OM DENNE EPISODE
Light It Up Live > ***Tickets on Sale NOW** There's a part of betting on yourself that doesn't get talked about nearly enough: what happens after you make the bold decision, but before you have any evidence that it was the right one.
You launched the offer, made the investment, raised the price, announced the goal, started the business, or finally put yourself out there. You expected to feel empowered afterward. Instead, you're questioning everything you were certain about days ago and wondering whether you completely overestimated yourself.
That's the vulnerability hangover, and it can hit hard when you're making a major identity shift. Your brain doesn't have the outcome yet, so it starts searching for evidence. You check the numbers more frequently. You analyze people's reactions. You compare your results to someone else's. Before long, "I don't know how this is going to turn out yet" becomes "I think I made a mistake."
This is where fear of failure becomes especially convincing because it can start sounding like logic, intuition, or even good business strategy.
In this episode, I'm breaking down what happens when you're caught in that uncomfortable space between making the decision and getting the evidence, why being seen trying can feel so vulnerable, and what to do before self-doubt convinces you to abandon something that hasn't had enough time to work.

We're getting into:
>Why a vulnerability hangover can make yesterday's courage feel like today's bad decision
>What happens psychologically when you take a big risk and don't receive immediate validation
>Why your brain starts collecting evidence against a decision you previously felt certain about
>How fear of failure can disguise itself as strategy and convince you to change the plan prematurely
>Why being seen trying can feel more threatening than privately dreaming about what you want
>The connection between identity shifts, uncertainty, and the urge to retreat to what feels familiar
How to distinguish "this isn't working" from "I don't have enough evidence yet"
>Why lowering the goal can sometimes be an attempt to escape the discomfort of possibly not reaching it
One of the most important ideas I want you to take from this episode is that the hardest part of betting on yourself isn't always taking the risk. It's surviving the space between the decision and the evidence.
If you want to become exponentially more powerful at communicating what you do, creating content people actually pay attention to, and talking about your offers in a way that makes the right people want to buy, come experience Light It Up with me.
