In everyone's house, there's a space where we feel like we're losing. You know the one. It's that room we don't mention. Perhaps it's a bedroom where conversation ceased weeks ago. Maybe it's the hallway outside a closed door, where a child sits on the other side, no longer interested in hearing about your beliefs. Or it might be the daily commute to work, where the pressure isn’t dramatic but constant, slowly draining your energy. We all face these battles, whether it's in marriage, with our children, or at work, and it often feels like we're giving ground, like the enemy is gaining the upper hand.
And somewhere in there, you started to wonder whether something is wrong with you. Because you gave your life to Christ, and this part was supposed to get easier.
It did not. And there is a reason but it's not the reason you think.
