00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:02.950
In your opinion, what are the upsides of
00:00:02.960 --> 00:00:04.990
dealing with a human in the sales
00:00:05.000 --> 00:00:07.310
process and what's the downside of
00:00:07.320 --> 00:00:09.150
dealing with an AI bot?
00:00:09.160 --> 00:00:11.510
>> Upside of humans and downside with a
00:00:11.520 --> 00:00:13.230
bot?
00:00:13.240 --> 00:00:15.750
Um the bot doesn't always tell the truth
00:00:15.760 --> 00:00:18.910
for one. Uh neither do humans
00:00:18.920 --> 00:00:22.350
at times. It's it's impersonal and it's
00:00:22.360 --> 00:00:24.470
it's not a lot different than if you've
00:00:24.480 --> 00:00:26.150
called customer service and you get
00:00:26.160 --> 00:00:28.470
caught in a phone tree and press one for
00:00:28.480 --> 00:00:30.030
this and two for this and seven for
00:00:30.040 --> 00:00:32.830
that. You can get caught in a loop that
00:00:32.840 --> 00:00:35.190
a human can intervene
00:00:35.200 --> 00:00:36.590
where
00:00:36.600 --> 00:00:40.390
um AI does not or a bot
00:00:40.400 --> 00:00:42.950
um does not. Well, people need that
00:00:42.960 --> 00:00:45.630
human human interaction at some point
00:00:45.640 --> 00:00:47.710
and I believe it's more
00:00:47.720 --> 00:00:50.150
uh it's more relevant especially in
00:00:50.160 --> 00:00:51.590
larger transactions like you were
00:00:51.600 --> 00:00:53.950
talking about a $30,000
00:00:53.960 --> 00:00:56.070
opportunity where you you don't want
00:00:56.080 --> 00:00:59.350
that cold uh kind of cold transaction.
00:00:59.360 --> 00:01:01.670
You want You want to know that there's a
00:01:01.680 --> 00:01:03.590
human behind it that can trust you that
00:01:03.600 --> 00:01:07.840
has feelings, that has emotions.
