OM DENNE EPISODE
Emotions are part of being human and we experience the full range of them. But what happens when they are too overwhelming and get stuck in the body? Perhaps you've encountered micro-traumas, been let down by others or been disappointed by those you love. Today’s tapping session is to help you clear resentment, anger and pain. Let’s remove pesky energetic blockages so we can move on to improving our lives and reaching our goals.
Note: While EFT can be used by everyone, we recommend seeking a psychologist or medical professional if you feel overwhelmed with pain or unwanted feelings of distress. Using EFT alongside traditional Western modalities of healing can be extremely beneficial in your healing journey.
