OM DENNE EPISODE
Rewilding your intuition? Like a reset for your nervous system!
Welcome to Episode 22 where Christy welcomes special guest author, Human Design practitioner, Reiki master and author, Barbara Howlin.
This is a fun, lively and engaging conversation of two people on a similar path: to help people become their own best guides. Join us for a funny, vulnerable and real conversation from two people who love human design, authenticity and empowerment.
Christy and Barbara unpack the grief of conditioning, why the body is where the wisdom lies, and how to stop running and finally let yourself receive. Plus, you won't want to miss the wild, real-time synchronicity of their dreams about wolves, dragons, and returning to the innocence of your inner child.
In this episode, we explore:
- Ditching the Spiritual Grind: Why trying to "fix" yourself through endless self-improvement keeps you trapped in white-knuckled control.
- Why the linear "mountain hike" model of self-improvement keeps us trapped in fear and conditioning.
- How to use Human Design as an affirming map to cut out the "shoulds" and anchor into your true strategy and authority.
- Practical energy work and somatic tools to lighten your body and trust your natural flow.
- How to let your true self emerge and finally let yourself be seen in the world.
