OM DENNE EPISODE
What if the biggest thing holding you back in business isn't your strategy, but a nervous system stuck in survival mode?
In this episode of Inside The Speakeasy, Eric Berman sits down with Heather Esposito, Money Relationship Coach, who explores the powerful connection between nervous system regulation, human design, and financial success. After overcoming severe depression, suicidal ideation, burnout, and multiple entrepreneurial challenges, Heather dedicated her career to understanding how our bodies, minds, and energy systems influence the way we show up in business and life. From building a nationally recognized allergen-friendly bakery featured on Cupcake Wars to coaching alongside Tony Robbins' team, her journey has been anything but conventional.
Key Takeaways:
→ High performance without nervous system support frequently leads to burnout, overwhelm, and frustration.
→ Human design offers a framework for understanding how different people are naturally wired to work, communicate, and make decisions.
→ Success becomes easier when business strategies align with your natural energy rather than forcing yourself into someone else's blueprint.
→ Many entrepreneurs unknowingly operate in a constant state of fight-or-flight, which can negatively impact decision-making, creativity, and overall well-being.
→ Sustainable success comes from creating safety, trust, and alignment within yourself before trying to scale externally.
Heather Esposito is a Money Relationship and Human Design Coach, bestselling author, Body Code Practitioner, and SSP Practitioner. She helps smart, heart-centered women build lives and businesses that do not trigger them by addressing trapped emotions, stored trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. Her approach was forged through lived experience after a personal breaking point in her twenties, where restoring safety in her body proved more transformative than willpower or mindset.
