We have with us beatboxing last place finisher Spencer.

Luciano (00:19.598)
What was that?

Spencer (00:19.996)
Buh-bye, boom, bye, bye.

Luciano (00:25.186)
Hahaha!

Matt (00:33.202)
Second place, second last place finisher Luciano somehow. I don't know. It was a glitch in the, yeah, I guess that's it. Yeah. Dustin here is never try.

Luciano (00:38.062)
Because I didn't do it and that was better than trying. Yeah. Yeah.

Spencer (00:42.994)
What did you say Luciano?

Luciano (00:45.166)
Yeah, do or do not, there is no try. See, that's why I wasn't last.

Spencer (00:46.376)
Sorry, what'd you say Luciano? Boom, ba ba ba boom, ba ba da boom.

Matt (00:50.386)
That's why. Yeah. Let's dive right into it. We watched Predator Killer of Killers.

It's not the Arnold vehicle, it's 85 minute vehicle.

Spencer (01:03.386)
Noooo

Spencer (01:07.614)
Come on! You're dying!

Matt (01:10.148)

Spencer (01:20.796)
DEPASSSS

Luciano (01:22.904)
subscribe

Matt (01:23.804)
Thank you. Animated film. Overall, fun. I think we all liked it. It... Fine, you know what? Tell me what your favorite part was. Tell me right now.

Spencer (01:30.59)
Don't speak for me.

Luciano (01:32.077)
Yeah.

Spencer (01:33.671)
I liked it.

My favorite part was when the predator killed people.

Luciano (01:44.846)
So the whole movie.

Matt (01:45.234)
Spen- Spencer? Spencer?

Spencer (01:46.214)
Yeah, so I like the movie. I liked the scene when she, spoilers, Ursa? Shoots the predator and it propels her out of the ice. That was satisfying. Like, shot out of the ice. That was cool.

Luciano (01:58.488)
Yes.

Luciano (02:02.594)
Yeah, it was very satisfying.

Matt (02:08.71)
Yeah, it was very cool. Luciano.

Luciano (02:13.838)
I just enjoyed the whole section in Fudo Japan. I loved that they kept what little speech there was, was in Japanese and not with like what they did with the Norse, the first two sentences in Old Norse and then just some poorly accented English. I liked that there was, it started and it was bookended, right? It was the same sentence and the rest was just silence, just...

Spencer (02:43.207)
I didn't notice that.

Luciano (02:43.886)
The fight, yeah, there's no talking, there's nothing. It says, leaves grow, the leaves all grow together, but when they fall, they fall alone, which is pretty cool too. I don't know, maybe, maybe in Japanese it is.

Spencer (02:46.238)
What was the first and last sentence?

Spencer (02:56.126)
Was it a haiku?

Luciano (03:02.732)
But I also enjoyed inside there, my favorite scene was him trying to not let the guards hit the bell. And then the guard on the other tower sees it and he goes, like, it so like, yeah, I feel you. So I just enjoyed the whole part very much.

Matt (03:05.138)
Alright.

Spencer (03:12.071)
Yeah.

Matt (03:12.764)
Yes. That was pretty good.

Spencer (03:21.714)
Yeah, that section was pretty

Matt (03:25.122)
I, I think, I don't know how to exactly describe it, but I think watching, Luftwaffe predator fly a plane against, the American air force in world war two, flying tin cans. I think that was probably the best, like for me, like overall action. yeah, I thought that it was really well done and really creative to like the weapon that the predator used.

Luciano (03:39.086)
flying tin cans.

Spencer (03:46.078)
Really?

Matt (03:54.194)
excuse me, Yeah. And then the thing.

Luciano (03:54.35)
It was very cool. Yeah. The one that the rope that like sick heating sort of chain thing. Heat seeking, sorry. Dyslexic said hello. Dyslexic said, I went to the sandwich and ate at the restaurants. That's what happened there. Yeah. The heat seeking thing, yeah.

Spencer (03:56.878)
Like the rope spears.

Matt (04:02.712)
Seek heating. Yeah, he got so excited.

Spencer (04:02.884)
Yeah. Zeke heating. Dane chings.

Matt (04:11.856)
Yeah, he did it. But that whole weapon and even like even the solution that, you know, Taurus came up with, like to go to climb up and lose their heat was fun. I don't know why What's-his-face died, but I'm only talking about the good parts. So I'm to buy some time dead instantly. Bottom zero, zero seconds of time.

Luciano (04:29.221)
yeah, yeah.

Spencer (04:31.678)
He's like, I don't like my life. I'm battling some things.

Luciano (04:35.052)
Hahaha!

Yeah.

Even he even turns like no you don't have to just turn off the danger. No, no, no

Spencer (04:46.332)
I think I'm going to.

Matt (04:48.21)
No, it's... I gotta be honest with you, I owe a lot of gambling debts. So...

Spencer (04:49.874)
I think... I think I'm cool with this.

I'm pretty sure this alien ship is one of my loan sharks

Matt (05:01.639)
Yeah.

Luciano (05:02.146)
Hahaha

Spencer (05:04.838)
I'm almost 99 % sure.

Luciano (05:08.067)
Yeah.

Matt (05:09.145)
Give me a second here since the video decided to shit itself.

Luciano (05:13.272)
which said Matt's recording will continue on the new.

Matt (05:16.784)
I don't love that it can't, it just decides to die when it wants to.

Luciano (05:25.804)
Hahaha

Matt (05:26.35)
at turn that off and that cool well whatever yeah

Luciano (05:29.08)
Yeah, that was very bright.

Spencer (05:31.176)
Now you look like you've, but you had a different background before. Matt has transported.

Matt (05:34.14)
I had a background in Riverside died. Riverside came. got to, I know they had to test the one Luciano was doing, but that's not a hearing error there. Welcome back to the podcast. We're just going to continue like nothing happened. Thumbs down for your dumb session. I think it's fine. Situation normal. Hope you enjoy seeing my living room on the socials. let's unseen. So let's chat about this movie.

Spencer (05:49.138)
Everything's fine.

Matt (06:04.068)
And I think we're going to cover the movie. we're going to do a review at the end. We lost fun questions, but I think we have to talk about one scene in particular because it really. Shame like it's it's supposed to be a cool one off, but if you think about it for a second, then you're just like what the fuck and what it is is it's not a stinger, but it's like comes right at end of the movie and they cart Ursa back inside and they put her back into the like storage locker.

Luciano (06:31.95)
Storage, yeah.

Matt (06:33.316)
And as you slide across, show, I couldn't, the first person they show I don't think is anything, but then they show the main character from Prey being in the storage locker. And it's like this big reveal where like, they basically imply that the predators, anybody who kills a predator, just, these guys just pick up a predator and store them in a locker, just in case. And like, it kinda, to me, it kinda fucks up the mythology we've laid out for predators in all the other, like,

movies.

Spencer (07:05.01)
Well, that's arguable.

Luciano (07:05.368)
Yeah, yeah.

Matt (07:07.932)
Show your work.

Spencer (07:09.488)
Well, I always saw the predators like, yes, they respected the people that like if they killed a predator, they were like, all right, you're cool. Like we have an honor system. But also when you step back and look at the predators, they're kind of a lot like big game hunters.

You know, that hunt, instead of hunting elephants for their ivory, they hunt humans for their spines?

Matt (07:33.678)
Right, you, Spencer, you freeze lions and then let them out in your backyard to hunt them? Yeah, obviously.

Spencer (07:42.194)
a rhetorical question. Does a predator rip out a man's spine. There's your answer. No but I think that like they their morals are like questionable obviously because I think this it's all like I think it's just all like they're like you know we really just like hunting things and we're like we'll try to make it look good but you know really we're gonna do whatever makes us you know.

Luciano (07:44.017)
Hahaha!

Matt (07:51.772)
Fair enough.

Luciano (07:59.47)
Wow, it's a completely different set of morals, really.

Spencer (08:11.696)
entertains us and they're actually kind of dicks so

Matt (08:15.685)
Ripe it like.

Luciano (08:16.024)
Yeah, but that's exactly why I agree with Matt that it does, because they're painted as these honor-bound hunters that are trying to find the best possible game to hunt. then when they look, deadly a snatch. But I said what I said. the way that they treat it is like, OK.

Matt (08:28.56)
The deadliest catch game, Hunt.

Spencer (08:30.878)
The fishing show.

Matt (08:33.02)
Yeah.

Spencer (08:37.659)
No.

Luciano (08:44.204)
So you can fight and win against this one dude. So now we're going to kidnap you, freeze you for however many thousand years, and then you're just going to put you to fight for my amusement. So it goes away from it being, it's a race of hunters that want to find the best, like the best challenges to just being dicks that can flout their superior technology and kidnap you.

Spencer (09:09.202)
They've always done that is a really fair hunting when you're acting with a laser cannon that's homing and you and you're invisible It's it's kind of like, you know

Luciano (09:12.482)
No, it's not. It's not.

Matt (09:14.446)
No, but, but like, but that's the thing, right? It's like, if you were able to overcome these incredible odds, you earn their respect and they leave you alone. Except in a counter argument. Okay.

Luciano (09:16.75)
Yeah.

Luciano (09:26.038)
Except, psych, you don't. Yeah.

Spencer (09:28.038)
Okay, counterargument.

Who's to say these are all with the same predator?

Matt (09:34.32)
This is my next question. Is this like a sect of American predators?

Luciano (09:36.27)
Luciano (09:40.522)
Hahaha!

Spencer (09:40.6)
Yes. They don't. They're like, have our own traditions. We're making predators great again. By kidnapping immigrants and.

Luciano (09:44.238)
I think you nailed it. I think you've nailed it.

Matt (09:47.132)
Yeah.

Matt (09:52.095)
Yeah.

Luciano (09:52.194)
Yeah, I

Luciano (09:58.702)
I mean, yes, yes.

Matt (09:59.514)
Wait, are you... Wait, that what the prison in El Salvador is? It's just like they fight each other?

Spencer (10:03.88)
Yeah.

Luciano (10:05.346)
Yeah, and they're, you know, they are in cryogenics. Ice. Come on. Come on.

Matt (10:13.456)
That definitely wasn't forced. Great job.

Spencer (10:16.35)
That was so natural Yeah, and they are there yeah, they're like ice because they just you know, they're taking them and they're following their own laws and Much like America their leader Looks like a lizard

Luciano (10:16.541)
Hahaha!

Yeah.

Luciano (10:34.286)
If I'm honest, that king, like the one that they showed at the end, that is very much President Camacho.

Matt (10:36.176)
Let's bang on.

Spencer (10:45.168)
Yes. And on top of it, they're both predators. One of the sexual variety.

Matt (10:52.262)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. There it is. Nailed it.

Luciano (10:52.546)
shit. I mean that would be a decent explanation I guess.

Spencer (10:55.454)
It's all coming together.

Matt (10:58.406)
But that is a fair point.

Spencer (11:02.568)
What could be cool if in the sequel they're like, even these predators are being hunted by other predators for breaking the code. Yes. Like it's like, yeah. And then, whatever that guy, that guy's, what is his name? Hanson? to catch a predator. course Hanson comes out. So we've noticed you've been going to earth, quite frequently. what, what are you doing here? Please have a seat. We just want to talk.

Matt (11:09.244)
Predator code? Predacode?

Matt (11:20.547)
Chris Hansen.

Luciano (11:22.248)
hahahaha

Matt (11:26.052)
a lot.

Yeah.

Luciano (11:32.654)
That's okay, I'm registered. I went door to door saying I'm a predator.

Spencer (11:34.91)
What do you think about these screenshots of you talking to humans? Talking to humans asking if they could come over. You said right here, you said, over here. And lured them into your ship. What do have to say for yourself?

Luciano (11:41.826)
Yeah.

Luciano (11:45.805)
Hahaha!

Luciano (11:51.468)
You

Luciano (11:57.262)
Yeah.

Matt (11:57.628)
If lured into a ship, you mean put a collar on them and froze them.

Spencer (11:58.385)
Haha

Spencer (12:02.974)
Yes.

Luciano (12:03.822)
Threatened to blow their necks off. Yeah

Matt (12:06.118)
Kidnapping. Yeah.

Spencer (12:08.35)
Do you have a license for that shoulder cannon, sir?

Spencer (12:16.188)
I think we nailed it.

Matt (12:16.284)
So.

okay. So we're saying that this is just like.

Luciano (12:23.988)
one faction of dickhead predators basically. A predator faction, Famously.

Matt (12:29.02)
peretifaction.

Spencer (12:32.134)
Yes. Which is actually cool. That makes the lore, instead of ruining the lore, kind of makes the lore cooler. Because then it kind of deepens the lore where it's like, hey, not every, there's different types of predators.

Matt (12:42.395)
Yeah.

Luciano (12:42.616)
Well, as much as it would be fun to think that that's what it's going to be, don't think that if there's a sequel and it looks like there will be, they're not going to be just another faction. It's going to be just the way that it is, I think.

Spencer (12:54.866)
Well, they wanted, Prey was a success so they just wanted to have her, the main girl available for sequels that aren't taking place in whatever, what was it, the late 1800s? Something like that.

Matt (12:59.91)
Sure. Yeah.

Matt (13:08.74)
Yeah, even earlier I think. But yeah, because the Adrian Brody one, no one cared. And Danny Glover, yeah. Danny Glover is a million years old. Arnold's a million years old.

Luciano (13:15.288)
I didn't even know there was one.

Spencer (13:15.39)
Which is actually a good movie though, it's not bad. Fantastic. The Predator.

Luciano (13:22.24)
I mean the second movie is good until the very end where it gets stupid. I don't like that ending at all. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I was like, Okay then. Which they mirror in this movie, right? Yeah. is it the same gun? It's been a million years since I watched.

Spencer (13:27.836)
What, how dare you? The end is the best. When the, which one, when the predators all come in, they're like, you're cool. Here's a gun from 150 years ago. That's like famous. It's the same gun.

Yeah, and it's the same gun. It's the same gun in prey, too. That's the gun that she uses in prey. spoilers. They use guns. But Predator 2 is good and I think is lore accurate. The only one that I think we're completely forgetting and intentionally everyone is writing up is the Predator one where. Well, that's not it, that's like more.

Luciano (13:49.38)
I have a white spray.

Matt (13:53.638)
Whoops.

Luciano (13:53.708)
So that's okay.

Luciano (14:08.622)
And the Predator versus Alien as well.

Matt (14:10.204)
Which one's the Predator?

We don't count those.

Spencer (14:15.464)
That's not a mainline. The predator one, which was written by Shane Black was horrible. Like absolutely horrible. It's one of those movies where they use like autism as like magic, you know, like that trope, but it's like, that was okay in like the eighties. And even then it was questionable, but now it's like, we know much more about. Yeah. In 2018. Yeah. Like the kid has autism. He's like the missing link.

Matt (14:20.217)
OK. Let's see your Predator, Predator 2, AVP, Requiem.

Luciano (14:23.26)
yeah?

Luciano (14:29.631)
no.

Matt (14:37.18)
It's 2018 maybe, no it's not the time. Yeah.

Luciano (14:39.86)
no, no!

Spencer (14:45.808)
And it was just like, come on. Come on, guys. Anyways, but I think they're trying to bring her into the future because I think they want her to lead the franchise. Am I the only one who's stupid and when you saw all the different people together from the different sections, you were like, the predators have time travel. That's what I thought.

Luciano (15:06.796)
I thought about it.

Matt (15:06.904)
It honestly didn't dawn on me at all. My brain was just off. My brain was like, they're all together now,

Luciano (15:15.982)
I thought about it. I was like, I wrote it down. was like, what the what? And then I thought, okay, maybe they just freeze them. But like there was a bit, was like, ooh, try time travel.

Spencer (15:24.967)
No.

That's what I thought right away. I was like, oh predators like I don't know how I feel about the predators time traveling, but I'm like that does make some interesting things possible

Luciano (15:32.695)
Yeah.

Matt (15:34.012)
Nah, I would rather the have time travel. Cause that's just, it's a way, cause like, you think about it already, like the predators don't show, and obviously like let's, I'm not gonna go too far down this track because I'll see like, you know, the original predator movie, it's using our logic and, and technology, you know, from the eighties, but like, they don't really show any sort of like consistent level of technology at any point. Like they're just.

Luciano (15:36.206)
Yeah.

Hahaha

Spencer (16:01.478)
Yes, and the predators have the same problem that the Klingons have from Star Trek, where it's like, I don't see many predator scientists. Like, they're all like the Klingons, they're all like barbaric. And then it's like, who's coming up with the fusion engine that's running the spaceship? You know, don't see them walking around.

Matt (16:06.395)
Yeah.

Matt (16:11.868)
No. Yeah.

Luciano (16:12.365)
Yeah.

Matt (16:19.932)
Yeah, yeah who made the cloaking system

Luciano (16:21.998)
Yeah. Who's coming up with the cloaking tech and the different vision options that you have on the mask?

Spencer (16:31.326)
That's the downside like in the first movie he's like pressing buttons on his glove and it's all high-tech and it was like he's like and he like fixes himself in the second movie with like Medical equipment you're like, okay. These guys are just advanced but then when you go to their homeworld and they're like straight up like gladiator pit Yeah, it's just like Mad Max waistline I'm like that doesn't be cool. They were like they had like a big city, you know

Matt (16:40.794)
Yes.

Luciano (16:41.165)
Yeah.

Matt (16:48.728)
It's fucking mad max right?

Luciano (16:49.719)
Yeah, yeah.

Yeah, yeah.

Spencer (16:59.464)
But then can't show the predators be like too chill. Like imagine you're showing like predators all like waiting in line for the subway.

Luciano (17:02.156)
Yeah, sure, sure. Yeah, sure. A brother like sitting down at like a cafe wearing a cravat.

Spencer (17:09.37)
Yeah, just like driving in stuck in traffic and they're like flying car and he's like damn it my boss is gonna be so pissed

Matt (17:11.704)
But

Luciano (17:17.28)
You

Matt (17:19.244)
I assume, I mean, let's talk about this because like the idea that all these cultures are like one dimensional is impossible. Like it's just no, nobody's cause no society could sustain itself on the idea that all predators do is hunt the deadliest prey around the world. I assume that the predator home world, if you do anything wrong, it's instant. Like if you steal something, you lose your arm. If you like.

Spencer (17:27.835)
Yeah.

Luciano (17:28.119)
Yeah.

Luciano (17:45.43)
No, no, if you look sideways at someone, they've coliseum with you, because they need father, right? They can't just kill everybody.

Spencer (17:52.636)
No, I prefer my head. Canon is that this group is going with our original plan. This is a separate group of American predators that decided to like separate. And now they're like living in the wild, like cosplaying as like, like settlers, but really with all the technology of modern day.

Matt (17:52.764)
They don't need fodder.

Luciano (18:08.749)
Right.

Matt (18:10.256)
Yeah, I like this, it's like they didn't separate. They're just on like a week long retreat.

Luciano (18:18.774)
No, they call themselves sovereign citizens and they go just their own thing and then they come back and they run out of food, they go back. it's a stack party.

Spencer (18:22.483)
Yeah. They're like, they like cosplay.

Matt (18:22.544)
Great. Yeah.

Matt (18:27.258)
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Spencer (18:29.246)
It's like a bachelor trip. They're like, they all leave and they're like, uh, honey, I told you about this weekend for weeks. I'm going with and we're going, we're going. No, we're not going to be killing anybody. We're not. There's going to be no killing. We are. Yeah.

Luciano (18:37.102)
you

Matt (18:39.312)
Okay

Luciano (18:39.48)
Yeah, just putting on like the huge mask. Yeah.

Matt (18:47.482)
No. No. We're not gonna kill anybody. If the humans kill themselves, I mean, that's what humans do, right?

Spencer (18:54.526)
They're animals. You can't expect but I was told we're gonna play some charades. We're gonna we're gonna have a chill time No Light light beers and and a little bit of strippers if if ha crush insists, it's his bachelor party

Matt (18:57.414)
We're trying to teach them.

Matt (19:04.07)
Maybe a couple of light beers. The lightest, the lightest.

Luciano (19:07.158)
no. no.

Matt (19:16.26)
Yeah, it's his bachelor party. No, I already told Grockrush no space cocaine.

Spencer (19:22.782)
No, why is it space cocaine? We all live here. We're not from space.

Luciano (19:29.678)
No, cuz cuz cuz regular regular cocaine is okay. It's just space cocaine. That's out

Matt (19:32.172)
No, Yeah, it's fine. No, but it's because they, the bachelor party leaves, they don't, we're not on Predator planet in this movie. That's like, that's the, you go, you know, that's the Vegas of bachelor parties. Yeah. So space cocaine is just in Vegas, it's Predator Vegas, that's all. Yeah. That's right. Yeah.

Spencer (19:34.686)
Yeah. Is regular cocaine from Earth to them?

Luciano (19:39.202)
Yeah.

Spencer (19:44.914)
That's right.

Spencer (19:48.74)
Yeah, exactly.

Luciano (19:48.846)
Yeah, you don't make a mess in your backyard, right? Yeah.

Spencer (19:54.558)
That's fair what happens in predator Vegas stays in predator Vegas Yeah, I like them all like putting on their tribal stuff and they're like like looking in the mirror like deep breath All right

Luciano (19:57.822)
in yeah, including the drugs you do.

Luciano (20:09.666)
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And you know, you know, there's like a good 20 % of them that don't actually like it, but they don't want to be that guy. He's going to find this thing again. Right.

Matt (20:10.812)
haha

Spencer (20:20.156)
Yeah.

Matt (20:24.028)
This does, I like all this, but I do have to ask a question. What did the one guy on the bachelor trip do to be the guy whose head got exploded to teach the humans about how those work?

Luciano (20:36.974)
Probably called home like he called his wife to say everything's fine, honey We're not killing anybody or not as the back of the god. It's just fucking murder happening

Spencer (20:43.41)
Yeah, yeah.

Spencer (20:48.062)
picture that they blew up his head and then the guy present but they're like billip

Luciano (20:53.59)
Ha

Matt (20:54.886)
Ha

Spencer (20:55.026)
What are you doing? We have work tomorrow! Phil had laid off the space cocaine! He's blowing up people's heads! I told my wife there'd be no space cocaine! It's the one thing!

Luciano (20:57.422)
Sorry, sorry I got caught up in the moment again.

Matt (20:58.78)
Space cocaine!

Luciano (21:12.398)
The one thing I promised yeah, this is becoming a trend with you you have to stop

Matt (21:17.722)
Anyway, killer of killers,

Luciano (21:22.7)
Yeah.

Spencer (21:22.942)
That's the name of the retreat Set up for the killer killers retreat three days of absolute madness

Matt (21:25.628)
Yeah.

Let's talk a bit about the humans just Because they're also in this movie. We see three different scenes it starts off with the Viking humans and and then we She is the scariest of the three by far because cuz like

Luciano (21:45.838)
She's so fucking badass. She's so fucking badass.

Luciano (21:51.734)
Yeah, I loved when when Taurus wakes up and he goes, hey lady, how's it going? She spits in his hand and goes you were birthed by an anus. It's like, good.

Spencer (21:54.31)
Yeah, yeah.

Matt (22:09.82)
She is the closest to the Predators. Like she's just a straight up murderer. And like her cut off shield weapons that she uses, like, yeah.

Luciano (22:14.421)
Yes.

Luciano (22:20.632)
Beautiful. So beautiful.

Matt (22:24.304)
just like crazy. And like that's just the movie starts like that, right? It was like, hey, what are we doing? And then she just goes through and murders all the Vikings. Just for fun. Yeah.

Luciano (22:31.0)
cuts a guy in half because she didn't like an answer.

Spencer (22:32.477)
Yeah.

She's really cool and I like how she was the shield and it was in the title. But her shields turned out to be offensive weapons, which was awesome.

Luciano (22:42.574)
Yes. I was like, when she gets up to that like, like retreat, like, I don't know the, the place where she finds the other warlord. No, no, no, no, no, no, the earthen retreat, like the place where Zoran is. And she's like holding two shields. I'm like, come on guys. This is the, no, this is actually very awesome. Okay. Yeah.

Matt (22:43.44)
Yes.

Matt (22:54.118)
for editor Vegas.

Matt (22:59.141)
yeah.

Matt (23:07.002)
Yeah. Yeah.

Spencer (23:07.26)
This is awesome. I tip my hat to you. Yeah. I like to, yeah, that was really cool. And like the action was really sweet the whole time.

Matt (23:18.5)
I think the funniest death to me was Freya, like the teenage woman Viking who just gets mashed by the predator immediately onto the pillar. You don't know what to expect when the predator comes in and just paint cushions her. Right.

Luciano (23:18.958)
On all three, I would say.

Spencer (23:20.454)
Yeah, like the choreography.

Luciano (23:28.822)
I should just... get spread on the pillar or something?

Yeah.

Luciano (23:42.072)
Well, he jumps down, because you don't actually see him, you see the outline, and he jumps down and turns it off and I was like, jeez, fuck, this is the Hulk of the Predators. Look at the size of that thing. And he proceeds to just fucking mash. Like, I don't know how anyone got any damage on him in any way. But.

Matt (23:52.624)
Yeah. Yeah, it was massive.

Spencer (24:02.418)
Did we think that like the predators were like.

evolving throughout the the

anthology parts.

Luciano (24:14.156)
Like the passage of time? Yeah.

Matt (24:15.26)
I mean, the tech seemed to get better, like in the sense like the first predator just had like a sonic.

Spencer (24:17.265)
Yeah.

Luciano (24:22.872)
Well, they all had the cloaking thing, right?

Spencer (24:23.538)
And it was like, and it was like manually like charged, right? He like pulled it. It was like, I thought that was cool. Cause like, cause that was like how long before like two, no way. 800 years before Arnold's predator. yeah.

Matt (24:24.156)
Punch.

Yeah.

Luciano (24:27.853)
Yeah.

Luciano (24:34.702)
800 years before, yeah. Well, no, that's 1200 years before Arnold.

Matt (24:39.814)
farther, yeah.

Spencer (24:41.214)
So I like that concept that like they've been doing it, but their technology is also evolving.

Luciano (24:47.404)
Yeah, but the thing is they always had the ships that can go on to other planets and they all had the same cloak intact. The cloak intact didn't change it seems. Which is weird.

Spencer (24:56.2)
That's true.

Matt (24:58.076)
It would have been interesting to see the first predator not have a cloak.

Spencer (25:02.43)
Or it's like, he's just an army camo. Just camo gear. They're like, because they've never seen camo before, like, where is he? I see nothing. It's just him in camo gear standing there. He's invisible. In the winter. He's pantsless, I repeat.

Luciano (25:02.432)
or have a much less useful one, right? Yeah.

Matt (25:14.172)
What is... Yeah.

Luciano (25:17.806)
In Camelgear in the winter in the snow so it's like completely visible. Yeah

Matt (25:24.39)
Well, he wasn't wearing a shirt, so it'd just be from the waist down, invisible.

Luciano (25:27.534)
No, but it'd be... and legless. Yeah, but it would have been cool if it was like more of like a chameleon sort of thing instead of like super perfect cloak. Yeah, it would have been cool. Didn't really take anything away, but...

Spencer (25:32.264)
Pantsless!

I hate that.

Matt (25:46.106)
I guess like his, yeah, no, it's just like, it's fine, right? And then, so we go from that one and we get into the Ninja one. Yeah.

Luciano (25:54.772)
that weapon that he has that like he pins the guard and then he opens and slices him in half. such cool ideas for murder.

Spencer (26:04.892)
Yeah, I love that section. Like because I the choreography and that action I thought was like way like. I don't know, like yeah, like it was just like really flowy and like really cool like it was like how different it was from the last one was like brute and then that one was like was like full on like they were like the predator and him were like ninjas.

Luciano (26:16.066)
The Japan part? Yeah, was above, yes. Yeah.

Oh my God, it just, yeah.

Matt (26:31.098)
Yeah, well, and like it was it was fun to watch him like slowly pick up his armor piece by piece as he was fighting his brother.

Luciano (26:37.09)
It's like a every time he rolled he picked one up. It was awesome. Yeah, but I also like that though they killed their predator very intent Intently right like Ursa Trick cuz he was a fucking idiot the the big the big dude, right? Like completely user and didn't see her rolling wrapping him in the chain and is that God this is just be fine But and the brothers like they were like, okay

Matt (26:40.378)
Yeah. Yeah.

Matt (26:52.752)
Yes.

Luciano (27:05.752)
We're fighting here, but we're gonna just turn and like slice him and like explode him in like three is awesome.

Spencer (27:13.33)
Very, very awesome.

Matt (27:14.812)
And then we have Torres.

Luciano (27:14.968)
Yeah. fuck, I hated that whole part so much. The whole thing. The World War II part. Yeah. I don't know, it was just like lame in comparison to the other two. Like, I like the idea that he was ingenious, right? That was his sort of power, right? He was... But it was like in comparison. And as you see at the end, he's like, fuck, what do I do here? I'm just gonna die.

Matt (27:19.13)
wood part.

Spencer (27:22.972)
Matt's favorite part? Wow.

Matt (27:23.952)
Yeah, wow, what should I hate?

Matt (27:29.21)
I don't think so. Yeah.

Spencer (27:41.096)
Well, yeah, why'd they call him the, like, I like how the first one's the shield and the sword and they're like, yeah, these things make sense. And then he's the bullet and I'm like, is he the bullet?

Luciano (27:44.812)
The bullet. Yeah.

Yeah. So when they say it, was like, I thought he was going to be like a Marine or something like a, right.

Spencer (27:55.038)
Well, I thought it was going to be like, I guess this was before I knew it was like that era, but it would be cool if it was like a gunslinger or like a real West kind of gunslinger guy.

Luciano (28:01.357)
A sniper or something, yeah, yeah.

Matt (28:05.83)
think the name doesn't match what he does. I think the action scenes are fun and him solving those problems, that was really fun to me. But like...

Luciano (28:10.232)
No.

Luciano (28:19.746)
I just thought he kind of did a bunch of stuff too fast. figured out the heat thing fine because he was watching.

Matt (28:25.2)
This is you and your like, did it take him too long? Was it unrealistic that it took him that long to kill him? Should he spent more time picking up a bouncer first before he was able to fly the airplane?

Spencer (28:26.302)
We have 18 minutes. We had 18 minutes.

Luciano (28:29.294)
Yeah.

Luciano (28:36.204)
Yeah, yeah. I honestly would have liked him to be shown as much better at first, not just in that one flight that he takes, but it's fine. We didn't have enough time on the movie.

Matt (28:45.532)
You just have a problem if you don't think someone's showing you something, you're unwilling to believe it. Like, they showed the ninja guy had trained for years, even though his brother just vanished and they showed nothing of his training, you were cool with him being an accomplished ninja.

Luciano (28:51.606)
Yeah, yes, yes, that's true.

Luciano (28:59.682)
But it implied, right? And then it showed him fighting and it showed him fighting. And with the kid, was like he was just flying to tell them and it was like, now you gotta go do the thing. Okay, fine, I already know and I'm gonna be the only one who survives because the other guy hated his life. But you

Spencer (29:02.788)
now implication.

Spencer (29:12.67)
You also just...

Spencer (29:18.226)
He also had the ability to like talk to machines.

Matt (29:24.592)
Yeah. Maybe he was autistic.

Luciano (29:24.622)
Eh, yeah, I thought it was, well, no. When Spencer mentioned it the first time, I thought of making the same joke. was like, that's too far. I guess not. No, no. Anyway.

Spencer (29:28.36)
What?

He's the next gene! He's the next evolutionary step.

Matt (29:40.22)
Not that far. I mean, like, I think like for me, like, I don't, it's like watching John Wick reference it all the time. Like, the point of this movie is not to be like, this is realistic. The point of it is, does it look fucking cool?

Luciano (29:49.719)
Yeah.

No, if I wanted it to be realistic, I wouldn't have liked the first fight scene either because she she just goes through like people are just waiting for them for her to kill them basically Yeah, yeah

Matt (29:54.896)
Yeah.

Matt (30:00.156)
Yeah, there's there's yeah, exactly. Right. So like, but like, it was a lot of fun. I do agree that like they force they force the I like the fact that he was an airplane pilot, and he they fought in aerial combat was really fun. But forcing it into them that it's like they had these three cool concepts, but they didn't know how to finish the movie. And then that's where they came up with this like, you guys are all going to fight and fight me. And it's like, first of all, predator, if you're such a badass, you just fight all three at the same time. Right.

Luciano (30:27.614)
yeah, well they're all cowards, all of them, like think about it. They all have superior technology, they just go, find the best one. Okay, I'll find the best one, but I'm just gonna, I'm physically three times as strong as you, and I have all of this technology, you have no idea what it is. So that's a fair fight.

Spencer (30:31.07)
We already know.

Matt (30:45.244)
I don't think they're cowards because in theory, humans are the most challenging prey they could find.

Spencer (30:53.534)
I mean, also in, what's the opposite of theory?

Matt (30:58.02)
Yeah.

Luciano (30:58.168)
Practice.

Spencer (30:59.035)
In actuality.

Luciano (31:00.854)
in practice.

Spencer (31:02.128)
In practice, in actuality, have the predators ever won against the humans? They're like 0 for 7!

Matt (31:03.637)
actuality.

Luciano (31:05.813)
Hahaha!

Not when we see it, they always get their ass. But like they killed, like in the first movie, that predator kills like what, 10 people before Arnie gets him?

Spencer (31:20.006)
Yeah, they always kill like 10 people, but the humans always get them in the end. They're like, they got a losing record.

Luciano (31:24.342)
Yeah, they do.

Matt (31:25.66)
I guess like, is the, well, I mean, how does that, how do you like, is the losing record cause they die? Cause they gotta be like in the first movie he's 10 to one body count. I think he won.

Luciano (31:37.91)
Yeah.

Spencer (31:39.11)
Listen, if you're going to hunt lions and you take out nine before the tenth lion eats you, you lost to the lions. The Detroit Lions. That was that whole analogy with the Detroit Lions.

Luciano (31:47.022)
Yeah, but if this is like a... If this is like a... That's just... That's just sad. No. Yeah. But like if you're playing a shooter and you're 10 to 1 KD, you're okay. You died once. Who cares?

Matt (32:05.252)
Yeah, but that's because you respawn. Yeah, craft an analogy.

Spencer (32:06.526)
You they go by KD logic?

Luciano (32:09.315)
Yes.

Spencer (32:11.038)
It's the only way this guy gets 10 pasta noodles to each cheese package He's crushing it

Luciano (32:11.726)
Crap dinner and lunch.

Matt (32:17.404)
Crushing.

Luciano (32:20.43)
god.

Matt (32:22.748)
Well, that's the thing, do predators respawn? I don't know.

Luciano (32:26.188)
I don't think they do.

Spencer (32:26.206)
No!

Matt (32:28.344)
I didn't think they did until I watched this movie, but now they capture humans and put them on ice. Maybe they do. Maybe that's why Jeff got his head blown off. Cause he just responds. It is no big deal.

Spencer (32:33.395)
Maybe.

Spencer (32:38.3)
No. You're wrong. Did you notice that the, did you notice the cape of the King Predator?

Luciano (32:39.65)
Yeah, I don't think they respond.

Matt (32:40.891)
I'm the monster.

Luciano (32:45.9)
Was that really a cape? Was it?

Spencer (32:48.422)
It was a cape made of bones, but they were all xenomorph tails.

Matt (32:51.014)
Mm-hmm.

Luciano (32:51.168)
Okay.

Matt (32:53.786)
Yep. Yeah. Which is like...

Luciano (32:54.862)
Really? So I'm supposed to believe that the guy Little John Torres stole the fucking ship from killed a bunch of xenomorphs is that I'm supposed to believe

Spencer (32:55.624)
from Alien.

Matt (33:03.9)
Yeah, you're supposed to believe that guy couldn't fight through humans at the same time he had to have them fight each other and only fight one.

Spencer (33:04.103)
Yeah.

Luciano (33:09.122)
Yeah. Yeah.

Spencer (33:11.09)
Maybe the xenomorphs, he had three xenomorphs fight each other and then he fought the winner. And he did that seven times to make a cape.

Matt (33:21.396)
So, so he has them fight each other. fight someone one one, but he doesn't take the other two spines. That's fair. Yeah.

Luciano (33:27.01)
Well, this is...

Spencer (33:27.454)
No, that wouldn't be fair. He gets 21 aliens.

Luciano (33:32.504)
Put some in the bracket.

Spencer (33:34.01)
And each, they put him in threes. The winner of the three, fights. Thus he fights seven total.

Luciano (33:46.51)
Yeah, but that tracks because here's how they're cowards again. Like in every single one of these ones, they wait until like the humans are fighting a huge battle, like a bunch of enemies or hard enemies. When they're done, they're like, okay, now I attack.

Spencer (34:00.332)
so you think like in the movies, it's like to show that they are watching to see who the winner is, because that means they're the alpha and the best opponent. But you think it's actually they just wait to the opponent. Yeah, yes. So they have they have more of an advantage.

Luciano (34:11.896)
to the last enemies up and then he's tired and they're tired as a guy now it's easy to kill

Matt (34:16.196)
I mean, you're not wrong. Like if you really wanted to like hunt the most dangerous prey, you'd at least not have a cloaking device. Right? Like that, that's it. That's a big cheat. Right. So then what, like, what do they want to do? They're not trying, are they really trying to hunt the most dangerous game?

Luciano (34:24.718)
Yeah.

Spencer (34:25.756)
We know they don't want a fair fight. That's been proven time and time again.

Luciano (34:34.69)
I think it's more like this is a rite of passage that they have to go through and they're like, fuck this. I don't want to spend any time on this. I'm just going to do it the easy way.

Matt (34:41.18)
So this is like how the Spartans had to go kill a wolf to prove they're a man. Predators gotta come to earth.

Spencer (34:42.366)
You're saying this is like a-

Luciano (34:45.996)
Yeah, except in this case they wait for the wolves to fight each other and then they kill the one that's not dead yet.

Spencer (34:46.76)
This is like

Spencer (34:51.582)
So this is like a predator bar mitzvah.

Luciano (34:54.862)
I mean, I thought we were talking about a bachelor party, but sure, let's call it a bar mitzvah, it's fine. He goes read the Torah after. Yeah, that's the real challenge. That's the real challenge, is being 13 and singing.

Spencer (35:00.35)
Well, you said it's a rite of passage, you know. And then they go on to humans. Mazel tov!

Luciano (35:15.891)
That tracks.

Matt (35:19.42)
All right, that's enough on that. got it all. Let's ask some fun questions because why not? Hey,

We saw, and I'm terming the Viking predator, and then we saw the ninja predator, and we saw the Lufwafa World War II predator. What era human have, did we not see that you'd like to see?

Spencer (35:44.798)
Well I said Wild West. Like I'd to see him go against like a Clint Eastwood type.

Matt (35:46.264)
Wild West, yeah.

Luciano (35:51.534)
Do think they would go like do the duel thing at noon? Only the predator is cloaked so he doesn't know the duel started? He's like, fuck, where is the... Shot dead.

Matt (35:56.284)
you

Spencer (35:57.937)
Hehehehehe

Matt (36:01.329)
Cough

Spencer (36:01.95)
Yeah, that sounds on brand.

Luciano (36:05.976)
Yeah, that would have been fun. That would have been fun. Like Wild West would have been fun.

Matt (36:08.956)
How would Wild West human kill the predator with dynamite or nitroglycerin?

Luciano (36:15.874)
Yeah, probably are like a train. Yeah, I was gonna say like just do the full like twirly mustache thing and just time to the tracks like a damsel. Yeah.

Spencer (36:16.488)
Yep.

Matt (36:17.456)
A train.

Matt (36:26.349)
Tyler pressure the tracks

Spencer (36:28.486)
I mean, he already has them. Why go through that much? Why is it black and white in my mind? And like with the words coming up on the screen.

Luciano (36:34.92)
Yeah.

Matt (36:36.672)
It's music and the word comes in. Oh no, predator.

Luciano (36:40.43)
yeah and the part just just yeah yeah it just goes away yeah like medieval medieval times like like two tonic nights

Matt (36:44.098)
Yeah. Yeah. I'd watch that. I'd watch that.

Spencer (36:44.252)
Click, click, click, click, click.

You are one ugly motherfucker you

TING TING TING TING! Yeah... yeah...

Matt (37:02.438)
Yeah, but like, so like how far, how dumbed down does, so the Viking, which is before Teutonic Knights, he had the punchy thing. So what power is not the punchy thing for a predator, but still can have knights and armor, kill them.

Spencer (37:17.086)
I mean, Prey was like...

Matt (37:21.244)
Is supposed to be that time period? Because I feel like Pray was like...

Spencer (37:23.42)
Nope. Actually, yeah.

Luciano (37:24.334)
late 19th century right you said 1800s

Spencer (37:27.582)
Yes, I think so. think it's like, yeah, 18 something. There's like, yeah, there's like humans with like muskets and shit.

Luciano (37:30.958)
Okay.

Matt (37:35.516)
1719

Luciano (37:36.022)
Okay. before, before like.

Spencer (37:39.634)
I was so close late 1800s.

Luciano (37:43.662)
Yeah, it's just 200 years wrong, it's fine.

Matt (37:43.804)
So way, way further in the future.

Spencer (37:47.112)
So, Knights would be cool.

Luciano (37:49.678)
Yeah, I was thinking so to answer your question, like maybe they had a sword, it's a sword like space marines like the like the chain sword. Yeah.

Matt (37:56.87)
Chainsword.

Spencer (37:59.528)
Chainsaw Rude Dope

Matt (38:00.668)
That'd be super cool.

Luciano (38:02.39)
Yeah. And then like, it's kind of a challenge because they're in full plate. like slice through, it's not that easy.

Matt (38:08.865)
I think the humans get the chainsaw from him and that's how they dice him up.

Luciano (38:12.449)
Yeah.

Spencer (38:14.174)
That would be, yeah, of course.

Matt (38:16.058)
I'm here for that.

Luciano (38:16.2)
Or if we're gonna be true to history, he's captured by the church as a demon and burned to the stake. That also works.

Matt (38:23.406)
Mmm. Yeah. Fire. Fire cleanses.

Luciano (38:28.622)
Yes.

Matt (38:30.372)
And the predator couldn't see anybody because the heat vision would be all fucked up because of the fire.

Luciano (38:33.41)
There you go, there you go.

Matt (38:36.7)
There you go. Okay.

Luciano (38:37.152)
What else?

Spencer (38:38.46)
modern day LA.

Matt (38:41.914)
like, like, like, riding LA. It's just going around murdering ICE officers and yeah. Even I know this is wrong.

Luciano (38:42.091)
it modern day right now?

Spencer (38:43.358)
I'm just joking. Yeah. He's writing. He's like, I'm the predator, but I know what's And I know what's Fight the real aliens.

Luciano (38:55.662)
I would watch... Like listen, we kill people but come on.

Matt (39:00.86)
You want to fight an illegal alien, how about me?

Spencer (39:05.212)
Yeah. Yeah. That's what we have beliefs. I wear a cape of skulls and even I think this is crazy. You know, what's it I was thinking like like future. Is that crazy? Or is that too much because like.

Luciano (39:08.974)
that'd be nice, an activist predator.

Yeah.

Matt (39:18.83)
You

Luciano (39:24.706)
Like a-

Matt (39:27.618)
Yeah. I think I want Predator to fight like Pacific Rim Future where he fights a yagger.

Spencer (39:35.1)
Like, that would be crazy.

Luciano (39:36.334)
like they would have like a Mac as well, a Pred Mac.

Matt (39:41.912)
A predator, yeah, a predator, predmech. so humans love robots, predator, huge pile of giant xenomorph, I think was the answer. Yeah, yeah.

Luciano (39:51.982)
I was gonna say, yeah, it's a giant xenomorph, but it's not a robot. It's an actual xenomorph that's his inside. It's just like pulling attendants. Listen, that would be fucking dope.

Spencer (39:52.03)
Take a kaiju!

Matt (39:58.746)
Yeah.

Spencer (39:59.034)
It's just in his brain pressing neurons.

Matt (40:03.58)
Yeah.

Spencer (40:07.386)
I... It would be cool. We'd make a billion dollars. Sorry, is that... Sorry, Disney's calling. Disney, yes? yes, hello. Yes, you do own... When you bought Fox, you got the rights to both Alien Predator. Do you own Pacific Rim? Why... I don't know why you're asking me.

Luciano (40:15.438)
I would watch Jason Statham fighting one on one.

Matt (40:19.036)
haha

Luciano (40:31.702)
Hahaha!

Spencer (40:33.79)
Let me let me have my people let me have a people that's Perry have to talk to paramount about that. you bought paramount what this morning? Well after after the recent Star Trek's they cost $10 Wow, that is a deal Okay, bye. I love you

Matt (40:33.798)
So if we can Google this quickly enough, we can answer the questions. Paramount.

Luciano (40:36.502)
It's paramount, think. I think it's paramount.

Matt (40:40.732)
Perfect, problem solved. Just now. Great.

Luciano (40:43.502)
Just now,

Matt (40:50.14)
That's... Damn, okay. Got

Luciano (40:50.446)
That also tracks. I would watch Jason Statham fight a Predator 101 after the Predator steals his newspaper that he delivers. He is the paper boy. I would watch that.

Matt (41:09.434)
I like the Jason Statham, but I think it's gotta be in the Fast and Furious world where they just, it's, no, like, well, all of them, like, kill the, like, it's a car, like, it's like twisted metal, but like, yeah.

Luciano (41:16.51)
so it's like Hobbs or whatever his name is?

Luciano (41:25.57)
The Fast, the Furious and the Predator.

Spencer (41:25.808)
Spencer (41:29.31)
Like that idea, but it's like the predators just there to race It's just fast the various with the Yeah And then Vin Diesel's like You could have you could have my spine if you beat me he throws the keys in them and the predator catches the keys. He's like Yeah pig slips on the table

Matt (41:32.973)
Yeah.

Luciano (41:34.903)
It has the most souped up car in the history of the world.

Matt (41:38.534)
Yeah

Luciano (41:43.17)
That's.

You

Matt (41:49.798)
The predator is like we race for papers.

Luciano (41:53.146)
Hahaha!

Matt (41:55.29)
Yeah.

Luciano (41:58.146)
That'd be fine. I would watch that.

Matt (42:01.308)
All right, think that's the only areas of humanity that matter.

Spencer (42:07.858)
I I feel like we're missing a big one. I don't know a big era of of action. Roman, guess like Beyonce or pirates.

Luciano (42:10.862)
Which one?

Matt (42:13.926)
Well, I

Luciano (42:14.114)
Like Roman, like Roman era.

Matt (42:20.028)
Pirates, there's a predator, Kraken. He's right, that range is all the way. Yeah, yeah.

Luciano (42:20.494)
nice.

Spencer (42:25.758)
No. Why is it all of sudden a Kregan? He's also in- he's in that brain too?

Luciano (42:32.694)
It's, yeah, it's Davy Jones basically.

Spencer (42:37.01)
I'd like a Voyage of the Demeter style movie with a predator instead of the vampire.

Luciano (42:41.902)
Yeah, okay. That would actually be fun. Yeah, yeah.

Matt (42:42.8)
Actually, that actually could be really fucking cool. Yeah.

Spencer (42:47.616)
It's like, you know, they're all stuck.

Luciano (42:49.582)
And then obviously the predator dies of the black plague, which is how the humans kill him. Norse Curvia.

Matt (42:53.916)
Yeah.

Spencer (42:55.26)
scurvy the predator's like I NEED ORANGES my only weakness might have been seed efficiency he said clickedly

Matt (43:00.636)
Yeah

Luciano (43:01.0)
Hahaha!

Luciano (43:05.707)
You

Yeah.

Matt (43:13.244)
Click click click click, you don't have limes? I could only eat limes.

Spencer (43:15.39)
You are one vitamin deficient. Yeah, you are one vitamin deficient motherfucker

Luciano (43:16.492)
Yeah, he's desperately just asking for oranges.

Matt (43:19.715)
Yeah.

Luciano (43:23.598)
Just the appendage is falling from his face. Yeah, instead of the teeth. Yeah. Just trying to glue it back.

Spencer (43:28.606)
his mandibles sure that goes back on we're using our modern medicine

Matt (43:36.781)
you

Luciano (43:40.59)
Yeah, or leeches.

Matt (43:40.634)
I think the only other...

Spencer (43:42.199)
Yeah

Matt (43:44.156)
I think the only other movie we need is The Predator Fights Jesus and the Apostles.

Luciano (43:50.158)
nice! No, his priority is Judas.

Matt (43:54.54)
That's yes, that's the hook. That's why they fight.

Spencer (43:54.942)
He's just there. Yeah. He's like, you're not gonna sell me. He's like, counts. Judas. Judas, can you lead in the prayer?

Luciano (43:57.368)
Yeah.

The ultimate he's the ultimate coward doesn't even kill him just tattles to the Romans

Matt (44:04.225)
Yeah. Judas, I'm so glad you came for the last supper.

Luciano (44:12.43)
I can never understand what you're saying, but it's always so nice.

Luciano (44:21.559)
Hahaha!

Spencer (44:23.598)
Amazing grass! Woah, wow. The predator's laying down some bars.

Luciano (44:26.776)
Yeah.

Matt (44:28.028)
Ha ha ha ha

All right, thanks Judas.

Spencer (44:32.294)
I mean that that that is good that in predator versus predator the Epstein. All the Steens. Predators is Epstein versus Cosby.

Luciano (44:37.612)
Dabston version?

Matt (44:38.556)
It's all the greatest predators. Weinstein, Epstein. All

Luciano (44:42.232)
Yeah. He get, he, this one, this one, this one dies canceled on the internet. That's how he dies. Basically. Yeah.

You

Matt (44:58.63)
I'm not.

Spencer (45:00.316)
Hey, better not have a simple this drink before we find the. Brothers, I don't know. you? know. Just have a simple cocktail. He's better than.

Luciano (45:04.014)
Yeah.

Luciano (45:09.838)
No, the predator goes no, I'm not fighting you even I have standards

Luciano (45:20.174)
I like I like that the pre the Cosby here is also drunk as fuck Yeah

Matt (45:22.726)
You

Spencer (45:26.238)
Matt (45:28.764)
Someone has to be, hey, let's talk about the predators in a different light. I want to know how predator vision works because here they all have he vision. But like, I feel like the first guy doesn't really have a helmet.

Spencer (45:45.374)
I don't think he has one at all, Should we look up a picture?

Matt (45:48.302)
No.

Luciano (45:48.714)
It still shows him like tagging stuff or...

Matt (45:52.892)
I'll look up a picture of him. Yeah.

Spencer (45:53.598)
Yeah, they show his POV, and he has like a user interface kind of thing.

Luciano (45:58.498)
A HUD, yeah, it has a heads up display sort of, yeah.

Spencer (46:03.39)
So either they have, either he does have a mask or they have contact lenses.

Luciano (46:11.11)
That's more advanced than what we see in the 80s. That doesn't sound right.

Matt (46:13.318)
Sure.

Spencer (46:18.75)
Yeah, cause I remember in like the original Predator, he takes off his helmet at the end when he's fighting Arnold and it's like just like a blur. Yeah. And there's like a light basically, which is where Arnold is. And that is basically.

Luciano (46:25.196)
It's just a blur. Yeah, yeah.

Matt (46:32.334)
Yeah. Like, so looking at the scene again, he's wearing a metal, like, he's wearing a helmet, but it's like wearing a metal helmet like knights would have worn metal. Like there's no indication of like a light or anything coming from him to give him. So like, does that mean that he just sees heat vision normally?

Luciano (46:38.808)
So maybe he does have one.

Spencer (46:47.88)
Sore the-

Spencer (46:52.51)
What do you have in the HUD?

Matt (46:54.264)
Yeah, that's the thing, right? Yes, it's reading out to him. That's his that's why he's so dumb. All his brain is reserved for powering the HUD.

Spencer (46:55.472)
Is a natural HUD?

Luciano (46:57.678)
So maybe that's the evolution. It's not in the tech, it's in the brains. So the initial ones didn't have big brains, so he's like, me must smash. And that's all he could do. And then they get progressively a bit more like.

Spencer (47:01.256)
for a third?

Spencer (47:14.758)
Me must smash sounds like me at the Predator bachelor party.

Matt (47:17.852)
Am I right? That's space cocaine is a hell of a drug.

Luciano (47:18.158)
Which one? Which one? Stays in space YouTube

Spencer (47:19.998)
Am I right guys? happens in space? What happens in space Vegas? Stasis. But that makes me think are the masks basically just like their glasses? Like everybody gets prescription masks.

Matt (47:26.108)
Yeah.

Matt (47:37.34)
Cause like the, yeah, like Luftwaffe, cause like Luftwaffe Predator is, is it in his like covered eye or is it like the ship doing it? Yeah. Eye patch. Yeah. So that's like that huds in his eye patch.

Luciano (47:40.046)
It goes to the optometrist.

Spencer (47:41.886)
Yeah.

Luciano (47:48.568)
No, he has like a, he has an eye patch hood.

Spencer (47:55.58)
Yeah, because like the Predator vision in the end of the first movie you couldn't even look at a screen and see buttons.

Luciano (47:55.854)
Yeah.

Luciano (48:01.516)
Yeah.

Matt (48:01.562)
No, he had no idea. He was blind as shit. Right. Okay.

Spencer (48:03.506)
Yeah.

Luciano (48:06.026)
It's not like he was hurt or anything, it's just when he removes the mask his vision is just garbage. Yeah.

Spencer (48:10.652)
You literally see it, it's like the mask is fine and it's like his POV, the mask starts to go up and you see it go from like what he sees to drunk goggles.

Matt (48:15.364)
Yeah. That's right. It goes to like, blurred shit. Yeah. Because like in Predator 2 with Danny Glover, like the Predator has like, he has like different vision options at his helmet, right? He goes from the heat one. Does he have the first one? I feel like it's more common in the anyways, but yeah, so they like, I'm just curious where it's coming from. And it's tech.

Luciano (48:16.654)
Yeah.

Just nonsense, it's nonsense. Yeah.

Luciano (48:30.646)
In the first one too, right? He switches at one point in the first one. Yeah, yeah. If I remember correctly.

Luciano (48:41.836)
Yeah, maybe in the past it was powered by their brains. That's why the first one is so dumb.

Matt (48:45.455)
Sure. Yeah.

Spencer (48:46.11)
So they have like Apple glasses. What's the glasses now? The Google lens?

Luciano (48:50.114)
Vision Pro. it's not Google lens anymore. It's another name. But yeah Because Google Google lens is the old one, isn't it? No Apple yeah, he has hit to to honey crisp apples for us

Matt (48:50.128)
The Ray-Bans? Yeah.

Matt (48:56.592)
Yeah.

Spencer (49:00.014)
Apple eyes? I've got apple eyes! The future is now, baby!

Matt (49:01.86)
It's... No, it's the...

It's the Ray-Ban Meta glasses, the Meta AI glasses, if you will.

Luciano (49:13.282)
There you go.

Spencer (49:13.754)
Metaglasses.

So is that what they're Whoa. I mean, you're right. Pat Benning. I mean, allegedly. I'm patting that.

Luciano (49:17.539)
That tracks because Zuckerberg is a predator for sure.

Matt (49:20.39)
Yep. Yeah.

Matt (49:35.099)
Yeah.

Spencer (49:35.954)
So does that mean like that you think they use those masks for like VR games?

Matt (49:40.762)
I like every day, like, like they can't even do the accounting predator can't even do accounting without his fucking heat seeking.

Luciano (49:43.406)
Yeah, it's like...

Spencer (49:46.974)
Giant

Luciano (49:47.872)
It was in the account. The accounting predator has it in his visor, not on the mask. Yeah.

Matt (49:51.546)
Yeah, he just pulled it down. Okay.

Spencer (49:55.142)
I mean, that makes sense. They never evolved. Their eyes.

Matt (50:00.358)
That's either guess or not. You don't need to. So this stuff tells into another question I had. Like overall, every predator seems to have a different kit when they go hunting. How do they select their gear? Is it like take the best shit you got or like, is it just like take the tool for the job to make it risky or like the coolest kill? you know, is it like predator twitch that they...

Luciano (50:00.654)
Yeah.

Spencer (50:28.509)
I mean there's

Luciano (50:28.726)
Yeah, there you go. I think that I think you nailed it. Yeah. The chat selects your gear. Basically, you're live streaming the whole time. Blaze, Blaze here.

Matt (50:31.26)
Yeah.

Spencer (50:31.73)
what you hear live streaming?

Spencer (50:37.16)
Hey guys, it's Blaze here, just throw your weapon in the chat, I'm gonna pick the top three.

Luciano (50:45.678)
No, biggest donation, the biggest bits donation.

Matt (50:49.466)
Yeah, yeah.

Spencer (50:49.5)
Yeah, yeah, the biggest yeah, the word to donate the most Bitcoin is gonna get no Bitcoin From predators you've been going For preto coin The liver is what is most pedo coin

Luciano (50:54.35)
Not Bitcoin bits! It's... Yeah, they would do Bitcoin. They would do Bitcoin.

Matt (50:55.992)
Yeah. Now.

Predator coin.

Yeah, for... Peto coin! Let's just go for it.

Luciano (51:04.589)
Beetle coin? I hated that we thought of the same thing.

Matt (51:15.108)
Yeah

Luciano (51:15.406)
Ha

Spencer (51:15.55)
I'm gonna pick their weapon and we're gonna do this live stream. Don't forget to like and subscribe!

Luciano (51:21.421)
Yeah. If you wanna choose my gun, it's five bits. If you wanna choose a melee weapon, it's 10. If you wanna choose my ship, it's 100. Let's go.

Spencer (51:31.28)
If you want me to do little emote dance, that's extra. If me to floss, I don't know any of other dances.

Matt (51:34.012)
Yeah

Luciano (51:39.886)
I can see that. But I think that's what it is. Hey, Chad, I'm about to go kill this idiot and then dies because that's all that happens.

Matt (51:41.35)
Yeah, great job.

Spencer (51:43.208)
But yeah, I do think

Spencer (51:51.23)
You know he dies on the Twitch stream everyone's like owned RF-OFL. F's and chat yeah yeah. Noob sauce. RIP Joe Rogan still says that. But I do think based on the evidence like they definitely arm themselves for a not a fair fight.

Matt (51:55.108)
You

Luciano (51:55.731)
Yeah, F's in chat, F's in chat.

Matt (52:02.425)
RIP, Redditor.

Luciano (52:04.372)
Nice.

Matt (52:18.268)
We'll be right back.

Luciano (52:18.55)
for sure.

Spencer (52:19.314)
but for a fairer fight because if they wanted to they could bomb them from space right if they really which one to kill them so it's like they want

Luciano (52:24.579)
Yeah.

Luciano (52:28.162)
The token effort of saying, see, I'm trying. Yeah. Yeah.

Spencer (52:30.686)
Yeah, they needed this for bragging rights, right? So it's like I killed like like John Wick, you he's like I killed him with a pencil. They'd be like, damn predator, you're you're bobo. Yeah, yeah, but boy, John Boyega. But I'm Bob and I got what is it? Damn, you're John Boyega. That's.

Luciano (52:44.236)
What? Boyega, yes. You're John Boyega. That's the John Boyega now. It's John Boyega now. That's the highest praise, highest praise in thread of the world. Yeah.

Matt (52:44.334)
John Boyega, the Fredditor. It's John Boyega now. Got him.

That is like the Oscar of the Fred or John Boyega award.

Spencer (53:00.302)
all over. But yeah, I think that they like, because like they kind of matched. Like I didn't know if it was like their weapons were evolving over time, or they're using weaponry that matched the era to I mean the situation, right?

Luciano (53:05.582)
You

Matt (53:22.396)
the situation.

Luciano (53:24.59)
or just whatever they like to, or maybe a combination of things.

Matt (53:28.176)
Well, it's like the airplane predator, the Luftwaffe predator, like clearly he went with like a specific idea in his head, right?

Luciano (53:32.312)
Yeah.

Luciano (53:37.58)
Yeah, it's literally hunting the airplanes more than anything else. Yeah.

Matt (53:40.22)
Yeah, yeah, he wasn't like attacking a battle battleship, right? Even though he could probably sink one.

Spencer (53:40.806)
Yeah, and with like with like analog. It was very analog like weaponry to like it was like spears with rope like he definitely had gun technology through more advanced than the humans were. So they would at least have.

Luciano (53:44.269)
Yeah.

Matt (53:54.396)
Yeah.

Luciano (53:54.862)
Yeah, and he never shot any ships or anything. He was just trying to blow up the planes.

Spencer (54:04.606)
They're just trying to get like cool kills like you have like a streamer it's like 360 360 no scope Hey guys! I'm about to 360 no scope this guy It's click click blaze, preto blaze I'm gonna kill this guy using a rope and a spear Like and subscribe!

Matt (54:07.856)
Yeah.

Luciano (54:10.336)
Yeah. Yeah.

Matt (54:14.404)
Yeah

Luciano (54:14.814)
Hahaha!

Matt (54:17.453)
It's click click blaze.

Matt (54:22.886)
You

Matt (54:32.901)
All right.

I think the only other question we really have to answer here is like, well, like why are the predators stealing everybody? This of predator, whatever, like why are they banking all the predators in a...

Spencer (54:50.686)
Mm-hmm.

Matt (54:57.744)
Locker, a fucking deep freeze.

Spencer (55:00.008)
Well, seems like they, that's a good question, the easy answer is like, well, they obviously freeze them so they could thaw them and fight them in this arena. But why didn't, like the prey girl was in there longer than the, the Viking was the longest, but the prey girl was in there longer than the pilot guy. So.

Luciano (55:10.382)
Yeah.

Matt (55:18.694)
Well, the Viking would have been the longest.

Luciano (55:26.038)
Yeah, so why not talk to her for, yeah.

Spencer (55:28.346)
Yeah, it's not like it's like just whoever they did first. So clearly they have some greater plan for her.

Matt (55:35.715)
Yeah. Cause like Danny Glover is in there somewhere. Like what's their plan with him? Yeah.

Spencer (55:40.872)
Presumably.

Luciano (55:41.006)
And Arnie's there too, probably.

Matt (55:47.461)
Like are they?

Spencer (55:48.518)
Is Adrian Brody there?

Matt (55:51.708)
No. I don't know.

Luciano (55:52.415)
And are there only, is it only humans that are there or do they have other?

Spencer (55:55.686)
No, they showed, I think they showed like an alien one.

Matt (55:58.992)
Yeah. But like they don't have a xenomorph in there, do they?

Spencer (56:00.254)
Like, maybe they do.

Luciano (56:04.386)
That'd be fucked the moment he's on Todd Everyone's dead

Spencer (56:09.037)
Why?

Luciano (56:10.527)
acid for blood.

Matt (56:10.652)
That's the first Alien vs Predator.

Luciano (56:14.092)
Yeah.

Spencer (56:16.094)
Predators only aliens, unless they don't have their technology, which case they're literally useless. Is Ripley from Aliens in there too?

Matt (56:21.926)
dead. But like I just like

Luciano (56:27.288)
There you go. That is a good question. Probably not.

Spencer (56:29.436)
or or not at that point because the aliens in the future.

Luciano (56:33.922)
Yeah, that's true.

Matt (56:33.936)
Yeah. Maybe. like it's, it's.

Luciano (56:37.496)
But like what, but, is it like to just do more of the like three person gladiator matches? That seems kind of lame with how many people they seem to have there.

Matt (56:46.554)
Yeah, and what are they, like said, what are they waiting for? Like, they're storing prey for a rainy day or like a hype match or like when the fucking subscribers are down?

Luciano (56:56.693)
Hahaha

Spencer (56:57.79)
Maybe they're like conservationists too, like they're like, we gotta keep some humans in case they get endangered from overhunting.

Luciano (57:07.244)
They? I don't, yeah. Yes, the American predators are worried about conservation.

Spencer (57:13.468)
Well, this is just an alternative. Maybe these are not American. Maybe they're Swedish. Famous conservationists, the Swedener. And they're trying to keep some on ice just in case. It's very plausible.

Matt (57:24.988)
Great.

Luciano (57:27.63)
Matt (57:34.662)
So you keep the ones that get best integrate with predator society.

Spencer (57:39.836)
What? No! You're talking about predators!

Matt (57:42.522)
No, the humans.

Spencer (57:44.335)
No, they're like they they keep the humans on ice and then if they over hunt them like let's say they accidentally blow up earth

Matt (57:48.476)
Yep, but why are they only but why they only keeping the pre the humans that kill predators?

Spencer (57:54.376)
because they want good humans to breed more humans that are also good at fighting for more hunting.

Luciano (58:05.688)
Boy, their scientists are weird.

Spencer (58:07.726)
Well, what if they accidentally blow up earth when one of them guys? friggin kamikaze explodes Well, they almost knew they nuked earth kind of in the first predator

Matt (58:11.708)
Let's have a nuke.

What do mean, kind of? They 100 % nuked the earth.

Spencer (58:20.838)
Yeah, they nuked the earth. So imagine like they decide to a bachelor party on earth instead of on,

Luciano (58:21.196)
The 100 % there,

Matt (58:25.724)
Didn't they nuke the earth in the first Alien vs Predator?

Luciano (58:29.634)
Yeah, they did.

Spencer (58:30.046)
Yeah, so they've already nuked you twice, so destroying the human race is definitely on the table.

Matt (58:32.644)
I don't, I'm going to challenge your notion that they're trying to keep the human race alive. What with all the nukes they let off.

Luciano (58:37.134)
Exactly. Yeah.

Spencer (58:41.936)
No, they're not trying to save the human race like for morality. They're just saying, oops, if we accidentally blow up earth, we want to have some humans on the side just in case.

Luciano (58:44.206)
I

Luciano (58:50.722)
Why? So that they don't get chased off by the space police?

Spencer (58:55.836)
No, so they can have something to hunt, you know, because they like hunting humans.

Luciano (59:00.462)
Mmm.

Matt (59:01.852)
So they're like, they're afraid they got to run out of humans.

Spencer (59:07.411)
possible.

Luciano (59:10.368)
I think it's more likely that they're saving enough to make like a squid game type deal with the humans.

Matt (59:15.398)
Can I, well, let's see, the predators can't think of that. They're focused on killing. I do, I do, I do wanna ask, so they're gonna keep anybody who kills a predator, they'll snatch up and keep on ice.

Spencer (59:15.614)
See, that's too cool.

That's too cool of an idea. These are dumb ideas only.

Luciano (59:19.874)
That's fair. That's fair. My bad.

Spencer (59:25.15)
Mm-hmm

Luciano (59:33.677)
Mm-hmm.

Luciano (59:40.227)
Yes.

Matt (59:40.986)
And so how many times have predators been to Earth? I guess all the other things in there are like, they're not just humans. So it's not like the...

Spencer (59:48.208)
No. Anytime a predator loses, they say they flip the game board. They say, I'm not playing anymore. Then they free them. Yeah, that's a crime. Maybe they're putting them on trial.

Matt (59:52.09)
you

Luciano (59:56.355)
Yeah.

Matt (59:59.502)
Earth is too dangerous with these predator killers.

Luciano (59:59.862)
I'm s- How- How dare you kill one of us when we were hunting to kill you!

Matt (01:00:07.9)
Yeah. Oh, maybe that's jail. Yeah. And those three, they went through the trial. They were found guilty by a jury of not their peers. And so they were sentenced to just keep losing. I don't know why.

Spencer (01:00:15.486)
Mmm.

Luciano (01:00:15.758)
9 to 0 every time.

Spencer (01:00:20.7)
Maybe that's actually a better idea. So maybe they were found guilty of like not fairly killing them.

Luciano (01:00:24.143)
and maybe the guy that got his neck blown was his lawyer. They their lawyer. That's why. He lost the case and got his head blown off and now they have to fight.

Matt (01:00:26.534)
Predicide.

Matt (01:00:31.58)
Hmm

Spencer (01:00:36.614)
Now I'm just a small town predator alien. I'm no big city predator, but my clients are innocent. Okay, self-defense, but maybe in the predator courts, like, has to be an honorable one-on-one fight. So like Arnold beat him fair, like one-on-one, whereas the ninjas, they two-manned him.

Luciano (01:00:38.094)
Exactly! There you go.

Matt (01:00:40.656)
Yeah

Matt (01:00:47.548)
They were acting in self-defense.

Luciano (01:01:02.466)
Yeah, but Urs I killed him alone.

Matt (01:01:02.556)
Okay.

Spencer (01:01:05.36)
Well, Urs is a woman.

Matt (01:01:07.792)
Yeah, guilty. Predator rules. Don't put it on us.

Luciano (01:01:07.95)
Wow. Holy shit. Holy shit. You don't count. It doesn't count you're a woman. You must have cheated somehow.

Spencer (01:01:09.0)
Hey, Predator's patriarchy, okay? Stop, stop my court! Yeah, exactly. Do you see Predator women? I don't.

Luciano (01:01:23.028)
That's true. That is true.

Matt (01:01:23.164)
And then Tora, Tora is self-explanatory. Yeah.

Luciano (01:01:26.925)
Yes.

Spencer (01:01:29.438)
He's a pilot.

Luciano (01:01:30.796)
No, his commander killed himself for no reason. Cheating. Yeah.

Spencer (01:01:35.592)
That's cheating.

Matt (01:01:36.764)
He made his commander kill himself.

Spencer (01:01:39.228)
No, he didn't kill the predator, his plane killed the predator.

Luciano (01:01:41.738)
Yeah, it wasn't him. He used tools. can use tools. What? No. Yeah.

Matt (01:01:43.014)
Right.

Spencer (01:01:46.611)
No.

If you use tools, you're a tool. Guilty.

Matt (01:01:49.436)
I liked it better when I said it was self-explanatory. We didn't have to explain it. It's all going downhill from there. It's the, Okay, no, it's fair. So they're all just, the Predator legal system's really backed up and they're just awaiting trial.

Spencer (01:01:55.71)
It was so explanatory

Luciano (01:01:59.086)
You know, we needed to take five minutes to explain every single instance of it. Yeah.

Spencer (01:02:09.458)
Yes. Yes.

Luciano (01:02:10.978)
Yeah. So that's the small cases court. That's what that was. OK. Yeah. Sure.

Matt (01:02:14.288)
Yeah, small claims. Like if someone was to like kill a bunch of predators, it'd be done right away. That's Big Trolley.

Spencer (01:02:23.408)
a big trial. That's for the Xenomorph.

Matt (01:02:26.96)
Yeah. Like, yeah. Instant trial. Yeah.

Spencer (01:02:28.03)
The xenomorph that killed like 10 predators.

Luciano (01:02:30.083)
I see, yeah. They got Supreme Court immediately.

Spencer (01:02:34.078)
and he he uh... he defends himself the big mouth is guilty I'm innocent the friend is like this molo

Luciano (01:02:41.734)
Just the little mouth goes, not guilty. Of course, of course. What my client means is...

Matt (01:02:43.841)
Yeah, the little mouse in charge of the corporate city 100%.

Matt (01:02:52.25)
Ha ha ha ha.

Matt (01:02:56.454)
Yeah

Luciano (01:03:00.428)
Yeah.

Matt (01:03:01.156)
Yeah

Spencer (01:03:03.6)
What my big city lawyer, Big Mouth over here. You keep that close. Let me handle this.

Luciano (01:03:06.186)
You

Matt (01:03:12.604)
All right. I have one final question. I'm curious. saw when the predators pick up Torres from like the garage, when they leave, there's crop circles left in the ground behind the garage. And it leads me to the question, the obvious question. What are the conspiracies on earth are the predators responsible for? Like, clearly they killed JFK. That's their thing. Right?

Luciano (01:03:23.81)
Yeah.

Spencer (01:03:36.05)
Ha ha!

Luciano (01:03:36.115)
and Abe Lincoln. The coincidences are too big for it not to be the same group of people.

Matt (01:03:40.348)
It's fair.

Spencer (01:03:43.742)
I picture John Wilkes Booth, he's just the same exact thing, everything's the same, but it's just Predator in the top hat. He's like, shot in the back of the head, he's got a gun! Yeah. Same old, old timey mustache again, and then a little top hat.

Matt (01:03:46.492)
Yeah, yeah can't mess with the shoulder care

Luciano (01:03:46.648)
Yeah.

Luciano (01:03:51.694)
No, he uses it he uses he uses the shoulder cannon that's how he shot shut shut Exactly. There you go

Luciano (01:04:06.596)
Yeah, yeah.

Matt (01:04:09.264)
There's no way that they could have said like an alien killed president. So they invented John Wilkes Booth. Yeah.

Spencer (01:04:13.47)
Yeah, and JFK dude, he's like on the, well that's also the reason why I was such a mystery, the bullet. There was two shooters. One was a predator, the other one was a shoulder cannon on the hill.

Matt (01:04:23.605)
Yeah, same time. solved.

Luciano (01:04:23.766)
Yeah, yeah, think it's also fair to say that They're responsible for 9-11. Yeah Everybody knows that jet fuel doesn't melt steel beams Come on. Come on. Yeah, exactly That's basically No, xenomorph blood xenomorph blood. There you go That's what happened

Spencer (01:04:26.248)
Perfect. The perfect crime.

Matt (01:04:31.132)
9-11

Spencer (01:04:32.634)
Yeah.

Spencer (01:04:38.27)
It doesn't predator fuel does Actually, you know what, know what melts steel beams You know what melts steel beams, you know more exactly that was a zeta more of inside job

Matt (01:04:40.016)
You know who can better reveal. Yep. That's space cocaine actually.

Space cocaine.

yep. Yep.

Luciano (01:04:52.95)
No, was a predator ship that crashed there and the xenomorph blood that was inside from xenomorphs melted the beams. That's how happened.

Spencer (01:04:58.622)
Hmm.

Matt (01:05:00.252)
Makes sense. Yeah, okay.

Spencer (01:05:01.992)
but also.

Luciano (01:05:02.318)
also the space lasers obviously

Spencer (01:05:06.536)
Nah, that's us.

Luciano (01:05:08.686)
Shh! He doesn't know. That's us!

Spencer (01:05:09.438)
Yeah, I predator Wink not the Steens Not the bird Harvey Weinstein He's a predator The gay frogs

Matt (01:05:13.916)
But not the Steens. Not those predators.

Luciano (01:05:19.66)
No, Predator, Predatorberg.

Matt (01:05:25.444)
Yeah

Luciano (01:05:26.71)
Yeah, there you go. There you go.

Matt (01:05:28.75)
Yeah, it's definitely them. Yeah.

Luciano (01:05:35.48)
Yeah, they're the ones putting fluorine in the water, is what you're saying? Okay. Yeah. I think Alex Jones is just also a producer.

Spencer (01:05:38.886)
Yep. Mm-hmm.

Spencer (01:05:44.818)
You have to elaborate. Which guy? mean, yeah. Clarify, Can he be both? Yeah, I mean, the list. That actually is that's a canon. They made the pyramids and the alien vs. predator.

Luciano (01:05:46.902)
Do I? Really? Which kind of relative? So not elaborate but clarify.

Matt (01:05:54.62)
Is he a steen predator or a space predator?

Luciano (01:05:58.126)
It's more like a... yeah.

Matt (01:06:04.454)
pyramids? Is that the predators?

Matt (01:06:10.688)
shit that is, yeah, you're right. God damn it. Fucking Alien Wars Predator. Fucking movie.

Spencer (01:06:15.538)
Damn you see they are they are responsible for all the world's conspiracies and I personally think that they were the ones who created Bitcoin

Luciano (01:06:15.886)
Yeah, yeah.

Matt (01:06:19.74)
There we go, we've proven it.

Matt (01:06:25.284)
It's Predator coin. Pred coin.

Luciano (01:06:25.696)
and NFT.

Spencer (01:06:28.03)
That's not a conspiracy, they just made NFTs. And it was just a business.

Luciano (01:06:30.946)
Yes. Yeah, they made billions, but you

Spencer (01:06:36.515)
Mm-hmm. And who, and who, and who, who gave them that money?

Matt (01:06:37.7)
Just ask Spencer.

Luciano (01:06:41.996)
You.

Matt (01:06:46.108)
Alright.

Matt (01:06:52.378)
God. Let's review this movie. Standard reviewing system. S is the highest, F is the lowest. Some letters in between also exist. Luciano, why don't you take a crack at it first.

Luciano (01:06:52.397)
Yeah

Luciano (01:07:06.47)
I didn't know what to expect when we went in. I obviously knew it was going to be a Predator movie, but I didn't know it was going to be like the anthology format or anything. Called me by surprise, but not in a bad way. Honestly, thought the animation kind of took me a while to get used to it. It was pretty janky in the beginning. Yeah, it was like stop motiony, but it didn't seem like it was on purpose. But then I got used to it, so.

Spencer (01:07:26.142)
Hmm?

Spencer (01:07:31.58)
It was like, it was like a, you know, Spider-Man, cross Spider-Verse style.

Luciano (01:07:35.338)
Yeah, but not well done. Not as well done at least, but overall I had...

Spencer (01:07:37.872)
Not as well, that's top tier.

Matt (01:07:41.506)
Yeah, you gotta shortchange a lot of people to get that Spider-Man animation.

Spencer (01:07:45.438)
Hey topical. Topical.

Luciano (01:07:45.514)
Yeah, true. Anyway, I had fun watching the movie. really it was like, I guess because I enjoyed the Japan part so much, like the World War Two part was kind of a let down a little bit. And the ending, I just thought it was a bit rushed. Like, I think he was sad and mad that he felt like they didn't really know how to necessarily finish the movie.

Maybe another, I don't know, 15 minutes of movie with a different ending might have been better. But overall I had fun. I think it's solid B for me. Like a fun movie, I would watch it again actually, just to watch the action scenes if nothing else. I'll skip the third part though.

Matt (01:08:31.068)
So the entire movie basically. Spencer.

Luciano (01:08:33.742)
Yeah, exactly.

Spencer (01:08:36.99)
Yeah, I mean I I didn't talk about this during the show too much But I am a predator like predator one Arnold is probably my top Definitely my top five like favorite movies. It is fucking so good. So NF and I've been spurned spurned Spurt Is that the word but I've been

Matt (01:08:53.158)
Perfect.

Luciano (01:08:54.382)
Stick around.

Matt (01:09:00.4)
I don't know. What are you trying to say? can't.

Luciano (01:09:01.326)
How do words work?

Matt (01:09:04.752)
H-Hangybird?

Spencer (01:09:06.078)
I've been spurred in the past by many Predator films. I've been excited for, I was excited for AVP, AVP 2 Requiem, The Predator, which was one of the worst movie going experiences ever. And yeah, when I saw this,

Luciano (01:09:07.68)
Sperm... Sperm? I've been sperm'd in the past.

Yeah, that tracks.

Matt (01:09:13.828)
I think... burned?

Matt (01:09:23.034)
That was your mistake.

Luciano (01:09:23.095)
Yeah.

Matt (01:09:28.282)
the worst.

Spencer (01:09:35.474)
I was like, this looks cool. And when I watched it, I was like, you know what? The predators have to be much more than this. know, it's fucking, this is what I'm here for. You know, I don't need it to be like super deep. It's just like, I like it when it's just the primal, you know, man versus predator, you know? Yeah, fuck you. But you know what I mean? Like, and like seeing the different eras, like I,

Luciano (01:09:54.894)
Coward. Men vs. Coward.

Spencer (01:10:04.542)
Like it was, the only thing is like it was a little rushed because they're such short, you know, like it's like, oh, introduce the predator very quickly, fight, kill the predator, rinse and repeat. And when the movie started, I was like, is it gonna be weird if like they all beat the predator and it'll make the predator seem like a little chump? But they didn't, the predator was done so well that it was just like, it almost felt like they got lucky or like they just

barely beat him every time and it was done well. I thought it was really awesome. I hope there's more. I like the direction this predator universe is going because the guy who made this also made prey, right? Track, track and burst. So it's all that's why it's like his he's taken the predator franchise and actually doing good things with it. Very exciting. He's doing predator badlands too, which I'm a little bit worried because it seems like the main character is a predator.

Luciano (01:10:47.521)
cool.

Matt (01:10:54.682)
He's doing badlands, right?

Spencer (01:11:02.526)
WOOOO

Luciano (01:11:02.978)
Yeah, I don't know how that would work

Matt (01:11:05.084)
That's fine. This guy's had two movies that have been good. Let's give him the better of the doubt at this point.

Spencer (01:11:09.386)
That's what I'm exactly that's what I'm feeling. So I'm excited for the first time in a long time. I'm excited for the Predator franchise I Liked this is not totally off topic, but I liked alien Romulus. I'm excited for the alien franchise it's good time good time to be a month an alien monster that kills people Nonstop long story short. I give it a B as well. I agree with my fellow chump

Luciano (01:11:37.614)
You

Matt (01:11:39.622)
Got him. I, I'm going to, I think I'm going to start reviewing based on vibes and try to explain it you that way rather than give my actual wordy opinion because who gives a shit? brain go off, predator go kill, kill, kill, human kill predator, rinse, repeat, happy. No, no think.

Spencer (01:11:40.339)
That is all.

Spencer (01:12:00.447)
Me no think.

Matt (01:12:03.642)
Me no think, me brain low power, me happy. B.

Spencer (01:12:05.822)
you

Luciano (01:12:07.854)
Fair. All right. Were 343 having the same score all around? Yeah, he did.

Spencer (01:12:08.926)
dopamine

Matt (01:12:10.396)
Don't put me up.

Spencer (01:12:15.806)
Did he say B?

Matt (01:12:17.168)
Yeah, we need Chris to come back to mix this up and just give it a random F for no reason.

Luciano (01:12:20.886)
Yeah, yeah, the action was fun, we had so much fun watching this but he was a shitty parent, F.

Spencer (01:12:21.308)
Yeah, yeah...

Spencer (01:12:29.551)
Where are those kids?

Matt (01:12:29.756)
Torres didn't have enough parental guidance. Okay, so that means we're on to the final part where we talk about the next show and the next, the next, well, like the next one we're going to watch, maybe next show.

Luciano (01:12:30.924)
Yeah.

Luciano (01:12:35.107)
Yeah.

Spencer (01:12:42.867)
show.

Spencer (01:12:46.27)
I thought you meant like next TV show we're gonna watch. I was like, what are you talking about? Never, that's why I was confused.

Matt (01:12:48.724)
Why don't we watch TV shows? What are you talking about? What are you talking about Spencer? One time, one time I watched a TV show. I don't even know if that was on this podcast or the old one. Anyways, we are going to watch, I don't know who should be. Let's see here. do we got? Oh yeah.

Luciano (01:12:50.402)
When was the last...

mean, we did watch one Doctor Who episode a while ago.

Luciano (01:13:00.959)
It wasn't this one.

Luciano (01:13:09.166)
All right, he's speaking it live, ladies and gentlemen.

Matt (01:13:12.156)
As always, it's the Stanley Tucci vehicle, the founder of youth.

Spencer (01:13:12.288)
that's exciting!

Luciano (01:13:17.242)
no.

Matt (01:13:19.899)
You're welcome.

I know, so that's why we have to watch it. It's a Guy Ritchie directed John Krasinski and Natalie Portman movie. And you think if you have John Krasinski and Natalie Portman in movie, they would be love interests. Don't worry guys and girls, they're brother sisters, so this is gonna be a fucking treat.

Spencer (01:13:24.488)
R.I.P.

Spencer (01:13:37.084)
Hey, in this day and age, that doesn't mean they're not love interests.

Luciano (01:13:39.777)
Yeah

Matt (01:13:42.222)
Okay, this yeah, it's an Apple TV plus release.

Luciano (01:13:44.629)
on that lovely note.

Spencer (01:13:49.566)
Ooh, lot of red flags here.

Luciano (01:13:52.398)
What was... The last one we watched was Wolfs, which wasn't horrible.

Matt (01:13:53.84)
Also,

OOPS. Main characters include John Krasinski, Nellie Portman, Isa Gonzalez, and Dom Noghleeson.

Luciano (01:14:08.618)
Okay, not solid cast. That doesn't mean anything but solid cast.

Matt (01:14:10.574)
But I don't know. How bad could it be?

Spencer (01:14:14.6)
Guy Ricci directing, meaning it could be good. Or not.

Matt (01:14:17.82)
Well, the last garbage you've ever watched was the Gaird whatever operation. Operation. No, no. Oh, oh, no, it was generally warfare. We watched a lot. It was Operation. What was it? Operation. The fuck was that? God, for a second, it had fucking Jason States a minute.

Spencer (01:14:25.192)
Gare? League of Extraordinary Gentlemen?

Spencer (01:14:31.89)
Gentlemenly Warfare

Luciano (01:14:40.718)
trying to look here at the list. the beekeeper?

Matt (01:14:46.209)
No, no, was Guy Ritchie movie. What the fuck was it called?

Spencer (01:14:50.29)
Was it Snatch?

Matt (01:14:52.508)
I mean it was. Are you having a stroke?

Luciano (01:14:54.338)
The beekeeper? No. The beekeeper? I'm looking at the list.

Spencer (01:14:55.784)
You just said that!

Was it... The Treekeeper?

Matt (01:15:03.708)
Where's his IMDB? The Treekeeper? Operation Fortune rules the game.

Luciano (01:15:04.28)
Satan?

When did we watch it? Do remember?

wow, that was a while ago.

Matt (01:15:16.092)
Yeah, 2023. You probably liked it from your brain like any smart man, but Spencer is technically correct. The most recent Guy Rishi movie watch was Operation Warfare. Yeah. Well, my favorite kind of movie Brain Go Off. Brain immediately erased footage from Brain. New Space!

Spencer (01:15:16.862)
Did I watch that too?

Luciano (01:15:19.416)
Probably didn't.

Luciano (01:15:24.874)
and gentlemanly warfare. Which was good!

Spencer (01:15:27.825)
and forgettable.

Luciano (01:15:31.438)
Hahaha!

Spencer (01:15:32.488)
Yes.

Spencer (01:15:36.318)
Movie enjoyed. Control out the lead.

Matt (01:15:40.614)
We'll be a jive. Score deleted, brain deleted. Whoops.
