OM DENNE EPISODE
Welcome to another episode of Verified Alpha! In today's conversation, I have the pleasure of speaking with Dave Salvant, the founder and President of Squire Technologies. We delve into the challenges faced by financial advisors when connecting with millennial millionaires who seek financial advice from alternative sources like social media and personal networks. Dave shares his personal journey, starting Squire in 2015 and building it into a billion-dollar empire. He emphasizes the importance of trust and developing a genuine connection with clients before offering financial solutions. Dave suggests that financial advisors should prioritize relationships over subject matter expertise, leveraging specialists when needed. We also discuss effective communication, with text messaging being Dave's preferred mode of contact. Dave stresses the significance of financial literacy for future generations and the role of advisors in educating and planning for their clients' financial future. Lastly, we touch upon performance, impact investing, and Dave's inspiring role as a trailblazer for aspiring entrepreneurs. Join us for this friendly and insightful discussion on Verified Alpha!
