OM DENNE EPISODE
Authority means more than simply sharing information. Authority is about empowering implementation.
True authority comes from serving your audience with intention, leading them through transformation, and building trust at every step.
In this episode of the Influential Voices of Authority Podcast, Erik K. Johnson sits down with Adam Roach, cohost of the I Love Coaching podcast, to uncover how building authority is less about knowledge and more about implementation, community, and impact.

- Storytelling as the Foundation of Authority Sharing wins, struggles, and lessons learned makes your expertise relatable. By authoring the knowledge you share, your podcast becomes the doorway to trust and transformation.
- Implementation Outpaces Information In a world where AI delivers unlimited information, transformation comes from helping your audience implement and act. Podcasting and keynote-stage appearances become the fastest pathways to building trust and lasting relationships.
- Blueprint to Authority: The Three Ps Adam outlines the proximity, process, and peer framework to move from generalist to specialist. Serve the people closest to you, refine your process, and transition to one-to-many models that scale your impact and revenue.
- Environment Outranks Content Placing your listeners and clients in the right environment leads to exponential growth. Authority is built when you serve people with the right blueprint and bring them into a trusted community.
