OM DENNE EPISODE
Good Morning,
I watched a TED talk by exercise scientist Keith Diaz that I thought was interesting and hope you might too.
Sitting has been called the new smoking and so many of us sit for most of the day. His team at Columbia University found that just one minute of walking every half hour brought blood pressure down and helped people feel less tired and in a better mood. Five minutes every half hour cut blood sugar spikes after meals by 58 per cent.
In this episode I share what I learned and the small change I’m trying this week.
