I talk about Shondra Massey, former officer Greyson, Lindsey Casey, Rex Huberman and how bad food, bad ideas, sleep deprivation and bad company can put a cumulative curse on someone. I forgot to mention the movie Dune where spice gives superhuman powers and Attreyu can control minds with his voice.
I forgot to talk about mold and how it affects behavior, i forgot to talk about how abuse and self medication affects behavior. I forgot to mention how scents and fragrances and dehydration and hormone mimickers affect behavior. I even forgot to talk about gluten and it’s effects. There are so many variables it makes it simpler to call them spirits or curses or sin to be brief.

I thoroughly enjoyed the documentary. It was very relatable on multiple levels. There were a few touches of hyperbole but still effective in inspiring thought and consideration on whether there are better options.
I talk about my limited knowledge of biomimetic dentistry at the end of this rant so you can skip to the end.
Up until that point I discuss what I have heard recently about oral care.
IMO the Carnivore diet:
Starve the bacteria of their carbs.
Integrate anti-inflammatory spices.
Reduce pancreas workload.
Slow energy absorption.
Increase insulin sensitivity.
Reduce adipose(fat) tissue.
Feel fuller.

I can relate to unhealthy coping mechanisms and self medication. I have a special relationship with abusing sugary food and drink. Its only Gods mercy why I don’t have more cavities than the ones im currently fighting.
