015 | John Ortberg: Creating Space that Shapes Our Soul | Extended Cut |

John Ortberg is a writer, pastor, and the founder of the spiritual formation ministry Become New. Alongside Dallas Willard, Richard Foster, and the Renovaré movement, he helped bring the ideas and practices of spiritual formation into greater clarity and accessibility within the broader evangelical and Protestant world.

In this episode, David visits John in his home office to talk about how physical space shapes his devotional life and creative work, what it’s like for him to create in both public and private settings, and his ongoing experience of the practice of the presence of God.
