ÜBER DIESE EPISODE
Northwest Missouri State cross country's fall season is drawing to a close, but not without some fireworks. The Bearcat men's team won the MIAA meet for a second straight season, then claimed the region title. The women's team is also on the rise and will send a sophomore runner to the national championships with an at-large bid. Northwest coach Wick Cunningham has been around the program since 2013 as a runner, now as a coach. He spoke with us about his work with the student-athletes, developing successful runners, and the path that took him back home in Iowa and then back to Maryville. Bearcat Rewind is sponsored by Clarinda Regional Health Center, the Northwest Alumni Association and the Northwest Foundation. Learn more at clarindahealth.com or nwmissouri.edu/foundation.
