OM DENNE EPISODE
Orthocell Ltd (ASX:OCC, OTC:ORHHF) managing director and CEO Paul Anderson spoke with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company recording its first Remplir sales in Thailand, expanding the global commercial footprint of its nerve repair product.
Anderson said the milestone forms part of Orthocell's strategy to continually expand its international presence, with Remplir now generating revenue across seven markets including the US, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand. "We're really excited about first sales in Thailand," he said, describing the country as significant from a nerve repair perspective.
Orthocell is working with MediTime in Thailand to train surgeons and establish key hospital accounts, with Anderson explaining that the company's commercialisation strategy centres on key opinion leaders and centres of excellence, leveraging international collaborations and connections with Thai surgeons to support broader adoption.
While Orthocell continues expanding globally, with the UK and EU expected to follow, Anderson said the company remains "absolutely laser focused" on the United States, which he described as the world's largest healthcare and nerve repair market.
Looking ahead, Anderson said investors should now watch for a material uplift in revenue following the company's market-access activities: "We've got everything in place to be successful and now we're really driving that revenue growth."
