OM DENNE EPISODE
The third episode of this podcast sees our first guest join us. Katherine Cumberbatch is a senior HR leader, based in the UK, who has two children.
Katherine knows a thing or two about HR policies, which is why she was an early adopter of shared parental leave and went back to work when her children were 6 months each time, with her husband taking the rest of the leave. She talks about the benefits of this, as well as some of the challenges that still existed.
She also talks a little about working with a maternity coach after she returned to work after her first baby - and the competitive advantage she thinks it gave her.
