Welcome to the Evolvepreneur (After Hours) Show

I am your Special Host Richard Wray

Join me today where we dig deep with our guests and get you the best concepts and strategies to fast-track your business.

My very special guest today is Sara Reyes ...

Sara Reyes is a virtual assistant (VA) and business coach who helps individuals, especially mothers, start their own VA businesses. After being made redundant during the COVID-19 pandemic while pregnant, Sara started her own VA business and was fully booked within 4 weeks. She now supports 6 and 7 figure business owners with high-level administrative and marketing support. Sara also coaches others on starting their own VA businesses, advising on skills, pricing, automation, and building confidence. Her own journey of resilience and finding flexibility as a working mother has inspired her to empower others to take a similar path.

Key Moments:

• Sara Reyes started her own virtual assistant (VA) business after being made redundant during the COVID-19 pandemic while pregnant with her first child.
• Sara was able to quickly build up her VA business by reaching out to her professional network and previous employers, becoming fully booked within 4 weeks.
• As a VA, Sara provides high-level administrative and marketing support to 6 and 7-figure business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Sara also coaches others, especially mothers, on how to start their own successful VA businesses by leveraging their existing skills.
• Key to Sara's success was setting clear boundaries and using automation tools to manage her workload while also being a new mom.
• Sara advises starting a VA business simply with just a laptop and internet, and focusing on pricing your services competitively but confidently.
• Sara highlights the benefits of being a local (Australian-based) VA versus using overseas resources, including better quality control and potential cost savings for international clients.
• Sara is selective in who she takes on as coaching clients, ensuring they have the necessary confidence and commitment to succeed as a VA.
• Sara utilizes social media extensively to build her personal brand, share her story, and connect with potential clients.
• Sara's main advice is to take the leap and start a VA business, as it has transformed her life by providing flexibility and fulfillment.
