OM DENNE EPISODE
What happens to our stories when we keep waiting for the perfect time to tell them?
On this episode of Gurll Mind Your Business, Cookie Cade sits down with Dr. Evelyn Bethune, Founder and CEO of Bethune Publishing House, Inc. and the History in the Making Coaching Network, Inc., for a powerful conversation about voice, storytelling, history, technology, and legacy.
As the granddaughter of legendary educator and civil-rights leader Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune, Dr. Evelyn Bethune understands that legacy is more than something we inherit. It is something we intentionally build and preserve.
Her message to women is urgent: Write It Anyway.
This episode is for the woman who has been saying:
“One day I am going to write that book.”
“One day I am going to tell my story.”
“One day I am going to document our family history.”
Your “one day” can begin with one page today.
Do not bury your voice. Do not shrink your story. Do not let fear silence your purpose. Write it anyway.
