00:00:00.520 --> 00:00:05.559
Oh, I'm gonna change my background. I'm not thrilled on it,
2
00:00:06.040 --> 00:00:13.039
like it's cute, but no, no, next, Hi, how are
3
00:00:13.039 --> 00:00:15.560
you today? My name is Bailey Sarian and today is Monday,
4
00:00:15.599 --> 00:00:19.559
which means it's murder, Mystery and makeup Monday. I was
5
00:00:19.640 --> 00:00:22.640
up late the other night and I came across this story.
6
00:00:22.679 --> 00:00:24.359
I don't know how I came across this story, but
7
00:00:24.399 --> 00:00:26.719
I had never heard of it. Now, riddle me this.
8
00:00:27.519 --> 00:00:31.600
Why is it when a story like this happens so
9
00:00:31.760 --> 00:00:35.200
close to home? Why is it like so much more scary?
10
00:00:35.799 --> 00:00:38.880
You're like, oh my god, I know that place. I
11
00:00:38.920 --> 00:00:42.640
lived there. I drove over there one time, and like,
12
00:00:42.679 --> 00:00:45.880
it's just it just hits you differently. Right, that's this
13
00:00:46.000 --> 00:00:48.679
story for me, And it's so stupid because it has
14
00:00:48.719 --> 00:00:50.560
nothing to do with you. But you make it about you.
15
00:00:50.920 --> 00:00:53.039
Don't make this about me. I'm saying, it's you know,
16
00:00:53.119 --> 00:00:56.079
we all do this. Don't lie the way I set
17
00:00:56.119 --> 00:00:58.240
this up. I think it might be a little confusing,
18
00:00:58.399 --> 00:01:00.640
but you know that's okay. I'm just gonna my best.
19
00:01:00.880 --> 00:01:04.560
You get it, you get it, okay. So before we
20
00:01:04.640 --> 00:01:07.920
jump into today's story, I want to say a big
21

on today's episode, and a big thank you to you,
62
00:03:45.080 --> 00:03:47.360
because without you, I wouldn't be here. If you're ever
63
00:03:47.439 --> 00:03:49.159
curious to know what I'm using on my face, I
64
00:03:49.199 --> 00:03:51.680
will leave it down in the description box down below.
65
00:03:52.039 --> 00:03:53.800
I don't know what I'm gonna do, so I'm kind
66
00:03:53.800 --> 00:03:57.840
of stalling. We're gonna start with Britney Kilgore. Yeah, quite
67
00:03:57.879 --> 00:04:00.439
the name, huh. She was twenty two years old and
68
00:04:00.439 --> 00:04:04.479
she was living in Fallbrook, California. It's like the San
69
00:04:04.560 --> 00:04:07.919
Diego area. She was married at the time to her husband,
70
00:04:07.960 --> 00:04:11.439
who was a US Marine and his name was Corey Kilgore.
71
00:04:11.680 --> 00:04:15.039
Now this story takes place in April of twenty twelve.
72
00:04:15.199 --> 00:04:18.800
There's not much said about anybody's upbringing, so I don't
73
00:04:18.800 --> 00:04:20.839
really have much Like, I don't really know, I don't
74
00:04:20.879 --> 00:04:22.399
have anything to say, because you know, I love a
75
00:04:22.439 --> 00:04:25.399
good background story. But what we do know is that
76
00:04:25.439 --> 00:04:29.199
Brittany and her husband were living in Fallbrook because it
77
00:04:29.240 --> 00:04:32.720
was close to Camp Pendleton, where her husband needed to
78
00:04:32.759 --> 00:04:35.639
be because he was in the Marines. So I'm not
79
00:04:35.680 --> 00:04:38.160
sure how long they were there for, but at one
80
00:04:38.240 --> 00:04:44.120
point he did get deployed to Afghanistan, which, like many
81
00:04:44.759 --> 00:04:47.759
wives in the situation, it turned out to be super
82
00:04:47.800 --> 00:04:50.680
lonely for Brittany. When the two of them got married,
83
00:04:50.759 --> 00:04:53.759
I guess she was like nineteen twenty years old, so
84
00:04:54.199 --> 00:04:57.079
you know, she was super young. And as time went on,
85
00:04:57.199 --> 00:05:00.800
it seems like maybe she just realized that the wife
86
00:05:00.839 --> 00:05:03.720
life wasn't for her, you know, and that's fair. So
87
00:05:04.000 --> 00:05:08.040
in April of twenty twelve, after two years of marriage,
88
00:05:08.360 --> 00:05:11.879
Brittany decided to file for divorce. Now, I guess he
89
00:05:12.000 --> 00:05:14.920
was deployed at this time, so she was feeling super lonely,
90
00:05:15.240 --> 00:05:17.480
and she also wanted to move back home and just
91
00:05:17.519 --> 00:05:21.079
be closer to family. I believe her home, where her
92
00:05:21.079 --> 00:05:24.959
friends and family lived, was in Missouri, but I also
93
00:05:25.120 --> 00:05:30.600
saw a different sources say Pennsylvania, So I mean to
94
00:05:30.839 --> 00:05:33.920
very different places, sames. So she was going to pack
95
00:05:34.000 --> 00:05:37.759
up her stuff and move back home. I thought this
96
00:05:37.879 --> 00:05:41.199
foundation match's too dark, just saying that. You know, that's
97
00:05:41.279 --> 00:05:43.519
just a little bit about Brittany Kilgore. And now we're
98
00:05:43.519 --> 00:05:45.639
going to talk about three other people, and then we're
99
00:05:45.639 --> 00:05:48.480
going to circle back to Brittany. Okay, three other people
100
00:05:48.920 --> 00:05:53.000
Louis Perez, who was forty five years old, Dorothy Marra
101
00:05:53.360 --> 00:05:58.560
Glino forty and Jessica Lopez twenty five. We're going to
102
00:05:58.639 --> 00:06:01.600
be talking about these shitheads for a minute. Sorry, but
103
00:06:01.639 --> 00:06:04.519
I'm not sorry because listen. First of all, this guy,
104
00:06:04.600 --> 00:06:08.519
Lewis Perez, was a staff sergeant in the Marine Corps.
105
00:06:08.600 --> 00:06:13.720
Terrifying once you realize how gross these people are. Nasty. So,
106
00:06:13.959 --> 00:06:18.600
these three people were active participants in the BDSM lifestyle.
107
00:06:18.839 --> 00:06:22.000
I know that you are mature enough to know that
108
00:06:22.040 --> 00:06:27.639
this is not a representation of anyone who participates in BDSM. Right, Well,
109
00:06:27.639 --> 00:06:30.040
maybe you're thinking, but wait, Bailey, I've never heard of
110
00:06:30.160 --> 00:06:33.879
BDSM before. What is it. It's an acronym for bondage
111
00:06:34.040 --> 00:06:38.600
discipline and sado masochism. It's a lifestyle. But most of all,
112
00:06:38.680 --> 00:06:44.680
it's a lifestyle where consenting participants have certain roles like master,
113
00:06:45.160 --> 00:06:50.199
slave mistress, and sometimes they give They can give and
114
00:06:50.240 --> 00:06:53.519
receive pain during quote unquote play sessions. I mean, you
115
00:06:53.560 --> 00:06:57.759
get it, whips and change, which maybe not they're called.
116
00:06:57.800 --> 00:07:01.000
So these three people were living this life together and
117
00:07:01.120 --> 00:07:04.879
they had their rules as master, mistress and slave. Now
118
00:07:05.040 --> 00:07:09.199
Lewis he was the master of the situation, and Dorothy
119
00:07:09.680 --> 00:07:12.399
was his submissive. And this other girl, she was like
120
00:07:12.399 --> 00:07:15.319
a little bit newer to the group than the youngest, obviously.
121
00:07:15.600 --> 00:07:19.680
Her name is Jessica. She was Dorothy's slave. She lived
122
00:07:19.680 --> 00:07:23.279
with Dorothy at her home in Fallbrook, which Lewis would
123
00:07:23.360 --> 00:07:25.759
visit pretty much like all he pretty much lived there,
124
00:07:25.759 --> 00:07:29.839
but he lived on base, so Dorothy was someone who
125
00:07:30.240 --> 00:07:34.120
would switch often. She would be submissive with Lewis and
126
00:07:34.160 --> 00:07:37.720
then dominant with Jessica. Now they kept it kosher and
127
00:07:37.759 --> 00:07:40.600
in the house. They had a house manual that they
128
00:07:40.879 --> 00:07:43.480
followed with like all the rules okay of like what
129
00:07:43.519 --> 00:07:46.519
they could and could not do, and also a perfect
130
00:07:46.639 --> 00:07:51.920
slave checklist and slave contract pretty much just showing and
131
00:07:52.040 --> 00:07:56.040
agreeing that the parties were consenting again what they agreed to,
132
00:07:56.079 --> 00:07:58.360
what they don't agree to with just all the rules
133
00:07:58.360 --> 00:08:01.560
and stuff for them. Dorothy she would make Jessica wear
134
00:08:01.600 --> 00:08:05.680
a dog collar like all the time. Yeah I'm not judging,
135
00:08:05.720 --> 00:08:10.519
but I mean, okay, she'd make a worry dog a
136
00:08:10.560 --> 00:08:15.000
dog collar because she was her property and she controlled
137
00:08:15.079 --> 00:08:19.240
everything Jessica did within the home, whereas Lewis was the
138
00:08:19.279 --> 00:08:23.759
master and he had control over Dorothy's household, which meant
139
00:08:23.759 --> 00:08:28.000
he also had control over Jessica. Are you following, are
140
00:08:28.000 --> 00:08:31.240
you listening? Good? I'm glad you are so. Louis technically
141
00:08:31.279 --> 00:08:35.759
controlled all of them in the house. Okay, now Lewis
142
00:08:35.840 --> 00:08:41.320
over here. He loved inflicting pain on others, and in
143
00:08:41.440 --> 00:08:45.399
past relationships it was said that he would choke his
144
00:08:45.519 --> 00:08:49.000
partners every time they had sex, and he had fantasies
145
00:08:49.080 --> 00:08:52.879
about having his partner like abduct a stranger and then
146
00:08:52.960 --> 00:08:57.799
forcing them to have sex. Okaya, the R word that
147
00:08:57.840 --> 00:09:00.480
YouTube doesn't like. But I guess this winner over here
148
00:09:00.679 --> 00:09:04.480
Lewis he loved taking things too far with his partners
149
00:09:04.639 --> 00:09:08.120
and if they wanted out, Lewis wouldn't listen. In other words,
150
00:09:08.120 --> 00:09:11.279
he's just a creepy asshole. If you're going to do
151
00:09:11.360 --> 00:09:15.080
this shit, the number one rule you got to follow
152
00:09:15.600 --> 00:09:19.720
is that your partner is consenting. And Lewis is a
153
00:09:19.759 --> 00:09:23.240
piece of shit. You know. Sorry, it's not that hard
154
00:09:23.240 --> 00:09:27.080
to be an okay, basic person. So when people do
155
00:09:27.159 --> 00:09:30.159
stuff like this, it's just like, why why can't you
156
00:09:30.279 --> 00:09:33.240
just jerk off or get like a sex doll that
157
00:09:33.279 --> 00:09:37.039
you can do things too and like you're not hurting anybody,
158
00:09:37.320 --> 00:09:40.320
just throwing out ideas, you know. I don't know why
159
00:09:40.320 --> 00:09:42.320
he didn't ask me. He should ask me. I would
160
00:09:42.320 --> 00:09:44.480
have been there to help. Like, hey, sex doll, They've
161
00:09:44.480 --> 00:09:47.360
come a long way. The boots they move. It's wild. AnyWho,
162
00:09:47.559 --> 00:09:52.159
all three of these people in the household had BDSM abduction,
163
00:09:52.440 --> 00:09:57.200
torture and murder fantasies and milking fantasies. I'm throwing that
164
00:09:57.320 --> 00:09:59.519
in there because it brought me back to one of
165
00:09:59.600 --> 00:10:03.600
my early murder mystery and makeup episodes, the Robert Whoa
166
00:10:04.120 --> 00:10:07.639
Whoa Whoa episode, which is like just a weird story.
167
00:10:07.759 --> 00:10:09.559
This is a side note. I'm sorry, and I'll link
168
00:10:09.600 --> 00:10:11.799
it down below if you haven't seen it. But that's
169
00:10:11.840 --> 00:10:14.440
when they had like a milking device and I was like,
170
00:10:14.440 --> 00:10:18.960
what's a milking device? Like what? And I looked it up. Girl,
171
00:10:19.080 --> 00:10:22.919
you guys are wild, I learned that day. Yes I did.
172
00:10:23.200 --> 00:10:25.879
I don't think that's for me, but I respect it. So, yeah,
173
00:10:25.879 --> 00:10:29.120
they have these fantasies. Great. So, I guess Lewis and
174
00:10:29.200 --> 00:10:33.519
Dorothy did have like they were a couple, but they
175
00:10:33.960 --> 00:10:37.559
had an open relationship. But it was said that Miss Dorothy,
176
00:10:37.919 --> 00:10:41.120
as much as she played along with this open relationship idea,
177
00:10:41.440 --> 00:10:46.039
she was very insecure and she believed that Lewis was
178
00:10:46.080 --> 00:10:49.639
going to leave her for another woman. So she was paranoid,
179
00:10:49.879 --> 00:10:55.519
she was insecure, she was jealous, she was everything. So
180
00:10:55.600 --> 00:10:58.360
you got the three people there, right, Great, Now we're
181
00:10:58.360 --> 00:11:00.960
gonna circle back to Britney Kill. So Brittany had a
182
00:11:00.960 --> 00:11:03.840
close friend who also lived in the same apartment complex
183
00:11:03.879 --> 00:11:08.919
as her, and her name is Elizabeth Hernandez. Now Elizabeth
184
00:11:09.080 --> 00:11:14.039
became good friends with Dorothy in twenty eleven. So Elizabeth
185
00:11:14.039 --> 00:11:17.840
would get invited over to Dorothy's house pretty often. Not
186
00:11:17.879 --> 00:11:20.360
really sure how they met, but they did. Elizabeth would
187
00:11:20.360 --> 00:11:23.759
go over to Dorothy's house and because Brittany was her friend,
188
00:11:23.799 --> 00:11:27.519
Brittany would tag along. It was said that neither Britney
189
00:11:27.600 --> 00:11:32.840
nor Elizabeth were involved in like the BDSM lifestyle, but
190
00:11:33.080 --> 00:11:35.840
they were aware as to what was going on in
191
00:11:35.960 --> 00:11:38.480
Dorothy's household and like they were okay with the situation
192
00:11:38.639 --> 00:11:42.480
because it wasn't like affecting them in the moment. I
193
00:11:42.519 --> 00:11:46.279
guess in the beginning, Dorothy she liked Brittany, she didn't
194
00:11:46.279 --> 00:11:48.320
dislike her. I don't know if they had like the
195
00:11:48.360 --> 00:11:53.559
best relationship, but they definitely were cordial. But over time,
196
00:11:53.960 --> 00:11:57.759
Dorothy got the feeling that Brittany was being flirty with
197
00:11:57.879 --> 00:12:01.840
her main daddy lewis ny name, and because of this,
198
00:12:02.360 --> 00:12:06.519
tensions were a bruin. Dorothy was becoming quite jealous of
199
00:12:06.519 --> 00:12:10.120
Brittany and started calling her names behind her back, of course,
200
00:12:10.200 --> 00:12:13.480
because she's wouldned to do it to her face. So
201
00:12:13.519 --> 00:12:17.759
she started referring to Brittany as the disease or the
202
00:12:17.759 --> 00:12:20.639
herpies when she wasn't around, and she was like talking
203
00:12:20.679 --> 00:12:24.919
about her, just real mature stuff. You think when you
204
00:12:24.960 --> 00:12:27.519
get out of high school all of the gossip and
205
00:12:28.279 --> 00:12:31.559
bullshit name calling ends, and it doesn't, and then you
206
00:12:31.600 --> 00:12:35.960
realize that and you're like, wow, people just flocking are
207
00:12:36.039 --> 00:12:40.440
so stupid. So Dorothy was becoming extra friendly with Elizabeth,
208
00:12:40.519 --> 00:12:45.399
remember Brittany's friend, and it was said that Dorothy was
209
00:12:45.440 --> 00:12:50.759
trying to recruit her into theirm BDSM lifestyle because she
210
00:12:50.919 --> 00:12:56.120
seemed Elizabeth seemed impressionable and easy to control. I think
211
00:12:56.240 --> 00:12:59.320
Dorothy liked to have Elizabeth over because she really loved
212
00:12:59.320 --> 00:13:01.720
to just sit around gossip with her and talk about
213
00:13:01.720 --> 00:13:04.799
how much she disliked Brittany. Dorothy would tell Elizabeth like, hey,
214
00:13:04.840 --> 00:13:07.000
I can get rid of her if you want, Like
215
00:13:07.039 --> 00:13:11.440
she's so annoying, right, isn't she annoying? Elizabeth though, from
216
00:13:11.440 --> 00:13:13.840
my understanding, she would not like lean into this. She
217
00:13:13.879 --> 00:13:16.840
would like just hear Dorothy gossiping and then be like, Okay,
218
00:13:16.879 --> 00:13:18.960
I'm just not going to bring Brittany around anymore, like
219
00:13:19.039 --> 00:13:22.600
Dorothy obviously doesn't like her and whatever. I'm just gonna
220
00:13:22.600 --> 00:13:26.759
mind my own fucking business. Elizabeth does tell Dorothy, well,
221
00:13:26.759 --> 00:13:28.960
you don't have to hate her anymore, like you could
222
00:13:29.000 --> 00:13:30.960
let go of these feelings because she's actually getting out
223
00:13:30.960 --> 00:13:33.480
of a divorce and she's moving. She's gonna be gone.
224
00:13:33.720 --> 00:13:37.639
And I guess this made Dorothy happy. So a different day,
225
00:13:37.960 --> 00:13:41.480
Elizabeth goes over to the Gang's house, right the three
226
00:13:41.519 --> 00:13:45.080
of them. Elizabeth starts telling Dorothy about this dinner cruise
227
00:13:45.399 --> 00:13:49.200
called the Hornblower Dinner Cruise in San Diego that she
228
00:13:49.480 --> 00:13:51.399
recently had gone on. She was like, yeah, it was
229
00:13:51.399 --> 00:13:54.080
a real who She's telling Dorothy all about this dinner
230
00:13:54.120 --> 00:13:56.519
cruise and then she's like, oh, I was thinking about
231
00:13:56.559 --> 00:13:59.360
taking Brittany on this dinner cruise because she seems super
232
00:13:59.360 --> 00:14:02.120
interested in it, and I just wanted to do something
233
00:14:02.240 --> 00:14:04.919
nice before she moves. And nothing seems like out of
234
00:14:04.960 --> 00:14:09.720
the ordinary about this conversation, but the seed was planted.
235
00:14:10.120 --> 00:14:15.159
So on April thirteenth, twenty twelve, Britney is at her
236
00:14:15.159 --> 00:14:18.080
apartment and she's packing, So she's at home. She has
237
00:14:18.120 --> 00:14:20.919
a friend there who's helping her pack, and then at
238
00:14:20.960 --> 00:14:24.720
four point thirty pm, there's a knock at the door, knock, knock,
239
00:14:24.799 --> 00:14:29.279
So Brittany opens it and it's Lewis. She's a little
240
00:14:29.279 --> 00:14:32.519
taken aback because, like, how did Louis know where she lived?
241
00:14:32.600 --> 00:14:35.799
She never told them her address, She's never talked about
242
00:14:35.799 --> 00:14:38.240
where she lived. It was just kind of like, what
243
00:14:38.799 --> 00:14:41.679
are you doing here? She asked Louis like, how did
244
00:14:41.679 --> 00:14:44.360
you get my address? And his response was like, oh,
245
00:14:44.639 --> 00:14:46.879
you know, I just I know some people I asked around.
246
00:14:47.120 --> 00:14:51.480
She's like, okay, Well, Louis tells Brittany that he is
247
00:14:51.519 --> 00:14:53.960
there because he wants her to come with him on
248
00:14:54.000 --> 00:14:57.679
the Hornblower Dinner cruise that very night. He was telling
249
00:14:57.679 --> 00:15:01.039
Brittany that he had two tickets very night, but he
250
00:15:01.039 --> 00:15:04.720
didn't have anybody to go with. Brittany tells Lewis like, no,
251
00:15:04.879 --> 00:15:08.200
I need to pack because I'm moving. And second of all,
252
00:15:08.240 --> 00:15:10.840
it's like she didn't really hang out with Louis one
253
00:15:10.879 --> 00:15:14.679
on one. It was just weird. Louis gives Britney his
254
00:15:14.840 --> 00:15:17.639
phone number and he's like, look, if you change your mind,
255
00:15:17.840 --> 00:15:19.799
just hit me up. Let me know. I'm cool like that,
256
00:15:20.159 --> 00:15:25.519
I'm flexible. So as Louis is leaving the house, Britney's house,
257
00:15:25.679 --> 00:15:29.399
he sends Dorothy a text message saying something along the
258
00:15:29.440 --> 00:15:33.360
lines of like this guy wasn't successful. So not long
259
00:15:33.440 --> 00:15:37.720
after he left, Britney texted Lewis asking if he knew
260
00:15:37.720 --> 00:15:41.120
anyone that could help her move her heavy furniture. Lewis
261
00:15:41.159 --> 00:15:44.559
texted back, quote, party with me tonight and you'll have
262
00:15:44.840 --> 00:15:48.120
five guys there in the morning. Now, he wasn't talking
263
00:15:48.159 --> 00:15:50.399
about that Hamburger place. He was like, I could get
264
00:15:50.399 --> 00:15:52.360
you help, just you have to come out with me tonight.
265
00:15:52.519 --> 00:15:56.840
So Britney responded saying that she definitely needed help moving
266
00:15:56.919 --> 00:15:59.200
she had a lot of heavy furniture, but she didn't
267
00:15:59.240 --> 00:16:02.000
want to party because because she got the feeling that Dorothy,
268
00:16:02.720 --> 00:16:06.440
Louis's main chick, didn't like her and she didn't want
269
00:16:06.480 --> 00:16:10.879
to like ruffle any feathers. So Louis responds to Brittany saying, oh,
270
00:16:10.919 --> 00:16:13.360
Dorothy's fine with it. You know, she doesn't hate you.
271
00:16:13.440 --> 00:16:17.240
She likes you. Now, Lewis tells Brittany to go ahead
272
00:16:17.279 --> 00:16:21.799
and call Dorothy yourself and gives her her Dorothy's number.
273
00:16:21.879 --> 00:16:24.600
He's like, call her up, text her, like, ask her yourself.
274
00:16:24.639 --> 00:16:27.840
She's totally cool. So, based off of phone records, I
275
00:16:27.840 --> 00:16:31.600
guess Brittany does end up calling Dorothy around six o'clock PM,
276
00:16:32.000 --> 00:16:34.679
and we're not really sure what the was said in
277
00:16:34.720 --> 00:16:39.120
the conversation, but there was a friend helping Brittany pack
278
00:16:39.519 --> 00:16:42.679
and she over hear the conversation and she said that
279
00:16:42.759 --> 00:16:45.960
they the phone call seemed to like go well because
280
00:16:46.000 --> 00:16:49.799
there was laughing, Brittany was giggling and just being friendly.
281
00:16:50.000 --> 00:16:52.679
Brittany tells the friend once the phone calls over that
282
00:16:53.000 --> 00:16:56.080
Dorothy couldn't go on the cruise with Louis because she
283
00:16:56.200 --> 00:16:59.159
was pregnant, which she was, and she knew she would
284
00:16:59.159 --> 00:17:01.679
get seasick just like ruin the whole night. It wouldn't
285
00:17:01.679 --> 00:17:03.799
be fun. So she's like, yeah, you should go, Like,
286
00:17:04.319 --> 00:17:07.000
no big deal, you should go. After hanging up the phone,
287
00:17:07.359 --> 00:17:10.799
Brittany tells her friend that she was not interested in Louis,
288
00:17:11.240 --> 00:17:13.839
but she felt like this was her last chance to
289
00:17:13.880 --> 00:17:17.240
like experience that dinner cruise before she moved, and she
290
00:17:17.279 --> 00:17:18.799
really wanted to go on it. It seemed like a
291
00:17:18.799 --> 00:17:22.519
lot of fun. So at six ten PM, Britney texts
292
00:17:22.599 --> 00:17:25.519
Lewis that she will go with him to the dinner cruise.
293
00:17:25.720 --> 00:17:28.200
Louis is like gay and tells her to be ready
294
00:17:28.240 --> 00:17:30.519
at seven thirty pm and he was going to pick
295
00:17:30.559 --> 00:17:33.119
her up. He assured her that, like in the morning,
296
00:17:33.279 --> 00:17:35.599
his friends would come over and help her move. A
297
00:17:35.720 --> 00:17:39.799
side note, the Hornblower cruise left the dock at seven pm,
298
00:17:39.920 --> 00:17:41.720
so I think it's safe to say that Louis wasn't
299
00:17:41.759 --> 00:17:45.240
planning on taking her on this cruise, okay, because he's
300
00:17:45.240 --> 00:17:48.440
picking her up at seven thirty. Before leaving, Brittany left
301
00:17:48.519 --> 00:17:53.200
her her friend phone numbers for Louis and Dorothy because she,
302
00:17:53.559 --> 00:17:55.000
I don't know, she just wanted to make sure that
303
00:17:55.039 --> 00:17:58.400
she was safe. She's feeling a little unsure about this
304
00:17:58.440 --> 00:18:02.400
whole situation, and she's like, here's their numbers just in case.
305
00:18:02.799 --> 00:18:07.839
While there is surveillance footage that showed Lewis driving up
306
00:18:07.880 --> 00:18:11.920
to her apartment complex at seven thirty six pm and
307
00:18:12.000 --> 00:18:14.720
then the two of them drive out of the complex
308
00:18:14.759 --> 00:18:17.839
at seven forty, so we know that they left together
309
00:18:17.920 --> 00:18:22.440
because it's on video. So at seven fifty pm. It's
310
00:18:22.480 --> 00:18:27.240
like ten minutes after Brittany left the apartment complex. Britney's friend,
311
00:18:27.400 --> 00:18:29.799
the one who was there trying to help her pack,
312
00:18:29.880 --> 00:18:32.839
Her name is Channy. She receives a text message from
313
00:18:32.920 --> 00:18:36.759
Brittany and all it says is help, That's all it says.
314
00:18:36.839 --> 00:18:40.160
And this is like ten minutes after they left. So
315
00:18:40.160 --> 00:18:42.680
so around eight pm, ten minutes later, her friend is
316
00:18:42.680 --> 00:18:45.480
trying to call her. She calls numerous times and she's
317
00:18:45.519 --> 00:18:49.240
getting no answer. At eight o five, she the friend
318
00:18:49.559 --> 00:18:54.160
receives a text message from Brittany that says, yes, I
319
00:18:54.319 --> 00:18:57.599
love this party. Britney's friend instantly knew where she just
320
00:18:57.599 --> 00:19:00.759
got like that really weird, feeling that it wasn't Brittany
321
00:19:00.799 --> 00:19:04.839
who was texting her. Shortly after, she also received text
322
00:19:04.839 --> 00:19:08.759
messages from Brittany that again just did not sound like her.
323
00:19:09.079 --> 00:19:12.759
So the friend kept calling and calling and calling Brittany
324
00:19:12.839 --> 00:19:16.319
like fucking answer, you know, She's like, she texts Brittany like,
325
00:19:16.440 --> 00:19:19.119
I'm calling because I need to hear your voice. I
326
00:19:19.160 --> 00:19:21.680
need to hear you. I'm not gonna do this texting bullshit.
327
00:19:21.799 --> 00:19:26.240
So the friend received another text from Brittany that said, Okay,
328
00:19:26.480 --> 00:19:29.640
music is too loud. Later on, I guess that during
329
00:19:29.640 --> 00:19:33.319
the trial, Lewis had admitted that he was using Brittany's
330
00:19:33.319 --> 00:19:36.640
phone to call her friend while playing loud music from
331
00:19:36.720 --> 00:19:39.519
his car to make it seem like she was at
332
00:19:39.559 --> 00:19:43.960
a loud party and couldn't talk. Meanwhile, Brittany's friend, Elizabeth,
333
00:19:44.160 --> 00:19:46.680
the one who introduced her to the group of friends,
334
00:19:46.960 --> 00:19:50.000
she got word that like something was up with Brittany.
335
00:19:50.079 --> 00:19:55.119
Elizabeth calls up Dorothy, Hello, what's going on? What's going on?
336
00:19:55.200 --> 00:19:58.039
I'm hearing like Brittany texted help? You know, I know
337
00:19:58.160 --> 00:20:00.599
she's with you guys, that what's going going on? And
338
00:20:00.680 --> 00:20:03.599
Dorothy said that she had not spoken to Brittany and
339
00:20:03.680 --> 00:20:06.839
had no idea what she was talking about. Britney's friend
340
00:20:07.039 --> 00:20:09.920
calls up Lewis's phone and asks him, like, what the
341
00:20:09.960 --> 00:20:12.440
hell is going on? Can't get a hold of Brittany
342
00:20:12.880 --> 00:20:16.039
or worried? Lewis tells this friend on the phone that
343
00:20:16.079 --> 00:20:20.039
he took Brittany downtown to like some club. She started
344
00:20:20.039 --> 00:20:22.960
talking to some guy and he left her there and
345
00:20:22.960 --> 00:20:26.319
that was the last time he saw her. At this point,
346
00:20:26.920 --> 00:20:31.720
cell phone record showed that Lewis was at Dorothy's house
347
00:20:32.000 --> 00:20:35.119
this whole time pretty much like he left Britney's house
348
00:20:35.240 --> 00:20:39.039
and then went to Dorothy's house. So Dorothy's telling Louis like, hey,
349
00:20:39.440 --> 00:20:42.400
I worked for a cell phone company. Cell phones are traceable.
350
00:20:42.640 --> 00:20:45.240
They can detect where you're at because of the cell towers.
351
00:20:45.359 --> 00:20:49.880
She's telling this to Lewis. So Louis, this is just
352
00:20:50.000 --> 00:20:53.160
like stupid ass. I'm sorry, but like he is, like
353
00:20:53.279 --> 00:20:56.200
he's so fucking stupid. He's like, oh my god, Like
354
00:20:56.279 --> 00:20:59.119
phones are traceable. So Louis is like, Okay, in order
355
00:20:59.119 --> 00:21:01.160
for my story to make sense, I need to take
356
00:21:01.200 --> 00:21:04.359
Britney's cell phone to downtown San Diego and like dump
357
00:21:04.440 --> 00:21:06.839
it so it lines up with his story. But his
358
00:21:06.960 --> 00:21:10.920
dumb ass didn't realize that, Like the phone showed that
359
00:21:11.000 --> 00:21:15.119
he went to Dorothy's house, then drove downtown San Diego,
360
00:21:15.440 --> 00:21:18.240
dropped the phone, and then they could track they being
361
00:21:18.359 --> 00:21:21.480
like police, they could track Lewis's phone and see that
362
00:21:21.599 --> 00:21:25.400
he drove back to Dorothy's house. Cell Phone data showed
363
00:21:25.480 --> 00:21:29.519
Lewis and slave girl Jessica's phone at one point moving
364
00:21:29.759 --> 00:21:34.920
east towards Temecula in the early hours of April fourteenth.
365
00:21:35.039 --> 00:21:38.160
Now their phones were traced to Lake Skinner, and they
366
00:21:38.200 --> 00:21:41.200
were there for quite some time, and then the phones
367
00:21:41.279 --> 00:21:45.160
moved back to Dorothy's house. Just a bunch of dumbasses
368
00:21:45.160 --> 00:21:48.599
because Dorothy literally told them that cell phones are traceable,
369
00:21:48.720 --> 00:21:51.160
and they take their phones with them on this mission,
370
00:21:51.440 --> 00:21:57.319
just like great listening skills, Daddy Well. On April fourteenth, Elizabeth,
371
00:21:57.400 --> 00:22:01.039
Brittany's friend, Remember, she calls up Dorothy. She's like, look,
372
00:22:01.319 --> 00:22:04.200
I know you had spoken to Brittany. What's going on?
373
00:22:04.359 --> 00:22:07.640
And I guess Dorothy gets all flustered and starts stuttering.
374
00:22:07.680 --> 00:22:11.720
She's like, yeah, well you know she will well she
375
00:22:11.839 --> 00:22:15.200
won it, and then she like gives the phone to Lewis,
376
00:22:15.279 --> 00:22:18.319
who then tells Elizabeth, I guess like three different versions
377
00:22:18.359 --> 00:22:21.559
as to what happened that previous night. Nothing was making sense,
378
00:22:21.920 --> 00:22:24.559
nothing was lining up, and nobody had like a clear
379
00:22:24.680 --> 00:22:28.640
answer as to where was where was Brittany. It shouldn't
380
00:22:28.680 --> 00:22:33.440
be that difficult, right exactly. So after all of this commotion,
381
00:22:33.839 --> 00:22:38.079
the police were contacted. Police ended up reaching out to Lewis,
382
00:22:38.440 --> 00:22:41.519
who seemed panicky, but he agreed to come talk to
383
00:22:41.599 --> 00:22:45.920
police in person. So my nose is running and I
384
00:22:46.000 --> 00:22:50.160
just smeared all of that on my face okay, great.
385
00:22:50.359 --> 00:22:54.000
So Lewis comes down to the police department and it's
386
00:22:54.079 --> 00:22:57.359
noted that like his story seems to flip flop. He
387
00:22:57.359 --> 00:23:00.720
doesn't have a clear answer as to like where Brittany. Okay,
388
00:23:00.920 --> 00:23:03.640
I won't waste my time on what lewis excuses were.
389
00:23:04.000 --> 00:23:07.400
But what police did notice right away was that his
390
00:23:07.519 --> 00:23:10.759
car was caked with like fresh mud. He's like, do
391
00:23:10.759 --> 00:23:13.920
you live on a muddy road or something? No, nay, nay,
392
00:23:14.079 --> 00:23:18.440
Lewis says, nay. So police are like, okay, noted, like
393
00:23:18.559 --> 00:23:23.920
fresh mud on his car? Missing girl? Interesting. So Lewis
394
00:23:23.920 --> 00:23:27.279
had agreed for police to search his car, and then
395
00:23:27.359 --> 00:23:30.319
Lewis was placed under arrest when they found an unlawful
396
00:23:30.359 --> 00:23:33.920
weapon inside his vehicle. I'm not one hundred percent sure
397
00:23:33.920 --> 00:23:36.759
what it was, but I'm assuming this is an assumption.
398
00:23:37.079 --> 00:23:40.759
I'm assuming it was the taser, which I'll talk about,
399
00:23:41.279 --> 00:23:42.880
but I'm not one hundred percent sure. But he was
400
00:23:42.920 --> 00:23:46.599
placed under arrest. So then police go down to miss
401
00:23:46.720 --> 00:23:50.920
Dorothy's home and they perform a search there. So police
402
00:23:50.920 --> 00:23:55.359
had noticed well, first of all, nobody was home, interesting, right,
403
00:23:55.440 --> 00:23:57.880
And police had noticed that some items in the home
404
00:23:58.119 --> 00:24:02.319
seemed to be missing. They just could tell things. There
405
00:24:02.319 --> 00:24:07.200
were gaps in certain areas. Interesting, right. They also noticed
406
00:24:07.279 --> 00:24:10.480
that the house looked and smelled like it had been
407
00:24:10.559 --> 00:24:14.640
freshly cleaned. As police kind of were going through the
408
00:24:14.680 --> 00:24:17.920
house and whatnot, time's going by. Interesting that they did
409
00:24:17.920 --> 00:24:20.799
not come home that evening. So police are like, well,
410
00:24:20.799 --> 00:24:23.400
we got to locate these bitches. So they try to
411
00:24:24.079 --> 00:24:29.359
locate Dorothy's vehicle by looking up her license plate and whatnot,
412
00:24:29.519 --> 00:24:33.920
And they're able to locate Dorothy's vehicle on April seventeenth
413
00:24:34.279 --> 00:24:38.920
at a hotel parking lot near the San Diego Airport.
414
00:24:39.240 --> 00:24:42.079
Seems like she's making a run for it. Skin a
415
00:24:42.200 --> 00:24:48.519
marinky dinky dink, skin a Marinki? Do I found you?
416
00:24:48.960 --> 00:24:53.559
So police go down to the hotel where Dorothy's vehicle
417
00:24:53.720 --> 00:24:55.640
was at. Right, They go to the hotel, they go
418
00:24:55.720 --> 00:24:58.079
to the front desk. They're able to find the room
419
00:24:58.240 --> 00:25:00.799
which these idiots are registered for the night because it's
420
00:25:00.880 --> 00:25:05.160
under their name. Great, easy peasy love that police knock, knock,
421
00:25:05.200 --> 00:25:09.640
knock on the hotel door. Now weird, weird thing happens.
422
00:25:09.720 --> 00:25:13.920
Let me tell you Jessica, Remember Jessica, she answers the door.
423
00:25:14.359 --> 00:25:16.640
Now it has a chain lock on the door. So
424
00:25:16.680 --> 00:25:18.799
it's like they can't open it all the way, right,
425
00:25:18.839 --> 00:25:21.839
so she's kind of peeking out. She's like, hello, can
426
00:25:21.880 --> 00:25:24.720
I help you. Police notice that Jessica seems to be
427
00:25:24.720 --> 00:25:28.039
breathing like very slowly slowly, and she's like trying to
428
00:25:28.079 --> 00:25:31.400
tell police that everything's fine, but they are kind of
429
00:25:31.440 --> 00:25:34.839
looking trying to see behind her and whatnot. And that's
430
00:25:34.920 --> 00:25:40.200
when they notice blood on the floor behind her. So police,
431
00:25:40.759 --> 00:25:44.279
you know, she's like kick down the door. Whatever they do,
432
00:25:44.480 --> 00:25:47.039
and they go into the hotel room and that's when
433
00:25:47.039 --> 00:25:49.039
they find, like, this is bizarre. This is where it
434
00:25:49.039 --> 00:25:52.960
gets really kind of weird. They find Jessica in the room, right,
435
00:25:53.039 --> 00:25:56.720
She's half naked and she's bleeding at her from her neck.
436
00:25:57.240 --> 00:26:00.599
She has a cut across her neck. It was a suicide.
437
00:26:00.759 --> 00:26:04.960
In the room, police also find a handwritten confession letter
438
00:26:05.160 --> 00:26:10.319
by Jessica with a sign that says quote pigs read
439
00:26:10.640 --> 00:26:13.960
this end quote. So I'm sure that was really awkward, right,
440
00:26:14.319 --> 00:26:17.119
She's like, oh my god, I wasn't calling you guys, pigs.
441
00:26:17.480 --> 00:26:19.279
I thought I wasn't going to be here. When you
442
00:26:19.319 --> 00:26:23.000
guys read that, it's just spared looks. So in the letter,
443
00:26:23.279 --> 00:26:28.920
Jessica took complete responsibility for Britney's death, saying that she alone,
444
00:26:29.319 --> 00:26:33.240
she only, and she alone, had grabbed Brittany, slammed her
445
00:26:33.240 --> 00:26:37.440
body into the stairs, restrained her wrist, ankles, and mouth,
446
00:26:37.680 --> 00:26:41.640
got a taser, tasered her, wrapped rope around her neck,
447
00:26:42.039 --> 00:26:46.160
attempted to cut her body up with power tools, doused
448
00:26:46.160 --> 00:26:50.240
her body with bleach, and then dumped her body near
449
00:26:50.440 --> 00:26:53.400
Lake Skinner. This is what the letter says. Also in
450
00:26:53.440 --> 00:26:58.839
the letter, Jessica expressed her love for Dorothy and loved
451
00:26:58.960 --> 00:27:02.160
being her slave and pet, just like wanta be helter
452
00:27:02.319 --> 00:27:05.440
skelter vibes right. It wasn't said in any of the
453
00:27:05.480 --> 00:27:07.799
stuff I read, but I think it's safe to say.
454
00:27:07.839 --> 00:27:11.279
In my personal opinion, I think they were making Jessica
455
00:27:11.359 --> 00:27:13.599
take the full blame because she was like the quote
456
00:27:13.640 --> 00:27:17.119
quote slave. I bet you know. I'm sure you'd probably agree.
457
00:27:17.200 --> 00:27:19.839
You know, they read this letter and they believed that
458
00:27:19.960 --> 00:27:23.640
the killing part was most likely true, like what was
459
00:27:23.680 --> 00:27:27.119
described was true. But they also they didn't believe that
460
00:27:27.240 --> 00:27:30.759
Jessica did this by herself, because it also said in
461
00:27:30.799 --> 00:27:33.920
the letter that Brittany had showed up at Dorothy's house
462
00:27:34.519 --> 00:27:38.279
that the night before. She just showed up uninvited. She
463
00:27:38.440 --> 00:27:42.839
demanded Lewis have sex with her, and that's when the
464
00:27:42.920 --> 00:27:46.880
fight started. But based off cell phone records and surveillance,
465
00:27:47.119 --> 00:27:50.160
we know that's not true. Police were able to get
466
00:27:50.160 --> 00:27:55.519
the hotel surveillance footage. It showed that Dorothy and Jessica
467
00:27:55.920 --> 00:28:00.799
went down to the hotel lobby and asked, this is
468
00:28:00.880 --> 00:28:04.839
so stupid, ask the front desk lady if they if
469
00:28:05.160 --> 00:28:08.839
they could make copies of this confession letter, and it
470
00:28:08.960 --> 00:28:13.759
showed them making three copies. Unsure why three copies and
471
00:28:13.799 --> 00:28:16.880
where they were all gonna go. Yeah, so police knew
472
00:28:16.920 --> 00:28:21.519
like Dorothy was involved. Okay. On the morning of April seventeenth,
473
00:28:21.640 --> 00:28:26.440
Dorothy had left the state. She like flew to Virginia
474
00:28:26.480 --> 00:28:30.920
to go visit her family. So she fugging bounced. She's like,
475
00:28:31.000 --> 00:28:35.119
thanks Jessica bye. Well after all of that, Jessica, she
476
00:28:35.240 --> 00:28:39.160
had attempted suicide by slitting her throat, which to me,
477
00:28:39.359 --> 00:28:42.319
this is again a personal opinion. I just I feel
478
00:28:42.319 --> 00:28:47.039
like maybe Dorothy did that before she left. That's like
479
00:28:47.160 --> 00:28:54.079
a very painful way to commit suicide. Again, a slow process. Anyways,
480
00:28:54.160 --> 00:28:57.759
it doesn't matter, So police take Jessica. She's so alive
481
00:28:57.839 --> 00:29:02.480
to the hospital and she's a rested. Was it worth it, Jessica.
482
00:29:02.960 --> 00:29:06.359
A search team goes out to Lake Skinner and it
483
00:29:06.440 --> 00:29:09.920
doesn't take long for them to discover Brittany's body. The
484
00:29:09.960 --> 00:29:13.799
medical examiner determined the cause of death to be strangulation.
485
00:29:14.519 --> 00:29:17.640
Her neck had been fractured, indicating someone had applied more
486
00:29:17.680 --> 00:29:20.519
than thirty pounds of pressure on her neck. There were
487
00:29:20.519 --> 00:29:24.599
bruises on her legs, a bruise on the outside of
488
00:29:24.640 --> 00:29:28.759
her left wrist which was consistent with like handcuffs. There
489
00:29:28.759 --> 00:29:31.640
were two cuts which were forming like a tee on
490
00:29:31.720 --> 00:29:37.000
her left wrist, and five small pin prick marks on
491
00:29:37.039 --> 00:29:40.559
the left side of her face, which was consistent with
492
00:29:40.640 --> 00:29:45.960
the use of stun gun. Thing now. They also saw
493
00:29:46.000 --> 00:29:48.920
that there was a deep cut to the her left knee,
494
00:29:49.079 --> 00:29:51.880
which was consistent with the use of a power saw
495
00:29:52.359 --> 00:29:56.279
that is believed to have been used after death. Also,
496
00:29:56.480 --> 00:30:00.319
it seemed that she had been doused with bleach, which
497
00:30:00.680 --> 00:30:09.680
fucking police searched Lewis's car again and police find disposable gloves,
498
00:30:09.880 --> 00:30:13.279
pieces of plastic, a stun gun in working condition, and
499
00:30:13.319 --> 00:30:16.960
there was blood found on the plastic gloves. I don't
500
00:30:16.960 --> 00:30:19.839
know why they didn't find this stuff the first time
501
00:30:19.880 --> 00:30:22.519
they searched the car. I found that to be weird,
502
00:30:22.680 --> 00:30:25.720
but also maybe I just misunderstood that part. Maybe they
503
00:30:26.039 --> 00:30:29.119
they ran like the DNA tests and stuff and realized
504
00:30:29.160 --> 00:30:31.640
that it was Britney's blood. I'm not sure, but they
505
00:30:31.680 --> 00:30:35.480
found this stuff linking him to the crime, and Britney's
506
00:30:35.559 --> 00:30:39.559
DNA was all over the items and in the car well.
507
00:30:39.680 --> 00:30:44.599
On April nineteenth, Dorothy's house was searched again and they
508
00:30:44.720 --> 00:30:48.279
found items that were believed to be used in the murder.
509
00:30:48.400 --> 00:30:52.079
That's also when police found like the BDSM contracts as
510
00:30:52.119 --> 00:30:57.559
well as a full on BDSM room, which it's it's okay.
511
00:30:57.759 --> 00:31:02.240
It was a BDSM room which door was also converting
512
00:31:02.359 --> 00:31:06.519
into her nursery because she was pregnant, so it was
513
00:31:06.519 --> 00:31:13.039
like a BDSM room slash nursery. Can you imagine. I
514
00:31:13.079 --> 00:31:15.599
don't know, I just feel like maybe those two shouldn't
515
00:31:15.640 --> 00:31:19.960
mesh together. But I'm not a parent, so so Dorothy.
516
00:31:20.079 --> 00:31:21.920
I mean, she was very much pregnant. She was about
517
00:31:21.960 --> 00:31:26.359
to pop with Lewis's baby. Anyways, Dorothy luckily was arrested
518
00:31:26.599 --> 00:31:29.880
in May of twenty twelve, but police could not find
519
00:31:30.000 --> 00:31:34.039
any evidence or blood at Dorothy's house, which like would
520
00:31:34.119 --> 00:31:36.599
link her to the crime. They didn't have any evidence
521
00:31:36.759 --> 00:31:39.000
that she was part of it, you know, so they
522
00:31:39.000 --> 00:31:40.880
were a little worried that they just weren't going to
523
00:31:40.920 --> 00:31:43.359
be able to link her to the crime. Police searched
524
00:31:43.400 --> 00:31:45.880
her truck and they found a rope and a knife,
525
00:31:46.119 --> 00:31:49.319
but they couldn't like connect those items to the crime.
526
00:31:49.359 --> 00:31:52.039
There's no DNA on it or anything. They also found
527
00:31:52.079 --> 00:31:57.160
in Dorothy's truck a receipt for cleaning products water paper, towels,
528
00:31:57.240 --> 00:32:01.160
and rubber gloves that were purchased on April fourteenth, So
529
00:32:01.200 --> 00:32:04.119
they thought, like that's their smoking gun. So a special
530
00:32:04.160 --> 00:32:08.799
agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service searched Lewis's home,
531
00:32:08.920 --> 00:32:13.039
which was on base, and they found BDSM writings which
532
00:32:13.079 --> 00:32:17.680
included like some writings by Dorothy which expressed her throat
533
00:32:17.880 --> 00:32:24.079
slitting fantasy stories along with Lewis's abduct and murder fantasy stories. Again,
534
00:32:24.359 --> 00:32:27.759
like it wasn't proof that they did anything, but you know,
535
00:32:27.839 --> 00:32:31.680
it just made sense to the situation. Dorothy's cell phone
536
00:32:31.799 --> 00:32:34.519
was found a year and a half later, which was
537
00:32:34.720 --> 00:32:39.960
wiped clean, disassembled, and in the closet of her brother's
538
00:32:40.000 --> 00:32:45.440
house in Missouri, super random. The clothes worn by Louis, Dorothy,
539
00:32:45.480 --> 00:32:49.799
and Brittany on April thirteenth were never recovered or found.
540
00:32:50.119 --> 00:32:53.839
I'm sorry, Louis, what's the other girl's name? I forget
541
00:32:54.000 --> 00:32:57.279
you know. None of their clothes were found, So all
542
00:32:57.279 --> 00:33:00.680
of them are arrested at this point, right great as
543
00:33:00.680 --> 00:33:03.640
they should be. During trial, Lewis admitted that he had
544
00:33:03.680 --> 00:33:07.119
misled Brittany into believing they were going on a cruise
545
00:33:07.559 --> 00:33:10.039
long after they had already missed the boat, in order
546
00:33:10.079 --> 00:33:13.440
to get her into his car. On October twenty first,
547
00:33:13.680 --> 00:33:17.359
twenty fifteen, the jury convicted Louis and Dorothy a first
548
00:33:17.359 --> 00:33:23.000
degree murder, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, kidnapping, torture, and attempted
549
00:33:23.000 --> 00:33:27.079
sexual battery by restraint. The jury acquitted Jessica of the
550
00:33:27.119 --> 00:33:31.759
conspiracy charge, but convicted her of all of the remaining charges.
551
00:33:31.920 --> 00:33:36.079
On November nineteenth, twenty fifteen, Lewis and Dorothy received life
552
00:33:36.119 --> 00:33:42.559
with the possibility of parole. Okay, that's what you want
553
00:33:42.559 --> 00:33:46.000
to do, jury, and on January eighth, twenty sixteen, Jessica
554
00:33:46.079 --> 00:33:49.839
received life, also with the possibility of parole. They have
555
00:33:49.960 --> 00:33:54.079
all since tried to appeal their convictions. Britney's husband later
556
00:33:54.160 --> 00:33:56.759
came out and made his own statement, saying that what
557
00:33:56.839 --> 00:34:00.079
had happened is awful, but also to not believe the
558
00:34:00.119 --> 00:34:01.920
news and whatnot, and that Brittany was just like a
559
00:34:01.960 --> 00:34:04.960
really nice person. Because the news, you know, when the
560
00:34:05.000 --> 00:34:10.800
news gets worried about murder which involves potential BDSM situations, oh,
561
00:34:10.840 --> 00:34:13.320
they lose their shit and they take it to a
562
00:34:13.360 --> 00:34:16.960
whole new level. They're like wild six crazy people. They
563
00:34:17.159 --> 00:34:19.719
getting murder, you know, And that's what they were doing,
564
00:34:19.760 --> 00:34:21.840
and they were making it seem like Brittany was involved
565
00:34:21.840 --> 00:34:26.199
in this media bdm BDSM lifestyle and she was not.
566
00:34:26.559 --> 00:34:30.079
It was just shitty people, not even shitty people, just
567
00:34:30.159 --> 00:34:35.679
fucking terrible people taking this girl's life because ugly fucking
568
00:34:35.840 --> 00:34:40.960
Dorothy was envious and jealous of this girl. Unfortunately, that's
569
00:34:41.000 --> 00:34:44.760
the end of the story. It's just awful. Luckily, luckily,
570
00:34:44.880 --> 00:34:47.480
I mean they're locked up. I think they should just
571
00:34:47.519 --> 00:34:52.199
be put down. Anyways, that's the story of Brittany Kilgore
572
00:34:52.239 --> 00:34:58.480
and how these awful people murdered her for no damn reason. Disgusting, disgusting.
573
00:34:58.760 --> 00:35:00.760
That guy was a freaking what was it like a
574
00:35:00.840 --> 00:35:04.280
high up sergeant, Is that not fucking creepy? There's always
575
00:35:04.280 --> 00:35:07.559
some fucking fucked up ones in there, aren't there. It's scary.
576
00:35:07.920 --> 00:35:09.760
Thank you so much for hanging out with me today.
577
00:35:09.880 --> 00:35:11.199
Let me know what you want me to talk about
578
00:35:11.239 --> 00:35:13.679
next week. But other than that, I hope you have
579
00:35:13.840 --> 00:35:17.400
a good day today. Please make good choices. Please be
580
00:35:17.480 --> 00:35:20.320
safe out there. Please listen to your gut. If something
581
00:35:20.360 --> 00:35:25.079
does not feel right, believe it. Just listen to yourself. Okay,
582
00:35:25.559 --> 00:35:27.480
I love and appreciate you. Have a good day. I'll
583
00:35:27.480 --> 00:35:33.639
be seeing you guys later. Goodbye. I hope this was
584
00:35:33.679 --> 00:35:36.719
a good video. It was good. You gave it your best.
585
00:35:37.679 --> 00:36:01.239
Oops as
1
00:00:00.520 --> 00:00:05.559
Oh, I'm gonna change my background. I'm not thrilled on it,
2
00:00:06.040 --> 00:00:13.039
like it's cute, but no, no, next, Hi, how are
3
00:00:13.039 --> 00:00:15.560
you today? My name is Bailey Sarian and today is Monday,
4
00:00:15.599 --> 00:00:19.559
which means it's murder, Mystery and makeup Monday. I was
5
00:00:19.640 --> 00:00:22.640
up late the other night and I came across this story.
6
00:00:22.679 --> 00:00:24.359
I don't know how I came across this story, but
7
00:00:24.399 --> 00:00:26.719
I had never heard of it. Now, riddle me this.
8
00:00:27.519 --> 00:00:31.600
Why is it when a story like this happens so
9
00:00:31.760 --> 00:00:35.200
close to home? Why is it like so much more scary?
10
00:00:35.799 --> 00:00:38.880
You're like, oh my god, I know that place. I
11
00:00:38.920 --> 00:00:42.640
lived there. I drove over there one time, and like,
12
00:00:42.679 --> 00:00:45.880
it's just it just hits you differently. Right, that's this
13
00:00:46.000 --> 00:00:48.679
story for me, And it's so stupid because it has
14
00:00:48.719 --> 00:00:50.560
nothing to do with you. But you make it about you.
15
00:00:50.920 --> 00:00:53.039
Don't make this about me. I'm saying, it's you know,
16
00:00:53.119 --> 00:00:56.079
we all do this. Don't lie the way I set
17
00:00:56.119 --> 00:00:58.240
this up. I think it might be a little confusing,
18
00:00:58.399 --> 00:01:00.640
but you know that's okay. I'm just gonna my best.
19
00:01:00.880 --> 00:01:04.560
You get it, you get it, okay. So before we
20
00:01:04.640 --> 00:01:07.920
jump into today's story, I want to say a big
21

63
00:03:47.439 --> 00:03:49.159
curious to know what I'm using on my face, I
64
00:03:49.199 --> 00:03:51.680
will leave it down in the description box down below.
65
00:03:52.039 --> 00:03:53.800
I don't know what I'm gonna do, so I'm kind
66
00:03:53.800 --> 00:03:57.840
of stalling. We're gonna start with Britney Kilgore. Yeah, quite
67
00:03:57.879 --> 00:04:00.439
the name, huh. She was twenty two years old and
68
00:04:00.439 --> 00:04:04.479
she was living in Fallbrook, California. It's like the San
69
00:04:04.560 --> 00:04:07.919
Diego area. She was married at the time to her husband,
70
00:04:07.960 --> 00:04:11.439
who was a US Marine and his name was Corey Kilgore.
71
00:04:11.680 --> 00:04:15.039
Now this story takes place in April of twenty twelve.
72
00:04:15.199 --> 00:04:18.800
There's not much said about anybody's upbringing, so I don't
73
00:04:18.800 --> 00:04:20.839
really have much Like, I don't really know, I don't
74
00:04:20.879 --> 00:04:22.399
have anything to say, because you know, I love a
75
00:04:22.439 --> 00:04:25.399
good background story. But what we do know is that
76
00:04:25.439 --> 00:04:29.199
Brittany and her husband were living in Fallbrook because it
77
00:04:29.240 --> 00:04:32.720
was close to Camp Pendleton, where her husband needed to
78
00:04:32.759 --> 00:04:35.639
be because he was in the Marines. So I'm not
79
00:04:35.680 --> 00:04:38.160
sure how long they were there for, but at one
80
00:04:38.240 --> 00:04:44.120
point he did get deployed to Afghanistan, which, like many
81
00:04:44.759 --> 00:04:47.759
wives in the situation, it turned out to be super
82
00:04:47.800 --> 00:04:50.680
lonely for Brittany. When the two of them got married,
83
00:04:50.759 --> 00:04:53.759
I guess she was like nineteen twenty years old, so
84
00:04:54.199 --> 00:04:57.079
you know, she was super young. And as time went on,
85
00:04:57.199 --> 00:05:00.800
it seems like maybe she just realized that the wife
86
00:05:00.839 --> 00:05:03.720
life wasn't for her, you know, and that's fair. So
87
00:05:04.000 --> 00:05:08.040
in April of twenty twelve, after two years of marriage,
88
00:05:08.360 --> 00:05:11.879
Brittany decided to file for divorce. Now, I guess he
89
00:05:12.000 --> 00:05:14.920
was deployed at this time, so she was feeling super lonely,
90
00:05:15.240 --> 00:05:17.480
and she also wanted to move back home and just
91
00:05:17.519 --> 00:05:21.079
be closer to family. I believe her home, where her
92
00:05:21.079 --> 00:05:24.959
friends and family lived, was in Missouri, but I also
93
00:05:25.120 --> 00:05:30.600
saw a different sources say Pennsylvania, So I mean to
94
00:05:30.839 --> 00:05:33.920
very different places, sames. So she was going to pack
95
00:05:34.000 --> 00:05:37.759
up her stuff and move back home. I thought this
96
00:05:37.879 --> 00:05:41.199
foundation match's too dark, just saying that. You know, that's
97
00:05:41.279 --> 00:05:43.519
just a little bit about Brittany Kilgore. And now we're
98
00:05:43.519 --> 00:05:45.639
going to talk about three other people, and then we're
99
00:05:45.639 --> 00:05:48.480
going to circle back to Brittany. Okay, three other people
100
00:05:48.920 --> 00:05:53.000
Louis Perez, who was forty five years old, Dorothy Marra
101
00:05:53.360 --> 00:05:58.560
Glino forty and Jessica Lopez twenty five. We're going to
102
00:05:58.639 --> 00:06:01.600
be talking about these shitheads for a minute. Sorry, but
103
00:06:01.639 --> 00:06:04.519
I'm not sorry because listen. First of all, this guy,
104
00:06:04.600 --> 00:06:08.519
Lewis Perez, was a staff sergeant in the Marine Corps.
105
00:06:08.600 --> 00:06:13.720
Terrifying once you realize how gross these people are. Nasty. So,
106
00:06:13.959 --> 00:06:18.600
these three people were active participants in the BDSM lifestyle.
107
00:06:18.839 --> 00:06:22.000
I know that you are mature enough to know that
108
00:06:22.040 --> 00:06:27.639
this is not a representation of anyone who participates in BDSM. Right, Well,
109
00:06:27.639 --> 00:06:30.040
maybe you're thinking, but wait, Bailey, I've never heard of
110
00:06:30.160 --> 00:06:33.879
BDSM before. What is it. It's an acronym for bondage
111
00:06:34.040 --> 00:06:38.600
discipline and sado masochism. It's a lifestyle. But most of all,
112
00:06:38.680 --> 00:06:44.680
it's a lifestyle where consenting participants have certain roles like master,
113
00:06:45.160 --> 00:06:50.199
slave mistress, and sometimes they give They can give and
114
00:06:50.240 --> 00:06:53.519
receive pain during quote unquote play sessions. I mean, you
115
00:06:53.560 --> 00:06:57.759
get it, whips and change, which maybe not they're called.
116
00:06:57.800 --> 00:07:01.000
So these three people were living this life together and
117
00:07:01.120 --> 00:07:04.879
they had their rules as master, mistress and slave. Now
118
00:07:05.040 --> 00:07:09.199
Lewis he was the master of the situation, and Dorothy
119
00:07:09.680 --> 00:07:12.399
was his submissive. And this other girl, she was like
120
00:07:12.399 --> 00:07:15.319
a little bit newer to the group than the youngest, obviously.
121
00:07:15.600 --> 00:07:19.680
Her name is Jessica. She was Dorothy's slave. She lived
122
00:07:19.680 --> 00:07:23.279
with Dorothy at her home in Fallbrook, which Lewis would
123
00:07:23.360 --> 00:07:25.759
visit pretty much like all he pretty much lived there,
124
00:07:25.759 --> 00:07:29.839
but he lived on base, so Dorothy was someone who
125
00:07:30.240 --> 00:07:34.120
would switch often. She would be submissive with Lewis and
126
00:07:34.160 --> 00:07:37.720
then dominant with Jessica. Now they kept it kosher and
127
00:07:37.759 --> 00:07:40.600
in the house. They had a house manual that they
128
00:07:40.879 --> 00:07:43.480
followed with like all the rules okay of like what
129
00:07:43.519 --> 00:07:46.519
they could and could not do, and also a perfect
130
00:07:46.639 --> 00:07:51.920
slave checklist and slave contract pretty much just showing and
131
00:07:52.040 --> 00:07:56.040
agreeing that the parties were consenting again what they agreed to,
132
00:07:56.079 --> 00:07:58.360
what they don't agree to with just all the rules
133
00:07:58.360 --> 00:08:01.560
and stuff for them. Dorothy she would make Jessica wear
134
00:08:01.600 --> 00:08:05.680
a dog collar like all the time. Yeah I'm not judging,
135
00:08:05.720 --> 00:08:10.519
but I mean, okay, she'd make a worry dog a
136
00:08:10.560 --> 00:08:15.000
dog collar because she was her property and she controlled
137
00:08:15.079 --> 00:08:19.240
everything Jessica did within the home, whereas Lewis was the
138
00:08:19.279 --> 00:08:23.759
master and he had control over Dorothy's household, which meant
139
00:08:23.759 --> 00:08:28.000
he also had control over Jessica. Are you following, are
140
00:08:28.000 --> 00:08:31.240
you listening? Good? I'm glad you are so. Louis technically
141
00:08:31.279 --> 00:08:35.759
controlled all of them in the house. Okay, now Lewis
142
00:08:35.840 --> 00:08:41.320
over here. He loved inflicting pain on others, and in
143
00:08:41.440 --> 00:08:45.399
past relationships it was said that he would choke his
144
00:08:45.519 --> 00:08:49.000
partners every time they had sex, and he had fantasies
145
00:08:49.080 --> 00:08:52.879
about having his partner like abduct a stranger and then
146
00:08:52.960 --> 00:08:57.799
forcing them to have sex. Okaya, the R word that
147
00:08:57.840 --> 00:09:00.480
YouTube doesn't like. But I guess this winner over here
148
00:09:00.679 --> 00:09:04.480
Lewis he loved taking things too far with his partners
149
00:09:04.639 --> 00:09:08.120
and if they wanted out, Lewis wouldn't listen. In other words,
150
00:09:08.120 --> 00:09:11.279
he's just a creepy asshole. If you're going to do
151
00:09:11.360 --> 00:09:15.080
this shit, the number one rule you got to follow
152
00:09:15.600 --> 00:09:19.720
is that your partner is consenting. And Lewis is a
153
00:09:19.759 --> 00:09:23.240
piece of shit. You know. Sorry, it's not that hard
154
00:09:23.240 --> 00:09:27.080
to be an okay, basic person. So when people do
155
00:09:27.159 --> 00:09:30.159
stuff like this, it's just like, why why can't you
156
00:09:30.279 --> 00:09:33.240
just jerk off or get like a sex doll that
157
00:09:33.279 --> 00:09:37.039
you can do things too and like you're not hurting anybody,
158
00:09:37.320 --> 00:09:40.320
just throwing out ideas, you know. I don't know why
159
00:09:40.320 --> 00:09:42.320
he didn't ask me. He should ask me. I would
160
00:09:42.320 --> 00:09:44.480
have been there to help. Like, hey, sex doll, They've
161
00:09:44.480 --> 00:09:47.360
come a long way. The boots they move. It's wild. AnyWho,
162
00:09:47.559 --> 00:09:52.159
all three of these people in the household had BDSM abduction,
163
00:09:52.440 --> 00:09:57.200
torture and murder fantasies and milking fantasies. I'm throwing that
164
00:09:57.320 --> 00:09:59.519
in there because it brought me back to one of
165
00:09:59.600 --> 00:10:03.600
my early murder mystery and makeup episodes, the Robert Whoa
166
00:10:04.120 --> 00:10:07.639
Whoa Whoa episode, which is like just a weird story.
167
00:10:07.759 --> 00:10:09.559
This is a side note. I'm sorry, and I'll link
168
00:10:09.600 --> 00:10:11.799
it down below if you haven't seen it. But that's
169
00:10:11.840 --> 00:10:14.440
when they had like a milking device and I was like,
170
00:10:14.440 --> 00:10:18.960
what's a milking device? Like what? And I looked it up. Girl,
171
00:10:19.080 --> 00:10:22.919
you guys are wild, I learned that day. Yes I did.
172
00:10:23.200 --> 00:10:25.879
I don't think that's for me, but I respect it. So, yeah,
173
00:10:25.879 --> 00:10:29.120
they have these fantasies. Great. So, I guess Lewis and
174
00:10:29.200 --> 00:10:33.519
Dorothy did have like they were a couple, but they
175
00:10:33.960 --> 00:10:37.559
had an open relationship. But it was said that Miss Dorothy,
176
00:10:37.919 --> 00:10:41.120
as much as she played along with this open relationship idea,
177
00:10:41.440 --> 00:10:46.039
she was very insecure and she believed that Lewis was
178
00:10:46.080 --> 00:10:49.639
going to leave her for another woman. So she was paranoid,
179
00:10:49.879 --> 00:10:55.519
she was insecure, she was jealous, she was everything. So
180
00:10:55.600 --> 00:10:58.360
you got the three people there, right, Great, Now we're
181
00:10:58.360 --> 00:11:00.960
gonna circle back to Britney Kill. So Brittany had a
182
00:11:00.960 --> 00:11:03.840
close friend who also lived in the same apartment complex
183
00:11:03.879 --> 00:11:08.919
as her, and her name is Elizabeth Hernandez. Now Elizabeth
184
00:11:09.080 --> 00:11:14.039
became good friends with Dorothy in twenty eleven. So Elizabeth
185
00:11:14.039 --> 00:11:17.840
would get invited over to Dorothy's house pretty often. Not
186
00:11:17.879 --> 00:11:20.360
really sure how they met, but they did. Elizabeth would
187
00:11:20.360 --> 00:11:23.759
go over to Dorothy's house and because Brittany was her friend,
188
00:11:23.799 --> 00:11:27.519
Brittany would tag along. It was said that neither Britney
189
00:11:27.600 --> 00:11:32.840
nor Elizabeth were involved in like the BDSM lifestyle, but
190
00:11:33.080 --> 00:11:35.840
they were aware as to what was going on in
191
00:11:35.960 --> 00:11:38.480
Dorothy's household and like they were okay with the situation
192
00:11:38.639 --> 00:11:42.480
because it wasn't like affecting them in the moment. I
193
00:11:42.519 --> 00:11:46.279
guess in the beginning, Dorothy she liked Brittany, she didn't
194
00:11:46.279 --> 00:11:48.320
dislike her. I don't know if they had like the
195
00:11:48.360 --> 00:11:53.559
best relationship, but they definitely were cordial. But over time,
196
00:11:53.960 --> 00:11:57.759
Dorothy got the feeling that Brittany was being flirty with
197
00:11:57.879 --> 00:12:01.840
her main daddy lewis ny name, and because of this,
198
00:12:02.360 --> 00:12:06.519
tensions were a bruin. Dorothy was becoming quite jealous of
199
00:12:06.519 --> 00:12:10.120
Brittany and started calling her names behind her back, of course,
200
00:12:10.200 --> 00:12:13.480
because she's wouldned to do it to her face. So
201
00:12:13.519 --> 00:12:17.759
she started referring to Brittany as the disease or the
202
00:12:17.759 --> 00:12:20.639
herpies when she wasn't around, and she was like talking
203
00:12:20.679 --> 00:12:24.919
about her, just real mature stuff. You think when you
204
00:12:24.960 --> 00:12:27.519
get out of high school all of the gossip and
205
00:12:28.279 --> 00:12:31.559
bullshit name calling ends, and it doesn't, and then you
206
00:12:31.600 --> 00:12:35.960
realize that and you're like, wow, people just flocking are
207
00:12:36.039 --> 00:12:40.440
so stupid. So Dorothy was becoming extra friendly with Elizabeth,
208
00:12:40.519 --> 00:12:45.399
remember Brittany's friend, and it was said that Dorothy was
209
00:12:45.440 --> 00:12:50.759
trying to recruit her into theirm BDSM lifestyle because she
210
00:12:50.919 --> 00:12:56.120
seemed Elizabeth seemed impressionable and easy to control. I think
211
00:12:56.240 --> 00:12:59.320
Dorothy liked to have Elizabeth over because she really loved
212
00:12:59.320 --> 00:13:01.720
to just sit around gossip with her and talk about
213
00:13:01.720 --> 00:13:04.799
how much she disliked Brittany. Dorothy would tell Elizabeth like, hey,
214
00:13:04.840 --> 00:13:07.000
I can get rid of her if you want, Like
215
00:13:07.039 --> 00:13:11.440
she's so annoying, right, isn't she annoying? Elizabeth though, from
216
00:13:11.440 --> 00:13:13.840
my understanding, she would not like lean into this. She
217
00:13:13.879 --> 00:13:16.840
would like just hear Dorothy gossiping and then be like, Okay,
218
00:13:16.879 --> 00:13:18.960
I'm just not going to bring Brittany around anymore, like
219
00:13:19.039 --> 00:13:22.600
Dorothy obviously doesn't like her and whatever. I'm just gonna
220
00:13:22.600 --> 00:13:26.759
mind my own fucking business. Elizabeth does tell Dorothy, well,
221
00:13:26.759 --> 00:13:28.960
you don't have to hate her anymore, like you could
222
00:13:29.000 --> 00:13:30.960
let go of these feelings because she's actually getting out
223
00:13:30.960 --> 00:13:33.480
of a divorce and she's moving. She's gonna be gone.
224
00:13:33.720 --> 00:13:37.639
And I guess this made Dorothy happy. So a different day,
225
00:13:37.960 --> 00:13:41.480
Elizabeth goes over to the Gang's house, right the three
226
00:13:41.519 --> 00:13:45.080
of them. Elizabeth starts telling Dorothy about this dinner cruise
227
00:13:45.399 --> 00:13:49.200
called the Hornblower Dinner Cruise in San Diego that she
228
00:13:49.480 --> 00:13:51.399
recently had gone on. She was like, yeah, it was
229
00:13:51.399 --> 00:13:54.080
a real who She's telling Dorothy all about this dinner
230
00:13:54.120 --> 00:13:56.519
cruise and then she's like, oh, I was thinking about
231
00:13:56.559 --> 00:13:59.360
taking Brittany on this dinner cruise because she seems super
232
00:13:59.360 --> 00:14:02.120
interested in it, and I just wanted to do something
233
00:14:02.240 --> 00:14:04.919
nice before she moves. And nothing seems like out of
234
00:14:04.960 --> 00:14:09.720
the ordinary about this conversation, but the seed was planted.
235
00:14:10.120 --> 00:14:15.159
So on April thirteenth, twenty twelve, Britney is at her
236
00:14:15.159 --> 00:14:18.080
apartment and she's packing, So she's at home. She has
237
00:14:18.120 --> 00:14:20.919
a friend there who's helping her pack, and then at
238
00:14:20.960 --> 00:14:24.720
four point thirty pm, there's a knock at the door, knock, knock,
239
00:14:24.799 --> 00:14:29.279
So Brittany opens it and it's Lewis. She's a little
240
00:14:29.279 --> 00:14:32.519
taken aback because, like, how did Louis know where she lived?
241
00:14:32.600 --> 00:14:35.799
She never told them her address, She's never talked about
242
00:14:35.799 --> 00:14:38.240
where she lived. It was just kind of like, what
243
00:14:38.799 --> 00:14:41.679
are you doing here? She asked Louis like, how did
244
00:14:41.679 --> 00:14:44.360
you get my address? And his response was like, oh,
245
00:14:44.639 --> 00:14:46.879
you know, I just I know some people I asked around.
246
00:14:47.120 --> 00:14:51.480
She's like, okay, Well, Louis tells Brittany that he is
247
00:14:51.519 --> 00:14:53.960
there because he wants her to come with him on
248
00:14:54.000 --> 00:14:57.679
the Hornblower Dinner cruise that very night. He was telling
249
00:14:57.679 --> 00:15:01.039
Brittany that he had two tickets very night, but he
250
00:15:01.039 --> 00:15:04.720
didn't have anybody to go with. Brittany tells Lewis like, no,
251
00:15:04.879 --> 00:15:08.200
I need to pack because I'm moving. And second of all,
252
00:15:08.240 --> 00:15:10.840
it's like she didn't really hang out with Louis one
253
00:15:10.879 --> 00:15:14.679
on one. It was just weird. Louis gives Britney his
254
00:15:14.840 --> 00:15:17.639
phone number and he's like, look, if you change your mind,
255
00:15:17.840 --> 00:15:19.799
just hit me up. Let me know. I'm cool like that,
256
00:15:20.159 --> 00:15:25.519
I'm flexible. So as Louis is leaving the house, Britney's house,
257
00:15:25.679 --> 00:15:29.399
he sends Dorothy a text message saying something along the
258
00:15:29.440 --> 00:15:33.360
lines of like this guy wasn't successful. So not long
259
00:15:33.440 --> 00:15:37.720
after he left, Britney texted Lewis asking if he knew
260
00:15:37.720 --> 00:15:41.120
anyone that could help her move her heavy furniture. Lewis
261
00:15:41.159 --> 00:15:44.559
texted back, quote, party with me tonight and you'll have
262
00:15:44.840 --> 00:15:48.120
five guys there in the morning. Now, he wasn't talking
263
00:15:48.159 --> 00:15:50.399
about that Hamburger place. He was like, I could get
264
00:15:50.399 --> 00:15:52.360
you help, just you have to come out with me tonight.
265
00:15:52.519 --> 00:15:56.840
So Britney responded saying that she definitely needed help moving
266
00:15:56.919 --> 00:15:59.200
she had a lot of heavy furniture, but she didn't
267
00:15:59.240 --> 00:16:02.000
want to party because because she got the feeling that Dorothy,
268
00:16:02.720 --> 00:16:06.440
Louis's main chick, didn't like her and she didn't want
269
00:16:06.480 --> 00:16:10.879
to like ruffle any feathers. So Louis responds to Brittany saying, oh,
270
00:16:10.919 --> 00:16:13.360
Dorothy's fine with it. You know, she doesn't hate you.
271
00:16:13.440 --> 00:16:17.240
She likes you. Now, Lewis tells Brittany to go ahead
272
00:16:17.279 --> 00:16:21.799
and call Dorothy yourself and gives her her Dorothy's number.
273
00:16:21.879 --> 00:16:24.600
He's like, call her up, text her, like, ask her yourself.
274
00:16:24.639 --> 00:16:27.840
She's totally cool. So, based off of phone records, I
275
00:16:27.840 --> 00:16:31.600
guess Brittany does end up calling Dorothy around six o'clock PM,
276
00:16:32.000 --> 00:16:34.679
and we're not really sure what the was said in
277
00:16:34.720 --> 00:16:39.120
the conversation, but there was a friend helping Brittany pack
278
00:16:39.519 --> 00:16:42.679
and she over hear the conversation and she said that
279
00:16:42.759 --> 00:16:45.960
they the phone call seemed to like go well because
280
00:16:46.000 --> 00:16:49.799
there was laughing, Brittany was giggling and just being friendly.
281
00:16:50.000 --> 00:16:52.679
Brittany tells the friend once the phone calls over that
282
00:16:53.000 --> 00:16:56.080
Dorothy couldn't go on the cruise with Louis because she
283
00:16:56.200 --> 00:16:59.159
was pregnant, which she was, and she knew she would
284
00:16:59.159 --> 00:17:01.679
get seasick just like ruin the whole night. It wouldn't
285
00:17:01.679 --> 00:17:03.799
be fun. So she's like, yeah, you should go, Like,
286
00:17:04.319 --> 00:17:07.000
no big deal, you should go. After hanging up the phone,
287
00:17:07.359 --> 00:17:10.799
Brittany tells her friend that she was not interested in Louis,
288
00:17:11.240 --> 00:17:13.839
but she felt like this was her last chance to
289
00:17:13.880 --> 00:17:17.240
like experience that dinner cruise before she moved, and she
290
00:17:17.279 --> 00:17:18.799
really wanted to go on it. It seemed like a
291
00:17:18.799 --> 00:17:22.519
lot of fun. So at six ten PM, Britney texts
292
00:17:22.599 --> 00:17:25.519
Lewis that she will go with him to the dinner cruise.
293
00:17:25.720 --> 00:17:28.200
Louis is like gay and tells her to be ready
294
00:17:28.240 --> 00:17:30.519
at seven thirty pm and he was going to pick
295
00:17:30.559 --> 00:17:33.119
her up. He assured her that, like in the morning,
296
00:17:33.279 --> 00:17:35.599
his friends would come over and help her move. A
297
00:17:35.720 --> 00:17:39.799
side note, the Hornblower cruise left the dock at seven pm,
298
00:17:39.920 --> 00:17:41.720
so I think it's safe to say that Louis wasn't
299
00:17:41.759 --> 00:17:45.240
planning on taking her on this cruise, okay, because he's
300
00:17:45.240 --> 00:17:48.440
picking her up at seven thirty. Before leaving, Brittany left
301
00:17:48.519 --> 00:17:53.200
her her friend phone numbers for Louis and Dorothy because she,
302
00:17:53.559 --> 00:17:55.000
I don't know, she just wanted to make sure that
303
00:17:55.039 --> 00:17:58.400
she was safe. She's feeling a little unsure about this
304
00:17:58.440 --> 00:18:02.400
whole situation, and she's like, here's their numbers just in case.
305
00:18:02.799 --> 00:18:07.839
While there is surveillance footage that showed Lewis driving up
306
00:18:07.880 --> 00:18:11.920
to her apartment complex at seven thirty six pm and
307
00:18:12.000 --> 00:18:14.720
then the two of them drive out of the complex
308
00:18:14.759 --> 00:18:17.839
at seven forty, so we know that they left together
309
00:18:17.920 --> 00:18:22.440
because it's on video. So at seven fifty pm. It's
310
00:18:22.480 --> 00:18:27.240
like ten minutes after Brittany left the apartment complex. Britney's friend,
311
00:18:27.400 --> 00:18:29.799
the one who was there trying to help her pack,
312
00:18:29.880 --> 00:18:32.839
Her name is Channy. She receives a text message from
313
00:18:32.920 --> 00:18:36.759
Brittany and all it says is help, That's all it says.
314
00:18:36.839 --> 00:18:40.160
And this is like ten minutes after they left. So
315
00:18:40.160 --> 00:18:42.680
so around eight pm, ten minutes later, her friend is
316
00:18:42.680 --> 00:18:45.480
trying to call her. She calls numerous times and she's
317
00:18:45.519 --> 00:18:49.240
getting no answer. At eight o five, she the friend
318
00:18:49.559 --> 00:18:54.160
receives a text message from Brittany that says, yes, I
319
00:18:54.319 --> 00:18:57.599
love this party. Britney's friend instantly knew where she just
320
00:18:57.599 --> 00:19:00.759
got like that really weird, feeling that it wasn't Brittany
321
00:19:00.799 --> 00:19:04.839
who was texting her. Shortly after, she also received text
322
00:19:04.839 --> 00:19:08.759
messages from Brittany that again just did not sound like her.
323
00:19:09.079 --> 00:19:12.759
So the friend kept calling and calling and calling Brittany
324
00:19:12.839 --> 00:19:16.319
like fucking answer, you know, She's like, she texts Brittany like,
325
00:19:16.440 --> 00:19:19.119
I'm calling because I need to hear your voice. I
326
00:19:19.160 --> 00:19:21.680
need to hear you. I'm not gonna do this texting bullshit.
327
00:19:21.799 --> 00:19:26.240
So the friend received another text from Brittany that said, Okay,
328
00:19:26.480 --> 00:19:29.640
music is too loud. Later on, I guess that during
329
00:19:29.640 --> 00:19:33.319
the trial, Lewis had admitted that he was using Brittany's
330
00:19:33.319 --> 00:19:36.640
phone to call her friend while playing loud music from
331
00:19:36.720 --> 00:19:39.519
his car to make it seem like she was at
332
00:19:39.559 --> 00:19:43.960
a loud party and couldn't talk. Meanwhile, Brittany's friend, Elizabeth,
333
00:19:44.160 --> 00:19:46.680
the one who introduced her to the group of friends,
334
00:19:46.960 --> 00:19:50.000
she got word that like something was up with Brittany.
335
00:19:50.079 --> 00:19:55.119
Elizabeth calls up Dorothy, Hello, what's going on? What's going on?
336
00:19:55.200 --> 00:19:58.039
I'm hearing like Brittany texted help? You know, I know
337
00:19:58.160 --> 00:20:00.599
she's with you guys, that what's going going on? And
338
00:20:00.680 --> 00:20:03.599
Dorothy said that she had not spoken to Brittany and
339
00:20:03.680 --> 00:20:06.839
had no idea what she was talking about. Britney's friend
340
00:20:07.039 --> 00:20:09.920
calls up Lewis's phone and asks him, like, what the
341
00:20:09.960 --> 00:20:12.440
hell is going on? Can't get a hold of Brittany
342
00:20:12.880 --> 00:20:16.039
or worried? Lewis tells this friend on the phone that
343
00:20:16.079 --> 00:20:20.039
he took Brittany downtown to like some club. She started
344
00:20:20.039 --> 00:20:22.960
talking to some guy and he left her there and
345
00:20:22.960 --> 00:20:26.319
that was the last time he saw her. At this point,
346
00:20:26.920 --> 00:20:31.720
cell phone record showed that Lewis was at Dorothy's house
347
00:20:32.000 --> 00:20:35.119
this whole time pretty much like he left Britney's house
348
00:20:35.240 --> 00:20:39.039
and then went to Dorothy's house. So Dorothy's telling Louis like, hey,
349
00:20:39.440 --> 00:20:42.400
I worked for a cell phone company. Cell phones are traceable.
350
00:20:42.640 --> 00:20:45.240
They can detect where you're at because of the cell towers.
351
00:20:45.359 --> 00:20:49.880
She's telling this to Lewis. So Louis, this is just
352
00:20:50.000 --> 00:20:53.160
like stupid ass. I'm sorry, but like he is, like
353
00:20:53.279 --> 00:20:56.200
he's so fucking stupid. He's like, oh my god, Like
354
00:20:56.279 --> 00:20:59.119
phones are traceable. So Louis is like, Okay, in order
355
00:20:59.119 --> 00:21:01.160
for my story to make sense, I need to take
356
00:21:01.200 --> 00:21:04.359
Britney's cell phone to downtown San Diego and like dump
357
00:21:04.440 --> 00:21:06.839
it so it lines up with his story. But his
358
00:21:06.960 --> 00:21:10.920
dumb ass didn't realize that, Like the phone showed that
359
00:21:11.000 --> 00:21:15.119
he went to Dorothy's house, then drove downtown San Diego,
360
00:21:15.440 --> 00:21:18.240
dropped the phone, and then they could track they being
361
00:21:18.359 --> 00:21:21.480
like police, they could track Lewis's phone and see that
362
00:21:21.599 --> 00:21:25.400
he drove back to Dorothy's house. Cell Phone data showed
363
00:21:25.480 --> 00:21:29.519
Lewis and slave girl Jessica's phone at one point moving
364
00:21:29.759 --> 00:21:34.920
east towards Temecula in the early hours of April fourteenth.
365
00:21:35.039 --> 00:21:38.160
Now their phones were traced to Lake Skinner, and they
366
00:21:38.200 --> 00:21:41.200
were there for quite some time, and then the phones
367
00:21:41.279 --> 00:21:45.160
moved back to Dorothy's house. Just a bunch of dumbasses
368
00:21:45.160 --> 00:21:48.599
because Dorothy literally told them that cell phones are traceable,
369
00:21:48.720 --> 00:21:51.160
and they take their phones with them on this mission,
370
00:21:51.440 --> 00:21:57.319
just like great listening skills, Daddy Well. On April fourteenth, Elizabeth,
371
00:21:57.400 --> 00:22:01.039
Brittany's friend, Remember, she calls up Dorothy. She's like, look,
372
00:22:01.319 --> 00:22:04.200
I know you had spoken to Brittany. What's going on?
373
00:22:04.359 --> 00:22:07.640
And I guess Dorothy gets all flustered and starts stuttering.
374
00:22:07.680 --> 00:22:11.720
She's like, yeah, well you know she will well she
375
00:22:11.839 --> 00:22:15.200
won it, and then she like gives the phone to Lewis,
376
00:22:15.279 --> 00:22:18.319
who then tells Elizabeth, I guess like three different versions
377
00:22:18.359 --> 00:22:21.559
as to what happened that previous night. Nothing was making sense,
378
00:22:21.920 --> 00:22:24.559
nothing was lining up, and nobody had like a clear
379
00:22:24.680 --> 00:22:28.640
answer as to where was where was Brittany. It shouldn't
380
00:22:28.680 --> 00:22:33.440
be that difficult, right exactly. So after all of this commotion,
381
00:22:33.839 --> 00:22:38.079
the police were contacted. Police ended up reaching out to Lewis,
382
00:22:38.440 --> 00:22:41.519
who seemed panicky, but he agreed to come talk to
383
00:22:41.599 --> 00:22:45.920
police in person. So my nose is running and I
384
00:22:46.000 --> 00:22:50.160
just smeared all of that on my face okay, great.
385
00:22:50.359 --> 00:22:54.000
So Lewis comes down to the police department and it's
386
00:22:54.079 --> 00:22:57.359
noted that like his story seems to flip flop. He
387
00:22:57.359 --> 00:23:00.720
doesn't have a clear answer as to like where Brittany. Okay,
388
00:23:00.920 --> 00:23:03.640
I won't waste my time on what lewis excuses were.
389
00:23:04.000 --> 00:23:07.400
But what police did notice right away was that his
390
00:23:07.519 --> 00:23:10.759
car was caked with like fresh mud. He's like, do
391
00:23:10.759 --> 00:23:13.920
you live on a muddy road or something? No, nay, nay,
392
00:23:14.079 --> 00:23:18.440
Lewis says, nay. So police are like, okay, noted, like
393
00:23:18.559 --> 00:23:23.920
fresh mud on his car? Missing girl? Interesting. So Lewis
394
00:23:23.920 --> 00:23:27.279
had agreed for police to search his car, and then
395
00:23:27.359 --> 00:23:30.319
Lewis was placed under arrest when they found an unlawful
396
00:23:30.359 --> 00:23:33.920
weapon inside his vehicle. I'm not one hundred percent sure
397
00:23:33.920 --> 00:23:36.759
what it was, but I'm assuming this is an assumption.
398
00:23:37.079 --> 00:23:40.759
I'm assuming it was the taser, which I'll talk about,
399
00:23:41.279 --> 00:23:42.880
but I'm not one hundred percent sure. But he was
400
00:23:42.920 --> 00:23:46.599
placed under arrest. So then police go down to miss
401
00:23:46.720 --> 00:23:50.920
Dorothy's home and they perform a search there. So police
402
00:23:50.920 --> 00:23:55.359
had noticed well, first of all, nobody was home, interesting, right,
403
00:23:55.440 --> 00:23:57.880
And police had noticed that some items in the home
404
00:23:58.119 --> 00:24:02.319
seemed to be missing. They just could tell things. There
405
00:24:02.319 --> 00:24:07.200
were gaps in certain areas. Interesting, right. They also noticed
406
00:24:07.279 --> 00:24:10.480
that the house looked and smelled like it had been
407
00:24:10.559 --> 00:24:14.640
freshly cleaned. As police kind of were going through the
408
00:24:14.680 --> 00:24:17.920
house and whatnot, time's going by. Interesting that they did
409
00:24:17.920 --> 00:24:20.799
not come home that evening. So police are like, well,
410
00:24:20.799 --> 00:24:23.400
we got to locate these bitches. So they try to
411
00:24:24.079 --> 00:24:29.359
locate Dorothy's vehicle by looking up her license plate and whatnot,
412
00:24:29.519 --> 00:24:33.920
And they're able to locate Dorothy's vehicle on April seventeenth
413
00:24:34.279 --> 00:24:38.920
at a hotel parking lot near the San Diego Airport.
414
00:24:39.240 --> 00:24:42.079
Seems like she's making a run for it. Skin a
415
00:24:42.200 --> 00:24:48.519
marinky dinky dink, skin a Marinki? Do I found you?
416
00:24:48.960 --> 00:24:53.559
So police go down to the hotel where Dorothy's vehicle
417
00:24:53.720 --> 00:24:55.640
was at. Right, They go to the hotel, they go
418
00:24:55.720 --> 00:24:58.079
to the front desk. They're able to find the room
419
00:24:58.240 --> 00:25:00.799
which these idiots are registered for the night because it's
420
00:25:00.880 --> 00:25:05.160
under their name. Great, easy peasy love that police knock, knock,
421
00:25:05.200 --> 00:25:09.640
knock on the hotel door. Now weird, weird thing happens.
422
00:25:09.720 --> 00:25:13.920
Let me tell you Jessica, Remember Jessica, she answers the door.
423
00:25:14.359 --> 00:25:16.640
Now it has a chain lock on the door. So
424
00:25:16.680 --> 00:25:18.799
it's like they can't open it all the way, right,
425
00:25:18.839 --> 00:25:21.839
so she's kind of peeking out. She's like, hello, can
426
00:25:21.880 --> 00:25:24.720
I help you. Police notice that Jessica seems to be
427
00:25:24.720 --> 00:25:28.039
breathing like very slowly slowly, and she's like trying to
428
00:25:28.079 --> 00:25:31.400
tell police that everything's fine, but they are kind of
429
00:25:31.440 --> 00:25:34.839
looking trying to see behind her and whatnot. And that's
430
00:25:34.920 --> 00:25:40.200
when they notice blood on the floor behind her. So police,
431
00:25:40.759 --> 00:25:44.279
you know, she's like kick down the door. Whatever they do,
432
00:25:44.480 --> 00:25:47.039
and they go into the hotel room and that's when
433
00:25:47.039 --> 00:25:49.039
they find, like, this is bizarre. This is where it
434
00:25:49.039 --> 00:25:52.960
gets really kind of weird. They find Jessica in the room, right,
435
00:25:53.039 --> 00:25:56.720
She's half naked and she's bleeding at her from her neck.
436
00:25:57.240 --> 00:26:00.599
She has a cut across her neck. It was a suicide.
437
00:26:00.759 --> 00:26:04.960
In the room, police also find a handwritten confession letter
438
00:26:05.160 --> 00:26:10.319
by Jessica with a sign that says quote pigs read
439
00:26:10.640 --> 00:26:13.960
this end quote. So I'm sure that was really awkward, right,
440
00:26:14.319 --> 00:26:17.119
She's like, oh my god, I wasn't calling you guys, pigs.
441
00:26:17.480 --> 00:26:19.279
I thought I wasn't going to be here. When you
442
00:26:19.319 --> 00:26:23.000
guys read that, it's just spared looks. So in the letter,
443
00:26:23.279 --> 00:26:28.920
Jessica took complete responsibility for Britney's death, saying that she alone,
444
00:26:29.319 --> 00:26:33.240
she only, and she alone, had grabbed Brittany, slammed her
445
00:26:33.240 --> 00:26:37.440
body into the stairs, restrained her wrist, ankles, and mouth,
446
00:26:37.680 --> 00:26:41.640
got a taser, tasered her, wrapped rope around her neck,
447
00:26:42.039 --> 00:26:46.160
attempted to cut her body up with power tools, doused
448
00:26:46.160 --> 00:26:50.240
her body with bleach, and then dumped her body near
449
00:26:50.440 --> 00:26:53.400
Lake Skinner. This is what the letter says. Also in
450
00:26:53.440 --> 00:26:58.839
the letter, Jessica expressed her love for Dorothy and loved
451
00:26:58.960 --> 00:27:02.160
being her slave and pet, just like wanta be helter
452
00:27:02.319 --> 00:27:05.440
skelter vibes right. It wasn't said in any of the
453
00:27:05.480 --> 00:27:07.799
stuff I read, but I think it's safe to say.
454
00:27:07.839 --> 00:27:11.279
In my personal opinion, I think they were making Jessica
455
00:27:11.359 --> 00:27:13.599
take the full blame because she was like the quote
456
00:27:13.640 --> 00:27:17.119
quote slave. I bet you know. I'm sure you'd probably agree.
457
00:27:17.200 --> 00:27:19.839
You know, they read this letter and they believed that
458
00:27:19.960 --> 00:27:23.640
the killing part was most likely true, like what was
459
00:27:23.680 --> 00:27:27.119
described was true. But they also they didn't believe that
460
00:27:27.240 --> 00:27:30.759
Jessica did this by herself, because it also said in
461
00:27:30.799 --> 00:27:33.920
the letter that Brittany had showed up at Dorothy's house
462
00:27:34.519 --> 00:27:38.279
that the night before. She just showed up uninvited. She
463
00:27:38.440 --> 00:27:42.839
demanded Lewis have sex with her, and that's when the
464
00:27:42.920 --> 00:27:46.880
fight started. But based off cell phone records and surveillance,
465
00:27:47.119 --> 00:27:50.160
we know that's not true. Police were able to get
466
00:27:50.160 --> 00:27:55.519
the hotel surveillance footage. It showed that Dorothy and Jessica
467
00:27:55.920 --> 00:28:00.799
went down to the hotel lobby and asked, this is
468
00:28:00.880 --> 00:28:04.839
so stupid, ask the front desk lady if they if
469
00:28:05.160 --> 00:28:08.839
they could make copies of this confession letter, and it
470
00:28:08.960 --> 00:28:13.759
showed them making three copies. Unsure why three copies and
471
00:28:13.799 --> 00:28:16.880
where they were all gonna go. Yeah, so police knew
472
00:28:16.920 --> 00:28:21.519
like Dorothy was involved. Okay. On the morning of April seventeenth,
473
00:28:21.640 --> 00:28:26.440
Dorothy had left the state. She like flew to Virginia
474
00:28:26.480 --> 00:28:30.920
to go visit her family. So she fugging bounced. She's like,
475
00:28:31.000 --> 00:28:35.119
thanks Jessica bye. Well after all of that, Jessica, she
476
00:28:35.240 --> 00:28:39.160
had attempted suicide by slitting her throat, which to me,
477
00:28:39.359 --> 00:28:42.319
this is again a personal opinion. I just I feel
478
00:28:42.319 --> 00:28:47.039
like maybe Dorothy did that before she left. That's like
479
00:28:47.160 --> 00:28:54.079
a very painful way to commit suicide. Again, a slow process. Anyways,
480
00:28:54.160 --> 00:28:57.759
it doesn't matter, So police take Jessica. She's so alive
481
00:28:57.839 --> 00:29:02.480
to the hospital and she's a rested. Was it worth it, Jessica.
482
00:29:02.960 --> 00:29:06.359
A search team goes out to Lake Skinner and it
483
00:29:06.440 --> 00:29:09.920
doesn't take long for them to discover Brittany's body. The
484
00:29:09.960 --> 00:29:13.799
medical examiner determined the cause of death to be strangulation.
485
00:29:14.519 --> 00:29:17.640
Her neck had been fractured, indicating someone had applied more
486
00:29:17.680 --> 00:29:20.519
than thirty pounds of pressure on her neck. There were
487
00:29:20.519 --> 00:29:24.599
bruises on her legs, a bruise on the outside of
488
00:29:24.640 --> 00:29:28.759
her left wrist which was consistent with like handcuffs. There
489
00:29:28.759 --> 00:29:31.640
were two cuts which were forming like a tee on
490
00:29:31.720 --> 00:29:37.000
her left wrist, and five small pin prick marks on
491
00:29:37.039 --> 00:29:40.559
the left side of her face, which was consistent with
492
00:29:40.640 --> 00:29:45.960
the use of stun gun. Thing now. They also saw
493
00:29:46.000 --> 00:29:48.920
that there was a deep cut to the her left knee,
494
00:29:49.079 --> 00:29:51.880
which was consistent with the use of a power saw
495
00:29:52.359 --> 00:29:56.279
that is believed to have been used after death. Also,
496
00:29:56.480 --> 00:30:00.319
it seemed that she had been doused with bleach, which
497
00:30:00.680 --> 00:30:09.680
fucking police searched Lewis's car again and police find disposable gloves,
498
00:30:09.880 --> 00:30:13.279
pieces of plastic, a stun gun in working condition, and
499
00:30:13.319 --> 00:30:16.960
there was blood found on the plastic gloves. I don't
500
00:30:16.960 --> 00:30:19.839
know why they didn't find this stuff the first time
501
00:30:19.880 --> 00:30:22.519
they searched the car. I found that to be weird,
502
00:30:22.680 --> 00:30:25.720
but also maybe I just misunderstood that part. Maybe they
503
00:30:26.039 --> 00:30:29.119
they ran like the DNA tests and stuff and realized
504
00:30:29.160 --> 00:30:31.640
that it was Britney's blood. I'm not sure, but they
505
00:30:31.680 --> 00:30:35.480
found this stuff linking him to the crime, and Britney's
506
00:30:35.559 --> 00:30:39.559
DNA was all over the items and in the car well.
507
00:30:39.680 --> 00:30:44.599
On April nineteenth, Dorothy's house was searched again and they
508
00:30:44.720 --> 00:30:48.279
found items that were believed to be used in the murder.
509
00:30:48.400 --> 00:30:52.079
That's also when police found like the BDSM contracts as
510
00:30:52.119 --> 00:30:57.559
well as a full on BDSM room, which it's it's okay.
511
00:30:57.759 --> 00:31:02.240
It was a BDSM room which door was also converting
512
00:31:02.359 --> 00:31:06.519
into her nursery because she was pregnant, so it was
513
00:31:06.519 --> 00:31:13.039
like a BDSM room slash nursery. Can you imagine. I
514
00:31:13.079 --> 00:31:15.599
don't know, I just feel like maybe those two shouldn't
515
00:31:15.640 --> 00:31:19.960
mesh together. But I'm not a parent, so so Dorothy.
516
00:31:20.079 --> 00:31:21.920
I mean, she was very much pregnant. She was about
517
00:31:21.960 --> 00:31:26.359
to pop with Lewis's baby. Anyways, Dorothy luckily was arrested
518
00:31:26.599 --> 00:31:29.880
in May of twenty twelve, but police could not find
519
00:31:30.000 --> 00:31:34.039
any evidence or blood at Dorothy's house, which like would
520
00:31:34.119 --> 00:31:36.599
link her to the crime. They didn't have any evidence
521
00:31:36.759 --> 00:31:39.000
that she was part of it, you know, so they
522
00:31:39.000 --> 00:31:40.880
were a little worried that they just weren't going to
523
00:31:40.920 --> 00:31:43.359
be able to link her to the crime. Police searched
524
00:31:43.400 --> 00:31:45.880
her truck and they found a rope and a knife,
525
00:31:46.119 --> 00:31:49.319
but they couldn't like connect those items to the crime.
526
00:31:49.359 --> 00:31:52.039
There's no DNA on it or anything. They also found
527
00:31:52.079 --> 00:31:57.160
in Dorothy's truck a receipt for cleaning products water paper, towels,
528
00:31:57.240 --> 00:32:01.160
and rubber gloves that were purchased on April fourteenth, So
529
00:32:01.200 --> 00:32:04.119
they thought, like that's their smoking gun. So a special
530
00:32:04.160 --> 00:32:08.799
agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service searched Lewis's home,
531
00:32:08.920 --> 00:32:13.039
which was on base, and they found BDSM writings which
532
00:32:13.079 --> 00:32:17.680
included like some writings by Dorothy which expressed her throat
533
00:32:17.880 --> 00:32:24.079
slitting fantasy stories along with Lewis's abduct and murder fantasy stories. Again,
534
00:32:24.359 --> 00:32:27.759
like it wasn't proof that they did anything, but you know,
535
00:32:27.839 --> 00:32:31.680
it just made sense to the situation. Dorothy's cell phone
536
00:32:31.799 --> 00:32:34.519
was found a year and a half later, which was
537
00:32:34.720 --> 00:32:39.960
wiped clean, disassembled, and in the closet of her brother's
538
00:32:40.000 --> 00:32:45.440
house in Missouri, super random. The clothes worn by Louis, Dorothy,
539
00:32:45.480 --> 00:32:49.799
and Brittany on April thirteenth were never recovered or found.
540
00:32:50.119 --> 00:32:53.839
I'm sorry, Louis, what's the other girl's name? I forget
541
00:32:54.000 --> 00:32:57.279
you know. None of their clothes were found, So all
542
00:32:57.279 --> 00:33:00.680
of them are arrested at this point, right great as
543
00:33:00.680 --> 00:33:03.640
they should be. During trial, Lewis admitted that he had
544
00:33:03.680 --> 00:33:07.119
misled Brittany into believing they were going on a cruise
545
00:33:07.559 --> 00:33:10.039
long after they had already missed the boat, in order
546
00:33:10.079 --> 00:33:13.440
to get her into his car. On October twenty first,
547
00:33:13.680 --> 00:33:17.359
twenty fifteen, the jury convicted Louis and Dorothy a first
548
00:33:17.359 --> 00:33:23.000
degree murder, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, kidnapping, torture, and attempted
549
00:33:23.000 --> 00:33:27.079
sexual battery by restraint. The jury acquitted Jessica of the
550
00:33:27.119 --> 00:33:31.759
conspiracy charge, but convicted her of all of the remaining charges.
551
00:33:31.920 --> 00:33:36.079
On November nineteenth, twenty fifteen, Lewis and Dorothy received life
552
00:33:36.119 --> 00:33:42.559
with the possibility of parole. Okay, that's what you want
553
00:33:42.559 --> 00:33:46.000
to do, jury, and on January eighth, twenty sixteen, Jessica
554
00:33:46.079 --> 00:33:49.839
received life, also with the possibility of parole. They have
555
00:33:49.960 --> 00:33:54.079
all since tried to appeal their convictions. Britney's husband later
556
00:33:54.160 --> 00:33:56.759
came out and made his own statement, saying that what
557
00:33:56.839 --> 00:34:00.079
had happened is awful, but also to not believe the
558
00:34:00.119 --> 00:34:01.920
news and whatnot, and that Brittany was just like a
559
00:34:01.960 --> 00:34:04.960
really nice person. Because the news, you know, when the
560
00:34:05.000 --> 00:34:10.800
news gets worried about murder which involves potential BDSM situations, oh,
561
00:34:10.840 --> 00:34:13.320
they lose their shit and they take it to a
562
00:34:13.360 --> 00:34:16.960
whole new level. They're like wild six crazy people. They
563
00:34:17.159 --> 00:34:19.719
getting murder, you know, And that's what they were doing,
564
00:34:19.760 --> 00:34:21.840
and they were making it seem like Brittany was involved
565
00:34:21.840 --> 00:34:26.199
in this media bdm BDSM lifestyle and she was not.
566
00:34:26.559 --> 00:34:30.079
It was just shitty people, not even shitty people, just
567
00:34:30.159 --> 00:34:35.679
fucking terrible people taking this girl's life because ugly fucking
568
00:34:35.840 --> 00:34:40.960
Dorothy was envious and jealous of this girl. Unfortunately, that's
569
00:34:41.000 --> 00:34:44.760
the end of the story. It's just awful. Luckily, luckily,
570
00:34:44.880 --> 00:34:47.480
I mean they're locked up. I think they should just
571
00:34:47.519 --> 00:34:52.199
be put down. Anyways, that's the story of Brittany Kilgore
572
00:34:52.239 --> 00:34:58.480
and how these awful people murdered her for no damn reason. Disgusting, disgusting.
573
00:34:58.760 --> 00:35:00.760
That guy was a freaking what was it like a
574
00:35:00.840 --> 00:35:04.280
high up sergeant, Is that not fucking creepy? There's always
575
00:35:04.280 --> 00:35:07.559
some fucking fucked up ones in there, aren't there. It's scary.
576
00:35:07.920 --> 00:35:09.760
Thank you so much for hanging out with me today.
577
00:35:09.880 --> 00:35:11.199
Let me know what you want me to talk about
578
00:35:11.239 --> 00:35:13.679
next week. But other than that, I hope you have
579
00:35:13.840 --> 00:35:17.400
a good day today. Please make good choices. Please be
580
00:35:17.480 --> 00:35:20.320
safe out there. Please listen to your gut. If something
581
00:35:20.360 --> 00:35:25.079
does not feel right, believe it. Just listen to yourself. Okay,
582
00:35:25.559 --> 00:35:27.480
I love and appreciate you. Have a good day. I'll
583
00:35:27.480 --> 00:35:33.639
be seeing you guys later. Goodbye. I hope this was
584
00:35:33.679 --> 00:35:36.719
a good video. It was good. You gave it your best.
