OM DENNE EPISODE
Wellness is no longer just a spa menu or a luxury add-on.
It’s becoming one of the most powerful forces reshaping hospitality globally.
In this episode of The Curious Concierge, Justin sits down with Nikhil Kapur — Founder & Principal of Transformative Wellness and former hospitality leader at Oberoi Hotels, ISTA Hotels, and Ananda in the Himalayas — to explore how wellness is evolving from a trend into a strategic operating philosophy for hotels.
From emotional wellbeing and spatial design to guest psychology, diagnostics, and the future of transformative travel, this conversation dives into what luxury hospitality may look like in the next decade.
Topics include:
• Why most hotels still misunderstand wellness
• The difference between wellness and wellbeing
• Why modern travelers are emotionally exhausted
• How Ananda in the Himalayas shaped Nikhil’s philosophy
