Megan Roooney (born 1985) is a Canadian poet, painter, sculptor and performance artist. Rooney is known for integrating contrasting disciplines, for example painting and performance, into a single work. Rooney studied at Goldsmiths, University of London, where she received an MFA degree in 2011 after finishing her BA at the University of Toronto in Canada and growing up between South Africa, Brazil and Canada.
