OM DENNE EPISODE
This is “the Dodcast” I’m your host, Nathaniel Dodson. In today’s podcast I sat down with Bill Cramer, he started a production company called “Wonderful Machine” which helps connect photographers around the world with great commercial photography jobs. Bill graduated from Penn State University and got his start doing journalistic photography and later commercial photography, only to later start a production company and apply all he’s spent his life learning to build an impressive network of photographers.
In our chat, Bill and I talk about some of the stories he’s covered in journalism: photographing mobsters, his first newspaper cover, a guy who cut off his own leg, the murder of an Olympic athlete, photographing the president of the United States, his transition into commercial photography, how Wonderful Machine works, how to charge your clients more, how to build a portfolio, and SO much more in THIS, the sixth episode of “the Dodcast.”
