Uh my dad, uh his his mom and his dad were both alcoholics, so growing up uh they were taken out of the home and they grew up in a rough and a rough life and environment.

And you know, my dad transitioned from that when I was growing up, but still uh carried over a lot of the trauma and a lot of things that he had.

But when I was thirteen, like uh I guess I started getting in a lot of trouble in school, uh getting kicked out of school and suspended for fighting, and you know, I was I was angry because of the way I guess it was an outward expression of how I felt inside.

And uh I was like violent towards lots of kids and I was getting suspended and kicked out of school, and my dad, I guess in his way of punishing me for the way that I was acting, I got the same treatment, you know, uh physical abuse, verbal abuse, whatever it was in that moment, right?

So I grew up an angry kid with a lot of with a lot of issues in there and I was always violent.

And um I guess when I was about 13 I had a big blow up with my dad and I he told me to leave and not come back, so that that was the end of that, right?

And I and I left and I I mean I reached out to my dad a few times over the years, but even to this day I haven't spoken with him for over five years.

And uh so I moved in with my mom, and my mom was a single mother with three kids.

Uh she, you know, she was working hard to try to provide for us, but while she was working hard, I was working hard to get into trouble.

So I was running the streets at night, I was spray painting stuff, I was, you know, started smoking weed with these group of kids.

We were always sneaking out, we were we were up to no good.

And uh my mom said to me when I was around 15, she said, if you're gonna continue to act like this, then you can go back to your dad's.

So by the time I was fifteen, I was living on the streets, I would stay at friends' houses, sleeping on couches.

Uh I would get up and go to school in the morning, and then I I at 3 30 when I was done, I would go work at this place called the walkbox, and I'd go up there and I'd wash dishes till midnight, and then at midnight I would leave from there and I would walk to this place called uh Saddleback in Peace River, Alberta.

And I'd stay with a buddy of mine there, and I would go to school, and and this would go on for about a year's time.

And uh during that time, like we were dabbling with different types of drugs.

And then and people were partying there, drinking all night, doing drugs, all that kind of stuff, right?

At uh at his parents' place and get up, and you know, that's what our weekends would look like.

So it was just like during the week, I was still going to school, I was still working, but uh when uh the weekends would come, we would go down to these trap houses and party houses in the trailer parks and we would do drugs and just get wild and have fun.

I was out in the trailer park, and I was like I think I was about 16 at the time, and I was up at this trailer park party and drinking and stuff, and this older guy he was in his 30s, and he like he confronts me and he wants to fight me.

I knew a couple of the people that were there, but I didn't know everybody.

So I I ended up hitting him and punching him, and uh I knocked him out and he urinated himself and he crapped himself right instantly, right there in that moment.

And there was a guy that was there in the room with me who was associated with uh organized crime, and he took me under his wing after that.

So we I ended up, you know, coming underneath this guy who was a high-ranking member, and I ended up following him around for a few years.

We went we went to Edmonton to go and get some things, and we went and we're driving back, and he told me to look inside this duffel bag, and I look in this duffel bag and it's it's full of narcotics.

And he said, I want you to reach inside the front, and there was a little front pouch and a back pouch on a duffel bag, and he's like, Put your hand in there.

So I put my hand in, I felt like this cloth.

And I pull this thing out, and it was a 35 cal pistol, and he said, This is for you.

So that that would lead up for a few more years, and then there was a falling out between me and that gentleman, and at that time I had made enough uh connections with enough people in high places that I could go do my own thing, and I had all the credentials and all the respect that I needed to to do that.

So I at that time in my life I ended up moving to a different place in in Alberta and uh I ended up meeting up with some other guys, and we ended up doing something.

We put a bunch of guys together who were all independents and we started doing our thing, but we were backed by some serious people.

So we ended up doing that during that time.

Like there was a lot of stuff that happened, like you know, there was uh there was murder, there was extortion, there there was robberies, you know, there was there was a lot of schemes, there was carjackings, there was there was so much stuff going on, right?

And it was like I went from this 17-year-old kid to this, you know, 21-year-old kid who's now fully into organized crime, and that's all I do for a living.

I'm on a do-not detain list, so the police aren't even bothering me.

I'm driving around with a non-insured, non-registered vehicle, flying around with with guns and drugs and doing my thing, and they they're not even bothering me because they're trying to catch me on something bigger than just driving around in a vehicle without insurance.

For anyone who might not know, like what I mean that sounds obvious, but like how do you end up on that?

So on a do-not detain list, it's like so them dri so me driving around without an insured and registered vehicle would maybe land me like six months in jail.

But because of like the robberies and murder and extortion, kidnapping, robbery, all this stuff that was going on, if they could catch me on something like that instead of driving around without insurance, they could they could put me in jail for three years, two, two plus.

So they weren't worried about me driving around in a vehicle that was not registered and insured.

And they they come down, they have two SUVs, they have the gang units with them, you know, they're coming to investigate me, and I'm sitting inside these things in handcuffs, and they're and they're having conversations with me, right?

So a lot of people associate drug use with that word pharmacaea, but it's actually more around the word of medical use, because there was still medical stuff that they used, and there were in um the first century, there were still mind-altering substances that were made through incantations and through potions that were used on people where that can be a little bit mistranslated from, where it seems like you know, if you're using drugs, you're participating in witchcraft and sorcery.
