Ep. 209: Sofía Rachi - Building a Winning Culture: NCCU Women's Tennis, Leadership, Coaching, Athlete Development, and more

Sofía Rachi, Head Coach of North Carolina Central University's (NCCU) Women's Tennis Team, is joining the show!

Born in Buenos Aires and raised in a vibrant, multicultural environment, Sofía shares how her early experiences and family-based tennis academy in Miami shaped her coaching philosophy.

As a coach, she emphasizes hard work, perseverance, and creating a supportive atmosphere where players can blossom both personally and professionally.

Injecting her team with a contagious 'never-give-up' attitude, she focuses on fostering resilience and teamwork over individualism.
