What if every apparent failure in your life was actually a disguised invitation to reinvent yourself and serve more deeply?
In this episode of the Simple Reflections Podcast, I sit down with legendary coach and author Steve Chandler to explore how “failing forward,” curiosity, and genuine conversation can transform our experience of life and work.
We talk about moving from outside-in struggle to an inside-out understanding, the freedom of seeing that there’s nothing fundamentally wrong with us, and the quiet power of simply being with another human in a world addicted to distraction.
Steve also shares how, even at 81 and semi-retired, he still feels he’s barely scratching the surface of what coaching and conversation can do.
I’d love to know: where in your own life are you being invited to reinvent yourself, and what might become possible if you met that with open curiosity?
