OM DENNE EPISODE
Welcome back to the "Map The Gap" podcast. Join your host, Greg Little, CEO and Founder of Grodivo.ai, as he sits down with a titan of the tech industry: Mark Sunday, the former global CIO and SVP of Oracle, and current Chair of Grodivo.ai's Board of Advisors.
Today, Mark pulls back the curtain on the harsh realities of massive M&A integrations. We discuss how Oracle centralized its global operations, why keeping a startup's "mojo" alive is the hardest part of an acquisition, and the massive shifts required to move to the cloud. Mark explains why you can recover from a bad decision but never from indecision, and why alignment is truly the "operating system" of any business—metrics that finally belong in the boardroom. Let’s get back into it.
