look like as far as like shows and preparation
479
00:20:08.519 --> 00:20:09.200
everything like that.
480
00:20:09.279 --> 00:20:11.160
Even before that, did you have clients when you moved here,
481
00:20:11.160 --> 00:20:12.440
you were like, I'm going clean slates.
482
00:20:12.559 --> 00:20:14.759
I mean I still had a couple online clients. I
483
00:20:15.079 --> 00:20:16.920
like kind of promised my California I'll be like I'll
484
00:20:16.920 --> 00:20:19.039
be back, you know, it's a quick drive. But as
485
00:20:19.079 --> 00:20:22.200
soon as I got in, bro, yeah, no, I mean
486
00:20:22.200 --> 00:20:24.160
and I took I took a break for a second.
487
00:20:24.200 --> 00:20:25.920
You know, I got into a different line of work.
488
00:20:25.960 --> 00:20:29.079
I was working with a hormone replacement clinic for when
489
00:20:29.119 --> 00:20:31.319
I first moved to Vegas, which I was given that opportunity.
490
00:20:31.359 --> 00:20:34.720
But you know, I went and worked for myself. And
491
00:20:35.440 --> 00:20:37.759
you know, my online coaching business is the biggest it's
492
00:20:37.759 --> 00:20:39.880
ever been. I do still train people in person, but
493
00:20:40.319 --> 00:20:43.400
I essentially started fresh. Bro. I came over here with
494
00:20:43.440 --> 00:20:45.519
a couple couple of g's and cash and you know,
495
00:20:45.680 --> 00:20:47.839
debt to my name and dream.
496
00:20:48.119 --> 00:20:50.160
Did you okay? So you know, you move here, you
497
00:20:50.200 --> 00:20:51.079
get established.
498
00:20:51.359 --> 00:20:53.240
I came here with the goal of getting more exposure.
499
00:20:53.279 --> 00:20:55.799
I was not getting that in California anymore.
500
00:20:55.880 --> 00:20:57.559
So how long have you been out here?
501
00:20:58.400 --> 00:20:59.440
Coming up on two years?
502
00:20:59.599 --> 00:21:00.599
Coming up on two years?
503
00:21:00.640 --> 00:21:03.440
So I'm still pretty fresh. But I mean, just what's
504
00:21:03.440 --> 00:21:05.000
happened in my life since I got here? It's like
505
00:21:05.039 --> 00:21:07.160
it's felt much longer, for sure. I was in California
506
00:21:07.200 --> 00:21:09.519
for six years. Go got it? Okay, gotcha?
507
00:21:09.960 --> 00:21:12.880
So when you did your so you know you're you're
508
00:21:12.880 --> 00:21:15.359
you're living the life right here as a bodybuilder, right
509
00:21:15.799 --> 00:21:17.079
diets doing good?
510
00:21:17.440 --> 00:21:18.240
You're getting big?
511
00:21:19.200 --> 00:21:21.960
What when at what point of that is, like I'm
512
00:21:22.000 --> 00:21:23.599
actually gonna do step on stage.
513
00:21:24.759 --> 00:21:26.160
I mean, I had that goal from the get go.
514
00:21:26.240 --> 00:21:28.039
I just knew it would take time. And that's what Like,
515
00:21:28.039 --> 00:21:31.160
I love that you asked that question, because in this
516
00:21:31.240 --> 00:21:33.839
age of social media, like especially now, people are exposed
517
00:21:33.880 --> 00:21:36.079
to bodybuilding, like the influencer kind of wave of the
518
00:21:36.160 --> 00:21:38.799
last two three years. Like I feel like I got
519
00:21:38.839 --> 00:21:41.119
in right before that, and I was able to see
520
00:21:41.160 --> 00:21:43.839
like I got in with the right people at first,
521
00:21:44.160 --> 00:21:47.519
and I went down to golds later and learned from
522
00:21:47.759 --> 00:21:50.920
you know, the the legends Charles Glass, like Rico was
523
00:21:50.960 --> 00:21:53.680
my first posing coach, just golden era guys that were
524
00:21:53.720 --> 00:21:56.359
around flex wheeler, like you know, in the heart of it.
525
00:21:56.480 --> 00:21:58.400
So I feel like I skipped a lot of that
526
00:21:58.440 --> 00:22:01.960
bs out of the gate. I took three years before
527
00:22:02.000 --> 00:22:03.799
I did my first show, Like I built my base,
528
00:22:03.880 --> 00:22:06.359
my foundation for three whole years before I even thought
529
00:22:06.400 --> 00:22:08.720
about stepping on stage. And I wanted to be a
530
00:22:08.759 --> 00:22:11.000
bodyboater man. I didn't want to be men's physique. I
531
00:22:11.000 --> 00:22:13.680
didn't want to do classic like. I wanted to take
532
00:22:13.720 --> 00:22:16.000
the time and I did my first show in twenty
533
00:22:16.079 --> 00:22:19.599
twenty two as a heavyweight bodyboard which still like I learned,
534
00:22:19.759 --> 00:22:22.319
you know, at that point of experience, Like I thought
535
00:22:22.319 --> 00:22:24.039
I was pretty big, man. I was two fifteen on
536
00:22:24.079 --> 00:22:25.880
stage for my first show and I'm six feet tall
537
00:22:25.880 --> 00:22:26.720
and I got smoked.
538
00:22:27.119 --> 00:22:28.720
Yeah, like what's the what's that?
539
00:22:28.880 --> 00:22:31.279
I was going against five eight guys that were you know,
540
00:22:31.640 --> 00:22:34.039
the same weight or or heavier. So it's just like
541
00:22:34.640 --> 00:22:38.799
I learned, no weightcap there. So I'm a super heavyweight now.
542
00:22:38.839 --> 00:22:41.160
So that's basically no weight cap. You know, like before
543
00:22:41.200 --> 00:22:44.279
you turn professional, they're in weight classes. So in bodybuilding,
544
00:22:44.319 --> 00:22:48.720
it would be super heavyweight's the biggest that's over two
545
00:22:48.799 --> 00:22:53.400
twenty five. Then the heavyweights are anywhere. I believe one
546
00:22:53.640 --> 00:22:57.720
twenty five got it so below that there's still light heavyweight. Uh,
547
00:22:58.279 --> 00:23:01.240
I don't even know like middleweight light weights, like it goes.
548
00:23:01.759 --> 00:23:03.839
You know, there's guys that are one hundred and fifty pounds,
549
00:23:03.839 --> 00:23:05.559
you know, peeled that go on stage, but they're like
550
00:23:06.039 --> 00:23:08.240
you know five'. Two yeah.
551
00:23:07.720 --> 00:23:09.680
Yeah evan's height you.
552
00:23:09.640 --> 00:23:15.079
Know, yeah, no six feet like six feet is six
553
00:23:15.119 --> 00:23:16.839
feet is like you, know it's not, short it's not,
554
00:23:16.960 --> 00:23:19.240
TALL i mean in this, AGE i, guess but for a,
555
00:23:19.240 --> 00:23:20.640
body but that's still pretty. Tall.
556
00:23:21.119 --> 00:23:24.000
Yeah So i'm, curious, well because you you mentioned that
557
00:23:24.039 --> 00:23:26.160
you got here, before like you you stepped into the
558
00:23:26.200 --> 00:23:29.000
game before all the influencer, stuff, right.
559
00:23:29.400 --> 00:23:32.000
It was probably just. Starting, Yeah like it's it's so.
560
00:23:32.079 --> 00:23:34.599
Much, around, right it's been. Around but you're seeing.
561
00:23:34.400 --> 00:23:36.759
Those guys get success. Now, Man like back then people
562
00:23:36.839 --> 00:23:37.640
kind of laughed at, them you.
563
00:23:37.640 --> 00:23:40.799
Know, yeah because like now you're seeing influencers that are
564
00:23:40.839 --> 00:23:42.920
twenty nineteen.
565
00:23:42.599 --> 00:23:45.279
Kids man for sure making you, know a lot of.
566
00:23:45.319 --> 00:23:49.319
Money we are probably most Popular Sam, Silk.
567
00:23:49.200 --> 00:23:49.799
Yeah, NO i like.
568
00:23:49.880 --> 00:23:53.200
Him yeahm Trend Twins i'm. Trying, YEAH i was gonna,
569
00:23:53.200 --> 00:23:54.039
say that's WHY i.
570
00:23:54.039 --> 00:23:59.200
Watched, yeah Trend twins are, wild. Bro, yeah they're fucking out.
571
00:23:59.519 --> 00:24:01.759
CHARACTER i like had heard all that out of the,
572
00:24:01.759 --> 00:24:03.880
gate and THEN i was surprised how popular they. Became
573
00:24:05.640 --> 00:24:07.519
i've Met sims who look a couple of. TIMES i
574
00:24:07.599 --> 00:24:09.160
like that. Kid he's and he went out and won
575
00:24:09.200 --> 00:24:12.559
his pro card like HE'S i give him the green
576
00:24:12.640 --> 00:24:14.240
light like most guys OG's.
577
00:24:14.319 --> 00:24:17.359
Do but some of it's, like, yeah, bro say what
578
00:24:17.359 --> 00:24:18.400
you said WHEN i was cutting out the.
579
00:24:18.400 --> 00:24:20.240
House i'm old, school, Bro i'm old, school you.
580
00:24:20.240 --> 00:24:21.640
Know, Yeah, WELL.
581
00:24:21.880 --> 00:24:23.519
I feel LIKE i was supposed to be born in
582
00:24:23.559 --> 00:24:26.519
that like nineties, Era like that's, Okay BUT i Like
583
00:24:26.519 --> 00:24:28.759
i've gotten down with the. Concept like my girlfriend's helped
584
00:24:28.799 --> 00:24:30.680
me a lot with. That but LIKE i was like
585
00:24:30.759 --> 00:24:33.359
in the, dungeon you, know In, california Like i'm gonna
586
00:24:33.359 --> 00:24:34.960
get so, Good LIKE i don't need to do social.
587
00:24:35.000 --> 00:24:36.960
Media it's like it's it's the, age, Bro like you
588
00:24:37.039 --> 00:24:38.200
have to do. It it's part of the.
589
00:24:38.279 --> 00:24:41.200
JOB i was gonna. SAY i think that's why that's
590
00:24:41.200 --> 00:24:44.000
why so many people are rocking With Sam suluk is
591
00:24:44.039 --> 00:24:46.160
because he's. Raw, yes he's.
592
00:24:46.200 --> 00:24:48.079
Real he reminds me of like WHEN i first started,
593
00:24:48.079 --> 00:24:50.599
lifting BEFORE i really knew. Stuff, yeah so WHY i
594
00:24:50.640 --> 00:24:53.839
WOULD i go get chocolate milk And i'd make chicken salad.
595
00:24:53.839 --> 00:24:56.519
Sandwiches i'd eat canes or in and out a couple
596
00:24:56.559 --> 00:24:58.119
of times a, week AND i was walking around at
597
00:24:58.200 --> 00:25:00.720
chubby two. Thirty but, like, yeah just wanted to get, big,
598
00:25:00.759 --> 00:25:03.079
bro LIKE i didn't know what to. Do, yeah he
599
00:25:03.160 --> 00:25:05.200
represents that like in a, sense you know WHAT i.
600
00:25:05.200 --> 00:25:07.720
Mean WHEN i think from it from like a YouTube,
601
00:25:07.759 --> 00:25:11.480
perspective YouTube has gotten like so polished and so. Clean
602
00:25:11.799 --> 00:25:15.799
you have all these people doing it's it's everything is
603
00:25:15.799 --> 00:25:20.640
these like super sharp fine you, know edited, videos, transitions everything's.
604
00:25:20.640 --> 00:25:23.480
Beautiful and and then you have you Have Sam Sulk
605
00:25:23.480 --> 00:25:27.640
who's just, Like, Yo i'm gonna just like put my
606
00:25:27.720 --> 00:25:30.119
phone on like my phone mount and like put it
607
00:25:30.200 --> 00:25:33.160
like landscape mode And i'm just gonna drive in my
608
00:25:33.279 --> 00:25:35.920
car and fucking talk for ten. Minutes, yeah and Then
609
00:25:35.960 --> 00:25:37.240
i'm gonna upload it to fucking.
610
00:25:37.279 --> 00:25:38.759
YouTube, well he broke the.
611
00:25:38.799 --> 00:25:42.000
Matrix bro during the time where people his age right
612
00:25:42.000 --> 00:25:44.440
are on short form TikTok or like doing stuff like.
613
00:25:44.440 --> 00:25:45.640
That and even like.
614
00:25:46.720 --> 00:25:49.240
Up until, him the only PERSON i can think of
615
00:25:49.400 --> 00:25:52.480
that was in the bodybuilding space that was doing long
616
00:25:52.519 --> 00:25:54.079
form content like that was The Hodge.
617
00:25:54.119 --> 00:25:54.920
Twins do you remember?
618
00:25:54.960 --> 00:25:58.759
That of? Course, Man LIKE I i did have a
619
00:25:58.759 --> 00:26:02.440
brief period like that was that's, old Like Hodge twins
620
00:26:02.480 --> 00:26:05.160
way back and they're still. Thirteen like WHEN i was
621
00:26:05.200 --> 00:26:07.319
like there was a point WHERE i was getting into
622
00:26:07.359 --> 00:26:08.880
the gym a little bit in high school and LIKE
623
00:26:08.920 --> 00:26:10.519
i go to YouTube AND i would watch The Odge.
624
00:26:10.519 --> 00:26:12.599
Twins that was they were my. FACE i thought they were,
625
00:26:12.680 --> 00:26:16.799
hilarious like they were. Authentic, yeah those guys are and like.
626
00:26:18.359 --> 00:26:18.720
What WAS i?
627
00:26:18.759 --> 00:26:21.359
Saying oh, NO i was just gonna. Say it's like
628
00:26:21.640 --> 00:26:23.880
and the one thing you can't take away From suluk
629
00:26:24.000 --> 00:26:27.279
is LIKE i like that he's just this like lone

dude he's he's a lone, wolf just working out filming by,
633
00:26:37.359 --> 00:26:40.880

00:28:09.000 --> 00:28:11.279
but he gets a lot of. Talk. Man yeah, sure BUT.
671
00:28:11.240 --> 00:28:13.240
I remember even during that time where you responded to
672
00:28:13.240 --> 00:28:14.519
a comment like, yo everybody fucking.
673
00:28:14.519 --> 00:28:15.759
Relaxed fore he's, twenty.
674
00:28:15.559 --> 00:28:19.160
That's true and. Nuclear, yeah that got a lot of.
675
00:28:19.240 --> 00:28:21.039
LIKES i forgot about. That yeah, yeah where it was
676
00:28:21.039 --> 00:28:23.079
like it was on one of those. Videos yeah, yeah
677
00:28:23.079 --> 00:28:25.480
it was like everyone was everyone's trying to get cloud
678
00:28:25.519 --> 00:28:27.640
off the. Kid you, know they're making screen recordings like
679
00:28:27.680 --> 00:28:30.039
the where they're talking with their face on the video
680
00:28:30.079 --> 00:28:32.160
and like they don't really give a. Ship they're just
681
00:28:32.400 --> 00:28:34.920
they're trying to catch his. Wave it's like it's, embarrassing,
682
00:28:34.960 --> 00:28:37.720
Bro like thirty forty year old man like trying to
683
00:28:38.200 --> 00:28:41.319
kot rout this kid and like get likes and comments and,
684
00:28:41.400 --> 00:28:43.359
views and it's like it's, like chill, out, Dude like
685
00:28:43.359 --> 00:28:44.839
he's doing his first. Show at the end of the.
686
00:28:44.920 --> 00:28:47.680
Day it doesn't look Like Chris, bumpstead but like it.
687
00:28:47.720 --> 00:28:49.759
Is He's. YEAH i mean he got on, stage he got,
688
00:28:49.759 --> 00:28:51.720
peeled and he fucking won his. Class like the judges
689
00:28:51.759 --> 00:28:54.240
thought he was the best body. Butter so like that's
690
00:28:54.240 --> 00:28:54.920
what it, is you.
691
00:28:54.960 --> 00:28:57.720
Know. Yeah do you do you think that let's put
692
00:28:57.720 --> 00:28:58.640
our conspiracy? Hatsime?
693
00:28:58.680 --> 00:29:02.440
Bro do you think that bodybuilding as a whole would
694
00:29:02.440 --> 00:29:05.160
have dropped down a level if he.
695
00:29:05.079 --> 00:29:06.920
Didn't win that? Show what do you?
696
00:29:07.000 --> 00:29:09.640
Mean, like do you think that people would have, like,
697
00:29:10.359 --> 00:29:11.920
oh this is, Real like they didn't want to give
698
00:29:11.960 --> 00:29:13.279
it to, him like there would have been so much
699
00:29:13.279 --> 00:29:13.799
of a negative.
700
00:29:13.839 --> 00:29:16.160
Response now he was still getting that response even when he,
701
00:29:16.240 --> 00:29:19.279
Won like, yeah, yeah look at the end of the, day,
702
00:29:19.279 --> 00:29:23.759
Bro like he won that first show fair and, square
703
00:29:23.759 --> 00:29:25.400
And i'm not going to say anything about get him
704
00:29:25.400 --> 00:29:27.240
getting his pro car. WHATEVER i wasn't. THERE i didn't
705
00:29:27.240 --> 00:29:31.240
see who competed. Against but when people know your, name
706
00:29:31.240 --> 00:29:33.599
when the, judges like he was already said to speak
707
00:29:33.599 --> 00:29:34.799
at The arnold and then he went and did The
708
00:29:34.880 --> 00:29:37.920
Arnold Amateur like it was an attraction just because of
709
00:29:37.960 --> 00:29:40.440
his notoriety that he was already going to be at the.
710
00:29:40.440 --> 00:29:43.359
Show and it's, like here's this. Storyline he's competing for
711
00:29:43.400 --> 00:29:45.079
his pro car at the place where he's already freaking
712
00:29:45.119 --> 00:29:48.359
speaking on the, panel you. Know so it's like he
713
00:29:48.799 --> 00:29:49.920
was gonna get, it you know What i'm.
714
00:29:49.960 --> 00:29:52.920
SAYING i was just gonna, say like here.
715
00:29:52.720 --> 00:29:54.799
Guys that were older than him and have been competing much.
716
00:29:54.839 --> 00:29:56.839
Longer but like at the end of the, day like he,
717
00:29:56.880 --> 00:29:59.480
did and he looked, Improved LIKE i think he's got
718
00:29:59.480 --> 00:30:01.200
a good. PHYSIC i really, Do LIKE i don't have
719
00:30:01.240 --> 00:30:01.880
any issues with.
720
00:30:01.920 --> 00:30:05.839
IT i think he looked fucking, solid and, unfortunately you
721
00:30:05.880 --> 00:30:08.319
can you can say all you, want compare this that and.
722
00:30:08.359 --> 00:30:11.559
Whatever end of the, day it's a fucking, business, bro
723
00:30:12.359 --> 00:30:15.359
it is a Fucking it is a fucking, business and
724
00:30:16.359 --> 00:30:19.359
it's there's there's that factor that's that's going to play into.
725
00:30:19.359 --> 00:30:23.559
It and when LIKE i, MEAN i know plenty of
726
00:30:23.559 --> 00:30:26.319
people in this, space end of the day about, bodybuilding
727
00:30:26.359 --> 00:30:28.519
it's about fucking showing, up and it's about having the
728
00:30:28.559 --> 00:30:32.039
judges know who the fuck you, are and you, know
729
00:30:32.359 --> 00:30:33.079
like definitely.
730
00:30:33.160 --> 00:30:35.960
Helps, yeah like you when you obviously gotta look like
731
00:30:36.000 --> 00:30:38.119
when you're on the circuit and you're competing and you're
732
00:30:38.400 --> 00:30:41.119
especially if you're on like a national, level when you're you,
733
00:30:41.160 --> 00:30:43.839
know getting in those first, one, two three or top five,
734
00:30:43.920 --> 00:30:46.640
consistently like it's a matter of time until it's your.
735
00:30:46.640 --> 00:30:48.880
Time especially the girls like in bikini where it's like
736
00:30:49.559 --> 00:30:53.200
literally like splitting. Hairs sometimes it could just be like
737
00:30:53.200 --> 00:30:55.680
one girl looks better than the other in their, physique
738
00:30:55.680 --> 00:30:57.079
but like they like her hair, better you.
739
00:30:57.039 --> 00:30:59.200
Know or she's got, it she's got a prettier she
740
00:30:59.319 --> 00:31:02.559
just got a prettier, face or you, know it's it's
741
00:31:02.640 --> 00:31:02.880
kind of.
742
00:31:02.880 --> 00:31:04.920
Crazy judging is nuts for.
743
00:31:04.960 --> 00:31:07.240
Sure one Thing i'd like to dive into is so
744
00:31:07.440 --> 00:31:11.839
you you talked, about you, know first show twenty twenty,
745
00:31:11.839 --> 00:31:12.640
two stepped on.
746
00:31:12.680 --> 00:31:15.279
Stage it really wasn't that long. Ago IF i think
747
00:31:15.319 --> 00:31:17.119
about it and say, it oh it's three, years Then
748
00:31:17.559 --> 00:31:20.680
i've done five, shows, Bro So i've competed for three
749
00:31:20.720 --> 00:31:23.000
seasons or, yeah three seasons.
750
00:31:22.640 --> 00:31:26.799
Now, Okay so talk about after getting rocked on your first,
751
00:31:26.839 --> 00:31:30.640
stage you, know twenty twenty, two what what was your
752
00:31:30.640 --> 00:31:32.880
mindset after? That like what changes did you?
753
00:31:32.920 --> 00:31:36.200
Make SO i did The California stage twenty twenty, two
754
00:31:36.200 --> 00:31:39.000
which is like the, biggest you, know The Mister. California
755
00:31:39.039 --> 00:31:42.119
it's also a pro show In. California so it's like
756
00:31:43.279 --> 00:31:45.200
that was like a cool, idea LIKE i moved, here
757
00:31:45.240 --> 00:31:46.640
Like i'd like to win that. Show you know who
758
00:31:46.640 --> 00:31:49.440
wudn't want to be Mister. California's so it was the
759
00:31:49.480 --> 00:31:51.519
guys THAT i competed with in that, Show LIKE i
760
00:31:51.559 --> 00:31:53.880
THINK i ended up getting sixth led, show and like
761
00:31:53.920 --> 00:31:57.319
the guys in front of, me the other five were you,
762
00:31:57.319 --> 00:31:59.599
know one went on to min when MISSED, usa another
763
00:31:59.640 --> 00:32:02.000
one ded up In Classic. Zekee he's already won three pro,
764
00:32:02.079 --> 00:32:05.640
shows like it was stacked for a for regional, show
765
00:32:05.680 --> 00:32:07.160
which was like WHAT i wanted out of the. Gate you,
766
00:32:07.240 --> 00:32:08.720
KNOW i JUST i LEARNED i wasn't as good as
767
00:32:08.720 --> 00:32:11.319
maybe AS i, thought and that was like that's just
768
00:32:11.400 --> 00:32:14.319
maturity in. Time BUT i just KNEW i need to
769
00:32:14.359 --> 00:32:16.519
be bigger, man And i'm still chasing. That you, KNOW
770
00:32:16.559 --> 00:32:18.279
i sit here at to eighty OR i was two
771
00:32:18.359 --> 00:32:23.000
fifty on stage last, time but you know it's it's
772
00:32:23.039 --> 00:32:25.599
just the standard has really come up a, lot. Man
773
00:32:25.640 --> 00:32:27.759
SO i, Mean I'M i just did my first national,
774
00:32:27.799 --> 00:32:31.799
show uh of The Olympy amateur last Last october twenty twenty.
775
00:32:31.839 --> 00:32:35.799
Four but LIKE i became a super. Heavyweight so in
776
00:32:35.839 --> 00:32:37.640
a super heavywhere LIKE i, said it's over two twenty,
777
00:32:37.640 --> 00:32:39.880
FIVE i knew at my six foot, frame like, YEAH
778
00:32:39.920 --> 00:32:42.039
i JUST i had a lot of mass to put.
779
00:32:42.039 --> 00:32:44.079
On so you, Know i've been working with the same
780
00:32:44.079 --> 00:32:46.839
coach now for four. Years we've really you, know hammered
781
00:32:46.839 --> 00:32:51.640
some tissue over that period of. Time SO i just
782
00:32:51.680 --> 00:32:54.599
wanted to debut as a super that next upcoming. Season you,
783
00:32:54.640 --> 00:32:56.160
KNOW i was right over the weight cap AND i
784
00:32:56.240 --> 00:32:59.279
still didn't do. GREAT i ended up getting fourth in
785
00:32:59.359 --> 00:33:01.799
my second, show and THEN i grew a little bit.
786
00:33:01.839 --> 00:33:04.799
MORE i did the next show AND i was that.
787
00:33:04.839 --> 00:33:06.559
ONE i was in the. Running like was the first
788
00:33:06.559 --> 00:33:08.599
time THAT i, was you, know in that top three,
789
00:33:08.599 --> 00:33:11.240
comparison and, like, YEAH i went into. Finals people THOUGHT
790
00:33:11.240 --> 00:33:12.880
i was gonna win that show AND i ended up getting.
791
00:33:12.920 --> 00:33:14.799
Third so it was like same thing it. Was that
792
00:33:14.880 --> 00:33:17.839
was The Mister. La so that was The La championship
793
00:33:17.839 --> 00:33:20.359
be twenty twenty. Three you, KNOW i came in at
794
00:33:20.400 --> 00:33:22.799
two thirty at that, show AND i was pretty fired
795
00:33:22.880 --> 00:33:25.240
up going into that. OFFSEASON i KNEW i DIDN'T i
796
00:33:25.240 --> 00:33:27.319
didn't go into that season. AGAIN i learned that time.
797
00:33:27.440 --> 00:33:30.000
BEFORE i was, like, Okay i've definitely, grown BUT i still.
798
00:33:30.039 --> 00:33:31.880
Don't LIKE i didn't THINK i was gonna go do
799
00:33:31.920 --> 00:33:34.359
a national. Show like some people will get top two
800
00:33:35.319 --> 00:33:37.119
or whatever they get at a local show and they're,
801
00:33:37.160 --> 00:33:38.880
Like i'm going To USA's you know. WHAT i was,
802
00:33:38.880 --> 00:33:40.559
LIKE i STILL i was humbling that SINCE i KNEW
803
00:33:40.559 --> 00:33:43.599
i had work to. Do but the thing being a super,
804
00:33:43.599 --> 00:33:46.960
heavyweight bro was like that second, SEASON i ended up
805
00:33:46.960 --> 00:33:49.480
getting in class with a lot of, heavyweights so it
806
00:33:49.559 --> 00:33:52.759
was like super heavyweight really isn't a thing. Anymore there's
807
00:33:52.920 --> 00:33:55.480
not a lot of guys this size on the amateur,
808
00:33:55.559 --> 00:33:58.279
level so you, know the only way to see that
809
00:33:58.359 --> 00:34:00.119
was to do a national, show and that was or
810
00:34:00.119 --> 00:34:01.680
the REASON i end up doing The olympia this past.
811
00:34:01.759 --> 00:34:05.519
Year SO i got seventh at my first national. Show
812
00:34:06.839 --> 00:34:08.760
the first time THAT i won was this past. SEASON
813
00:34:08.840 --> 00:34:11.760
i won my class at The Legion Sports. Fest so you,
814
00:34:11.760 --> 00:34:14.719
KNOW i came in that show again after that second.
815
00:34:14.719 --> 00:34:17.360
Season So i'm skipping, around BUT i was two fifteen
816
00:34:17.440 --> 00:34:20.559
twenty twenty. TWO i was two twenty, seven two thirty
817
00:34:21.360 --> 00:34:23.920
twenty twenty three in those next two shows that, summer
818
00:34:24.239 --> 00:34:28.880
and THEN i took another basically full. Year that was
819
00:34:28.880 --> 00:34:31.199
WHEN i moved Into vegas and you, know got really
820
00:34:31.239 --> 00:34:34.199
into the scene AND i had a really great, offseason
821
00:34:34.239 --> 00:34:37.760
brought put on about twenty five. Pounds so this last,
822
00:34:37.800 --> 00:34:41.280
SEASON i went my first show The. LEAGUES i was
823
00:34:41.320 --> 00:34:43.960
two fifty on, stage and THEN i was like high
824
00:34:43.960 --> 00:34:47.280
two forties at The. Olympia, okay so you, Know i'm
825
00:34:47.320 --> 00:34:50.000
still like that's kind of Where i'm at. Now After
826
00:34:50.480 --> 00:34:52.159
i've kind of gone through the stages and did that
827
00:34:52.159 --> 00:34:54.719
first national, show AND i was, Like, okay this is
828
00:34:54.719 --> 00:34:57.599
a new level of, competition and you, know my feedback was,
829
00:34:57.639 --> 00:34:59.480
LIKE i have it, ALL i just need. Time so
830
00:34:59.519 --> 00:35:02.000
it's it's kind of rewarding in that, sense LIKE i
831
00:35:02.000 --> 00:35:04.519
Know i'm on the right. TRACK i Just i'm doing
832
00:35:04.519 --> 00:35:07.199
myself a disservice If i'm. Competing so, Like i'm in
833
00:35:07.239 --> 00:35:10.239
my first really extended off. Season Like i've always taken
834
00:35:10.280 --> 00:35:13.679
good off, seasons it's been you, know eight, ten twelve,
835
00:35:13.760 --> 00:35:18.159
months like a full year between the, shows but this, time,
836
00:35:18.239 --> 00:35:21.280
well we're trying to figure out my next. Step i'm
837
00:35:21.320 --> 00:35:23.440
not completely sure. YET i THINK i have an, idea
838
00:35:23.519 --> 00:35:26.320
but you, know before the even the potential show date
839
00:35:26.400 --> 00:35:29.679
would be that'd be about a sixteen eighteen month off.
840
00:35:29.719 --> 00:35:32.679
Season so we're doing things a lot different this. TIME i,
841
00:35:32.679 --> 00:35:35.079
Mean i'm you, know my heaviest, weight But i'm also
842
00:35:35.079 --> 00:35:36.599
in some of the best Shape i've ever. Been like
843
00:35:36.920 --> 00:35:40.960
this off season composition is a lot different than my last,
844
00:35:41.000 --> 00:35:44.159
year and it's Just i'm taking more of a mature
845
00:35:44.280 --> 00:35:47.159
dense you, know i haven't been doing this that, long,
846
00:35:47.199 --> 00:35:49.519
Bro And i'm competing as a you, know the heaviest
847
00:35:49.519 --> 00:35:52.119
body where you can get on amateur. Stage So i'm
848
00:35:52.119 --> 00:35:54.599
just taking the time to build the mass man in
849
00:35:54.599 --> 00:35:58.039
the right places, rather So i've learned through that process
850
00:35:58.079 --> 00:36:00.360
because my goal was just to get. Big they get,
851
00:36:00.360 --> 00:36:02.960
bigger and now it's Like i'm getting, bigger But i'm
852
00:36:02.960 --> 00:36:07.840
doing it with more of an intention of purpose on specific. Muscles. Yeah,
853
00:36:08.119 --> 00:36:10.519
yeah it's more refining than just getting. Huge you.
854
00:36:10.559 --> 00:36:13.000
Know, Yeah, NO i was gonna, SAY i think The
855
00:36:14.400 --> 00:36:17.039
That's that's Something I've i've noticed that's interested in the
856
00:36:17.039 --> 00:36:22.199
space is there's there's people that have that mindset where it's, Like,
857
00:36:22.280 --> 00:36:25.800
OKAY i have very of. OPPORTUNITY i need to, GROW
858
00:36:26.000 --> 00:36:28.159
i need to put on, SIZE i need to be,
859
00:36:28.239 --> 00:36:30.320
PATIENT i need to keep my ass in the. Gym
860
00:36:31.000 --> 00:36:34.760
and then there's those other people that it's like they're
861
00:36:34.840 --> 00:36:37.599
just chasing another show and another show and another. Show
862
00:36:38.119 --> 00:36:41.280
And I've i've talked to so many PEOPLE i work
863
00:36:41.280 --> 00:36:43.480
out A Dragon's layer and it's you, know there's a
864
00:36:43.559 --> 00:36:46.280
lot of different bodybuilders that come, across and it's it's
865
00:36:46.360 --> 00:36:48.920
really like there's those certain people that it's like they
866
00:36:49.079 --> 00:36:51.119
keep doing more. Shows So i'm just trying to you,
867
00:36:51.119 --> 00:36:52.960
know just trying to get my pro card and you,
868
00:36:52.960 --> 00:36:54.719
know just trying to you, know place it you, know
869
00:36:55.320 --> 00:37:00.320
you know, whatever and then it's like they're there's the
870
00:37:00.360 --> 00:37:04.280
people that are Like, okay, well like, YEAH i go
871
00:37:04.400 --> 00:37:07.239
get my pro show or my pro card at maybe
872
00:37:07.280 --> 00:37:10.199
like a you, know small. Show but THEN i like
873
00:37:10.280 --> 00:37:12.119
turn around and try to go do a pro show
874
00:37:12.159 --> 00:37:15.159
AND i get absolutely like frickin'. Rocked so it's like
875
00:37:15.679 --> 00:37:18.280
end of the. Day if you want longevity in the
876
00:37:18.320 --> 00:37:21.280
sport and you really want to like have this be
877
00:37:21.400 --> 00:37:26.400
like a, career and there's there's steps you got to,
878
00:37:26.440 --> 00:37:29.119
take AND i, think, truthfully you just have to be patient.
879
00:37:29.000 --> 00:37:31.119
Hundred percent, NO i, mean AND i learned that out
880
00:37:31.159 --> 00:37:34.239
of the. Gate LIKE i was grateful in that sense
881
00:37:34.280 --> 00:37:38.320
to have people that didn't bullshit, me you. KNOW i
882
00:37:38.320 --> 00:37:41.239
MEAN i was given this not only a tall, frame
883
00:37:41.280 --> 00:37:43.360
but a very big wide. Frame so it's like yeah,
884
00:37:43.679 --> 00:37:46.119
again even at two, eighty Like i've got a lot
885
00:37:46.159 --> 00:37:47.960
of room to put a lot of size. On. Man
886
00:37:48.000 --> 00:37:51.159
and that's like it doesn't matter how good your genetics.
887
00:37:51.159 --> 00:37:53.880
Are i'd consider myself on the genetic scale like pretty,
888
00:37:53.880 --> 00:37:55.679
good you, know but it's like it's still you can't
889
00:37:55.719 --> 00:37:58.159
rush putting on, muscle, dude well bro put in ten
890
00:37:58.239 --> 00:38:01.000
years you know before you really see like a form
891
00:38:01.039 --> 00:38:02.639
of a result if you're trying to, compete you, know
892
00:38:02.679 --> 00:38:05.079
at the highest highest. LEVEL i mean the guys at
893
00:38:05.079 --> 00:38:07.320
The olympia are thirty five even Forty.
894
00:38:07.480 --> 00:38:10.679
Yeah, WELL i mean putting really some of, THEM i
895
00:38:10.679 --> 00:38:13.679
mean looking, ranges you, know but like you, Know Samson
896
00:38:13.719 --> 00:38:16.480
dada just on The, OLYMPIA i believe HE'S i mean he's,
897
00:38:16.519 --> 00:38:17.440
no he's no shy of.
898
00:38:17.480 --> 00:38:19.400
FORTY i think he's like forty one or forty. Two,
899
00:38:19.760 --> 00:38:22.400
yeah that's. CRAZY i Mean Derek lunz for his younger
900
00:38:22.440 --> 00:38:24.679
but he's in a much Shorter i'm talking like in
901
00:38:24.679 --> 00:38:26.519
a tall bodybutting. Sense like if you think about the
902
00:38:26.559 --> 00:38:29.559
Tall olympia level body, butters you, know six foot and,
903
00:38:29.599 --> 00:38:33.519
above they're there's only all in their late. Thirties, yeah
904
00:38:33.559 --> 00:38:34.559
at LEAST i.
905
00:38:34.519 --> 00:38:37.679
Was gonna, say because, yeah, putting putting on the size
906
00:38:37.719 --> 00:38:42.320
and the, mass you need to compete number, one but
907
00:38:42.679 --> 00:38:46.199
number two to put on that that size and stack
908
00:38:46.280 --> 00:38:50.039
up next to five, six like five eight. Guys, Bro
909
00:38:50.199 --> 00:38:52.760
like that's what people don't. Understand, Man like even like
910
00:38:52.800 --> 00:38:56.239
you Know seabum for, example Like seabum seabums fucking you,
911
00:38:56.239 --> 00:38:57.840
know six foot six, foot.
912
00:38:57.679 --> 00:39:01.239
So he's taller than, THAT i believe six six one or.
913
00:39:01.280 --> 00:39:05.679
So, yeah, yeah BUT i mean people don't understand it's
914
00:39:05.760 --> 00:39:09.119
like to be that tall and have like size and fucking,
915
00:39:09.199 --> 00:39:10.800
Masks like it's a different fucking.
916
00:39:10.880 --> 00:39:13.440
World and, honestly, bro Like i've even gone through some
917
00:39:13.440 --> 00:39:16.559
some searching with, this and you learn more every single.
918
00:39:16.599 --> 00:39:19.000
Season but it's, like and especially even like, this, THIS
919
00:39:19.760 --> 00:39:21.760
i like to think bodybuting is a very extreme way
920
00:39:21.840 --> 00:39:25.239
to even explain like just the normal lifestyle guy, Too
921
00:39:25.320 --> 00:39:27.000
like we all go through the same. Things we all
922
00:39:27.000 --> 00:39:29.119
go through the same mental struggles in the sense of
923
00:39:29.199 --> 00:39:33.079
like everyone is so focused on scale, weight whether you're like,
924
00:39:33.320 --> 00:39:34.920
chew are you trying to lose weight and make a
925
00:39:34.920 --> 00:39:37.440
transformation or you're trying to become a three hundred pound body,
926
00:39:37.440 --> 00:39:40.800
Butter like it's three. Hundred like everyone comes to me,
927
00:39:40.880 --> 00:39:42.480
like you're six feet, tall you should be three hundred
928
00:39:42.480 --> 00:39:45.000
pounds if you want to be. Competitive it's, like, okay
929
00:39:45.039 --> 00:39:47.719
well it takes time to get to that three hundred.
930
00:39:47.719 --> 00:39:50.960
Pounds but why scale weight just doesn't mean as much
931
00:39:51.000 --> 00:39:54.239
as people really. Think, Man like nobody's nobody's putting his
932
00:39:54.280 --> 00:39:56.400
scale on the. Stage like at the end of, day
933
00:39:56.400 --> 00:39:57.719
like you talk about a bump. Stead he went and
934
00:39:57.719 --> 00:40:01.159
competed in the open. Class, yeah after His, olympia AND
935
00:40:01.280 --> 00:40:03.760
i mean he would debatably could have won the show
936
00:40:03.800 --> 00:40:05.480
and he would be stepped up with like two forty,
937
00:40:05.519 --> 00:40:08.159
something you, know at six to, one and he's competing
938
00:40:08.159 --> 00:40:11.239
against you, Know martin or these shorter guys that are
939
00:40:11.360 --> 00:40:13.960
the same. Weight so it's, like at the end of the,
940
00:40:14.039 --> 00:40:18.239
day it's it's it's a structure size symmetry, show not
941
00:40:18.280 --> 00:40:21.559
a not a who's The biggest? Show, YE i, mean
942
00:40:21.639 --> 00:40:23.239
and the guys that are winning The olympic the last few,
943
00:40:23.320 --> 00:40:25.239
YEARS i mean they're only a lot of them were
944
00:40:25.239 --> 00:40:27.920
to twelve guys that came. Up so it's, like you,
945
00:40:27.920 --> 00:40:30.199
know being a taller, guy you do have to have
946
00:40:30.239 --> 00:40:33.199
that you have you got more real estate to fill, out,
947
00:40:33.199 --> 00:40:35.960
bro you gotta be for. Sure but it's, like at
948
00:40:35.960 --> 00:40:38.639
the end of the, day but a six foot frame
949
00:40:38.800 --> 00:40:41.559
like filled out next to even a short, guy like
950
00:40:42.440 --> 00:40:44.320
it can look a lot. Better you. KNOW i wouldn't
951
00:40:44.360 --> 00:40:46.559
trade inches off my frame to be a better, bodybooter
952
00:40:46.639 --> 00:40:50.519
BUT i like being six feet. YEAH i at the
953
00:40:50.599 --> 00:40:52.360
end of the. Day two, bodybuilding like the stage is
954
00:40:52.400 --> 00:40:55.280
a byproduct, like it's just we're all living a lifestyle
955
00:40:55.320 --> 00:40:57.599
in some, degree like you, know you. Live you could
956
00:40:57.639 --> 00:41:00.000
debatably say you're a bodyboter in the sense that you
957
00:41:00.119 --> 00:41:01.880
go to the gym with the idea to change your body,
958
00:41:01.920 --> 00:41:04.880
right and you you live a structured. Lifestyle it's you
959
00:41:04.880 --> 00:41:07.039
don't choose to get on. Stage the stage is a. Byproduct.
960
00:41:07.039 --> 00:41:08.960
Bro it's just the most extreme example of.
961
00:41:10.079 --> 00:41:14.320
TRANSFORMATION i always tell PEOPLE i want TO i don't
962
00:41:14.360 --> 00:41:16.039
want to be a, bodybuilder BUT i want to look
963
00:41:16.079 --> 00:41:16.199
like a.
964
00:41:16.239 --> 00:41:19.320
BODYBUILDER i have a lot of. Clients that's most of my, clients. Bro,
965
00:41:19.400 --> 00:41:21.400
LIKE i, MEAN i guess to train lifestyle guys in the,
966
00:41:21.400 --> 00:41:23.679
gym and they train twice as hard as these guys
967
00:41:23.719 --> 00:41:26.199
THAT i see a bodybuilding he. Shows you, know it's like,
968
00:41:26.360 --> 00:41:30.079
crazy it's a, lifestyle. Man and that's like you take
969
00:41:30.119 --> 00:41:32.880
it back to you, know Before, instagram and you, know
970
00:41:33.039 --> 00:41:35.159
LIKE i was a twenty year old kid without a,
971
00:41:35.199 --> 00:41:38.239
phone LIKE i JUST i wanted to live that, lifestyle
972
00:41:38.320 --> 00:41:40.039
LIKE i didn't, Care LIKE i just felt good doing,
973
00:41:40.079 --> 00:41:41.719
It Like i'll do this Till i'm, dead you. KNOW i,
974
00:41:41.719 --> 00:41:44.320
mean regardless of a, STAGE i LEARNED i can make
975
00:41:44.360 --> 00:41:45.840
money and do a career with. It so that's Why
976
00:41:45.880 --> 00:41:46.639
i'm going to take you more.
977
00:41:46.679 --> 00:41:49.320
Serious this is A i THINK i already know the,
978
00:41:49.320 --> 00:41:53.440
answer But i'm just. Curious you obviously went to you, know,
979
00:41:53.760 --> 00:41:58.320

980
00:41:58.360 --> 00:42:00.880
Alcohol it sounds like, definitely you, KNOW i wasn't drinker at,
981

983
00:42:06.000 --> 00:42:08.760
assume especially with your lifestyle, now you're like one hundred percent.
984
00:42:08.800 --> 00:42:13.000
Sober, yes from the MOST i MEAN I i, YES
985
00:42:13.280 --> 00:42:15.079
i would. SAY i MEAN i don't drink at, All
986
00:42:15.119 --> 00:42:16.719
LIKE i might drink with my, family you, know.
987
00:42:16.639 --> 00:42:17.039
A couple of.
988
00:42:17.039 --> 00:42:21.159
Times, yeah, OKAY i, mean got. YOU i just don't
989
00:42:21.159 --> 00:42:22.679
know if you were one that was, like you, KNOW
990
00:42:22.760 --> 00:42:25.079
i am one hundred percent. SOBER i don't. DRINK i
991
00:42:25.119 --> 00:42:27.039
haven't you, know touched anything FOR x amount of.
992
00:42:27.079 --> 00:42:29.840
YEARS i haven't done anything like. THAT i would consider
993
00:42:29.960 --> 00:42:34.559
hard drugs since you, KNOW i would be almost ten years, sober, okay,
994
00:42:34.599 --> 00:42:37.039
perfect you know off Pills like, yeah you, Know I've
995
00:42:37.119 --> 00:42:40.400
i've smoked a joint here and, there but it's, LIKE i,
996
00:42:40.440 --> 00:42:43.119
Mean i've had a few. DRINKS i don't live AN aa,

1005
00:43:04.280 --> 00:43:06.679

1017
00:43:38.360 --> 00:43:41.320

00:43:41.320 --> 00:43:43.079

00:43:46.199 --> 00:43:49.239
Shit but WE i throw ONY b.
1022
00:43:50.400 --> 00:43:52.800
BECAUSE i, remember, LIKE i don't know how we even
1023
00:43:52.800 --> 00:43:54.440
had a, conversation but you were, Like, Yo i'm gonna
1024
00:43:54.519 --> 00:43:56.440
get myna get some blood work. Done, well let me
1025
00:43:56.480 --> 00:43:57.960
see where my test is. At and then that kind
1026
00:43:57.960 --> 00:44:01.000
of sparked. Me we probably started a week behind each,
1027
00:44:01.039 --> 00:44:02.400
other like you and then and then.
1028
00:44:02.480 --> 00:44:02.559
Me.
1029
00:44:02.960 --> 00:44:05.760
Yeah uh and because we're going on two, years, right,
1030
00:44:06.320 --> 00:44:08.880
YEAH i and a. Half, YEAH i kind of went
1031
00:44:08.920 --> 00:44:13.320
through A i. Was my story is very different than.
1032
00:44:13.360 --> 00:44:17.000
Yours LIKE I i. WAS i was super chill during
1033
00:44:17.079 --> 00:44:19.320
high school because WHERE i grew up she we already knows.
1034
00:44:19.360 --> 00:44:22.599
This i've talked about this ten, times BUT I i
1035
00:44:22.599 --> 00:44:27.440
grew up in such just a small rural area Northeastern. Montana,
1036
00:44:28.280 --> 00:44:31.360
yeah and SO i grew up very so. Yeah so
1037
00:44:31.440 --> 00:44:33.760
like WHERE i come, From like we never really, like,
1038
00:44:34.320 --> 00:44:36.159
yeah we like did some party a little bit in high,
1039
00:44:36.159 --> 00:44:39.320
school but we were just like small town kids man like, farmers.
1040
00:44:39.400 --> 00:44:43.760
Ranchers we play all, sports, basketball, football, track, golf. Whatever
1041
00:44:44.119 --> 00:44:45.599
WHERE i went wild was in fucking.
1042
00:44:45.639 --> 00:44:46.840
College SO.
1043
00:44:48.920 --> 00:44:51.960
I MEAN i was young enough to Uh university Of,
1044
00:44:52.000 --> 00:44:55.960
Montana so what went to college? There, Anyway long story,
1045
00:44:56.000 --> 00:45:01.920
SHORT i partied damn here good three quarters of my. Twenties,
1046
00:45:02.039 --> 00:45:05.079
yeah SO i. WAS i was fucking milking college for
1047
00:45:05.239 --> 00:45:09.480
five six. Years got into you, know post college, life
1048
00:45:09.480 --> 00:45:11.400
trying to figure out my career WHAT i wanted to.
1049
00:45:11.440 --> 00:45:16.440
Do AND i never really got like serious about shit
1050
00:45:16.679 --> 00:45:20.480
until probably about like three four years. Ago and that's
1051
00:45:20.480 --> 00:45:22.159
WHEN i was, Like, OKAY i just started cleaning up the,
1052
00:45:22.199 --> 00:45:25.320
diet like my. Metabolism how old were you through four years?
1053
00:45:25.320 --> 00:45:27.239
Ago SO i actually just turned thirty.
1054
00:45:27.000 --> 00:45:29.519
Eight, Okay. Yeah most people start to figure out like,
1055
00:45:29.719 --> 00:45:31.880
yeah they start to want to make their lifestyle, change
1056
00:45:31.960 --> 00:45:33.440
they get it out of their, system and it's right
1057
00:45:33.519 --> 00:45:33.960
right about.
1058
00:45:34.039 --> 00:45:37.119
Thirty so it was LIKE i would, SAY i would,
1059
00:45:37.159 --> 00:45:40.719
say right around like like thirty, one thirty. Two that's
1060
00:45:40.719 --> 00:45:42.639
WHEN i was, like, okay LIKE i GOTTA i gotta
1061
00:45:42.639 --> 00:45:46.119
fucking clean my shit, up like Like i'm, Noticing i'm
1062
00:45:46.119 --> 00:45:49.480
Noticing i'm slowly putting on weight like every single. Year
1063
00:45:50.039 --> 00:45:52.280
BECAUSE i was always that guy LIKE i worked out
1064
00:45:52.400 --> 00:45:54.719
more for like the social. ASPECT i like to go
1065
00:45:54.760 --> 00:45:57.599
to the. Gym see my homies talk about you, know
1066
00:45:58.000 --> 00:46:00.440
you know what we're gonna do this. Weekend we're gonna
1067
00:46:00.440 --> 00:46:03.559
go grab some dinner, tonight you know. Whatever but, yeah
1068
00:46:03.599 --> 00:46:06.960
it WAS i would say PROBABLY i started cleaning shit
1069
00:46:07.079 --> 00:46:11.039
up in like my early, thirties and then WHEN i
1070
00:46:11.280 --> 00:46:14.079
JOINED i Joined Dragons there a couple of years, ago
1071
00:46:14.639 --> 00:46:17.039
and that's WHEN i started surrounding myself with like a
1072
00:46:17.079 --> 00:46:20.079
whole new group of. People there was obviously a lot
1073
00:46:20.119 --> 00:46:25.920
of fitness, people, influencers, bodybuilders et. Cetera and that's WHAT i.
1074
00:46:25.960 --> 00:46:28.199
Remember you, Know chewing AND i have known each other
1075
00:46:28.239 --> 00:46:33.280
for what about five uh like four about twenty. Twenty, yeah,
1076
00:46:33.519 --> 00:46:36.679
YES i moved Here june of twenty, one so like
1077
00:46:36.760 --> 00:46:40.000
that summer, basically So i've Known chewy for about four.
1078
00:46:40.079 --> 00:46:43.039
Years but, anyway after a couple of years being out,
1079
00:46:43.079 --> 00:46:45.320
HERE i was, Like, okay, hey LIKE i need to
1080
00:46:45.360 --> 00:46:47.880
switch it. Up started working out of Dragons, lare and
1081
00:46:47.920 --> 00:46:49.800
then that's WHEN i started being, like, okay, okay SO
1082
00:46:51.159 --> 00:46:55.320
i see what's going on HERE i and need to
1083
00:46:55.360 --> 00:46:57.480
fucking switch it. Up so first THING i did was
1084
00:46:57.519 --> 00:46:58.400
LIKE i got to fucking cut some.
1085
00:46:58.400 --> 00:46:58.639
Weight.
1086
00:46:58.679 --> 00:47:01.840
Man SO i actually hired a coach out here hired a.
1087
00:47:01.880 --> 00:47:06.760
COACH i dropped like from damn here two fifty down
1088
00:47:06.800 --> 00:47:09.760
to about two o. Five SO i JUST i basically
1089
00:47:09.960 --> 00:47:12.199
like cut a bunch of, fat And i'm, like, OKAY
1090
00:47:12.280 --> 00:47:15.039
i got how it starts first One, yeah SO i
1091
00:47:15.119 --> 00:47:16.719
JUST i had to like get a bunch of fat off. You,
1092
00:47:17.360 --> 00:47:20.519
well well then AFTER I i got the fat, off
1093
00:47:20.599 --> 00:47:22.800
THEN i THEN i started getting addicted to like, okay,
1094
00:47:22.880 --> 00:47:25.199
hey Now i'm like cut some fat, off but NOW
1095
00:47:25.239 --> 00:47:28.199
i want to put on some. Muscle and that's when you,
1096
00:47:28.199 --> 00:47:30.599
KNOW i start looking, ONLINE i start talking with people
1097
00:47:30.599 --> 00:47:33.239
in the. Gym well you Know i'm doing, This i'm
1098
00:47:33.320 --> 00:47:36.480
taking this. Whatever so that's WHEN i was talking to.
1099
00:47:36.519 --> 00:47:38.320
You he was, LIKE i was, like, hey, BRO i
1100
00:47:38.360 --> 00:47:41.159
gotta get my blood work. DONE i GOTTA i gotta go.
1101
00:47:41.679 --> 00:47:43.480
That decision on yourself because most people got to be
1102
00:47:43.480 --> 00:47:44.039
told to go do.
1103
00:47:44.119 --> 00:47:49.280
It, yeah So i'm you'll actually laugh at. This so
1104
00:47:49.519 --> 00:47:51.840
my my first my first time getting my blood work
1105
00:47:51.880 --> 00:47:54.599
done WAS I i didn't go to a, doctor bro
1106
00:47:54.880 --> 00:47:58.400
for like fucking, years like, years Because i'm the. Guy like,
1107
00:47:58.840 --> 00:48:02.920
besides maybe like a cold in Like November, december LIKE
1108
00:48:02.960 --> 00:48:04.719
i don't get. SICK i don't go to the. DOCTOR
1109
00:48:04.760 --> 00:48:07.840
i don't break any LIKE i DON'T i don't break any.
1110
00:48:07.880 --> 00:48:10.519
BONES i just never go to the fucking. Doctor SO
1111
00:48:10.639 --> 00:48:12.920
i go to a doctor out here In. VEGAS i was, like,
1112
00:48:12.960 --> 00:48:14.880
HEY i was, Like i'm trying to you, know clean
1113
00:48:14.960 --> 00:48:17.519
up my you know. SELF i got a. Coach i'm
1114
00:48:17.559 --> 00:48:19.599
trying to cut some. FAT i want to get my
1115
00:48:19.599 --> 00:48:22.960
blood work. DONE i get my blood work. Done first,
1116
00:48:23.000 --> 00:48:25.800
OFF i asked for a full. Panel they did some
1117
00:48:26.039 --> 00:48:28.920
half ass like little blug work test that the fucking
1118
00:48:29.079 --> 00:48:32.480
doctor's office. Does didn't even have like my test, levels
1119
00:48:32.519 --> 00:48:34.960
didn't have, thyroid, like you, know none of the stuff
1120
00:48:34.960 --> 00:48:37.119
THAT i was looking. For SO i went. BACK i was,
1121
00:48:37.159 --> 00:48:40.400
LIKE i did it, again and this TIME i get
1122
00:48:40.400 --> 00:48:43.360
a full. PANEL i go in and the first one
1123
00:48:43.440 --> 00:48:45.360
that everyone was telling me is, like, Hey, evan you,
1124
00:48:45.519 --> 00:48:47.880
like take take a look at like what's your test is.
1125
00:48:47.920 --> 00:48:50.840
At so first THING i, did AND i was AT
1126
00:48:51.519 --> 00:48:56.800
i was at three three twenty. Four SO i, WAS i,
1127
00:48:56.880 --> 00:48:58.480
WAS i was at three twenty.
1128
00:48:58.480 --> 00:48:59.320
Four you want to know?
1129
00:48:59.400 --> 00:49:02.280
Mine and you know what the fucking doctor told. Me he,
1130
00:49:02.400 --> 00:49:06.000
says your test is, Great, yeah, right test is? Great
1131
00:49:06.000 --> 00:49:09.559
AND i was, like my, doctor my test is, Great
1132
00:49:09.599 --> 00:49:12.000
like can you can you explain like what the scaling,
1133
00:49:12.159 --> 00:49:14.920
is like what should it? Be, oh, well as you
1134
00:49:14.920 --> 00:49:18.159
can see here on the, scale your testosterone can range
1135
00:49:18.159 --> 00:49:20.360
anywhere from three hundred up to one.
1136
00:49:20.400 --> 00:49:24.079
Thousand they're going off a results. Range SO i looked at.
1137
00:49:24.159 --> 00:49:27.199
HIM i, SAID i, said, yo, doc so you said
1138
00:49:27.239 --> 00:49:30.840
my test is. Fine i'm like twenty four points on
1139
00:49:30.880 --> 00:49:35.400
a seven hundred point scale from like falling. Off and
1140
00:49:35.639 --> 00:49:38.840
basically what he told me is, like unless you're under three,
1141
00:49:38.920 --> 00:49:44.000
HUNDRED i cannot, clinically you, know diagnose you with low
1142
00:49:44.039 --> 00:49:48.400
testosterone or you, know give you a medication at your.
1143
00:49:48.440 --> 00:49:52.800
Age your testosterone levels are. Fine AND i remember just
1144
00:49:52.840 --> 00:49:56.119
like accepting, That AND i REMEMBER i met with my
1145
00:49:56.199 --> 00:49:58.599
coach the following week and he was, like you, know,
1146
00:49:58.679 --> 00:50:01.159
hey bring me your blood, work like let's let's walk through.
1147
00:50:01.199 --> 00:50:03.800
This AND i remember handing it to him and the
1148
00:50:03.840 --> 00:50:05.519
first thing he asked was, like, yo you, know what's
1149
00:50:05.559 --> 00:50:07.880
your doctor? Say AND i was, said, oh he, said
1150
00:50:07.920 --> 00:50:13.199
my my test levels are. Fine and that's WHEN i was, Like,
1151
00:50:13.239 --> 00:50:16.800
okay it's it's time to like really look into, this
1152
00:50:16.960 --> 00:50:19.480
LIKE i want to optimize my, Health like what DO
1153
00:50:19.519 --> 00:50:20.239
i gotta do, here.
1154
00:50:20.639 --> 00:50:23.360
Dude so that so same deal as he's going through,
1155
00:50:23.360 --> 00:50:25.239
THAT i go to the, doctor, RIGHT i don't have
1156
00:50:25.239 --> 00:50:26.440
a doctor out, here.
1157
00:50:26.239 --> 00:50:28.079
AND I i wouldn't find out what's wrong with.
1158
00:50:28.119 --> 00:50:30.840
Me he was, like, Listen i've Lost at that, TIME
1159
00:50:30.880 --> 00:50:31.880
i had lost fifty pounds.
1160
00:50:31.880 --> 00:50:35.280
ALREADY i was two, Seventy, no three seventy there's just
1161
00:50:35.320 --> 00:50:39.079
three seventy, four fat as, fuck you, know Fucking AND
1162
00:50:39.119 --> 00:50:39.559
i go to the.
1163
00:50:39.599 --> 00:50:41.800
Doctor he said the same. Shit he was, Like he's, like,
1164
00:50:41.800 --> 00:50:44.079
broll you're. Good he's, like you're. YOUNG i was twenty
1165
00:50:44.199 --> 00:50:46.880
nine WHEN i when we first, started and but my
1166
00:50:47.079 --> 00:50:50.239
was two eighty. Five and what he told me is
1167
00:50:50.280 --> 00:50:52.320
it's two eighty to eleven. Hundred So i'm, Like i'm, like,
1168
00:50:52.360 --> 00:50:54.840
doc this is a test of like a ninety year old.
1169
00:50:54.840 --> 00:50:57.119
Man he's, LIKE i. Can't he's, like, Bro i'm. Sorry
1170
00:50:57.639 --> 00:50:59.159
so that's WHEN i came to, you AND i was, like,
1171
00:50:59.280 --> 00:51:02.880
OH i, know mine higher than. Yours. Bro fuck. Yeah
1172
00:51:02.920 --> 00:51:04.480
so and then we, met we met so and, so
1173
00:51:04.519 --> 00:51:05.119
and and that's HOW.
1174
00:51:05.039 --> 00:51:08.119
I like what you were doing in, college, right, YEAH a,
1175
00:51:08.199 --> 00:51:12.920
CHILD i, mean it all plays a role in like
1176
00:51:12.960 --> 00:51:14.679
at the end of the, day like primary care of,
1177
00:51:14.719 --> 00:51:17.719
doctors like they don't typically unless you even some some,
1178
00:51:17.760 --> 00:51:20.000
guy unless you ask to get blood, work they won't
1179
00:51:20.000 --> 00:51:25.039
even take those tests like. HORMONES i literally have become so.
1180
00:51:25.119 --> 00:51:28.920
POPULAR i literally called him back. UP i, Said, hey you,
1181
00:51:28.960 --> 00:51:31.960
KNOW i told you That i'm really trying to like
1182
00:51:32.119 --> 00:51:35.519
optimize my health and like really understand like a full
1183
00:51:35.639 --> 00:51:38.960
scope of like Where i'm. At LIKE i thought you,
1184
00:51:39.000 --> 00:51:40.840
said like we were going to get a full. Panel oh,
1185
00:51:40.880 --> 00:51:43.440
WELL i just this is the this is this is
1186
00:51:43.480 --> 00:51:45.679
the normal procedure that we. Do, WELL i, said, hey,
1187
00:51:45.679 --> 00:51:48.119
man LIKE i don't want a normal, procedure Like i'm
1188
00:51:48.159 --> 00:51:51.119
looking for a real like snapshot on like where the
1189
00:51:51.159 --> 00:51:54.199
Funk i'm. At so long story, short, doc you probably
1190
00:51:54.199 --> 00:51:56.360
won't watch, this but, HEY i no longer go to.
1191
00:51:56.480 --> 00:51:59.320
Him and that was the last DAY i literally went to.
1192
00:51:59.400 --> 00:52:01.880
Him was that DAY i was, like, Bro i'm not
1193
00:52:02.159 --> 00:52:05.760
coming back to this. Guy and that's WHEN i BELIEVE
1194
00:52:05.800 --> 00:52:09.199
i actually went to clinic you were working At Magnus,
1195
00:52:09.800 --> 00:52:13.599
yeah and uh, yeah got got my blood, work got
1196
00:52:13.599 --> 00:52:16.360
my blood work done. THERE i was actually with someone previous.
1197
00:52:16.400 --> 00:52:20.639
Before but, yeah long story, short after realizing how low
1198
00:52:20.719 --> 00:52:23.000
my test my my my test was that's WHEN i
1199
00:52:23.079 --> 00:52:27.360
first took my first enhancement was some.
1200
00:52:27.360 --> 00:52:31.480
Uh is it really enhancement? Though like that's WHAT i
1201
00:52:31.480 --> 00:52:33.679
try To, LIKE i have this conversation every day with,
1202
00:52:33.760 --> 00:52:36.039
clients bro And i've you, know been a part of
1203
00:52:36.079 --> 00:52:38.760
a lot of transformations where it's, like you, Know i'm,
1204
00:52:38.800 --> 00:52:40.639
like somebody comes to, me even if it.
1205
00:52:40.599 --> 00:52:42.320
Was about test place with therapy ON.
1206
00:52:42.400 --> 00:52:45.559
Trt yeah think, yes which has also become you, know
1207
00:52:45.599 --> 00:52:47.800
like we were talking about before a little bit of a, trend, right,
1208
00:52:48.079 --> 00:52:51.440
yeah twenty year old kids that already have sky high.
1209
00:52:51.440 --> 00:52:52.599
TEST i was were, LIKE i need to get on
1210
00:52:52.639 --> 00:52:55.360
t R. T it's yea, yeah but what we're talking, about,
1211
00:52:55.400 --> 00:52:57.239
Right so like, again you, know client's coming to. ME
1212
00:52:57.880 --> 00:53:02.320
i remember one client specifically In californa that was that
1213
00:53:02.480 --> 00:53:05.360
was WHEN i really understood the magic of what hormone
1214
00:53:05.400 --> 00:53:07.480
replacement therapy could. Do i'm, like this guy does everything,
1215
00:53:07.599 --> 00:53:09.320
Right like he's coming to the gym with. Me you,
1216
00:53:09.320 --> 00:53:11.440
know he was a little bit, smaller you, know a shorter.
1217
00:53:11.559 --> 00:53:15.480
Guy you, know he there's just kind of telltale sounds
1218
00:53:15.480 --> 00:53:17.199
when you look at somebody that you can tell like,
1219
00:53:17.719 --> 00:53:20.440
okay like he's he's doing everything. Right he's eating his,
1220
00:53:20.480 --> 00:53:22.760
food he's training with me three times a, week And
1221
00:53:22.760 --> 00:53:25.079
i'm pushing his. Ass So i'm, like he's not gaining,
1222
00:53:25.159 --> 00:53:28.079
weight he's not really changing that. Much what's going on?
1223
00:53:28.119 --> 00:53:30.480
Here and LIKE, i you, KNOW i continued to encourage
1224
00:53:30.559 --> 00:53:32.440
him to go get his blood work, done and he finally, did,
1225
00:53:32.719 --> 00:53:35.440
yeah you, know and to, surprise like you, GUYS i,
1226
00:53:35.440 --> 00:53:38.480
MEAN i think he ended up having like even worse than.
1227
00:53:38.519 --> 00:53:39.760
YOU i think he. WAS i think he was like
1228
00:53:40.039 --> 00:53:41.800
sub two. Hundred he was like one hundred and ninety.
1229
00:53:41.840 --> 00:53:44.039
Something but you, know he's this guy's an example a
1230
00:53:44.079 --> 00:53:46.280
lot WHEN i talk to clients now and you, know
1231
00:53:46.320 --> 00:53:48.280
again working in the clinic and seeing so many other
1232
00:53:48.320 --> 00:53:50.639
case studies of you, know people coming to me and
1233
00:53:50.840 --> 00:53:53.119
you know what caused. That you, know all walks of
1234
00:53:53.159 --> 00:53:54.800
life are affected by. This but back to this one,
1235
00:53:54.880 --> 00:53:58.960
guy like we got him on tierty Put, On we
1236
00:53:59.000 --> 00:54:01.559
got his levels like nine hundred or one, thousand you,
1237
00:54:01.599 --> 00:54:04.119
know taking two, hundred one, hundred two hundred milligrams a
1238
00:54:04.159 --> 00:54:07.639
week TO sasa and sipping, it and he gained about
1239
00:54:07.639 --> 00:54:10.079
fifteen twenty pounds like that he would have probably had
1240
00:54:10.280 --> 00:54:12.159
had his hormones been optimized out of the gate just,
1241
00:54:12.280 --> 00:54:15.480
naturally but not even just, That LIKE i use him
1242
00:54:15.480 --> 00:54:17.880
as example because he changed his whole. Life like, yeah you,
1243
00:54:17.920 --> 00:54:19.960
know it's just kind of funny because you, know you
1244
00:54:19.960 --> 00:54:22.320
think About tustosa on the side effects of, it like you,
1245
00:54:22.360 --> 00:54:23.840
know he never had face where and he grew this
1246
00:54:23.920 --> 00:54:28.440
freaking like you, know, beard like a like a. Lumberjack,
1247
00:54:28.599 --> 00:54:31.119
yeah and so he comes, in he's like he's got a.
1248
00:54:31.159 --> 00:54:33.880
Beard now he's, like you, know he started shooting his
1249
00:54:33.880 --> 00:54:36.119
shot with. Girls he ended up who he's married to,
1250
00:54:36.199 --> 00:54:39.199
now like got a you, know a hot little, girlfriend you, know,
1251
00:54:39.239 --> 00:54:41.880
yeah probably ten years younger than. Him and he started
1252
00:54:41.920 --> 00:54:43.920
really changing the. Gym he started a, business he started
1253
00:54:43.920 --> 00:54:46.440
to make more. Money and this is all from the
1254
00:54:46.480 --> 00:54:49.079
confidence that he gained, from you, know then training with
1255
00:54:49.159 --> 00:54:51.679
me and being ON, trt like it changed his whole.
1256
00:54:51.719 --> 00:54:54.920
Life, well, dude AND i like a lot of people,
1257
00:54:54.960 --> 00:54:57.639
think AND i think here's the big misconception is people's, like,
1258
00:54:57.679 --> 00:55:00.639
oh WELL i DON'T i don't need you, know get
1259
00:55:00.639 --> 00:55:03.480
on get ON trt because my my sex drive's. Fine
1260
00:55:04.239 --> 00:55:10.159
like that's only a portion of what that FUCKING trt replacements,
1261
00:55:10.199 --> 00:55:12.559
Doing like it is everything from.
1262
00:55:12.719 --> 00:55:13.639
Mood it is.
1263
00:55:13.880 --> 00:55:17.960
Energy it is. Clarity, yes there's obviously you, know sex
1264
00:55:18.039 --> 00:55:21.000
drive that goes along with. It it's it's fucking muscle.
1265
00:55:21.039 --> 00:55:23.519
Growth like there's quite a bit that fucking goes along with.
1266
00:55:23.559 --> 00:55:26.000
It when your hormones are out of, whack you feel
1267
00:55:26.039 --> 00:55:28.559
horrible bro in the gym and outside in, life like
1268
00:55:29.480 --> 00:55:32.079
having your test hoster and estrogen, off where you know
1269
00:55:32.119 --> 00:55:34.599
some people would it'll it'll second and affect. Them they'll
1270
00:55:34.599 --> 00:55:36.360
have thyroid problems and that's why they can't gain or
1271
00:55:36.400 --> 00:55:38.239
lose weight the way that they want. To and they
1272
00:55:38.280 --> 00:55:40.679
fix these small little. Things it's, like go get your
1273
00:55:40.679 --> 00:55:43.440
blood work check because it could change, again not only
1274
00:55:43.519 --> 00:55:45.760
how you look and feel about, yourself but like your
1275
00:55:45.800 --> 00:55:48.599
mentality towards, life like Because i've been on that, Side
1276
00:55:48.639 --> 00:55:50.000
LIKE i know what it's like to be low T
1277
00:55:50.280 --> 00:55:53.440
like the first time ever AFTER i had done my
1278
00:55:53.519 --> 00:55:57.519
first you know cycle early, on LIKE i wanted to
1279
00:55:57.559 --> 00:55:59.599
recover my natural tea AND i couldn't really you, know
1280
00:55:59.639 --> 00:56:02.360
over three months four months of, time and you, KNOW
1281
00:56:02.400 --> 00:56:04.280
i have no idea obviously BECAUSE i had already dabbled
1282
00:56:04.280 --> 00:56:05.800
and jumped. In but at the same, time it was,
1283
00:56:05.880 --> 00:56:08.199
like you, know like you talk about your. BACKGROUND i
1284
00:56:08.239 --> 00:56:11.440
believe like somewhere along that, way WHEN i was not
1285
00:56:11.559 --> 00:56:14.000
eating properly and you, know doing drugs as a kid
1286
00:56:14.039 --> 00:56:16.599
like that probably threw out my. Testoser my testoer was
1287
00:56:16.639 --> 00:56:19.559
probably shot BEFORE i even started lifting. Weights. Bro so
1288
00:56:19.679 --> 00:56:22.800
like it's just, YEAH i can't stress. Enough LIKE i
1289
00:56:22.880 --> 00:56:26.320
work with, men you, know ages really twenty to, fifty you,
1290
00:56:26.320 --> 00:56:29.400
know even guys older than. That And i've seen a
1291
00:56:29.440 --> 00:56:32.239
million studies as far as you, know low test and
1292
00:56:32.840 --> 00:56:35.159
they get on that replacement dose and it just it
1293
00:56:35.239 --> 00:56:37.840
changes everything for, them especially if you're just talking simply
1294
00:56:37.840 --> 00:56:38.639
you're progress in the.
1295
00:56:38.679 --> 00:56:42.840
Gym, Yeah it's it's interesting how people are like they
1296
00:56:42.920 --> 00:56:44.599
they're so against.
1297
00:56:44.599 --> 00:56:45.400
IT i get it a.
1298
00:56:45.440 --> 00:56:48.159
LOT i MEAN i could go as a negative, connotation, right.
1299
00:56:48.000 --> 00:56:51.639
It's like but LIKE i, LIKE i mean the size is, there,
1300
00:56:51.679 --> 00:56:53.079
Right Like i'm telling, them Like, bro not.
1301
00:56:53.039 --> 00:56:55.639
Taking Regular no you are in that, sense but like
1302
00:56:55.880 --> 00:56:59.039
if you're taking a true replacement, dose which isn't doesn't
1303
00:56:59.079 --> 00:57:01.559
need to Be like he's kind of gotten out of
1304
00:57:01.559 --> 00:57:03.840
line where guys are like you, know in the clinic,
1305
00:57:03.880 --> 00:57:05.440
space like you could be up to four hundred and
1306
00:57:05.440 --> 00:57:08.400
you're still on tierty like true tis oser and replacement
1307
00:57:08.440 --> 00:57:11.000
therapy is you, know typically anywhere between one hundred and
1308
00:57:11.039 --> 00:57:13.519
two hundred, milligrams like, yeah some older, men LIKE i,
1309
00:57:13.559 --> 00:57:15.320
know they'll take one hundred and twenty five one hundred
1310
00:57:15.320 --> 00:57:17.639
and fifty and it gets them just to that spot
1311
00:57:17.679 --> 00:57:20.480
that they. Need like my dad another prime, example like
1312
00:57:20.880 --> 00:57:22.360
he used to talk shit on me, like, oh you're
1313
00:57:22.400 --> 00:57:27.199
taking this or, that like you, know he he actually
1314
00:57:27.239 --> 00:57:29.280
had a health scare and was forced to take his blood,
1315
00:57:29.280 --> 00:57:30.880
work but before that he had n't taken his blood
1316
00:57:30.920 --> 00:57:33.480
in like six, years and test osren was pretty good back.
1317
00:57:33.519 --> 00:57:36.679
Then but you know you turn past fifty five and
1318
00:57:36.719 --> 00:57:39.159
it's like it just. Plummeted and you, know we got
1319
00:57:39.199 --> 00:57:40.800
him on tier. TWO i got him connected with the,
1320
00:57:40.840 --> 00:57:43.280
clinic and you know he's LIKE i can't LIKE i feel,
1321
00:57:43.320 --> 00:57:44.679
Amazing LIKE i feel it's.
1322
00:57:44.719 --> 00:57:47.320
GOOD i, remember and if.
1323
00:57:47.159 --> 00:57:49.239
You haven't gotten your blood work check like if you're
1324
00:57:49.239 --> 00:57:51.719
listening to, this like go get it. Done you know things, later,
1325
00:57:52.239 --> 00:57:54.920
DUDE i know where you are natural in that, sense
1326
00:57:55.159 --> 00:57:58.360
like six hundred to one, thousand like, ye that's typically
1327
00:57:59.639 --> 00:58:01.599
when he's a argetting over a, Thousand you're, like, okay
1328
00:58:01.679 --> 00:58:04.079
you know WHAT i. Mean and some people will take everyone's.
1329
00:58:04.119 --> 00:58:06.599
Different you, know they might respond and up take it.
1330
00:58:06.639 --> 00:58:08.840
Better LIKE i know guys that can take two hundred
1331
00:58:08.840 --> 00:58:13.239
milligrams and they're it'll skyrocket them fifteen, hundred. Plush but
1332
00:58:13.320 --> 00:58:14.920
as long as you're getting to that eight hundred of
1333
00:58:14.960 --> 00:58:17.159
maybe a thousand or a little bit above, that, like,
1334
00:58:17.280 --> 00:58:19.320
yeah that's that's where we want to be in your
1335
00:58:19.320 --> 00:58:20.599
twenties and, Thirties like you'll feel.
1336
00:58:20.599 --> 00:58:23.239
Great, yeah and that's that's Where i'm pretty much, like,
1337
00:58:23.320 --> 00:58:27.239
right i'd say eight hundred thousand. Ringe but, DUDE i
1338
00:58:27.519 --> 00:58:30.559
remember WHEN i first got on, it AND i was,
1339
00:58:30.599 --> 00:58:32.880
like now it's just it's just, Normal like NOW i
1340
00:58:32.920 --> 00:58:35.280
just feel like this all the. Time BUT i REMEMBER
1341
00:58:35.320 --> 00:58:37.840
i was LIKE i remember Calling. CHEW i, Said, BRO
1342
00:58:38.679 --> 00:58:41.320
i feel like a fucking New man, Week like we
1343
00:58:41.519 --> 00:58:45.239
two were, LIKE i, remember LIKE i just. REMEMBER i
1344
00:58:45.280 --> 00:58:45.880
was just LIKE.
1345
00:58:46.039 --> 00:58:47.559
I just had a little bit more pep in your,
1346
00:58:47.599 --> 00:58:50.519
step but at exactly a bit more letting your. Pencil, hunh, Bro,
1347
00:58:50.760 --> 00:58:54.519
bro it was your girlfriend's going. On, bro it was
1348
00:58:54.880 --> 00:58:56.079
there was there was for a.
1349
00:58:56.119 --> 00:58:57.360
While i'm, like, YO.
1350
00:58:57.760 --> 00:58:59.280
I was, like, yo it's getting hard in the.
1351
00:58:59.320 --> 00:59:03.039
Morning they're. Soccer but by the, way you should have,
1352
00:59:03.119 --> 00:59:04.599
morning what if you're you KNOW z.
1353
00:59:05.159 --> 00:59:10.199
Yeah and and that's why that's WHY i know that
1354
00:59:10.239 --> 00:59:13.840
ship's still, Working. Brocus every, Morning i'm, like it was so.
1355
00:59:13.880 --> 00:59:16.360
Funny i'm thankful that we did it, together right because
1356
00:59:16.360 --> 00:59:18.559
we went to the clinic together the first one before
1357
00:59:18.559 --> 00:59:19.000
we went to The.
1358
00:59:19.239 --> 00:59:21.639
Bro those first friends that you get into that like
1359
00:59:21.679 --> 00:59:24.079
you have that discovery or you, know even if you're
1360
00:59:24.079 --> 00:59:25.719
not going through the, clinic like those guys that you
1361
00:59:25.760 --> 00:59:27.960
do your first cycle, with it's like those are different
1362
00:59:28.000 --> 00:59:32.400
kind of, friendships, man and it's it's, funny beautiful thing to, discover, Yeah.
1363
00:59:32.400 --> 00:59:36.280
Bro and then like it's it's funny bro BECAUSE I
1364
00:59:36.280 --> 00:59:41.360
i've probably sent that clinic the one we're talking about fifteen, people,
1365
00:59:41.360 --> 00:59:43.320
bro and every single one of them are still on
1366
00:59:43.400 --> 00:59:44.800
it and they're, Like, bro like, thanks thank.
1367
00:59:44.840 --> 00:59:45.320
You yeah.
1368
00:59:45.400 --> 00:59:47.280
Yeah And i'm Like i'm trying to tell, you, bro
1369
00:59:47.360 --> 00:59:48.880
LIKE i feel LIKE i got it's.
1370
00:59:48.719 --> 00:59:51.400
Most of my, clients, bro every single person when they
1371
00:59:51.400 --> 00:59:53.039
come to, me it's like it's a requirement that you
1372
00:59:53.079 --> 00:59:55.079
get your blood. Work we need to know what's going
1373
00:59:55.119 --> 00:59:57.679
on because you're wasting your money and your time with
1374
00:59:57.719 --> 00:59:59.400
me if we don't know what's going. On inside your.
1375
00:59:59.440 --> 01:00:02.239
Body and that's not just your, hormones that's all of your.
1376
01:00:02.280 --> 01:00:05.320
Markers you, know you can find one thing wrong and you,
1377
01:00:05.360 --> 01:00:08.320
know A cbc or a lipid panel and it could
1378
01:00:08.320 --> 01:00:10.360
absolutely change your. Life you fix that one, thing you
1379
01:00:10.400 --> 01:00:13.320
make lifestyle. Changes you start taking over the counter, supplements you,
1380
01:00:13.360 --> 01:00:15.440
know if you need. To there's certain things in a,
1381
01:00:15.440 --> 01:00:18.000
pharmacy like let's make sure your blood pressure is on,
1382
01:00:18.079 --> 01:00:22.960
point let's make sure your cholesterol, straight liver enzymes. Taken you, know,
1383
01:00:23.039 --> 01:00:25.039
again over the counter. Stuff there's certain brands THAT i
1384
01:00:25.079 --> 01:00:28.239
trust more than, others like is there's supplements for, everything
1385
01:00:28.280 --> 01:00:30.039
but you need to know what's going on so you
1386
01:00:30.039 --> 01:00:32.960
can address that issue and you'll start making. Progress that's
1387
01:00:33.000 --> 01:00:35.440
actually if that's what's standing in your, Way like it doesn't.
1388
01:00:35.480 --> 01:00:37.599
MATTER i always, say like people, say you can't outwork
1389
01:00:37.639 --> 01:00:40.199
a bad, diet you, know you can't outwork bad. Hormones
1390
01:00:40.239 --> 01:00:42.920
like you it's, yeah it's. Impossible your body's gonna fight
1391
01:00:42.920 --> 01:00:43.559
again every.
1392
01:00:43.559 --> 01:00:45.920
TIME i think it's funny, too where it's like people
1393
01:00:46.000 --> 01:00:48.199
are taking there's a lot of people who just take, like,
1394
01:00:48.480 --> 01:00:51.159
oh well they you know, this this guy takes all
1395
01:00:51.199 --> 01:00:53.039
of this. Stuff So i'm gonna order all of these,
1396
01:00:53.039 --> 01:00:54.800
things and, like these are the Supplements i'm gonna.
1397
01:00:54.800 --> 01:00:56.239
Take i've got people come up to me in the
1398
01:00:56.239 --> 01:00:58.079
gym and like literally want to, copy like what are you?
1399
01:00:58.119 --> 01:00:59.519
Doing BECAUSE i want to look like You it's that
1400
01:00:59.559 --> 01:01:00.119
doesn't work that.
1401
01:01:00.159 --> 01:01:04.159
Way but, Yeah so it's like a supplement is to
1402
01:01:04.280 --> 01:01:08.360
supplement where the fuck you are. Lacking so if you
1403
01:01:08.360 --> 01:01:11.079
don't know where you're, lacking how do you know what fucking?
1404
01:01:11.079 --> 01:01:13.360
Supplements what you're thyroid? Doing you? Know yeah that is,
1405
01:01:13.440 --> 01:01:15.639
uh you know what's your LD? L YOUR hdl is
1406
01:01:15.639 --> 01:01:18.280
in the. TOILET i, mean you, know your liver enzymes
1407
01:01:18.280 --> 01:01:20.400
could be through the, roof whether that's because, you're you,
1408
01:01:20.440 --> 01:01:23.880
know abusing antabolic steroids or you're you're a. Drinker like you,
1409
01:01:23.880 --> 01:01:25.760
know we've got to get that ship down so we
1410
01:01:25.840 --> 01:01:28.199
can optimize your, health make you feel the best that
1411
01:01:28.239 --> 01:01:30.039
you ever, have and extend your. Life, man because at
1412
01:01:30.079 --> 01:01:32.559
the end of the, day LIKE i bodybuild at the highest, level,
1413
01:01:32.639 --> 01:01:34.719
yes But i'm you, KNOW i advocate. HEALTH i go
1414
01:01:34.800 --> 01:01:37.440
get all the scans, DONE i get my organ, scanning you.
1415
01:01:37.400 --> 01:01:38.840
Know, obviously and you're doing your bloodressure.
1416
01:01:38.840 --> 01:01:39.920
Today do my blood pressure every?
1417
01:01:40.000 --> 01:01:40.119
Day?
1418
01:01:40.159 --> 01:01:42.039
Bro it's it's, perfect you, know it's, good you, know
1419
01:01:42.079 --> 01:01:42.760
AND i take.
1420
01:01:43.239 --> 01:01:46.639
So i'm curious on what your thoughts here are like
1421
01:01:47.039 --> 01:01:49.440
and kind of like the why behind, it because Like
1422
01:01:49.800 --> 01:01:53.239
i'm obviously kind of new to this whole space on you,
1423
01:01:53.280 --> 01:01:55.840
know you see a lot of ads right, now you,
1424
01:01:55.880 --> 01:02:01.199
know hormone clinics popping, up a lot of talk ABOUT trt.
1425
01:02:01.400 --> 01:02:06.360
Replacement you're now, SEEING i would, say in the last
1426
01:02:06.360 --> 01:02:10.519
about twelve, months there's been this this massive wave about,
1427
01:02:10.559 --> 01:02:16.360
peptides all things, peptides as far as whether it's you, know,
1428
01:02:16.480 --> 01:02:22.840
recovery whether it's but it's, like, YEAH i feel like
1429
01:02:22.880 --> 01:02:25.320
it's kind of transitioned from like SO trt was this
1430
01:02:25.360 --> 01:02:27.320
hot thing where it's, like you, know hey get ON,
1431
01:02:27.360 --> 01:02:30.199
Trt hey get ON, Trt and now it's, like, okay
1432
01:02:30.920 --> 01:02:34.199
NOW i feel it's transitioning to we got we got
1433
01:02:34.199 --> 01:02:38.519
peptide companies popping up online all over the. Place you,
1434
01:02:38.519 --> 01:02:44.519
know your your BP bpc one. Stag, yeah like you
1435
01:02:45.079 --> 01:02:47.719
you're you're seeing all this about you, know whether it's muscle,
1436
01:02:47.719 --> 01:02:53.239
recovery whether it's, skincare whether it's you, know looking for.
1437
01:02:53.159 --> 01:02:56.440
The next thing as, well, right LIKE i said, it, Right,
1438
01:02:56.599 --> 01:03:00.000
YEAH i, mean just like cold. Plunging when we're, talking,
1439
01:03:00.239 --> 01:03:02.119
right it's like everyone starts seeing this or they see
1440
01:03:02.119 --> 01:03:05.000
their favorite influencers doing, this or like, again that must
1441
01:03:05.039 --> 01:03:07.159
be the that must be the secret That i'm missing
1442
01:03:07.280 --> 01:03:09.719
that's keeping me from getting to WHERE i want to.
1443
01:03:09.760 --> 01:03:11.800
Be and you, know again it's not the knock or
1444
01:03:11.800 --> 01:03:14.320
take away from. That peptides are amazing things like anything
1445
01:03:14.320 --> 01:03:17.119
else when utilized the right. Way and, again like you said,
1446
01:03:17.159 --> 01:03:21.519
before supplementing what we're already. Doing, Right so you, know
1447
01:03:22.519 --> 01:03:25.360
peptides are definitely continuing to grow and there's new ones
1448
01:03:25.360 --> 01:03:27.440
popping left and, right and it's an exciting time in
1449
01:03:27.480 --> 01:03:29.159
the industry in that. Sense and you, know they're very
1450
01:03:29.199 --> 01:03:31.559
low risk profile for the most. Part some of them
1451
01:03:31.599 --> 01:03:34.320
need more, research but at the end of the, day
1452
01:03:34.360 --> 01:03:35.960
most of them are you, know just chains of amino.
1453
01:03:36.000 --> 01:03:39.199
Acids so it's like very very low risk. PROFILE i,
1454
01:03:39.199 --> 01:03:41.280
mean you can't really go wrong with a lot of.
1455
01:03:41.320 --> 01:03:43.440
Them they're also very, expensive you, know and that's why
1456
01:03:43.440 --> 01:03:45.960
these companies are trying to capitalize on. That and you
1457
01:03:45.960 --> 01:03:48.920
can get stuff through a, clinic you, Know AND i
1458
01:03:48.920 --> 01:03:51.719
mean there's websites that are making their own stuff that
1459
01:03:52.159 --> 01:03:54.559
some are, qualities some are not and it's just like anything,
1460
01:03:54.559 --> 01:03:56.679
else you gotta vet your. Stuff Many, yeah.
1461
01:03:56.519 --> 01:03:57.239
What are your thoughts on, that?
1462
01:03:57.280 --> 01:03:59.400
Bro because there's people the same amount of people that
1463
01:03:59.480 --> 01:04:01.840
have talk to them about going to a. Clinic they're,
1464
01:04:01.840 --> 01:04:03.880
LIKE i can go To mexico OR i got somebody
1465
01:04:03.920 --> 01:04:04.880
who can who sells.
1466
01:04:04.880 --> 01:04:07.960
Me everyone thinks they have the best.
1467
01:04:08.000 --> 01:04:11.840
Stuff, yeah but but is there really a difference on
1468
01:04:12.199 --> 01:04:15.960
pharmaceutical stuff versus stuff From MEXICO us somebody making it
1469
01:04:15.960 --> 01:04:16.199
in their.
1470
01:04:16.199 --> 01:04:18.559
House it depends who you, ask, MAN i mean at
1471
01:04:18.559 --> 01:04:20.559
the end of the, day, like, yeah, No i'm just
1472
01:04:20.679 --> 01:04:25.360
IT'S i do, believe like, right the clinics the safe,
1473
01:04:25.440 --> 01:04:27.239
Route LIKE i present a client with an, option do
1474
01:04:27.239 --> 01:04:28.400
you want to go this way or do you want
1475
01:04:28.400 --> 01:04:31.000
to go this? Way like this is some people just
1476
01:04:31.000 --> 01:04:32.599
for their sake of mind and their mental it's one
1477
01:04:32.679 --> 01:04:35.760
hundred percent. Guaranteed like you. Are from these compounding, pharmacies
1478
01:04:35.800 --> 01:04:37.360
you're going to get the highest grad. Stuff you're also
1479
01:04:37.400 --> 01:04:38.960
going to pay more for. It so is that what
1480
01:04:38.960 --> 01:04:41.039
you're willing to do in that? Sense are you a
1481
01:04:41.079 --> 01:04:44.840
little bit more you, know reckless or Lackadaisical and it's
1482
01:04:45.119 --> 01:04:47.000
as long as you're vetting your, Stuff LIKE i, said you,
1483
01:04:47.079 --> 01:04:49.800
know you know there's genoshick. TESTING i mean people send
1484
01:04:49.840 --> 01:04:52.400
their stuff, out they get it. Tested, like you, Know
1485
01:04:52.519 --> 01:04:55.079
i've another trend right, now you, know would be the
1486
01:04:55.119 --> 01:04:58.599
growth hormone topic is, like is pharmaceutical growth hormone better
1487
01:04:58.599 --> 01:05:03.199
than U gl? Growth like most people old school will say.
1488
01:05:03.280 --> 01:05:05.920
YES i mean, again you're you you have that, stamp,
1489
01:05:06.000 --> 01:05:08.480
Right but you, know if THESE ugl kids are testing
1490
01:05:08.559 --> 01:05:11.760
ninety nine percent and then you're paying you, know literally
1491
01:05:11.800 --> 01:05:14.360
a quarter of the, price then you, know why wouldn't
1492
01:05:14.400 --> 01:05:17.280
you just do? That so It's i've done. Both you.
1493
01:05:17.320 --> 01:05:18.639
Know at the end of the, day it's like you
1494
01:05:18.719 --> 01:05:21.880
have to you have to try, it you, know if
1495
01:05:21.920 --> 01:05:25.000
you want to, See like how do you feel, LIKE i,
1496
01:05:25.039 --> 01:05:27.239
mean you can only trust your bro right that's connecting
1497
01:05:27.239 --> 01:05:30.199
you so, much or you're seeing these. Tests BUT i
1498
01:05:30.280 --> 01:05:32.960
do believe there's better sources than. Others you, know There's
1499
01:05:33.360 --> 01:05:35.280
i've seen a lot of stuff in the last you,
1500
01:05:35.320 --> 01:05:36.960
know eight years THAT i have been in this. Industry
1501
01:05:37.000 --> 01:05:38.840
but at the end of the, day it's what you're
1502
01:05:38.840 --> 01:05:42.280
willing to to justify as far as a, price as
1503
01:05:42.280 --> 01:05:45.360
far as you, know your sake of, mind LIKE i would, say,
1504
01:05:45.360 --> 01:05:47.280
go you, know in a legal, sense go through the,
1505
01:05:47.280 --> 01:05:50.280
clinic you, know if that's an, option if that's what you.
1506
01:05:50.440 --> 01:05:53.519
Trust but there's great stuff underground as. Well and there's
1507
01:05:53.599 --> 01:05:56.000
great peptide. WEBSITES i, Mean i'm partnered with some of.
1508
01:05:56.039 --> 01:05:58.519
Them it's, yeah you. Can you can get good. Stuff
1509
01:05:58.559 --> 01:06:00.119
it's just you got to know who you're geting and
1510
01:06:00.119 --> 01:06:02.199
it's from and you got to do your own research
1511
01:06:02.199 --> 01:06:03.239
at the end of the. Day and at the end
1512
01:06:03.239 --> 01:06:05.199
of the, day you're also taking that risk you're putting
1513
01:06:05.199 --> 01:06:06.880
stuff in your. Body. Bro, yeah.
1514
01:06:07.159 --> 01:06:07.880
Dude it's it's.
1515
01:06:07.880 --> 01:06:09.639
Crazy like there's people That i'll meet and they're, like,
1516
01:06:09.679 --> 01:06:11.519
oh But i've been taking that forever And i'm like
1517
01:06:11.719 --> 01:06:14.480
really just looking at them and they're, like, yeah you,
1518
01:06:14.480 --> 01:06:16.440
know have somebody that goes down To mexico or does
1519
01:06:16.480 --> 01:06:17.960
this and, that and, LIKE i don't Really And i'll be, like,
1520
01:06:18.000 --> 01:06:19.840
oh you're getting your blood work done and they're, like,
1521
01:06:20.039 --> 01:06:22.719
nah the amount of people That i've seen kind of
1522
01:06:23.039 --> 01:06:26.440
do stuff, Recklessly Maybe i'm just, pussy, BRO i don't.
1523
01:06:26.480 --> 01:06:30.840
Know i'm, like it just looks like THAT'S i, mean
1524
01:06:31.480 --> 01:06:33.079
the people that die young and. SHIT i feels because
1525
01:06:33.079 --> 01:06:35.280
they're not DOING, X Y z. Right so, like do
1526
01:06:35.320 --> 01:06:36.639
you see a lot of that where it's like people
1527
01:06:36.760 --> 01:06:40.000
just disregard blood work and disregard absolutely.
1528
01:06:39.559 --> 01:06:41.320
Man left and. RIGHT i mean that's, why that's WHY
1529
01:06:41.360 --> 01:06:42.960
i try, to like WHEN i get into these kinds
1530
01:06:42.960 --> 01:06:45.599
of opportunities or WHEN i get time with my, clients
1531
01:06:45.599 --> 01:06:47.760
LIKE i really try to preach that stuff because it does,
1532
01:06:47.840 --> 01:06:50.840
Matter like the details, matter like don't skip over the little.
1533
01:06:50.840 --> 01:06:53.480
Things but, again, man like LIKE i was saying in
1534
01:06:53.480 --> 01:06:55.559
a minute, AGO i mean blood and this is something
1535
01:06:55.559 --> 01:06:57.360
That i've learned in the last few. Years like later.
1536
01:06:57.440 --> 01:06:59.159
On i've always done my blood. Work i've always had
1537
01:06:59.159 --> 01:07:01.800
people that advocate it for. That but, again blood work
1538
01:07:01.840 --> 01:07:04.239
is only a snap. Shot. Man it's, like you, know
1539
01:07:04.280 --> 01:07:06.039
you could have a perfect blood work and you have no,
1540
01:07:06.159 --> 01:07:08.079
idea like your liver could be failing on. You, Man
1541
01:07:08.079 --> 01:07:10.639
i've heard some scary. STORIES i have friends that have
1542
01:07:10.760 --> 01:07:14.199
had procedures or you, know unfortunately circumstances happened with their,
1543
01:07:14.199 --> 01:07:16.880
health and it's you, know they're not doing, EKGs they're
1544
01:07:16.920 --> 01:07:18.800
not knowing what's going on with their. Heart you, KNOW
1545
01:07:18.880 --> 01:07:20.639
i did a calcium score for the first TIME i
1546
01:07:20.679 --> 01:07:23.000
had a score of. Zero you, Know god. Blessed but
1547
01:07:23.719 --> 01:07:25.519
there's people that have no idea what their heart is,
1548
01:07:25.559 --> 01:07:27.679
doing you know what their ejection fraction. Is they could
1549
01:07:27.679 --> 01:07:30.360
have soft plaque build. Up you, know their cholesterol could
1550
01:07:30.360 --> 01:07:33.039
be completely, tanked their kidneys are failing on. Them and
1551
01:07:33.079 --> 01:07:35.880
then it's like a car or a, truck Bro like
1552
01:07:35.880 --> 01:07:38.119
you got to take care of the, engine like you
1553
01:07:38.159 --> 01:07:41.119
need to make sure that everything's going properly and covering
1554
01:07:41.159 --> 01:07:43.800
all your, bases because you could have perfect blood work
1555
01:07:43.800 --> 01:07:45.840
and then you could you could die at fifty years
1556
01:07:45.880 --> 01:07:47.559
old because you didn't check something on the back.
1557
01:07:47.639 --> 01:07:49.760
End, yeah so there is a safe way.
1558
01:07:49.719 --> 01:07:53.239
To i'm sitting here a two hundred and eighty pounds,
1559
01:07:53.239 --> 01:07:55.639
man AND i feel Like i've had very little effect
1560
01:07:55.639 --> 01:07:57.639
on my. Health Like i've done, this you. KNOW i
1561
01:07:57.679 --> 01:08:01.000
don't use a sleep apnea machine like everyone thought THAT
1562
01:08:01.039 --> 01:08:03.320
i needed. ONE i got, one AND i. Didn't. LIKE
1563
01:08:03.840 --> 01:08:06.639
i optimize my, SLEEP i take care of my body,
1564
01:08:06.719 --> 01:08:09.679
HYDRATION i do all the recovery. MODALITIES i get all
1565
01:08:09.679 --> 01:08:12.320
my organ and health scanning. DONE i take blood work
1566
01:08:12.360 --> 01:08:15.280
every three to six, MONTHS i mean more so every
1567
01:08:15.360 --> 01:08:18.119
TIME i change something in my. Program but there's a
1568
01:08:18.239 --> 01:08:20.279
very much a safe way to do. It and you,
1569
01:08:20.319 --> 01:08:22.479
know LIKE i, SAID i will never compromise health to
1570
01:08:22.520 --> 01:08:25.319
become a better. Bodybooter like, yeah THEY'RE i, Mean And
1571
01:08:25.359 --> 01:08:27.479
i've pushed my body to the, Limit Like i've done
1572
01:08:27.520 --> 01:08:30.800
things that you, know on paper could be considered. Reckless
1573
01:08:30.800 --> 01:08:34.239
but it's like that's what everyone needs to, do what
1574
01:08:34.279 --> 01:08:35.840
they need to do to get to a certain. Level
1575
01:08:35.880 --> 01:08:37.479
but there's a wrong and a right way to go about.
1576
01:08:37.520 --> 01:08:39.239
It and that's why you see guys dropping at, fifteen
1577
01:08:39.239 --> 01:08:41.479
and you see guys that are making it to seventy
1578
01:08:41.520 --> 01:08:44.279
eighty years old and living a life after. BODYBUILDING i
1579
01:08:44.319 --> 01:08:45.279
want to live a life after.
1580
01:08:45.319 --> 01:08:49.119
Bodybooting yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah because that's.
1581
01:08:49.279 --> 01:08:52.640
It might cost more. Money more people Aren't they're concerned
1582
01:08:52.680 --> 01:08:55.319
about the. Price like people want to take all the steroid,
1583
01:08:55.359 --> 01:08:56.800
cycles but they don't want to get their blood work.
1584
01:08:56.800 --> 01:08:58.880
Done they don't want to pay hundreds of dollars a
1585
01:08:58.880 --> 01:09:00.920
month for over the counter Sell you used to see
1586
01:09:00.960 --> 01:09:03.880
my vitamin, cabinet. Bro my girlfriend gives me ship every.
1587
01:09:03.920 --> 01:09:06.880
DAY i take about one hundred pills for everything in my,
1588
01:09:06.920 --> 01:09:14.239
body like it matters details because they don't take. Anything. Yeah,
1589
01:09:14.439 --> 01:09:15.960
No i've been blessed in that, SENSE.
1590
01:09:16.640 --> 01:09:18.319
I have the old machines every TIME i cut his.
1591
01:09:18.359 --> 01:09:22.239
Hair B, NO i Mean i'm blessed genetically in that,
1592
01:09:22.359 --> 01:09:24.920
sense And i've taken THE dhds and it's done nothing
1593
01:09:24.960 --> 01:09:27.840
to my. Hairlines So i'm, uh you, know praying that
1594
01:09:27.920 --> 01:09:30.600
happens through my whole. Career but you Know i've uh
1595
01:09:31.399 --> 01:09:33.159
you can have you can be huge and have a
1596
01:09:33.159 --> 01:09:34.079
full head of hair. Too.
1597
01:09:34.239 --> 01:09:36.720
Yeah, yeah it's it's a slippery slow, dude because you.
1598
01:09:36.640 --> 01:09:38.720
Know what are you willing to sacrifice at the end
1599
01:09:38.720 --> 01:09:41.439
of the, day, right because it's not, fair, Bro LIKE
1600
01:09:41.760 --> 01:09:43.359
i could do one, thing he could do. Another he
1601
01:09:43.399 --> 01:09:44.840
could lose all his, hair you know WHAT i, MEAN
1602
01:09:45.399 --> 01:09:47.640
i could respond one, way like one thing with your
1603
01:09:47.640 --> 01:09:51.039
genetics is also how you actually tolerate. Stuff like some
1604
01:09:51.079 --> 01:09:53.880
people take one cycle and that's like they can screw
1605
01:09:53.920 --> 01:09:56.039
their whole. Body like some people can tolerate and that's
1606
01:09:56.079 --> 01:09:59.159
why they're just it's at the end of the, day
1607
01:09:59.199 --> 01:10:00.760
like you won't know and you try it and you
1608
01:10:00.800 --> 01:10:02.560
won't know as long as you're testing your stuff and
1609
01:10:02.600 --> 01:10:05.199
have an, experience but you learn through experience man to
1610
01:10:05.359 --> 01:10:06.000
risk at the end of the.
1611
01:10:06.119 --> 01:10:07.840
Day because it's one of those things where it's like
1612
01:10:07.920 --> 01:10:10.239
we got our blood work done not to become. Body
1613
01:10:10.279 --> 01:10:14.079
bull is right to like feel, better optimize and now
1614
01:10:14.800 --> 01:10:16.960
you know he's doing a lot better job THAN i, am, Right,
1615
01:10:17.199 --> 01:10:18.680
like from then it's we're getting you.
1616
01:10:18.720 --> 01:10:21.000
There, yeah, yeah we're, trying. Bro SO i got the best.
1617
01:10:21.000 --> 01:10:22.720
COACH i got the best coach in the.
1618
01:10:22.760 --> 01:10:28.479
World but it's it's hard to not at least for for,
1619
01:10:28.560 --> 01:10:30.439
US i feel like to not want to be, like,
1620
01:10:30.520 --> 01:10:32.359
okay like what else can we?
1621
01:10:32.399 --> 01:10:33.600
Add or like.
1622
01:10:33.520 --> 01:10:36.039
What else can we of, course what can we compound
1623
01:10:36.079 --> 01:10:38.479
to our TR t dos to to get to that next?
1624
01:10:38.560 --> 01:10:38.800
Level?
1625
01:10:38.880 --> 01:10:41.920
YEAH i, mean And i'll be, HONEST i think that's
1626
01:10:41.960 --> 01:10:45.640
probably That that's that's WHERE i think so many people
1627
01:10:45.640 --> 01:10:50.079
get into trouble is there's so much shit out there
1628
01:10:51.000 --> 01:10:54.960
overload and, like let's be, real, bro like you if
1629
01:10:55.000 --> 01:10:58.119
you got, money you can damn your get fucking, anything,
1630
01:10:58.159 --> 01:11:01.520
Bro and and there's and there are so many different
1631
01:11:01.520 --> 01:11:04.439
ways right now to get certain. Stuff AND i think
1632
01:11:04.520 --> 01:11:06.640
so many people what the problem, is it's kind of
1633
01:11:06.680 --> 01:11:09.439
like what you're talking about is everybody's body is, different
1634
01:11:09.880 --> 01:11:11.600
and there's so many people that are, like, oh, well
1635
01:11:11.600 --> 01:11:13.560
this guy takes this and this guy takes. This So
1636
01:11:13.800 --> 01:11:15.399
i'm gonna order, this And i'm gonna order, this And
1637
01:11:15.439 --> 01:11:18.359
i'm gonna stock. This but yet, again people are not
1638
01:11:18.960 --> 01:11:21.640
taking the precautionary steps they need to take care of
1639
01:11:21.760 --> 01:11:23.239
their fucking, engine their fucking.
1640
01:11:23.279 --> 01:11:27.640
Body, yeah so, okay let me redo my. Question for
1641
01:11:27.760 --> 01:11:30.600
somebody like, us when we have no want to be on,
1642
01:11:30.640 --> 01:11:35.039
stage would you recommend us take something else besides what
1643
01:11:35.039 --> 01:11:36.560
we're doing or is it like for?
1644
01:11:36.640 --> 01:11:39.359
What, look, man at the end of the, day like you,
1645
01:11:39.399 --> 01:11:41.239
said everyone's looking for the next. Thing i've said that
1646
01:11:41.279 --> 01:11:44.319
a few times. Now but it's like if your diet's own,
1647
01:11:44.319 --> 01:11:47.640
point if your training's own, point and your hormones are,
1648
01:11:47.640 --> 01:11:50.600
optimized like you have no, excuses, man especially being in
1649
01:11:50.640 --> 01:11:52.439
a place like. This we have all the resources we
1650
01:11:52.439 --> 01:11:55.199
could possibly. Need, yeah the thing is people are they're
1651
01:11:55.560 --> 01:11:58.039
overloaded by this information that they're. Ignoring what's right in
1652
01:11:58.079 --> 01:12:00.319
front of their faces is just doing the. Work SO i,
1653
01:12:00.399 --> 01:12:01.720
mean like LIKE i, said, man at the end of the,
1654
01:12:01.800 --> 01:12:03.479
day people are just dodging the work that's right in
1655
01:12:03.479 --> 01:12:05.239
front of, them and they're looking for that next thing
1656
01:12:05.239 --> 01:12:07.960
That i'll get them. There like all these tools. Work you,
1657
01:12:07.960 --> 01:12:11.279
know there's not one size fits, all, like you, know
1658
01:12:11.319 --> 01:12:13.800
there's more of a uniform route That i'll. Go, LIKE
1659
01:12:13.840 --> 01:12:16.680
i have clients that are NATURALLY i have clients that are.
1660
01:12:16.760 --> 01:12:18.399
ENHANCED i have guys that want to push. IT i
1661
01:12:18.439 --> 01:12:20.680
have guys that just TAKE trt you know WHAT i.
1662
01:12:20.760 --> 01:12:22.720
Mean it's, like at the end of the, day you,
1663
01:12:22.760 --> 01:12:24.560
know the guys that make the best progress and have
1664
01:12:24.600 --> 01:12:27.199
the best results are the ones that communicate and checking
1665
01:12:27.279 --> 01:12:30.439
with me, consistently take feedback and send me training videos
1666
01:12:30.439 --> 01:12:32.800
SO i can actually you, know the training is the.
1667
01:12:32.800 --> 01:12:35.399
Stimulus Man, like even if you're perfect with your diet
1668
01:12:35.479 --> 01:12:37.600
and you're taking all the drugs in the, World, like
1669
01:12:37.600 --> 01:12:40.239
if you're not training, properly you're not going to get you,
1670
01:12:40.239 --> 01:12:43.279
know the same stimulus or effect that you could if
1671
01:12:43.279 --> 01:12:45.000
you're doing it, better you. Know and that's something Where
1672
01:12:45.000 --> 01:12:46.439
i've come a long way WHERE i feel like my
1673
01:12:46.520 --> 01:12:49.119
body changed And i've watched and you, know play a
1674
01:12:49.119 --> 01:12:51.560
part in that every, day especially being able to train
1675
01:12:51.600 --> 01:12:55.119
people in person like and watching bodies. Change. Like so
1676
01:12:55.199 --> 01:12:57.920
it's really it's just if you have your diet on,
1677
01:12:58.000 --> 01:12:59.600
point you, know if you have the money to hire
1678
01:12:59.640 --> 01:13:02.239
a profess that can help you and give you a
1679
01:13:02.279 --> 01:13:06.680
specific route to set, Goal like you don't need to
1680
01:13:06.720 --> 01:13:09.319
take anything really if your hormone's in the right, spot you,
1681
01:13:09.319 --> 01:13:11.720
know if maybe if you're ON, tiert like i'd say
1682
01:13:11.760 --> 01:13:14.640
more than. Anything like my lifestyle clients they TAKE trt
1683
01:13:15.159 --> 01:13:16.520
and if they can afford, it they might throw in
1684
01:13:16.560 --> 01:13:18.199
a little bit of, growth throw them on like a small,
1685
01:13:18.199 --> 01:13:21.279
dose like they might experiment with other. Things you, know
1686
01:13:21.640 --> 01:13:23.600
red a true tide's the new wave right. Now everyone
1687
01:13:23.640 --> 01:13:25.600
wants to take. That you, KNOW i was gonna, say
1688
01:13:25.760 --> 01:13:28.560
we talked about. That, yeah you, know, peptides like they
1689
01:13:28.600 --> 01:13:31.319
want to try a little bit of Anivar like that's, great,
1690
01:13:31.399 --> 01:13:33.560
Bro but like if you're not eating and training, properly
1691
01:13:33.640 --> 01:13:35.560
like you're not gonna get anywhere. Anyways.
1692
01:13:35.840 --> 01:13:41.479
YEP i ACTUALLY i actually like. That it's you, know
1693
01:13:41.560 --> 01:13:44.520
all these like peptides and all these enhancements are being
1694
01:13:44.800 --> 01:13:48.239
like talked about more BECAUSE i think there was there
1695
01:13:48.279 --> 01:13:50.159
was such a period of time where it was like
1696
01:13:50.439 --> 01:13:54.920
everybody knew that these big bodybuilders were on all sorts of,
1697
01:13:55.000 --> 01:13:58.279
enhancements but it was like this like hush hush. Thing
1698
01:13:58.800 --> 01:14:01.479
it was, Like, okay they're taking all this, stuff but
1699
01:14:01.520 --> 01:14:03.600
nobody knows really what they're taking and the only people
1700
01:14:03.600 --> 01:14:05.399
who know what they're taking are people that are maybe
1701
01:14:05.399 --> 01:14:08.079
in the. Community people are still at the end of the,
1702
01:14:08.159 --> 01:14:10.479
day they might they take, it but they're not saying
1703
01:14:10.479 --> 01:14:15.439
what that's like still so wild to. Me i'm sure you've, seen,
1704
01:14:15.520 --> 01:14:17.640
like you, know all the videos, online you, know are
1705
01:14:17.640 --> 01:14:18.159
you natty or?
1706
01:14:18.239 --> 01:14:19.319
Not of course you.
1707
01:14:19.399 --> 01:14:22.479
Know and and there's there's multiple people that now do.
1708
01:14:22.600 --> 01:14:24.640
Them the one GUY i think is based out, here
1709
01:14:26.800 --> 01:14:28.840
the original, guy but, anyway there's there's a lot of
1710
01:14:28.880 --> 01:14:30.439
people that are doing, it and it just it's so
1711
01:14:30.640 --> 01:14:36.479
weird to. Me it's it's like it's obvious that, like
1712
01:14:36.479 --> 01:14:39.359
like women especially you, know you got some of these
1713
01:14:39.399 --> 01:14:43.600
women with like massive, shoulders, massive like you're obviously, enhanced
1714
01:14:43.640 --> 01:14:47.079
you're taking. Something but it's like they still don't want
1715
01:14:47.119 --> 01:14:50.159
to say like what they're. Doing so from like a bodybuilder's,
1716
01:14:50.199 --> 01:14:55.359
perspective what would you, say like why why why do
1717
01:14:55.439 --> 01:14:58.479
bodybuilders do? That why do bodybuilders want to decline that
1718
01:14:58.560 --> 01:15:02.159
they take anything or say they're when it's obvious that
1719
01:15:02.159 --> 01:15:02.479
they're on.
1720
01:15:02.520 --> 01:15:07.279
STUFF i think there's there's there's a black and white with, that,
1721
01:15:07.439 --> 01:15:10.119
Right there's guys that are an open book and they'll
1722
01:15:10.159 --> 01:15:12.039
tell you, No i'm doing, this, this, this and, this
1723
01:15:12.119 --> 01:15:16.439
and you, know no holds bar tell you. Everything you.
1724
01:15:16.479 --> 01:15:20.520
KNOW i do believe that in this newer era that's more,
1725
01:15:20.560 --> 01:15:22.960
common AND i do. AGREE i think that's a positive.
1726
01:15:23.000 --> 01:15:25.359
THING i do think the gear talk gets a little bit,
1727
01:15:25.399 --> 01:15:28.760
glorified you, know and it's NOT i think some of those,
1728
01:15:28.800 --> 01:15:32.479
guys to answer your, question they they think they're they're
1729
01:15:32.520 --> 01:15:34.359
like so black and white in the sense that they're
1730
01:15:34.399 --> 01:15:36.359
denying it because they think it takes away from their
1731
01:15:36.399 --> 01:15:39.000
hard work or you, KNOW i hate to say, it
1732
01:15:39.039 --> 01:15:41.800
but it feels like it's always like those you, know
1733
01:15:41.880 --> 01:15:45.560
those genetic. Freaks you know that a lot of, them you,
1734
01:15:45.600 --> 01:15:48.199
know not so much, bodyboaters but the fitness guys you,
1735
01:15:48.239 --> 01:15:50.319
know you, KNOW i hate to, say but Usually African
1736
01:15:50.359 --> 01:15:52.800
american that always deny that they're on. Gear like it's
1737
01:15:52.840 --> 01:15:55.399
like and some of them probably, aren't like there really
1738
01:15:55.439 --> 01:15:57.279
are that much of a, Freak but, LIKE i think
1739
01:15:57.319 --> 01:15:59.600
a lot of it has to do with taken away
1740
01:15:59.600 --> 01:16:02.920
from the hard. Work but then also like some of
1741
01:16:02.920 --> 01:16:06.359
them they do have like brand, sponsorships like maybe it's
1742
01:16:06.399 --> 01:16:09.159
in their contract. POTENTIALLY i was just gonna, say that's
1743
01:16:09.199 --> 01:16:11.680
that's the all not a good look to say you're on, steroids,
1744
01:16:11.680 --> 01:16:13.439
bro even though everyone's taking, them you know WHAT i.
1745
01:16:13.479 --> 01:16:15.479
Mean like there's a wrong and a right way to
1746
01:16:15.520 --> 01:16:17.319
go about. It BUT i think it's better that people
1747
01:16:17.319 --> 01:16:21.520
are more honest and. Transparent but some, people like you
1748
01:16:21.520 --> 01:16:24.720
can tell when people get really frustrated or, like you,
1749
01:16:24.760 --> 01:16:27.279
know it's like they're, anxious and you can tell that they're,
1750
01:16:27.359 --> 01:16:28.319
lying you know WHAT i.
1751
01:16:28.079 --> 01:16:30.439
Mean AND i THINK i think for, me and this
1752
01:16:30.520 --> 01:16:34.359
is a just it's more to, me it's more about
1753
01:16:34.399 --> 01:16:36.960
like looking out for people's health BECAUSE i think, here,
1754
01:16:37.000 --> 01:16:39.399
here here's what happens is there's a lot of like
1755
01:16:39.439 --> 01:16:43.760
especially younger, kids, teenagers kids in their early, twenties they
1756
01:16:43.760 --> 01:16:46.560
look up to a lot of these big. Bodybuilders and
1757
01:16:47.079 --> 01:16:50.960
because these guys don't talk about really like what they're,
1758
01:16:51.000 --> 01:16:55.239
taking they also don't talk about precautionary you, know stuff
1759
01:16:55.239 --> 01:16:58.720
that they're, taking like liver support for. Example, okay like
1760
01:16:58.760 --> 01:17:01.680
that's probably like one of the biggest. Ones so it's
1761
01:17:01.720 --> 01:17:05.079
like they're not talking about precautionary. Stuff they're not talking
1762
01:17:05.119 --> 01:17:05.640
about what they're.
1763
01:17:05.680 --> 01:17:07.640
Doing they're trying to sell their supplements at the end
1764
01:17:07.680 --> 01:17:09.039
of the day, too you. Know and and Then it's
1765
01:17:09.039 --> 01:17:11.520
like that was the more you know magazine era where it's, like,
1766
01:17:11.800 --> 01:17:13.520
Yeah i'm taking all this, gear but HERE i am
1767
01:17:13.560 --> 01:17:17.800
on this you, know protein powder. Magazine so IT'S.
1768
01:17:17.880 --> 01:17:19.960
I, Think, okay you might have just made a really good.
1769
01:17:20.000 --> 01:17:23.439
Point is a lot of these guys are associated with
1770
01:17:23.560 --> 01:17:28.039
a variety of, brands whether it's, clothing whether it's you, know,
1771
01:17:28.159 --> 01:17:32.319
supplements whether it's, food whatever it. Is it obviously it
1772
01:17:32.319 --> 01:17:36.319
it takes away from that like wow factor of like
1773
01:17:36.399 --> 01:17:40.760
purchasing their products that's associated with their you, know discount.
1774
01:17:40.760 --> 01:17:44.600
Code you, KNOW i don't hate. Those, Yeah and it's,
1775
01:17:45.239 --> 01:17:47.079
look there's there's a wrong and the right way to do,
1776
01:17:47.119 --> 01:17:48.880
It like there's a way to be like, look YEAH i,
1777
01:17:48.880 --> 01:17:51.560
do but like you, know and and keep the details
1778
01:17:51.560 --> 01:17:53.479
a little bit more. Hush and then it's, like you,
1779
01:17:53.520 --> 01:17:55.640
KNOW i started a broadcast channel where it's like more
1780
01:17:55.680 --> 01:17:57.920
specific now WHERE i can have these conversations with people
1781
01:17:58.079 --> 01:17:59.279
like they want to, know you know WHAT i, mean
1782
01:17:59.319 --> 01:18:01.359
and that's great And i'm happy to answer. That but
1783
01:18:01.399 --> 01:18:04.359
at the same, time it's, like like we said early,
1784
01:18:04.399 --> 01:18:06.199
on it's like you need to remember, that you, know
1785
01:18:06.279 --> 01:18:08.199
the base of this all is if you want to get,
1786
01:18:08.239 --> 01:18:09.880
results you need to have your diet and your training on.
1787
01:18:10.000 --> 01:18:13.319
Point anything. ELSE i always say to guys consulting on the, phone,
1788
01:18:13.359 --> 01:18:15.800
like if that's a choice that you make, Yourself i'm
1789
01:18:15.840 --> 01:18:17.319
never going to tell you to go do, this this and.
1790
01:18:17.359 --> 01:18:19.000
THIS i might go tell you to get your blood work. Done,
1791
01:18:19.079 --> 01:18:20.880
Yeah i'm not going to tell you to run you
1792
01:18:20.880 --> 01:18:23.000
know these three. Compounds, like if that's your, Choice i'll
1793
01:18:23.000 --> 01:18:24.840
tell you how to do it, properly and, yeah you,
1794
01:18:24.840 --> 01:18:27.520
know do the best to mitigate your health concern with.
1795
01:18:27.560 --> 01:18:30.039
That but it's your choice at the end of the.
1796
01:18:30.119 --> 01:18:34.720
Day, yeah what's the what's the most frustrating thing about
1797
01:18:34.800 --> 01:18:37.560
the industry that you're in buyabuilding that you see or
1798
01:18:37.600 --> 01:18:40.239
like that gets You, Like, GOD i, FUCK i love
1799
01:18:40.279 --> 01:18:41.359
everything about, it BUT i hate this.
1800
01:18:41.399 --> 01:18:44.359
Part. YEAH i mean, honestly like we're talking about right, now,
1801
01:18:44.399 --> 01:18:48.479
man just some of the representatives are the people that you,
1802
01:18:48.479 --> 01:18:51.720
KNOW i feel like misrepresent it or you, know are
1803
01:18:51.720 --> 01:18:54.600
in it for the wrong, reasons that have an Audience
1804
01:18:54.680 --> 01:18:56.800
like it's, funny but like you, know you see these
1805
01:18:56.840 --> 01:19:00.000
authentic or great content creators that are putting out good
1806
01:19:00.079 --> 01:19:02.520
stuff and they might get you, know doing a talking
1807
01:19:02.560 --> 01:19:05.199
head video sixty one hundred likes and you, know maybe
1808
01:19:05.239 --> 01:19:07.680
a couple thousand, views and then you, know it feels
1809
01:19:07.680 --> 01:19:10.399
like some of the other, ambassadors like you have this
1810
01:19:10.399 --> 01:19:14.520
this opportunity to, educate and you just you're using your
1811
01:19:14.920 --> 01:19:17.680
your features for the wrong for the wrong, reasons or you,
1812
01:19:17.720 --> 01:19:21.840
know to advance. Yourself Like i'm all about just educating
1813
01:19:21.920 --> 01:19:24.239
people how to do things the right way to be
1814
01:19:24.359 --> 01:19:26.560
and become your best. Self, man it's really that simple
1815
01:19:26.600 --> 01:19:29.119
That LIKE i love the old school, Mentality LIKE i
1816
01:19:29.159 --> 01:19:31.479
love training. Hard you, know WHEN i got into this,
1817
01:19:31.520 --> 01:19:33.479
bro LIKE i, SAID i was very. Simple it was
1818
01:19:33.520 --> 01:19:35.319
LIKE i want to go to the gym BECAUSE i
1819
01:19:35.359 --> 01:19:37.039
want to feel better AND i want to be, HUGE
1820
01:19:37.079 --> 01:19:39.600
i want to be a. Freak like of course all
1821
01:19:39.640 --> 01:19:41.199
these other things came down the, line but it comes
1822
01:19:41.239 --> 01:19:44.239
Down it's like people over, Complicated like we go to the.
1823
01:19:44.319 --> 01:19:45.720
Gym it doesn't matter if you're trying to make a
1824
01:19:45.720 --> 01:19:48.000
lifestyle transformation or become a professional body but or we
1825
01:19:48.000 --> 01:19:50.000
go because we feel, good we love, it and we
1826
01:19:50.039 --> 01:19:52.479
want to be, Better like how can we do that
1827
01:19:52.520 --> 01:19:55.520
the best way and do it? Healthy that's, like, yeah
1828
01:19:55.600 --> 01:19:57.920
that needs to be the, message and some people abuse.
1829
01:19:57.960 --> 01:20:03.399
THAT i feel like, yeah, yeah this this one's not
1830
01:20:03.479 --> 01:20:07.119
necessarily uh you know t R t or gear related.
1831
01:20:07.319 --> 01:20:12.039
Question BUT i SEEN i know you mentioned earlier you
1832
01:20:12.039 --> 01:20:15.199
looked up To Jay, cutler AND i seen this like
1833
01:20:15.239 --> 01:20:16.800
funny video the other day and it's like.
1834
01:20:16.760 --> 01:20:18.119
The trending about how like how much you?
1835
01:20:18.319 --> 01:20:22.199
Ate, Wow, no it was it was actually the style of.
1836
01:20:22.279 --> 01:20:24.520
Lifting SO I i love.
1837
01:20:24.560 --> 01:20:24.920
This let's.
1838
01:20:24.960 --> 01:20:27.960
Go, Okay, OKAY I.
1839
01:20:27.000 --> 01:20:29.199
I lit talking training. TALK i feel like everyone wants
1840
01:20:29.239 --> 01:20:31.199
to talk about diet and. Gear no one wants to
1841
01:20:31.199 --> 01:20:34.279
talk about. Training training is the found.
1842
01:20:34.680 --> 01:20:37.720
Man let's dive into training a little. Bit and the
1843
01:20:38.000 --> 01:20:39.920
first ONE i would just love to hear your. Opinion
1844
01:20:40.399 --> 01:20:44.119
SO i call it like twenty twenty five lifting Versus,
1845
01:20:44.319 --> 01:20:51.800
yeah twenty twenty five lifting versus YOUR i would say eighties.
1846
01:20:51.920 --> 01:20:58.239
Nineties i'd say probably more eighties nineties bodybuilding. Style you
1847
01:20:58.239 --> 01:21:02.279
you see videos Of Jay, cutler it's fucking, heavy it's
1848
01:21:02.359 --> 01:21:07.520
heavy ass, weight it's fucking, swinging it's fucking. Rocking it's
1849
01:21:07.560 --> 01:21:11.039
it's maybe not you, know perfect you, know perfect. Form
1850
01:21:11.560 --> 01:21:18.439
it's not you, know, squeezing it's it's just heavy motherfucking
1851
01:21:18.479 --> 01:21:22.199
weight being. Thrown. Period, okay and then you have twenty
1852
01:21:22.199 --> 01:21:25.960
twenty five, lifting which is a lot OF i would
1853
01:21:25.960 --> 01:21:32.079
say time, Undertention, uh slow and. Controlled it's you, know
1854
01:21:32.079 --> 01:21:36.520
there's the, form, yeah you, know very very, form very form,
1855
01:21:36.600 --> 01:21:43.000
focused you, know very long, reps whole there's there's there's
1856
01:21:43.039 --> 01:21:46.720
just a lot of chitter chatter as far as how
1857
01:21:46.760 --> 01:21:49.479
you should, lift whether it's, volume whether it should it
1858
01:21:49.520 --> 01:21:53.119
should be, weight whether it should be your your, style et.
1859
01:21:53.119 --> 01:21:57.520
Cetera so just curious what what are you number? One
1860
01:21:57.960 --> 01:22:01.079
what's your? Style and you, know number, two what are
1861
01:22:01.079 --> 01:22:02.079
your thoughts on it in? General?
1862
01:22:02.159 --> 01:22:03.840
Absolutely, man this is a topic we could to have
1863
01:22:03.840 --> 01:22:06.520
a whole podcast, about But i'll keep it. Briefer. Okay
1864
01:22:07.039 --> 01:22:08.560
you Know i've tried it all, man and like that's
1865
01:22:08.560 --> 01:22:11.199
What i'm. Saying i've been blessed to, have you, know
1866
01:22:11.239 --> 01:22:13.439
some really good resources in that, sense you, know early
1867
01:22:13.479 --> 01:22:15.720
on and then even moving out here To vegas and
1868
01:22:16.159 --> 01:22:18.319
working with different trainers, Coaches Like i've had the same
1869
01:22:18.359 --> 01:22:21.640
coach for my nutrition and uh just guidance as far
1870
01:22:21.640 --> 01:22:24.479
as prepping for, shows you, know protocol, whatever and he's
1871
01:22:24.479 --> 01:22:27.079
done my training. Too but like you, Know i'm, Around
1872
01:22:27.239 --> 01:22:30.159
i'm in The Vegas. Mecca i've Been Golden, Venice. California you,
1873
01:22:30.199 --> 01:22:32.920
KNOW i trained With Charles glass over, there who's like
1874
01:22:33.000 --> 01:22:36.199
the you know they call The godfather of. Bodybuilding i've
1875
01:22:36.239 --> 01:22:38.800
trained With Jared feather out, here who does THE rp strength.
1876
01:22:38.840 --> 01:22:41.399
Stuff i've, trained you, know kind of somewhere in the,
1877
01:22:41.399 --> 01:22:44.239
middle And i've found that at the end of the,
1878
01:22:44.319 --> 01:22:46.720
day like it all, works it's just what you want to.
1879
01:22:46.760 --> 01:22:50.880
Do AND i say that. Subjectively it's like you also
1880
01:22:50.920 --> 01:22:52.720
got to have fun doing, it, Man like you can't
1881
01:22:52.720 --> 01:22:54.680
Get it's LIKE i keep saying, it but we've got
1882
01:22:54.760 --> 01:22:56.840
into all of these. Topics the theme, is, right people
1883
01:22:56.880 --> 01:22:59.600
over complicate. Stuff, yep those guys J coulor at the,
1884
01:22:59.600 --> 01:23:03.359
Eyes Ronnie. Coleman you, know of course genetics, there, Right
1885
01:23:03.439 --> 01:23:06.399
but like he's going in there and just having. Fun,
1886
01:23:06.439 --> 01:23:08.439
man he's doing what he wants to. Do he's lifting heavy.
1887
01:23:08.439 --> 01:23:11.439
Weights like form is, Subjective like you do need to
1888
01:23:11.439 --> 01:23:14.079
have good. FORM i do believe in slow and, controlled you,
1889
01:23:14.119 --> 01:23:17.000
know in a, sense but it's more about building that
1890
01:23:17.039 --> 01:23:19.560
foundation with that and then at the end of the,
1891
01:23:19.640 --> 01:23:21.920
day you know your. Body Jay cutler at that level
1892
01:23:22.000 --> 01:23:24.279
knows his body like he might look like he's, swinging
1893
01:23:24.319 --> 01:23:26.359
but he's connecting with every single movement that he. Has
1894
01:23:26.399 --> 01:23:28.560
he wouldn't have built the physique that he had in that.
1895
01:23:28.640 --> 01:23:30.520
Sense but you look at the guys at the highest.
1896
01:23:30.560 --> 01:23:32.760
Level you know The Dorian yates of the. World you
1897
01:23:32.760 --> 01:23:36.119
know blood and, guts you know hardcore training. Style you
1898
01:23:36.159 --> 01:23:39.680
look At Ronnie, coleman you look at J, cutler you
1899
01:23:39.720 --> 01:23:41.760
know those guys in the, nineties two thousand, era even
1900
01:23:41.800 --> 01:23:44.199
all the way back To Arnold. Schwarzenegger, like but training
1901
01:23:44.239 --> 01:23:46.000
has progressed so much in that and there's just so
1902
01:23:46.079 --> 01:23:48.520
much information out. Now like at the end of the,
1903
01:23:48.600 --> 01:23:50.880
day the program that works best is what you can
1904
01:23:50.920 --> 01:23:54.039
be most consistent. With AND i think there's a few variables,
1905
01:23:54.079 --> 01:23:57.079
Overriding like you, know some people their bodies are, Different
1906
01:23:57.159 --> 01:23:59.960
Like I'm i'm somebody who burns pretty, Quick SO i
1907
01:24:00.159 --> 01:24:02.760
learned LIKE i loved high volume early, on BUT i
1908
01:24:02.800 --> 01:24:04.279
grew a little bit more WHEN i WHEN i cut
1909
01:24:04.279 --> 01:24:06.039
a little bit more. Volume BUT i also got better
1910
01:24:06.079 --> 01:24:08.399
at performing my. Sets SO i think at the end
1911
01:24:08.399 --> 01:24:12.279
of the, day proper execution is. Key it doesn't mean
1912
01:24:12.279 --> 01:24:14.840
you need to do you, know one, handed you, know
1913
01:24:15.039 --> 01:24:18.239
slow three four second, contractions but you do need to
1914
01:24:18.279 --> 01:24:22.039
control and have a connection with that, muscle and THEN
1915
01:24:22.079 --> 01:24:23.560
i believe like there's times where you can get a
1916
01:24:23.600 --> 01:24:25.479
little bit looser and you can still connect great with the.
1917
01:24:25.560 --> 01:24:27.920
MUSCLE i think at the end of the, day execution
1918
01:24:28.039 --> 01:24:31.119
and intensity is the most important, thing and most people
1919
01:24:31.119 --> 01:24:33.239
are just not pushing that. Intensity they have no idea
1920
01:24:33.239 --> 01:24:35.159
what that feels. LIKE i know that Because i've trained
1921
01:24:35.159 --> 01:24:39.239
people now for seven, years and you, know anyone who's
1922
01:24:39.239 --> 01:24:41.079
trained with me, knows LIKE i don't take it easy on.
1923
01:24:41.119 --> 01:24:43.439
THEM i teach them how to properly activate their, muscles
1924
01:24:43.439 --> 01:24:45.760
but like we take it to, failure and most people
1925
01:24:45.800 --> 01:24:47.359
just don't know how to take it to true. Failure
1926
01:24:47.800 --> 01:24:51.880
if you can take YOUR rp type of training to,
1927
01:24:51.880 --> 01:24:55.159
failure you, know of course they have THE RIRs and you,
1928
01:24:55.199 --> 01:24:57.199
know like Again i've done that and grown Bro, LIKE
1929
01:24:57.399 --> 01:24:59.239
i have no problems with THE rp. Program it just
1930
01:24:59.319 --> 01:25:03.399
wasn't really my LIKE i gain stuff from, that BUT
1931
01:25:03.479 --> 01:25:05.119
i like to be a little bit more. LOOSE i
1932
01:25:05.239 --> 01:25:08.159
like to go to failure like more more often than.
1933
01:25:08.199 --> 01:25:12.399
Not and like again to your, QUESTION i think intensity
1934
01:25:12.439 --> 01:25:15.000
and execution are the most important, things and finding out
1935
01:25:15.000 --> 01:25:17.840
how your body. Responds try low, volume try high. Volume
1936
01:25:18.359 --> 01:25:21.840
try the more exaggerated range of. Motions you, know maybe
1937
01:25:21.840 --> 01:25:23.600
you work better in a shorter range of motion an
1938
01:25:23.600 --> 01:25:25.560
active range of. Motion like at the end of the,
1939
01:25:25.600 --> 01:25:26.680
day you just got to go to the, gym have,
1940
01:25:26.800 --> 01:25:29.079
fun try different shit and see what you respond.
1941
01:25:29.119 --> 01:25:29.199
To.
1942
01:25:30.359 --> 01:25:32.359
Bro if one of these clips that we do get some,
1943
01:25:32.399 --> 01:25:34.439
interviews do we get a free training session?
1944
01:25:34.479 --> 01:25:34.720
Together?
1945
01:25:34.720 --> 01:25:36.600
BRO i was honestly thinking about that on the way.
1946
01:25:36.640 --> 01:25:38.600
HERE i, mean, DUDE i will give you guys a. Session,
1947
01:25:38.640 --> 01:25:41.119
bro you guys want to coming, Together, like we can
1948
01:25:41.119 --> 01:25:43.520
have a group you, know if you end up wanting
1949
01:25:43.560 --> 01:25:46.359
to do something moving forward with, that, Like i'll give You,
1950
01:25:46.439 --> 01:25:47.960
Yeah i'll give you a good, price you know WHAT i.
1951
01:25:48.000 --> 01:25:50.279
Mean like group price is much more affordable than a
1952
01:25:50.279 --> 01:25:52.680
one on. One but that's HOW i get, down. Bro,
1953
01:25:52.800 --> 01:25:56.039
like online coaching is the, wave And i've been grateful
1954
01:25:56.079 --> 01:25:58.239
to to grow my online. Business i'm working with more
1955
01:25:58.239 --> 01:26:01.039
clients online Than i've ever, had which is BUT i
1956
01:26:01.159 --> 01:26:03.800
just even in this, heat, Bro, LIKE i JUST i
1957
01:26:03.840 --> 01:26:05.800
got love for being in the trenches in the gym
1958
01:26:05.840 --> 01:26:07.960
with my. Clients. MAN i love, Training, LIKE i just
1959
01:26:08.000 --> 01:26:10.880
love training hard AND i love teaching people Stuff like
1960
01:26:11.479 --> 01:26:14.479
my favorite thing And i'd Say I'M i have a
1961
01:26:14.479 --> 01:26:16.640
lot of experience in the sense where like PEOPLE i
1962
01:26:16.720 --> 01:26:18.520
just signd a new client, recently like and it's the
1963
01:26:18.560 --> 01:26:20.920
same thing every. Time it's like they come with a
1964
01:26:20.960 --> 01:26:24.600
goal and they want to especially, men Bro LIKE i
1965
01:26:24.640 --> 01:26:28.279
work specifically with men more so now than anyone. Else
1966
01:26:28.279 --> 01:26:30.279
LIKE i do have women, clients LIKE i train a
1967
01:26:30.279 --> 01:26:33.960
lot of my girlfriend's, clients but especially men are they're
1968
01:26:34.000 --> 01:26:37.039
humble in the or sorry not. Humble they're not humble
1969
01:26:37.039 --> 01:26:38.720
in the sense that they they have a lot of
1970
01:26:38.720 --> 01:26:41.159
ego and pride and they think getting direction from another
1971
01:26:41.239 --> 01:26:44.199
man is like it takes away, like but that's gonna advance, you.
1972
01:26:44.239 --> 01:26:46.600
Man so LIKE i take men on and they come
1973
01:26:46.600 --> 01:26:48.880
to me and it's like they do their first session
1974
01:26:48.920 --> 01:26:51.239
and even through their first movement this guy had last,
1975
01:26:51.239 --> 01:26:54.199
week he's, like, YEP i just felt Something i've never felt.
1976
01:26:54.199 --> 01:26:57.039
Before i'm. Hooked let's do, this you. Know so like
1977
01:26:57.159 --> 01:27:00.079
teaching somebody when they come away with a session in
1978
01:27:00.119 --> 01:27:02.319
an hour with me and they're, Like i've never felt
1979
01:27:02.359 --> 01:27:04.880
my muscle do that. BEFORE i think that is just
1980
01:27:04.920 --> 01:27:06.600
like one of the best things in the. WORLD i.
1981
01:27:06.640 --> 01:27:11.279
Love that's that's my. Purpose other than, Bodybuilding like that's
1982
01:27:11.319 --> 01:27:13.359
it right there like. That SO i, Mean i'd love
1983
01:27:13.399 --> 01:27:15.520
to show you guys a couple of THINGS i think
1984
01:27:15.560 --> 01:27:19.199
that'll propel even our. Progress, yeah, No i'm down. Man
1985
01:27:19.199 --> 01:27:20.840
you guys come over to the. Gym we'll get it
1986
01:27:20.880 --> 01:27:21.159
done for.
1987
01:27:21.199 --> 01:27:24.920
Sure one other, QUESTION i think this would be good
1988
01:27:24.960 --> 01:27:28.680
for just like viewers in. General so obviously majority of
1989
01:27:28.680 --> 01:27:33.159
the people watching this are probably not professional bodybuilders or
1990
01:27:33.239 --> 01:27:35.800
even wanting to be. Bodybuilders BUT i think a lot
1991
01:27:35.840 --> 01:27:37.800
of people out there do want to get in. Shape of,
1992
01:27:37.880 --> 01:27:41.800
Course so if you were just to give a recommended
1993
01:27:42.199 --> 01:27:45.039
training split for someone looking to get in, shape what
1994
01:27:45.079 --> 01:27:45.399
would it?
1995
01:27:45.439 --> 01:27:49.000
Be, honestly push pool legs is very simple and depending
1996
01:27:49.039 --> 01:27:51.239
on what kind of schedule you, have like you just
1997
01:27:51.279 --> 01:27:53.640
pick up where you left, off, right, so you, know
1998
01:27:54.199 --> 01:27:56.439
taking some rest days out of the. Gate BUT i,
1999
01:27:56.520 --> 01:28:00.279
say for somebody getting into the, gym, like don't over do.
2000
01:28:00.319 --> 01:28:02.880
It you, know just if your intention is to be,
2001
01:28:02.920 --> 01:28:06.199
better go into the. Gym maybe you get three sessions
2002
01:28:06.199 --> 01:28:08.159
in a. Week, great the next week you try to
2003
01:28:08.199 --> 01:28:11.960
get four, Sessions like this person's doing this or this
2004
01:28:12.039 --> 01:28:14.720
is the best. SPLIT i always get these, questions what's the,
2005
01:28:14.760 --> 01:28:17.720
best the best is whatever you can stick to consistently over.
2006
01:28:17.800 --> 01:28:19.560
Time you got to get your foot in the, door
2007
01:28:19.600 --> 01:28:21.800
and you got to keep going over a period of.
2008
01:28:21.840 --> 01:28:25.239
Time so get in. There really do you?
2009
01:28:25.279 --> 01:28:28.439
Ever do you have A i KNOW i can't ask
2010
01:28:28.520 --> 01:28:30.680
what's the best because of your comment right, there.
2011
01:28:30.880 --> 01:28:35.239
But the best is SUBJECT i, like you do have
2012
01:28:35.319 --> 01:28:38.119
THINGS i prefer that work best for most. People But
2013
01:28:38.159 --> 01:28:39.960
i'm never gonna say one thing's the best because that
2014
01:28:40.039 --> 01:28:40.680
would be lying to.
2015
01:28:40.720 --> 01:28:43.720
You what is your what is your h what's your
2016
01:28:43.720 --> 01:28:44.359
thoughts on rest?
2017
01:28:44.439 --> 01:28:47.319
DAYS i am absolutely an advocate for est. Days AND
2018
01:28:47.359 --> 01:28:49.239
i learned that shit the hard, way because, again when
2019
01:28:49.239 --> 01:28:51.880
you learn how to train properly and, hard, like, DUDE
2020
01:28:51.880 --> 01:28:54.560
i GET i Go, Monday, Tuesday, wednesday by the time
2021
01:28:54.600 --> 01:28:56.479
LIKE i have legs with my girlfriend, Tomorrow like at
2022
01:28:56.479 --> 01:28:59.000
the end of that, SESSION i want to take two rest. Days,
2023
01:28:59.000 --> 01:29:01.600
BRO i am ready to. Rest if you're able to
2024
01:29:01.640 --> 01:29:04.680
go even seven days in a. Row, again, MAN i
2025
01:29:04.720 --> 01:29:06.960
have these clients that come to me and they take
2026
01:29:07.039 --> 01:29:09.199
no rest days or like you, know guys post On
2027
01:29:09.199 --> 01:29:11.640
instagram when they flex LIKE i don't, Rest like you
2028
01:29:11.760 --> 01:29:14.039
need to, rest, bro, like and if you're training hard,
2029
01:29:14.119 --> 01:29:16.439
enough you're gonna want to. Rest we don't grow when
2030
01:29:16.439 --> 01:29:18.239
we're in the. Gym we grow when we're eating, food
2031
01:29:18.600 --> 01:29:20.840
and we grow when we're taking care of our. Bodies you, know,
2032
01:29:21.439 --> 01:29:25.000
sleep get enough, sleep get properly, hydrated especially in This vegas,
2033
01:29:25.000 --> 01:29:27.399
heat get your meals. In you, know if you have
2034
01:29:27.439 --> 01:29:31.239
the access to to afford those recovery, modalities LIKE i
2035
01:29:31.319 --> 01:29:33.520
do it all, Man my rest days are so, structured
2036
01:29:33.600 --> 01:29:36.680
like they are like basically more complex sometimes than even
2037
01:29:36.720 --> 01:29:38.960
my training. DAYS i do ice, BASS i do. SAUNA
2038
01:29:39.399 --> 01:29:41.720
i see. Specialists you, know again we're In. VEGAS i
2039
01:29:41.720 --> 01:29:44.840
have multiple massage therapists that work on different. Things i'm
2040
01:29:44.840 --> 01:29:47.079
blessed to have that access to those types of. Things
2041
01:29:47.079 --> 01:29:49.800
but if you, don't you, know a pham roller On
2042
01:29:49.840 --> 01:29:52.680
amazon's twenty. Bucks you can foam, roll you. KNOW i
2043
01:29:52.720 --> 01:29:54.920
have a stretching machine in my. House you, know do some,
2044
01:29:54.960 --> 01:29:58.439
stretching some foam, rolling some mobility. Work you, know if you,
2045
01:29:58.479 --> 01:30:00.760
can you don't need to go do a fancy ice,
2046
01:30:00.800 --> 01:30:02.840
bath take a cold, shower you know WHAT i. Mean
2047
01:30:03.319 --> 01:30:04.960
or if you can go to get a sauna session
2048
01:30:04.960 --> 01:30:06.439
and you want to pay for, that you, know there's
2049
01:30:06.479 --> 01:30:09.239
places that offer, them like thirty fifty. Bucks, like do
2050
01:30:09.359 --> 01:30:11.840
the extra work and you're gonna feel better and you're
2051
01:30:11.840 --> 01:30:13.880
gonna perform better when it's time to get back to the.
2052
01:30:13.920 --> 01:30:16.640
Gym BUT i take two rest days a week most
2053
01:30:16.640 --> 01:30:19.680
times WHEN i schedule for, clients LIKE i, know for
2054
01:30:19.720 --> 01:30:21.239
the most, part they don't even want to go to the,
2055
01:30:21.239 --> 01:30:24.199
gym some of them out of the, Gate, like, yeah you,
2056
01:30:24.239 --> 01:30:25.840
know they don't even want to go to the gym
2057
01:30:26.119 --> 01:30:27.680
more than four times in a. Week so they might
2058
01:30:27.720 --> 01:30:30.279
have three rest. Days AND i think one rest day
2059
01:30:30.319 --> 01:30:32.720
is essential if you can't take rest. Days but if
2060
01:30:32.720 --> 01:30:34.560
you're training hard, enough you should want to take your rest.
2061
01:30:34.640 --> 01:30:38.119
Days, Yeah and do you recommend rest days, like so
2062
01:30:38.199 --> 01:30:40.439
let's say you want to do two rest, days do
2063
01:30:40.479 --> 01:30:43.119
you recommend like two rest days back to back or
2064
01:30:43.159 --> 01:30:44.359
do you recommend like splitting them.
2065
01:30:44.439 --> 01:30:47.479
UP i recommend splitting them, up LIKE i know some,
2066
01:30:47.520 --> 01:30:50.119
Guys and, again it depends on your schedule growing a perfect, world,
2067
01:30:50.239 --> 01:30:53.399
Right like some people they their work, schedule like they
2068
01:30:53.439 --> 01:30:55.600
can only Take saturday And sunday off and it works for.
2069
01:30:55.640 --> 01:30:57.199
Them and you, know if you can get a full
2070
01:30:57.239 --> 01:31:00.439
recovery in two, days, GREAT i wouldn't recommend. THAT i
2071
01:31:00.479 --> 01:31:02.479
typically like to take one during the week at some.
2072
01:31:02.560 --> 01:31:05.680
Point typically again for, MYSELF i usually take. It i've
2073
01:31:05.680 --> 01:31:08.039
been Taking thursday And sunday rest days for like the
2074
01:31:08.079 --> 01:31:12.119
last three. Years you, know sometime, midweek you, Know wednesday
2075
01:31:12.159 --> 01:31:15.439
Or thursday, potentially and you, know whatever your schedule calls.
2076
01:31:15.479 --> 01:31:17.720
For BUT i would take two weeks split. Out got
2077
01:31:17.760 --> 01:31:19.399
it at least?
2078
01:31:19.399 --> 01:31:21.760
One, yeah BECAUSE i think there's there's just a lot
2079
01:31:21.800 --> 01:31:25.800
of people out, there, man that there's so much you,
2080
01:31:25.800 --> 01:31:29.479
know bro, science there's so many fitness like. Influencers there's
2081
01:31:29.520 --> 01:31:32.560
like so many you, know we got. It we're in
2082
01:31:32.560 --> 01:31:35.640
a world of coaches On. Instagram everyone's a fucking. Coach
2083
01:31:36.600 --> 01:31:38.560
you can go on you go On. Instagram Oh I'm
2084
01:31:38.600 --> 01:31:40.880
I'm i'm a life. Coach i'm a fitness. Coach i'm this.
2085
01:31:41.000 --> 01:31:42.119
Coach i'm that coach.
2086
01:31:41.960 --> 01:31:47.560
IN i got. You we're. Talking you.
2087
01:31:47.600 --> 01:31:52.119
Can't but you've been cheating for fucking thirty, years my.
2088
01:31:52.199 --> 01:31:57.119
Guy so there's there's, terminologies, right there's cheap, feeds there's, refeeds, sorry,
2089
01:31:57.199 --> 01:32:01.680
cheat there's cheat meals, refeeds you, know cheat meals with a.
2090
01:32:01.680 --> 01:32:04.000
Purpose you, know sometimes you could just do a refeet
2091
01:32:04.000 --> 01:32:06.159
in a sense of you, know having a higher carbon
2092
01:32:06.199 --> 01:32:09.199
day of the foods that you're already. Consuming it depends
2093
01:32:09.199 --> 01:32:11.720
on a lot of different, variables. Man but you, know
2094
01:32:11.840 --> 01:32:14.760
typically again for some clients for a mental release as,
2095
01:32:14.760 --> 01:32:17.239
well you, Know i'll program at least one cheat meal a.
2096
01:32:17.239 --> 01:32:19.520
WEEK i mean even for, you eventually you will have
2097
01:32:19.560 --> 01:32:22.199
a cheat meal. WEEK i like to get that consistency
2098
01:32:22.199 --> 01:32:25.000
out of the gate and just get that mentality of
2099
01:32:25.039 --> 01:32:27.319
like going the first month even without, one you, know
2100
01:32:27.399 --> 01:32:29.399
and then, like, bro you're not getting ready for a,
2101
01:32:29.439 --> 01:32:30.800
show you know WHAT i. MEAN i want my clients
2102
01:32:30.800 --> 01:32:33.359
to have somewhat of balance in their. Lives like, again
2103
01:32:33.399 --> 01:32:34.920
they're not trying to get on, stage, Man they're just
2104
01:32:34.920 --> 01:32:37.680
trying to make a lifestyle. Change so it's it's different
2105
01:32:37.720 --> 01:32:40.319
for each. Person, again you, know if if people can
2106
01:32:40.520 --> 01:32:43.399
can respond and you, know take a cheat meal and
2107
01:32:43.520 --> 01:32:45.960
not go off the, rails Like i've seen it all.
2108
01:32:46.000 --> 01:32:48.119
Man you, know there's, yeah there's some people that you,
2109
01:32:48.199 --> 01:32:49.800
say go get a burger and, Fries they'll get a
2110
01:32:49.800 --> 01:32:52.199
burger and. Fries there's some people we say go get
2111
01:32:52.199 --> 01:32:54.600
a burger and, fries and then they're getting you, know
2112
01:32:54.720 --> 01:32:57.359
three cookies and you, know two tubs of ice cream
2113
01:32:57.399 --> 01:32:59.199
and then they're eating a pizza on the way, home,
2114
01:32:59.319 --> 01:33:01.560
like because there's a lot of binge eating.
2115
01:33:01.640 --> 01:33:06.279
Problems so the first THING i learned was cheap individual
2116
01:33:06.560 --> 01:33:11.840
was was cheat meal versus cheat Day AND i think days, no, yeah, yeah,
2117
01:33:11.920 --> 01:33:14.720
yeah BECAUSE i THINK i think like that was that
2118
01:33:14.840 --> 01:33:19.800
was my briggest like that was my. Bab, honestly literally
2119
01:33:20.239 --> 01:33:23.760
my ENTIRE i would, say like MY i would say
2120
01:33:23.880 --> 01:33:28.920
post college until like early, thirties that was literally WHAT i.
2121
01:33:28.920 --> 01:33:32.159
DID i would fucking i would hit the gym five
2122
01:33:32.239 --> 01:33:35.199
days a, Week monday Through. Friday friday, night i'd go
2123
01:33:35.199 --> 01:33:38.199
off the fucking. Rails, Saturday i'd go off the. Rails
2124
01:33:38.479 --> 01:33:43.399
Sunday i'd be fucking. Hungover so it's it's it's it's
2125
01:33:43.399 --> 01:33:47.800
simple calories, in calories. Out i'd fucking maybe be fucking
2126
01:33:48.000 --> 01:33:53.680
three thousand calories surplus or, sorry uh Deficit monday Through,
2127
01:33:53.680 --> 01:33:56.000
friday and then the weekend would fucking hit And i'd
2128
01:33:56.039 --> 01:33:59.039
fucking put on ten thousand fucking calories and Then i'd
2129
01:33:59.039 --> 01:34:01.600
start the week And i'm fucking up FUCKING x amount
2130
01:34:01.640 --> 01:34:03.640
of pounds and then By, Wednesday i'm fucking back to
2131
01:34:03.640 --> 01:34:05.800
my normal. Weight and it was just literally the same
2132
01:34:05.880 --> 01:34:08.199
cycle for, years.
2133
01:34:07.920 --> 01:34:11.199
And that there's so many different variables that that affects as,
2134
01:34:11.239 --> 01:34:13.680
well you, know the fluctuations of, weight like that's not
2135
01:34:13.760 --> 01:34:16.119
good for your internal markers and you put on a
2136
01:34:16.159 --> 01:34:18.520
bunch of. Water it's, like look at the end of the,
2137
01:34:18.600 --> 01:34:22.039
day LIKE i live my life as a. Bodyboater right
2138
01:34:22.079 --> 01:34:25.159
at this, level there really is no off, season. RIGHT
2139
01:34:25.199 --> 01:34:27.000
i don't like the term off. SEASON i don't LIKE
2140
01:34:27.359 --> 01:34:29.600
i call it an improvement. Season and that's what my coach,
2141
01:34:29.680 --> 01:34:32.600
is you, know harbored into my. Head but you, KNOW
2142
01:34:32.680 --> 01:34:34.880
i eat cheat meals When i'm not getting ready for a.
2143
01:34:34.960 --> 01:34:37.199
Show but even When i'm picking cheat, MEALS i eat
2144
01:34:37.199 --> 01:34:39.079
the same things BECAUSE i know what my body's gonna
2145
01:34:39.079 --> 01:34:41.239
do with. That you, KNOW i eat burgers OR i eat.
2146
01:34:41.239 --> 01:34:44.359
Sushi there's really me and my girlfriend might you, know
2147
01:34:44.840 --> 01:34:46.840
get a pizza here and there and, like, ah you
2148
01:34:46.840 --> 01:34:47.840
know WHAT i, Mean but it's.
2149
01:34:47.720 --> 01:34:50.399
NOT i was actually gonna ask you do you do
2150
01:34:50.439 --> 01:34:52.560
you have like your your like go to cheat.
2151
01:34:52.560 --> 01:34:54.199
Mas that's What i'm. SAYING i have my specific things
2152
01:34:54.199 --> 01:34:56.159
BECAUSE i know what my gut. Like there's another thing
2153
01:34:56.199 --> 01:34:59.159
we didn't really talk about as gut health man like, digestion, right,
2154
01:34:59.560 --> 01:35:02.760
like not only are you eating these unhealthy, calories but
2155
01:35:02.840 --> 01:35:05.039
like are you eating things that agree with your? Body
2156
01:35:05.039 --> 01:35:07.159
because if you're eating clean all week and then you're,
2157
01:35:07.199 --> 01:35:09.960
like it's just an unhealthy. Mentality, Bro you're getting to
2158
01:35:10.000 --> 01:35:11.439
The saturday and you're, like, OH i can't wait for
2159
01:35:11.479 --> 01:35:13.800
my cheat. Meal it's, like But i'm gonna eat pizza
2160
01:35:13.920 --> 01:35:16.680
or you, know a burrito in This mexican food that's
2161
01:35:16.680 --> 01:35:19.960
gonna absolutely nuke my stomach and then my my gi
2162
01:35:20.079 --> 01:35:22.319
is messed up for the next three. Days like that's
2163
01:35:22.319 --> 01:35:24.880
gonna play into your. Week you, know that's it's gonna
2164
01:35:25.119 --> 01:35:27.920
affect your nutrient, uptake it's gonna blow your. Stomach like
2165
01:35:28.600 --> 01:35:31.600
it's JUST i know what my body's gonna do with a.
2166
01:35:31.640 --> 01:35:33.880
BURGER i know the Response i'm gonna get from, sushi
2167
01:35:33.920 --> 01:35:36.119
AND i like that. Stuff so it's like it's almost
2168
01:35:36.199 --> 01:35:39.119
like you you would laugh at some of my competition, diets,
2169
01:35:39.159 --> 01:35:41.039
bro Because i've been with the same coach for four years,
2170
01:35:41.079 --> 01:35:43.439
Now like he'll literally right into my, diet you, know
2171
01:35:43.479 --> 01:35:45.920
on a refeed day or you, know in prep right.
2172
01:35:46.039 --> 01:35:48.399
Again it's the most extreme example of what you're talking.
2173
01:35:48.439 --> 01:35:51.399
About a cheat, Day like When i'm seven weeks out
2174
01:35:51.399 --> 01:35:53.239
from a. Show bro my coach my text and be,
2175
01:35:53.239 --> 01:35:55.880
like all, right, dude go get fifty pieces of, sushi
2176
01:35:56.279 --> 01:35:59.720
get one cookie and you, know one hundred grams of
2177
01:35:59.760 --> 01:36:02.479
carbs from fat free sorbet like and that's my last.
2178
01:36:02.520 --> 01:36:05.199
Meal but my body burns through. It and it's LIKE
2179
01:36:05.239 --> 01:36:08.680
i needed that, recovery that glycogen. Restore you. Know, again
2180
01:36:08.720 --> 01:36:11.319
it's great for a mental. Release typically that's gonna help
2181
01:36:11.359 --> 01:36:13.760
with stress. Hormones you, know it's gonna Lower cortisoil're gonna
2182
01:36:13.760 --> 01:36:16.439
have a great night of. Sleep so, like you, know
2183
01:36:16.479 --> 01:36:19.319
it's getting out of the mentality of like, okay like
2184
01:36:19.439 --> 01:36:21.800
let's binge eat versus like, OKAY i can go eat
2185
01:36:21.800 --> 01:36:24.199
a burger or a sushi or even a dessert and
2186
01:36:24.199 --> 01:36:26.760
it's gonna do my body good And i'm gonna digest
2187
01:36:26.800 --> 01:36:29.600
it great and it's gonna give me a calorie bomb
2188
01:36:29.640 --> 01:36:31.520
for the next few. Days my training's gonna be, Awesome
2189
01:36:31.520 --> 01:36:34.319
my sleep's gonna be. Better like cheat meals or REFEEDS
2190
01:36:34.359 --> 01:36:36.640
i like to call, them can be optimized and they
2191
01:36:36.640 --> 01:36:39.760
can actually be something that's if you're having a fat burning,
2192
01:36:39.800 --> 01:36:42.479
stall like you're hitting a plateau and you're not losing weight,
2193
01:36:42.520 --> 01:36:45.720
anymore and you throw a wildcar like down the, system
2194
01:36:46.000 --> 01:36:48.319
it's gonna excel your metabolism and you could actually have
2195
01:36:48.319 --> 01:36:50.239
a better fat loss the next couple of. Days that's
2196
01:36:50.239 --> 01:36:52.680
why we do it on prep again the most extreme,
2197
01:36:52.680 --> 01:36:55.680
example AND i use that with lifestyle clients too for
2198
01:36:55.760 --> 01:36:58.680
a mental release and also to you, know help your
2199
01:36:58.680 --> 01:37:02.479
body make. Progress. Man, yeah it's just can some people handle? That,
2200
01:37:02.600 --> 01:37:06.279
no so they eat freaking you, know tilapi and. Asparagus
2201
01:37:06.279 --> 01:37:09.680
like it depends on the. Individual so to answer your
2202
01:37:09.720 --> 01:37:12.399
your back in the, question, yes we can get cheatmals,
2203
01:37:12.399 --> 01:37:14.359
eventually but you need to be able to handle, that.
2204
01:37:14.439 --> 01:37:14.600
Right.
2205
01:37:14.960 --> 01:37:16.840
Yeah, yeah and you gotta be, consistent.
2206
01:37:16.880 --> 01:37:18.079
Bro but we're going.
2207
01:37:18.119 --> 01:37:20.279
On it is week, three Fucking i'm locked, in.
2208
01:37:20.920 --> 01:37:28.960
Bro you got blocked out On sunday, water and.
2209
01:37:27.399 --> 01:37:29.880
It's just breaking these. Fallacies. Bro, yeah it's not so
2210
01:37:30.000 --> 01:37:32.319
cut and. Dry you, know there's so many different things
2211
01:37:32.399 --> 01:37:35.479
we can, do like especially like when your hormones are
2212
01:37:35.520 --> 01:37:39.319
optimized or you, know you're utilizing these new compounds Like i've.
2213
01:37:39.359 --> 01:37:41.439
Seen i'm doing my research, still, man But i'm seeing
2214
01:37:41.439 --> 01:37:44.000
some crazy stuff with his reditrue. Tide LIKE i got
2215
01:37:44.000 --> 01:37:46.520
a buddy who's like big into, peptides and you know
2216
01:37:46.560 --> 01:37:49.279
he has a group or a website and like a
2217
01:37:49.359 --> 01:37:52.479
discord that he speaks to and like he's an impeccable
2218
01:37:52.520 --> 01:37:54.760
shape bron eats whatever the hell he. Wants you, know
2219
01:37:54.840 --> 01:37:57.239
he's he's gifted genetically in that sense, Too but like
2220
01:37:57.560 --> 01:37:59.560
he looks like he could get on stage and he's
2221
01:37:59.560 --> 01:38:03.159
posting he's, eating AND i believe him. Wholeheartedly so, yeah
2222
01:38:03.279 --> 01:38:04.600
you know not to say like you can go just
2223
01:38:04.720 --> 01:38:06.199
go take rid at true out and eat whatever you.
2224
01:38:06.239 --> 01:38:08.640
Want but when you're you know what's going on in
2225
01:38:08.640 --> 01:38:10.479
your body and you know how to use it the right,
2226
01:38:10.479 --> 01:38:12.640
way and you know what you respond, To, like it's
2227
01:38:12.680 --> 01:38:15.640
amazing another cheat. Code. Bro the more muscle you, have
2228
01:38:15.680 --> 01:38:17.920
the more you can get away. With you'd be, like
2229
01:38:18.319 --> 01:38:21.039
you'd be surprised WHAT i could eat and not gain a. Pound,
2230
01:38:21.720 --> 01:38:24.840
yeah it's pretty. Wild my girlfriend hates me for.
2231
01:38:24.880 --> 01:38:28.119

2239
01:38:41.560 --> 01:38:43.600
kind of turned off to THE gop stuff at, First
2240
01:38:43.680 --> 01:38:46.880
Like i'm, like that's that's not, cool that's cheating And
