OM DENNE EPISODE
Just how do you build not one but two successful businesses?
Michelle Bowditch from Door20A and Australian Admin Awards explains how the power of connection, community and collaboration have been the driving force behind her success.
In her Door20A business, Michelle teaches Executive Assistants and Women in Business how to harness technology and use it effectively to propel their career forward. She explains that it’s not a one size fits all, it's about having the right mindset and customising solution and she equips her clients with both!
Whilst in her role as founder of the Australian Admin Awards she has created the opportunity for administrative professionals to be recognised for the incredible work they do supporting CEO’s leaders and teams within the organisations they support.
Using exactly the same strategy of her three “C’s” has enabled her to initiate, build and grow her 2 businesses.
In this episode she tells us how.
