00:00:01.745 --> 00:00:02.527
Hiya pals.
00:00:02.527 --> 00:00:12.510
In this episode, Frank and I chatted with Aaron Brown, a skeptical science-based researcher turned channel energy alchemist and Schumann resonance expert.
00:00:12.510 --> 00:00:22.687
We talked about how the sun's electromagnetic energy affects our emotions and physical bodies and what ascension probably actually looks like.
00:00:22.687 --> 00:00:24.091
I'm Lauren Leon.
00:00:24.339 --> 00:00:26.047
And I'm probably actually Frank.
00:00:27.222 --> 00:00:33.789
We are a married couple learning how to develop our own intuition, and this is episode 69 of Claire Voyaging.
00:00:33.789 --> 00:00:44.122
Wayfeather Media presents Claire Voyaging.
00:00:56.051 --> 00:00:57.533
What's going on?
00:00:57.814 --> 00:01:00.034
Hello everybody, How's it going?
00:01:00.034 --> 00:01:09.644
Oh, you know, little this little, that Little this little that I decided today I don don't feel well, so it's a sick day.
00:01:09.644 --> 00:01:22.212
Lauren took a sick day today you know, and I pulled a card that said rest and breathe it literally said that yeah, and I said I'm doing that.
00:01:22.332 --> 00:01:24.644
Thank you very much and she did, it's's true.
00:01:24.924 --> 00:01:25.146
Yeah.
00:01:25.908 --> 00:01:26.489
So what's going on?
00:01:26.680 --> 00:01:27.804
Hey, I have some.
00:01:27.804 --> 00:01:28.846

00:01:33.328 --> 00:01:36.161
Yeah, what Allison.
00:01:36.161 --> 00:01:39.207
And April, allison, april.
00:01:39.207 --> 00:01:43.284

00:02:30.330 --> 00:02:44.776
Yeah, and click on the link to fund the documentary so that we can bring our crew to austin texas to film with sarah reeves and her team at metaphysical you should be sweet you were told not to act like we're gonna get.
00:02:44.856 --> 00:02:52.893
Oh yeah my buddy, drew, says to be more enthusiastic about all of this.
00:02:52.893 --> 00:02:55.736
It's true enthusiasm.
00:02:56.237 --> 00:03:03.450
I'm so excited support the project support the project listen, frank doesn't like asking for support.
00:03:03.450 --> 00:03:10.711
That is a big thing, he, when he pulls tarot cards, often it's about you need to ask for support.
00:03:10.711 --> 00:03:12.585
Sometimes, yes, you do.
00:03:12.585 --> 00:03:21.775
It's fine Listen he's like I'd rather learn how to make my own stove than have somebody come and fix it for me.
00:03:21.919 --> 00:03:27.424
Have I watched videos on what it would take to manufacture your own toaster from scratch?
00:03:27.424 --> 00:03:30.992
Yes, but listen, did it start a fire?
00:03:30.992 --> 00:03:32.937
Yes, it did frank.
00:03:33.016 --> 00:03:34.080
No, but it's okay.
00:03:34.080 --> 00:03:39.921
But I want to just point out thank you very much, this ain't this isn't your grandfather's documentary.
00:03:40.062 --> 00:03:42.126
Okay, this is going to be a blast.
00:03:42.167 --> 00:03:44.191
First of all your grandfather's documentary.
00:03:44.290 --> 00:03:48.469
I don't know, but it's going to be a good one.
00:03:48.719 --> 00:03:51.147
So it is not your grandfather's.
00:03:51.147 --> 00:03:54.045
Listen here's my grandfather might like our documentary.
00:03:54.045 --> 00:03:54.627
I would like it.
00:03:54.989 --> 00:04:03.626
I'm just saying, like you know, we're behind the helm here and I don't know if you've noticed, if you've gone and checked out the other spiritual uh ask podcasts out there.
00:04:03.626 --> 00:04:09.093
We're not your grandfather's podcast either, for about spirituality.
00:04:09.114 --> 00:04:09.754
Specifically.
00:04:09.754 --> 00:04:13.985
That's true we are weird, we're doing our own thing.
00:04:14.006 --> 00:04:14.747
We're doing our own thing.
00:04:16.060 --> 00:04:21.209
And the documentary will likely have elements of weird, just as we are.
00:04:21.389 --> 00:04:22.192
Look, we're not in it.
00:04:22.192 --> 00:04:22.773
We're not in it.
00:04:23.072 --> 00:04:26.228
We'll be there, but we'll accidentally infuse it with our weirdness.
00:04:27.002 --> 00:04:28.007
We don't know how to not.
00:04:28.007 --> 00:04:29.766
Yeah, we might end up in the background somewhere.
00:04:29.766 --> 00:04:30.689
But yeah, it'll be great.
00:04:31.480 --> 00:04:33.367
It's going to end up being about us.
00:04:33.968 --> 00:04:34.730
Everything is about me.
00:04:36.420 --> 00:04:38.302
Okay, let's get to Erin Brown.
00:04:38.302 --> 00:04:48.689
She's so cool, so friendly and has a ton of information about the Schumann resonance, which is something we started paying attention to a few months ago.
00:04:48.870 --> 00:04:49.531
Ever heard of it.
00:04:50.130 --> 00:04:51.451
Yeah, a lot of people haven't.
00:04:51.451 --> 00:04:52.552
I've been the one going.
00:04:52.552 --> 00:04:57.076
Well, of course you're energetically feeling a little off, maybe a little tired.
00:04:57.076 --> 00:05:03.141
It's the Schumann resonance and no one knows what I'm talking about.
00:05:03.141 --> 00:05:05.064
We're going to let Aaron describe what that is.
00:05:05.723 --> 00:05:09.769
Ever wonder if there was some kind of frequency that was affecting the entire collective at the same time?
00:05:09.928 --> 00:05:10.249
Yeah.
00:05:10.470 --> 00:05:12.130
Well, welcome to it.
00:05:12.130 --> 00:05:16.636
It's the Schumann Resonance, and Aaron Brown is going to expertly describe what it is.
00:05:16.636 --> 00:05:29.507
And I might want to throw in too that you should go check out our Patreon because there are some additional detailed slides, like a whole presentation she gives about it.
00:05:29.507 --> 00:05:30.028
So, yeah, jump in there.
00:05:30.028 --> 00:05:30.480
Yeah, and there's a couple other parts too.
00:05:30.480 --> 00:05:32.281
This was a long conversation that I love erin so much.
00:05:32.281 --> 00:05:33.646
I start my mornings with her.
00:05:33.646 --> 00:05:37.223
Literally, I talk too much, and I did it again.
00:05:37.244 --> 00:05:44.084
I kept being like she's gotta go frank yeah, she literally asked more questions, but she, she's gotta go.
00:05:44.084 --> 00:05:44.870
She literally had a ask more questions.
00:05:44.891 --> 00:05:45.394
Well, she, she's got to go.
00:05:45.394 --> 00:05:45.939
She literally had a client.
00:05:45.939 --> 00:05:47.867
I was like hold on, one more thing.
00:05:48.199 --> 00:05:52.091
So what do you think about aliens?
00:05:52.502 --> 00:05:55.286
We didn't talk about aliens Finally we didn't talk about aliens for once.
00:05:56.841 --> 00:06:01.031
He's like can we compare notes about Star Wars?
00:06:02.494 --> 00:06:03.555
I do that with everybody about Star.
00:06:03.634 --> 00:06:04.576
Wars.
00:06:04.576 --> 00:06:05.119
I do that with everybody.
00:06:05.119 --> 00:06:10.305
So without further ado, let's get to Erin and our conversation with her.
00:06:10.646 --> 00:06:11.610
All right, let's go for Erin.
00:06:12.420 --> 00:06:13.524
We are go for launch.
00:06:14.146 --> 00:06:15.651
Say the thing, roll the tape.
00:06:19.620 --> 00:06:23.259
Erin, thank you so much for joining us on Claire Voyaging today.
00:06:23.259 --> 00:06:25.247
We're pretty excited.
00:06:25.247 --> 00:06:31.108
I know Frank listens to your or watches your videos often about the human resonance.
00:06:31.108 --> 00:06:40.802
So let's back up a little bit and can we get some of your backstory on how you got here, because I know you have like a nursing background.
00:06:40.802 --> 00:06:41.564
I do.
00:06:42.064 --> 00:06:45.230
Yeah, so I was a nurse for 25 years.
00:06:45.230 --> 00:07:04.343
I actually worked in ophthalmology so I helped people see, did eye exams and helped with surgeries, and then at one point I hit burnout with that and so I left nursing and went into teaching, and I was teaching in the Department of Healthcare Simulation at a medical school here in the Chicagoland area for the last like five years or so.
00:07:04.343 --> 00:07:07.963
You know, that's just kind of professionally where I was.
00:07:07.963 --> 00:07:12.052
I've never been interested in Reiki or anything like that.
00:07:12.052 --> 00:07:14.305
I've been very grounded in science.
00:07:14.305 --> 00:07:19.540
All of my studies have been in, you know, anything that is tangible.
00:07:19.540 --> 00:07:22.468
So keep that in mind.
00:07:22.468 --> 00:07:27.661
And then I'd say I don't remember what year it is, I'm going to say 2017, 2018.
00:07:27.762 --> 00:07:42.711
I was diagnosed with a disease called APS, which is antiphospholipid syndrome, and what that means is that your red blood cells, the coating that's on there, gets stripped away by your immune system and you clot very easily and it can be catastrophic and it can kill you.
00:07:42.711 --> 00:07:48.524
And I was diagnosed with this because I had a series of blood clots that could not be explained any other way.
00:07:48.524 --> 00:07:54.750
So I got that diagnosis and because of that diagnosis my whole life changed.
00:07:54.750 --> 00:07:57.572
I had to take all this medication that made me feel terrible.
00:07:57.572 --> 00:07:59.535
I had to change my lifestyle, all this stuff.
00:07:59.535 --> 00:08:01.997
Then 2020 comes right.
00:08:04.240 --> 00:08:05.901
The great year of COVID comes right.
00:08:05.901 --> 00:08:08.944
So a couple of things happened in a row that were really interesting.
00:08:08.944 --> 00:08:11.927
The first thing that happened is we all got sent home from the university.
00:08:11.927 --> 00:08:14.310
Because of COVID you can't teach in person.
00:08:14.310 --> 00:08:19.336
Go home and I'm sitting at home and I'm literally bored out of my mind because what am I supposed to do, right?
00:08:19.336 --> 00:08:27.536
And then one day it occurs to me you know, I have access to one of the greatest libraries in the country and I've never done my own research on my disease.
00:08:27.536 --> 00:08:30.322
Well, that seemed ridiculous and I had nothing else to do.
00:08:30.322 --> 00:08:36.004
So I log into the university website and get to the library and start researching this.
00:08:36.846 --> 00:08:39.657
As a nurse, I'm well versed in what's in my chart.
00:08:39.657 --> 00:08:53.706
I know what tests I've had, I know all the results and as I'm going through this research, I'm slowly recognizing that there is a pivotal test that was not done and it's dawning on me that I'm recognizing something that's not right.
00:08:53.706 --> 00:08:56.176
So I did the whole nurse thing.
00:08:56.176 --> 00:08:58.964
I printed out the studies, I highlighted circle, wrote it all down.
00:08:58.964 --> 00:09:00.807
I take it to my specialist.
00:09:00.807 --> 00:09:05.606
I think it's important to note that APS is extremely rare.
00:09:05.606 --> 00:09:12.082
The specialist for this is an oncologist, not because they're a specialist in APS, but because it's the closest thing.
00:09:12.082 --> 00:09:16.633
So I go to my specialist and I tell him hey, I don't think I had this test.
00:09:16.633 --> 00:09:22.642
And he completely shut me down and he said nope, I'm the expert, you're going to listen to me, you do what I tell you to.
00:09:22.642 --> 00:09:25.528
Okay, so I left.
00:09:25.528 --> 00:09:30.164
As someone who teaches medicine, that's that really badly with me.
00:09:30.164 --> 00:09:33.894
So of course I go no, that's not right.
00:09:34.115 --> 00:09:46.510
So I am sitting there one day and I realized the doctor who discovered this disease is still alive and still teaching, and so I thought, well, maybe he's in COVID lockdown too.
00:09:46.510 --> 00:09:47.482
I'm going to email him.
00:09:47.482 --> 00:09:58.293
So I emailed him just to see what would happen and, knowing how doctors are, I didn't ask him to diagnose me, but what I told him was what I found, the test I had.
00:09:58.293 --> 00:10:04.969
And then I said if I were a friend of your daughter's, would you be comfortable with this or would you tell me that I should probably get a second opinion?
00:10:04.969 --> 00:10:08.763
And he emailed me back and he said I think you should get a second opinion.
00:10:09.465 --> 00:10:19.701
So I took all those test results and I went to my primary care doctor, who's always been wonderful, and at first, of course, he's like no, no, no, no, I'm sure you've had this test.
00:10:19.701 --> 00:10:21.024
And he literally sat with me.
00:10:21.024 --> 00:10:24.291
It was like 45 minutes going through these records.
00:10:24.291 --> 00:10:26.182
He realized we didn't have it.
00:10:26.182 --> 00:10:27.625
He goes I'm going to run this test.
00:10:27.625 --> 00:10:29.510
I'm sure it's just going to confirm everything.
00:10:29.510 --> 00:10:30.341
You're going to be fine.
00:10:30.341 --> 00:10:31.985
He orders the test.
00:10:32.567 --> 00:10:33.227
The next day.
00:10:33.227 --> 00:10:39.828
I get a call and I can hear it in his voice and he said I need you to stop immediately taking this medication.
00:10:39.828 --> 00:10:43.380
I need to tell you that you have been misdiagnosed.
00:10:43.380 --> 00:10:44.581
You do not have this disease.
00:10:44.581 --> 00:10:55.933
You have zero markers for this disease and the medication you've been taking for the last several years we don't know what it's going to do to your organs or to your body, because it was unnecessary in your system.
00:10:55.933 --> 00:10:58.697
Oh my God, dude.
00:11:19.421 --> 00:11:24.854
So for someone like me who was so rooted in science and medicine and who had complete faith in what science and medicine was telling me, it changed my identity when that happened, because I thought everything I knew was wrong.
00:11:24.854 --> 00:11:40.065
Everything I knew was wrong I don't know how else to explain it and I kind of turned into myself and for a good solid week I didn't go to work, I didn't talk to anybody, I didn't really leave my room for a whole week, because I could not wrap my brain around how this thing that I had built my entire life around being true was wrong.
00:11:40.065 --> 00:11:46.316
And also I had allowed myself to fully identify as this disease.
00:11:46.316 --> 00:11:51.706
And so, when you take that away, I suddenly didn't know who I was on top of all of this.
00:11:51.706 --> 00:11:55.653
So that's where my awakening started.
00:11:55.653 --> 00:12:03.403
My daughter literally my teenage daughter came in my room one day and she said um, have you ever thought about, you know, like meditating?
00:12:03.403 --> 00:12:04.826
And I go no, get out of here.
00:12:04.826 --> 00:12:07.832
And she's like, well, I'm just saying maybe you could try it.
00:12:07.832 --> 00:12:13.047
And so I did, and it was amazing.
00:12:13.047 --> 00:12:14.967
It was the most incredible experience I've ever had.
00:12:14.967 --> 00:12:16.926
I've never had a meditation since then.
00:12:16.926 --> 00:12:17.990
That's been that incredible.
00:12:19.440 --> 00:12:22.429
I think for someone like me who's so rooted in the physical, I needed to have a massive experience in order for me to accept it.
00:12:22.429 --> 00:12:30.533
For someone like me, who's so rooted in the physical, I needed to have a massive experience in order for me to accept it, because I am quick to judge and discount myself.
00:12:30.533 --> 00:12:33.527
I'm quick to logic myself out of things.
00:12:33.527 --> 00:12:34.998
Oh well, it could have been this, could have been that.
00:12:34.998 --> 00:12:37.004
Blah, blah, blah, because that's how my brain has been trained.
00:12:37.004 --> 00:12:39.051
When you're in science and you're in medicine.
00:12:39.051 --> 00:12:42.663
The job is to weed out what it's not, not figure out what it is right.
00:12:42.663 --> 00:12:44.706
So that's kind of how I work through things.
00:12:44.706 --> 00:12:47.928
That's the story, long and short, really.
00:12:50.511 --> 00:12:51.373
What, okay?
00:12:51.373 --> 00:12:54.956
So she said, do a meditation.
00:12:54.956 --> 00:12:57.325
And you, just like you had never meditated before.
00:12:57.745 --> 00:12:59.331
Well, I mean I've done, I had done.
00:12:59.331 --> 00:13:01.400
You know, here and there Not really.
00:13:01.600 --> 00:13:01.821
I have.
00:13:01.900 --> 00:13:02.341
ADD.
00:13:02.341 --> 00:13:03.621
My mind is far too busy.
00:13:03.621 --> 00:13:08.644
And the one she gave me was a guided meditation and to this day I don't remember who it was and I don't remember anything they said.
00:13:08.644 --> 00:13:12.567
I just know that because I know how stimulated I am.
00:13:12.567 --> 00:13:15.730
I have a walk-in closet that's off my bathroom.
00:13:15.730 --> 00:13:22.514
Shut the door, go in the bathroom, turned off the light, shut the door, went in the closet, turned off the light and shut the door.
00:13:22.514 --> 00:13:32.230
It was black, dark in there, because if anything was going to distract me, my mind was going to ping pong all over the place.
00:13:33.081 --> 00:13:50.688
I sat down, I put in my earbuds and I started listening to this and I don't know what this person was saying or what happened, but I started seeing the most amazing colors and explosions of colors and I felt like I could reach out and touch them with my hand and my mind could not process this.
00:13:50.729 --> 00:13:55.027
It was like watching fireworks right in front of your face and then I saw this big.
00:13:55.027 --> 00:14:01.447
It was like an earth right that comes up out of nowhere and I'm watching it and as I'm watching it, it starts to divide like mitosis, like this.
00:14:01.447 --> 00:14:21.250
And then suddenly there were two separate earths and then they started to move like this and as I'm watching it, it starts to divide like mitosis, like this, and then suddenly there were two separate earths and then they started to move like this and I saw that and my heart rate was so fast that I went into a panic attack and it brought me out of that experience, but it was so like even telling you you can't see it my whole body's broken out.
00:14:21.250 --> 00:14:30.955
It's like it was so impactful that I had no choice but to accept it as having been real, even as the deep skeptic that I was about everything.
00:14:30.955 --> 00:14:32.604
Because how can I discount that?
00:14:32.604 --> 00:14:35.390
I saw it, I felt it, I experienced it.
00:14:35.871 --> 00:14:36.173
Yeah.
00:14:36.519 --> 00:14:37.402
So now, what do I do?
00:14:37.402 --> 00:14:43.354
So the first thing I did was I went to a psychic in a town near me.
00:14:44.120 --> 00:14:45.062
You're all in now.
00:14:45.202 --> 00:14:48.312
Yeah, I'm all in because I couldn't find a reason.
00:14:48.312 --> 00:14:51.614
I spent days trying to comb through scientific reasons.
00:14:51.614 --> 00:14:53.620
I thought, well, maybe I had an ocular migraine.
00:14:53.620 --> 00:14:56.347
Ocular migraines don't look like the planet Earth.
00:14:56.347 --> 00:14:57.049
I don't know.
00:14:57.049 --> 00:14:57.892
That's not right.
00:14:59.201 --> 00:15:00.844
I tried really hard to come up with a reason.
00:15:00.844 --> 00:15:03.187
When I couldn't, I thought I have to step outside of what I know.
00:15:03.187 --> 00:15:17.505
Now, just a little caveat side story that'll come back interesting later is when I was in my undergraduate studies in psychology, my thesis paper was on fringe religion, Okay, and I wrote my paper on Doreen Virtue.
00:15:17.505 --> 00:15:21.980
So back in the day, Doreen Virtue is like the OG angel whisperer.
00:15:21.980 --> 00:15:24.402
She's the one who made stuff like this huge.
00:15:24.402 --> 00:15:26.604
She's part of Hay House, or she used to be part of Hay House.
00:15:26.604 --> 00:15:31.467
Now she's gone to something else, but she was huge back in the 80s and 90s.
00:15:31.467 --> 00:15:33.529
Right, Doreen Virtue, of course.
00:15:33.529 --> 00:15:40.796
With a name like that, how could you not be ripped her apart?
00:15:40.796 --> 00:15:47.563
I used psychology and science and I made, I literally pulled apart everything she said, Right?
00:15:47.563 --> 00:15:54.868
So now here I am, years later, trying to figure out what's going on and the only thing that could come to my mind is that paper that I wrote.
00:15:54.868 --> 00:16:02.693
So that's why I went to the psychic Okay, Sitting with this psychic, and it was the first real psychic greeting I'd ever had.
00:16:02.779 --> 00:16:04.102
So I didn't know what to expect.
00:16:04.102 --> 00:16:13.740
I'm super hyper, sitting in a chair bouncing up and down like what's going on, what's going on and he kept telling me he's like you're just at the beginning, You've got to relax, and I'm just nope, that's not good enough.
00:16:13.740 --> 00:16:14.241
What's going on?
00:16:14.241 --> 00:16:14.982
What's going on?
00:16:14.982 --> 00:16:20.109
And he told me he said it's going to take you a few years.
00:16:20.109 --> 00:16:26.495
You have to let your brain relax and then, when your brain relaxes, what you need to know will come forward.
00:16:26.495 --> 00:16:31.211
Instead of trying to force yourself to learn something you don't need to know, what you need to know comes to the surface.
00:16:31.759 --> 00:16:39.910
He told me to calm down, take a breath and pick one teacher and stick to that teacher until I felt like I was done with him and I said great, who's the teacher?
00:16:39.910 --> 00:16:40.240
He goes.
00:16:40.240 --> 00:16:41.561
I'm not going to tell you that he goes.
00:16:41.561 --> 00:16:42.422
I'm not going to tell you that he goes.
00:16:42.422 --> 00:16:46.926
I want you to go on YouTube and just whoever resonates with you start going down that rabbit hole.
00:16:46.926 --> 00:16:47.687
And that's what I did.
00:16:47.687 --> 00:16:48.947
Who was the teacher?
00:16:48.947 --> 00:16:50.129
Ram Dass.
00:16:50.129 --> 00:16:52.191
Oh yeah, oh okay.
00:16:52.610 --> 00:16:54.212
But I didn't find him on YouTube.
00:16:54.212 --> 00:16:54.993
My dad just mentioned.
00:16:55.013 --> 00:16:57.696
We were just talking about Ram Dass with your dad.
00:16:57.696 --> 00:16:58.937
Yeah, that's so funny.
00:17:00.600 --> 00:17:03.592
His story is fantastic, but I didn't find him on YouTube, interestingly.
00:17:03.592 --> 00:17:08.527
A couple of days later, I'm going to visit my mom in Florida, a couple hours on the plane.
00:17:08.527 --> 00:17:12.641
I'm looking on my iPhone for a podcast to download.
00:17:12.641 --> 00:17:15.969
I'm looking for something good and murdery to listen to, and I noticed that.
00:17:15.989 --> 00:17:23.883
I had this big file on mine, like a whole podcast had been downloaded, and I clicked on it and it was a Ram Dass podcast.
00:17:23.883 --> 00:17:32.667
Never heard of this man, had no idea who he was, but it was literally not just saved on podcast list but downloaded to my phone.
00:17:32.667 --> 00:17:33.750
Is it possible?
00:17:33.750 --> 00:17:35.903
My daughter did it, Of course, but probably not.
00:17:35.903 --> 00:17:37.372
She wouldn't have thought that far ahead.
00:17:37.372 --> 00:17:39.942
So I just thought, okay, well, I'll just listen to that.
00:17:39.942 --> 00:17:46.030
So the whole ride down there I was listening to him and the way he speaks and the way he talks about things.
00:17:46.030 --> 00:17:54.633
He doesn't discount science, which is important to me, Because if you come at me and tell me there's only one way that this is possible, I'm going to tell you you're wrong.
00:17:55.339 --> 00:17:57.288
There's never only just one way.
00:17:57.288 --> 00:18:06.541
It's perspective that matters, and because he brought that with him into his teachings, it made me more open to what he had to say, so he really opened door for me.
00:18:06.962 --> 00:18:08.204
I read all of his books.
00:18:08.204 --> 00:18:19.564
Over the course of about four or five days I listened to like five or six of his lectures, Like I was voraciously consuming this information and that guy, that psychic I saw, was right.
00:18:19.564 --> 00:18:29.046
There came a day where I just one day I kind of was like I think I'm done with him and I just moved on to a different teacher it was really funny.
00:18:29.086 --> 00:18:34.748
I want to point out real quick because I just looked up Ram Dass, like literally probably on Tuesday, when we saw your dad last.
00:18:34.748 --> 00:18:47.496
Yeah, um, I had noticed that I think he like he passed away in like 2019, so like he, he died, and then you immediately launched into this experience.
00:18:47.496 --> 00:18:49.144
That's so funny to me.
00:18:49.566 --> 00:18:52.506
I don't know why it feels like a handoff Like oh, here's my collective work.
00:18:53.061 --> 00:18:54.066
Now I have an experience.
00:18:54.339 --> 00:18:56.608
She's like I'll need all of it in four days.
00:18:59.491 --> 00:19:00.480
So a couple things.
00:19:00.480 --> 00:19:03.569
I'm a really fast reader and he writes really nicely.
00:19:03.569 --> 00:19:05.842
It's like reading butter it's very easy to read.
00:19:05.842 --> 00:19:10.276
But the last thing of his that I saw was by accident.
00:19:10.276 --> 00:19:16.101
I was looking through Netflix for something to watch and I happened to see a Ram Dass thing pop up and I thought what the heck is that?
00:19:16.101 --> 00:19:24.795
I've never heard of him having a movie or anything out and I click on it and it was like a 15 minute short film of him basically saying goodbye to the world.
00:19:24.875 --> 00:19:31.132
He was in Hawaii and he's floating in the water and it was right before he died and it was such a beautiful, fitting end.
00:19:31.132 --> 00:19:34.868
I felt like he said goodbye to me and then just I was ready to go on.
00:19:34.949 --> 00:19:36.532
How cool is that it's beautiful.
00:19:36.640 --> 00:19:42.553
But I'll always, always regard him as my first and biggest influence ever in this environment.
00:19:43.461 --> 00:19:45.849
So who did you learn from next after that?
00:19:46.500 --> 00:19:48.987
So then I found a woman named Christina Lope.
00:19:48.987 --> 00:20:04.107
She's on YouTube, it's L-O-P-E-S and I liked her because she's an ex-doctor who went through a very disruptive spiritual awakening, which included a terrible divorce.
00:20:04.107 --> 00:20:10.289
She left her practice and everything in the US and moved to a whole nother country and just reinvented herself.
00:20:10.590 --> 00:20:20.666
Wow and she has a very clear way of explaining things like frequency, harmonics, vibration, because she also incorporates that scientific side.
00:20:20.666 --> 00:20:26.789
For me, and I think for a lot of people, your brain tends to work one or the other way.
00:20:26.789 --> 00:20:31.752
You either tend to have a structured, logical brain or one that's more open to perspectives.
00:20:31.752 --> 00:20:33.326
I call it the spaghetti side right.
00:20:33.326 --> 00:20:40.167
Part of the work of being human is learning to balance those two sides, but most of us are either in one side or the other.
00:20:41.090 --> 00:20:42.740
I'm all spaghetti Right.
00:20:42.961 --> 00:20:44.526
And I'm all structure right.
00:20:44.526 --> 00:20:57.682
So for people like me, reading someone like Eckhart Tolle doesn't work, because his concepts are very etheric in nature, the way he describes him are very etheric in nature and it doesn't give you a whole lot of solid to hold on to.
00:20:57.682 --> 00:21:04.766
For people like me, I need someone who gives me the solid to hold on to and then I can expand from there.
00:21:04.766 --> 00:21:08.646
I'm not someone who tends to just take things because I said so.
00:21:08.646 --> 00:21:11.333
I've never been one of those people.
00:21:11.333 --> 00:21:24.267
But if you can explain to me why something's happening and I can connect the dots myself, it makes it much easier for me to embody that understanding as my own, instead of trying to fit your teaching into my vernacular.
00:21:33.319 --> 00:21:33.561
That's very.
00:21:33.561 --> 00:21:36.681
That's that's my scientific minded brother, like he would be very much in line with how you, how you learn and process things Right.
00:21:37.182 --> 00:21:38.367
Right, I was going to say you're a distiller.
00:21:38.367 --> 00:21:41.684
Yes, I'm a distiller.
00:21:42.066 --> 00:21:44.230
Yeah, I just I could, for some reason it it just.
00:21:44.230 --> 00:21:47.561
It feels silly to me to try to discount the things that we already know.
00:21:47.561 --> 00:21:48.464
Like, science is real.
00:21:48.464 --> 00:21:48.925
It's real.
00:21:48.925 --> 00:21:50.108
It's just incomplete.
00:21:50.108 --> 00:21:50.991
You know what I mean.
00:21:50.991 --> 00:22:04.721
And science is slowly catching up with the spiritual side of things, like I literally just posted an article this morning on my patreon channel about a new experiment that's being talked about that's literally proving that consciousness and quantum entanglement are part of the same thing.
00:22:04.721 --> 00:22:09.773
And when they prove that, the implications for that are astounding.
00:22:09.773 --> 00:22:17.705
Because that's the idea of your higher self, that there's a piece of you here and a piece of you here and you are learning and spinning at the same rate.
00:22:17.705 --> 00:22:20.532
Right, that's what that's telling you.
00:22:20.532 --> 00:22:26.604
It's amazing to me that this is where science is, but it also is amazing to me that nobody's talking about it.
00:22:27.567 --> 00:22:39.145
You, know, I think there's there's a lot of like pushback, because people don't understand, because science is stepping into the spiritual, in in terms of like things don't work the way we thought they work.
00:22:39.145 --> 00:22:39.606
It is not.
00:22:39.606 --> 00:22:51.007
Not everything is black and white now, and just the very concept of, of, of quantum entanglement is, uh, I want to say a leap of faith, but it requires a little bit of how does that work?
00:22:51.007 --> 00:22:52.310
And we can see it.
00:22:52.310 --> 00:22:56.171
We can see that quantum entanglement actually exists, but it's hard to explain.
00:22:56.171 --> 00:22:57.182
We don't know why.
00:22:57.182 --> 00:23:00.131
Right, so that leap of faith is really killing some people.
00:23:00.720 --> 00:23:03.169
It really is, and you know, I saw that in medicine a lot.
00:23:03.169 --> 00:23:11.767
You know, at the university where I was working, I worked with nothing but PhDs and MDs, so a very educated crowd, Also an aging crowd.
00:23:11.767 --> 00:23:16.692
So a lot of the people who were teaching are professors who have aged out of practice.
00:23:16.692 --> 00:23:18.788
They no longer were to be in daily practice, so they're teaching.
00:23:18.788 --> 00:23:33.384
So a lot of the professors were older, and that doesn't make them bad doctors, but they're very stuck in their way because when they were coming up, what they were taught was the philosophy of the doctor is right, the patient doesn't know anything.
00:23:33.384 --> 00:23:48.023
And the doctor is right Because when they were coming up, Google and all of these things didn't exist, and so to keep people safe, instead of going outside and plucking some root out of the ground you don't know what it is they taught people to just trust your doctor.
00:23:48.023 --> 00:23:54.409
But times have changed and so the teaching philosophy of medical students needs to also reflect that.
00:23:54.449 --> 00:24:11.825
I actually saw that a lot at the school where I was came in right before I left, I had a lot of students who were coming up to me and asking when is it appropriate for me to suggest acupuncture rather than medication?
00:24:11.825 --> 00:24:16.542
When is it appropriate for me to help someone with their anxiety by teaching them meditation rather than giving them a Xanad?
00:24:16.542 --> 00:24:20.511
Where is the line they're really starting to try to feel that out?
00:24:20.511 --> 00:24:35.215
And there's also this new I mean it shouldn't be, but this newer push to teach these incoming doctors that while they may one day be an expert on a disease or a process and I hope they are they'll never be an expert on a patient Never.
00:24:35.215 --> 00:24:36.840
The patient is the expert on the patient.
00:24:36.840 --> 00:24:48.950
And if you will just ask, just ask the questions, Like, as someone who has chronic migraine, I can 100% tell you how often I get them, how bad they are, what helps, what doesn't help, what tests I've had, how long I had them.
00:24:48.950 --> 00:24:56.127
I can give you all that information and it takes away all the unnecessary testing and speculation if you just listen.
00:24:56.127 --> 00:25:02.648
That's not to say that the patient's always going to know what they're talking about, but they can at least give you that and that gives you somewhere to start.
00:25:02.648 --> 00:25:04.624
It's nice to see that it's just.
00:25:04.624 --> 00:25:23.190
The scientific community at large is like that and I hate to say it, but until the older generation sort of starts to step away from the control of how science is processed, the younger generation is not going to be able to bring forward all the stuff they're discovering with the new technology and stuff like that.
00:25:24.000 --> 00:25:26.788
I think everyone has had an experience of a doctor who doesn't listen.
00:25:26.788 --> 00:25:33.892
Oh my God, it's like the thing the amount of times I've been told like conflicting things or told that for example hypochondriac.
00:25:33.892 --> 00:25:34.914
Yeah.
00:25:36.280 --> 00:25:39.801
Doctor would literally say like you're a hypochondriac.
00:25:39.882 --> 00:25:41.203
I'm like dude, no, I don't feel good.
00:25:41.203 --> 00:25:43.905
And like or I went to.
00:25:43.905 --> 00:25:52.715
I have a history of like gastro issues and to the point where I'd have a surgery to fix I'm not going to get into it, I had to fix my esophagus.
00:25:52.715 --> 00:26:06.830
But to that doctor I was like hey, you know, I'm willing to do like massive like diet changes and I've started doing this a diet called FODMAP, which is avoiding fructans and various sugars and other things, and called FODMAP, which is avoiding fructans and various sugars and other things.
00:26:06.830 --> 00:26:09.173
And he was like oh well, I can tell you to change your diet, but you're not going to do it.
00:26:09.173 --> 00:26:12.180
I'm like no, bro, I've been doing it for 10 years already.
00:26:12.180 --> 00:26:13.021
I don't think you understand.
00:26:13.021 --> 00:26:14.526
Why aren't you helping?
00:26:14.566 --> 00:26:16.130
You don't know me, that's so weird.
00:26:17.580 --> 00:26:19.002
And of course that was my surgeon right.
00:26:19.002 --> 00:26:23.751
So having doctors who don't listen are always know better like that has to die.
00:26:23.751 --> 00:26:25.375
There's an arrogance to it.
00:26:25.420 --> 00:26:27.769
There's an arrogance in medicine and science in general.
00:26:27.769 --> 00:26:39.490
I think a lot of scientists and this isn't necessarily to judge them in any way, but it's just the way science works is if you can put your theory out to peer review and your peer review comes back and says, yes, this checks out.
00:26:39.490 --> 00:26:42.724
We tend to stop exploring further explanations to that.
00:26:42.724 --> 00:26:46.182
You know what I'm saying, when that shouldn't be what it is.
00:26:46.182 --> 00:26:47.646
Yes, you know that much to this point.
00:26:47.646 --> 00:26:48.830
But what comes after that?
00:26:48.830 --> 00:26:53.095
You know, this stuff in Egypt is a big piece of that, like a whole example of that.
00:26:53.095 --> 00:26:58.148
They're saying they're finding all this stuff in Egypt, which is wonderful, I'm all for it.
00:26:58.148 --> 00:26:59.311
I think they're right.
00:26:59.480 --> 00:27:03.469
But the things we have to remember is this is not yet peer reviewed, right.
00:27:03.469 --> 00:27:05.133
So we have to be careful.
00:27:05.133 --> 00:27:07.228
We can't make these big assumptions about things.
00:27:07.228 --> 00:27:10.450
But what they said in the actual study made sense.
00:27:10.450 --> 00:27:11.846
Like I went and read the study.
00:27:11.846 --> 00:27:15.130
They are not speculating that there's cities under there.
00:27:15.130 --> 00:27:17.528
They're saying they don't know what's under there, they can just see it.
00:27:17.528 --> 00:27:24.548
And I think what happens is sensationalism runs away with stuff and then people get garbled in what actually was said and what wasn't said.
00:27:24.548 --> 00:27:26.672
You know, yeah yeah, completely so.
00:27:26.711 --> 00:27:32.926
When science and hopeful thinking interact, it's always a it's tiktok content yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:27:32.926 --> 00:27:43.501
And then people turn it into fact dude, I deeply hope there's like insane stuff under the pyramids, but I'm also like let's wait a minute okay well, here's the thing, so you know if, if what they're saying is true.
00:27:43.561 --> 00:28:07.265
So, so when I read the study, the thing that stood out to me as a Schumann girly right, there's a paragraph down in there that talks about how the way the pyramid is positioned and if this is a resonance chamber, it could actually be pulling off of the Schumann resonance, harnessing the energy of the Schumann resonance and creating a reverberation chamber and then producing energy chamber and then producing energy.
00:28:07.265 --> 00:28:09.191
So then I thought, well, is that like electricity, like light?
00:28:09.191 --> 00:28:09.771
That seems weird to me.
00:28:09.771 --> 00:28:15.145
So I went to chat GPT and I said I gave the study to chat GPT and I said let's just say this is all proven to be true.
00:28:15.145 --> 00:28:20.324
Let's just propose If that's the case, what type of energy would this produce?
00:28:20.324 --> 00:28:23.810
And what chat GPT told me is it's more of an ambient energy.
00:28:23.911 --> 00:28:32.201
So think of things like refueling your Tesla or med beds or walking through something that has an energy field, or healing.
00:28:32.201 --> 00:28:34.788
It really brought up that it would have a lot to do with healing.
00:28:34.788 --> 00:28:45.928
And then it throws in this nice little tidbit that said, oh yeah, the kind of energy that these UAPs been seeing around New Jersey have been reported to use that kind of energy and I thought, okay, okay, here we go, here we go.
00:28:45.928 --> 00:28:55.490
You know, it really opens up the field to 100 different things, but when you get down to the science of it, it's very exciting but unproven as of yet.
00:28:55.490 --> 00:28:58.327
So I think we should all approach it with caution.
00:28:58.327 --> 00:29:01.903
But excitement, you know, just because it hasn't been proven doesn't mean it's not true.
00:29:02.304 --> 00:29:51.674
Yeah, the amount of, like, the amount of of things that are coming up lately and then again it could just be my, my Tik TOK echo chamber but the amount of things coming through lately, of people saying, hey, it really seems like some ancient civilizations may have tapped into, to having, like, their entire city be built on resonance, and even to the point where you look at the old cathedrals and stuff and you see, like that, their um, their decor and decorations seem to be the grand flower, right, yeah, yeah, big flower they all have is like a cymatic pattern yeah, yeah, yeah, which, for those of you who don't know, that's like when you I don't know if you've seen those those fun experiments to the listeners where, like, people put sand on like a, a plate or something, and there's a speaker underneath it that plays a frequency and the frequency actually shapes a pattern in the sand.
00:29:52.339 --> 00:29:55.971
They're saying that cathedrals might have tapped into that type of thing.
00:29:55.971 --> 00:30:04.993
So, basically, the decorations in the windows of cathedrals are basically telling you exactly what frequency that cathedral is tuned to.
00:30:05.515 --> 00:30:05.974
That's cool.
00:30:06.359 --> 00:30:24.630
So in an event where there's a bunch of people singing or singing a specific like a tune or harmony and and and or frequency inside that, that cathedral it could have been built for that and like people go there for that specific frequency or that specific healing or that like I don't know spiritual um experience, whatever it might be.
00:30:24.779 --> 00:30:27.576
Right, right Can healing or that like I don't know, spiritual experience, whatever it might be.
00:30:27.596 --> 00:30:28.844
Yeah, let's take a couple steps back here.
00:30:28.844 --> 00:30:33.502
Sorry, I'm gonna be the linear one, sorry.
00:30:37.215 --> 00:30:40.304
I have a question about the like.
00:30:40.304 --> 00:30:45.791
When you went back to thinking about Dorian Dorian.
00:30:45.811 --> 00:30:46.256
Virtue Dorian.
00:30:46.276 --> 00:30:46.599
Virtue.
00:30:47.162 --> 00:30:52.721
Dorian Virtue, and Did you revisit that paper?
00:30:53.542 --> 00:31:09.586
once you started, I couldn't find the paper, but what happened was I ended up opening a brick and mortar wellness center with a friend of mine, and on opening day, a friend, like a mentor of mine, comes in and this is before I put all together the whole Dorian Virtue thing.
00:31:09.586 --> 00:31:14.721
I'm still sort of going, oh that's interesting, but not really paying attention, just to give an extra push, right.
00:31:14.721 --> 00:31:26.156
So he comes in, he's got a bag full of books and I have not told anyone about this story at this point nobody he goes hey, I want to, um, I want to donate some books to you, to the store, so, you know, for your library or whatever.
00:31:26.176 --> 00:31:27.602
I'm like, okay, great, and I open them.
00:31:27.602 --> 00:31:33.703
And everyone in that bag was a dorian virtue book, so that's for me.
00:31:33.703 --> 00:31:39.440
When the moment was very full of gravity I was like, oh hey, oh my gosh.
00:31:40.016 --> 00:31:41.019
Look what I've become.
00:31:42.194 --> 00:31:47.684
Yeah, I feel like I have egg on my face and she literally is laughing at me from wherever she is right now.
00:31:47.684 --> 00:31:51.055
That is so funny, I don't remember what I said in my paper.
00:31:51.055 --> 00:32:01.087
But I do know I got an A on the paper and that my psychology professor was very impressed with the tools I wielded but I'm sure I was not kind and all kinds of stuff.
00:32:01.755 --> 00:32:03.700
Oh my gosh, that's very funny.
00:32:03.700 --> 00:32:05.124
I want to know, I want to.
00:32:05.124 --> 00:32:09.604
I want to see your transition from going like oh, I'm studying this, I've opened a wellness center to like I, I.
00:32:10.205 --> 00:32:18.382
How do you go from like I think there might be something more to I'm going to teach this now go from like I think there might be something more to I'm gonna teach this now, right, so that's where the shuman comes in, really, okay.
00:32:18.382 --> 00:32:36.786
So once I go through this awakening experience, um, I don't remember exactly the time that passed, but I was having lunch with a friend of mine who was a meteorology student and I was remarking to him how I think I made a joke about pms or something and I was like you know, the moon's always affecting me and he said something like you, you know, have you ever heard of the Schumann?
00:32:36.786 --> 00:32:38.127
I'm like what is that?
00:32:38.127 --> 00:32:39.637
And he said, well, it's this blah, blah, blah.
00:32:39.637 --> 00:32:44.017
And he explained it to me and he showed me on his phone this app and he goes so how are you feeling today?
00:32:44.017 --> 00:32:44.917
Or he said something like that.
00:32:44.958 --> 00:32:47.721
Whatever, the conversation was led me to make a connection.
00:32:47.721 --> 00:32:58.417
So, yeah, so the Schumann resonance is a of extremely low frequency ELF electromagnetic waves that all naturally occur between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere.
00:32:58.417 --> 00:33:01.705
It's like a sponge or a cushion around the Earth, right?
00:33:01.705 --> 00:33:05.681
The main resonance of this is 7.83 Hertz.
00:33:05.681 --> 00:33:13.541
It has harmonics, so it goes up and it goes down, but the basic harmonic frequency of the Earth itself is 7.83 Hertz.
00:33:13.622 --> 00:33:19.117
Based on all this energy, so, I got download the app and as a scientist, I always want proof.
00:33:19.117 --> 00:33:32.117
So I started to keep a log and every single day for a full year I wrote down what I observed on the graph versus how I felt versus the next day, and every single day I wrote that down.
00:33:32.117 --> 00:33:36.288
And then, once I did that, I took that because I was still teaching at the university.
00:33:36.288 --> 00:33:57.099
I took that to the university where we have an AI engine, and I plugged in all these numbers into this statistical thing and it spit out statistics and, sure enough, there was a bell curve and I thought well, that's interesting, because when that happens, that's statistical significance and in science that means you have something, you have a theory, you have something you can work with.
00:33:57.099 --> 00:34:08.202
So that after I started doing all that observations, when I really started to dig into it, because I really didn't expect to see any correlation, I didn't expect to see the pattern, right.
00:34:08.262 --> 00:34:11.014
And this is emanating from the earth.
00:34:11.797 --> 00:34:11.978
No.
00:34:11.978 --> 00:34:21.103
So these frequencies are produced by lightning strikes, they're produced by tectonic plate movement and they're produced a lot by cmes from the sun.
00:34:21.103 --> 00:34:37.326
Um, so when we get big solar flares and ejections of plasma and protons, that all hits our atmosphere and kind of gets stuck in the ionosphere and sort of bounces around like this and it starts out strong and then it loses and then it dissipates.
00:34:37.326 --> 00:34:39.530
So it's kind of like a cushion for the Earth.
00:34:39.530 --> 00:34:43.402
The Schumann resonance is the measurement of that energy.
00:34:43.402 --> 00:34:46.056
So it's not actually a Schumann, it's just energy.
00:34:46.056 --> 00:34:48.706
The guy who discovered its name was Schumann, so that's why it's called that.
00:34:48.706 --> 00:34:52.481
But this is a daily measurement of that energy.
00:34:52.481 --> 00:34:55.005
There are many different aspects to this.
00:34:55.005 --> 00:35:00.867
They measure ELF, ulf, all these different ones, and there are many different reporting stations all over the globe.
00:35:00.867 --> 00:35:04.664
There's one in Italy, there's one in Russia, there's one, I think, in Denmark.
00:35:04.664 --> 00:35:05.516
They're all over the place.
00:35:05.516 --> 00:35:11.007
Each of those stations measures a different aspect of that resonance, right?
00:35:11.007 --> 00:35:15.469
The only one that I really pay a whole lot of attention to is the one in Russia.
00:35:15.469 --> 00:35:21.996
The reason is because that's the one I started with, that's the one I studied and that's the one I feel most comfortable with.
00:35:21.996 --> 00:35:31.920
But that shows ELF, that's Electromagnetic Extremely Low Frequency, which I love their naming, you know, extremely low, ultra low.
00:35:31.920 --> 00:35:34.143
Who came up with that?
00:35:34.143 --> 00:35:54.891
How much do you get paid for that, schumann, if you think about it, if the main resonance is 7.83 hertz, the reason that made me so interested is because studies have shown that human brain waves, especially alpha and theta, naturally synchronize with that frequency.
00:35:54.891 --> 00:36:08.423
So this links the earth's rhythm, the 7.83 hertz, the cycles that the earth goes through it, links it to things like your circadian rhythm, how you sleep, your awareness.
00:36:08.423 --> 00:36:10.286
All this gets linked to this.
00:36:10.286 --> 00:36:11.309
It's all affected.
00:36:11.309 --> 00:36:16.835
And then the other thought I had was well, our physical bodies are electrical in nature.
00:36:16.835 --> 00:36:19.202
Our heart and brain works on electricity basically.
00:36:19.202 --> 00:36:34.644
And if you're a part of a planet that's being bombarded by the electricity that's kind of bouncing around, it was logical to me to assume that it would affect us as electrical beings in some way, especially because the ground is oppositely charged, right, yeah?
00:36:34.644 --> 00:36:39.380
So if the ground is oppositely charged than us, then it stands to reason that we would be more in tune with that.
00:36:39.380 --> 00:36:41.021
So that's kind of where I started.
00:36:42.494 --> 00:36:50.402
So after I get all this data, as a scientist, I'm looking at all this thinking, I'm losing my mind and I thought well, what would a scientist do?
00:36:50.402 --> 00:36:50.682
Right?
00:36:50.682 --> 00:36:53.920
So the next thing a scientist does is put it out for peer review.
00:36:53.920 --> 00:36:57.911
Right, so the next thing a scientist does is put it out for peer review.
00:36:57.911 --> 00:37:04.827
So then I thought I'm just going to put it out on TikTok, because it honestly felt safer than YouTube, because there were less doctors following me on TikTok than YouTube.
00:37:04.827 --> 00:37:10.244
I'll put it out on TikTok just to see what would happen, because, again, I'm still teaching at the university at this point.
00:37:10.244 --> 00:37:11.695
Right, put it out there.
00:37:12.396 --> 00:37:14.260
And the response was overwhelming.
00:37:14.260 --> 00:37:19.050
It was unbelievable how many people started emailing me and reaching oh my God, this is so right, this is so right.
00:37:19.050 --> 00:37:30.239
So I just kept doing it every day, because if it helps somebody who's not sure what in the world is happening right now feel a sense of control, then it's worth every ounce of work that I've done for it.
00:37:30.239 --> 00:37:32.418
Because when I was in that state, I hated that feeling.
00:37:32.418 --> 00:37:33.400
I don't know what's going on.
00:37:33.400 --> 00:37:34.400
I don't know what's going on.
00:37:34.400 --> 00:37:35.663
I don't know how to help myself.
00:37:35.663 --> 00:37:38.768
It's very uncomfortable to feel in that state.
00:37:38.887 --> 00:37:54.505
So any way I can help this is the easiest way for me to do it, I think so you started recognizing physical responses that were in line with what showed up on the graph.
00:37:54.505 --> 00:37:59.503
The graph kind of looks like what does that graph look like?
00:38:00.554 --> 00:38:06.507
It's almost like if you've seen a Richter scale, almost like a chart for earthquakes, but it's in light instead of lines.
00:38:07.231 --> 00:38:12.608
Right, yeah, well, it's in frequency, so the color is on the frequency.
00:38:13.373 --> 00:38:17.485
Okay, First I'm going to ask you this very macro question why is this happening?
00:38:17.485 --> 00:38:20.940
What are we supposed to do with it?
00:38:23.400 --> 00:38:27.094
Well, I think we, as humanity, have reached a tipping point where we need to make a decision.
00:38:27.094 --> 00:38:56.507
We need to decide if we're going to stay very material-based, which is where we've been, or if we're going to allow ourselves to expand into a place of balance where we find the balance between the material and the non-material, the etheric right Something I like to point out to people when they dismiss the idea of Atlantis or any of those things if we had a cataclysmic event right now all of our technology disappeared they would be looking at us exactly the way that we look at these places that we think didn't exist, right?
00:38:56.507 --> 00:39:10.317
So this is, to me, just a repeated cycle that comes up over and over and over in Earth history not necessarily humanity, but Earth history, because everything in nature tends to have that spiral pattern.
00:39:10.317 --> 00:39:10.898
Right?
00:39:10.898 --> 00:39:12.961
That's the Fibonacci sequence, right?
00:39:12.961 --> 00:39:18.702
So until we learn the lesson, we are doomed to repeat the problem, right?
00:39:18.702 --> 00:39:25.740
So I think we've come to the nexus point again, as humanity on earth, to decide which way do we want to go.
00:39:25.740 --> 00:39:28.487
Do we want to go one way where we stay rooted in?
00:39:28.487 --> 00:39:42.181
I only believe what I can see, and there's black and white issues, and everybody one or the other, or am I going to be open to the idea of perspective and I still have more to learn and science is not complete, and that there's more to the story?
00:39:42.181 --> 00:39:46.498
Because when you pull away from that, they're very different realities.
00:39:46.498 --> 00:39:47.780
They're very different realities.
00:39:47.780 --> 00:40:01.603
So I think why all this stuff is happening, which coincides just with us reaching the solar maximum right now for our sun, so I think everything's happening all at one time very purposely.
00:40:01.603 --> 00:40:16.963
I think there's no denying what astrology is telling us is going on right now lines up perfectly with what the Vedic calendar's been telling us, lines up perfectly with all this stuff in the Mayan culture, lines up perfectly with the Hopi prophecy, lines up perfectly.
00:40:16.963 --> 00:40:23.001
I mean, you can go down the list and it's uncanny how many things literally feel like they're coming together.
00:40:23.001 --> 00:40:26.097
I mean, how many times do we have to be told we have a tale before we turn around and go?
00:40:26.097 --> 00:40:27.802
I should have a tale.
00:40:27.802 --> 00:40:30.536
How many times do they have to tell us that?
00:40:30.536 --> 00:40:37.148
Literally all of the prophecies if you just sit down and look at them, there are so many common threads that are happening right now.
00:40:37.275 --> 00:40:38.882
People talk about the return of Christ.
00:40:38.882 --> 00:40:41.023
This is the return of Christ, my friends.
00:40:41.023 --> 00:40:43.043
This is the return of Christ consciousness.
00:40:43.043 --> 00:40:44.824
You're looking for a person.
00:40:44.824 --> 00:40:46.775
It's not a person, it's a consciousness.
00:40:46.775 --> 00:40:55.806
It's an awareness that we all have everything we need within us and when we turn within and listen here, we don't need this out here.
00:40:55.806 --> 00:41:04.681
But all the people that have made their life on controlling all of this out here don't like that, and I don't know that they do it maliciously.
00:41:04.681 --> 00:41:13.322
I think some people do, but I think, just out of a sense of losing control, that there's a lot of pushback from the other side and that's what makes the divide so great.
00:41:17.655 --> 00:41:21.891
So this is like in terms of oh and for anybody who doesn't know that, the solar maximum is the this the sun is having more.
00:41:21.891 --> 00:41:26.744
Uh, the sun's acting up in a way that it's supposed to, but it's doing it way harder these days.
00:41:26.744 --> 00:41:29.119
That's the tantrums.
00:41:29.320 --> 00:41:41.157
You know I'm not a geologist so I don't know the actual numbers, but we are right in the middle and I will tell you that our solar maximum I know for a fact where we are right now is way stronger than they ever anticipated it or what they predicted it to be.
00:41:41.177 --> 00:41:48.139
It's like 50 stronger yeah, it's a lot of tantrums and it's funny when you think about, like ancient civilizations and stuff.
00:41:48.139 --> 00:41:53.858
Um, we're really, you know everyone thinks, oh, this, this, how can all this ever go away?
00:41:53.918 --> 00:42:07.646
we're really just one solar flare, one real good solar flare, away from losing everything yeah, like yeah, and so it's not out, it's not out of reason to like say you know we can lose all of this.
00:42:07.646 --> 00:42:11.782
And what would you choose, you know, if we were set back to the stone age?
00:42:11.782 --> 00:42:16.500
And I sometimes wonder if that's what the all of this would be leading up to.
00:42:16.500 --> 00:42:24.501
Is we need to get into a place where we're okay with that and, and you know, if we're so attached to this material world, like, what kind of spirituality can you possibly have?
00:42:25.083 --> 00:42:26.786
Right, you know, I think yes and no.
00:42:26.786 --> 00:42:32.842
I think I don't think we we can really anticipate what it really means, because I don't think our brains are smart enough.
00:42:32.842 --> 00:42:39.871
But to me it's the idea of choosing where I'm paying attention, creating my own reality.
00:42:39.871 --> 00:42:46.795
So Bashar says it all the time that there's two different realities and they're pulling away from each other and they're like trains moving in opposite directions.
00:42:46.795 --> 00:42:50.164
Just because the train's moving away from you doesn't mean you can't see it.
00:42:50.164 --> 00:42:54.056
But a perfect example of a different timeline like this is a freaky story.
00:42:54.056 --> 00:42:54.396
You guys.
00:42:54.396 --> 00:42:55.719
This is awesome, it just happened.
00:42:56.199 --> 00:43:05.447
You're the freaky exclusive, okay, yes, I was invited to go bowling with some friends last weekend and I was like sure, let's go bowling.
00:43:05.447 --> 00:43:09.123
So my husband and I go and we're getting ready in the garage and I'm sitting in the car.
00:43:09.123 --> 00:43:11.117
I'm like what is taking him so long to get in the car?
00:43:11.117 --> 00:43:13.400
And I look over and he's got a bowling bag in his hand he's holding up.
00:43:13.400 --> 00:43:14.159
He goes do you want this?
00:43:14.159 --> 00:43:14.880
And I go what is that?
00:43:14.880 --> 00:43:17.003
He goes it's your bowling ball and I go what?
00:43:17.003 --> 00:43:20.206
He goes it's your bowling ball and I go what are you talking about?
00:43:20.206 --> 00:43:22.570
He goes it's your bowling ball.
00:43:22.570 --> 00:43:24.112
It has your bowling shoes in it.
00:43:32.166 --> 00:43:32.706
Do you want it?
00:43:32.907 --> 00:43:44.981
And I'm looking at him going oh, like I had zero recollection of that until he said it and pulled me out of where I am.
00:43:44.981 --> 00:43:46.085
All the way back there, I had zero memory.
00:43:46.085 --> 00:43:52.686
I would have walked into that bowling alley, would have never thought about it, never connected to that, nothing until he pulled that out.
00:43:52.686 --> 00:43:54.485
And that's like the other timeline.
00:43:54.485 --> 00:43:57.697
Look at, do you remember this Now?
00:43:57.757 --> 00:44:04.719
When I put those bowling shoes on, they were a full size, too big for me, what A full size.
00:44:04.719 --> 00:44:08.795
And he's looking at me going those have to be your shoes, because they're a size seven.
00:44:08.795 --> 00:44:10.679
I'm a man, I wear a size 12.
00:44:10.679 --> 00:44:13.244
They're not mine and they're purple, so they're definitely yours.
00:44:13.244 --> 00:44:16.570
Sitting there and I'm going well, how is it possible?
00:44:16.570 --> 00:44:23.746
He goes well, maybe you were wearing really thick socks, it was winter and I'm like no, that's not what's happening here.
00:44:23.746 --> 00:44:29.768
So I can't explain how my foot is a full size smaller than it was when I got those shoes.
00:44:29.768 --> 00:44:35.027
I can't explain how I had zero memory of that until he literally brought it up.
00:44:37.974 --> 00:44:39.259
And even now when I think about it, it's so foggy.
00:44:39.259 --> 00:44:40.945
It's like trying to remember a dream.
00:44:40.945 --> 00:44:43.382
It's like I can't remember the details.
00:44:43.382 --> 00:44:47.626
I can't remember anything specific until he says it and then it comes back.
00:44:47.626 --> 00:44:51.364
But that's kind of what I mean when you're creating your own reality.
00:44:51.364 --> 00:44:59.021
Where I was at that time in my life is so removed from where I am now that it's not even part of me anymore, right?
00:44:59.021 --> 00:45:00.405
So was that like years ago?
00:45:00.405 --> 00:45:04.603
Yeah, so he said it was when I literally don't really remember.
00:45:04.603 --> 00:45:07.958
I know my kids were little, so my daughter is almost 23.
00:45:07.958 --> 00:45:09.242
My son's 18.
00:45:09.242 --> 00:45:19.505
And they were small enough that they had to go with us everywhere and my son was a pain in the butt, so he was probably five or six years old, so it's been at least probably 12, 13 years.
00:45:19.505 --> 00:45:21.099
And it's very true.
00:45:21.099 --> 00:45:27.322
I'm a very, very different person now than I was then and it's like a whole shift to a different timeline.
00:45:27.322 --> 00:45:29.608
Oh, that's so interesting.
00:45:30.675 --> 00:45:31.318
Is there any?
00:45:31.318 --> 00:45:35.916
The first of all what's funny is that like I, Is there any?
00:45:35.916 --> 00:45:40.324
First of all, what's funny is that, like I know you've told me before, like when people, when women get pregnant, after they have kids and stuff, if anything, their feet get bigger.
00:45:40.344 --> 00:45:43.501
Yeah, yeah, my feet got like half a size bigger.
00:45:43.501 --> 00:45:44.423
Yeah, like that's a thing.
00:45:45.275 --> 00:45:45.516
Is it?
00:45:45.516 --> 00:45:55.422
Does it make you feel good at all to know that somewhere on a timeline there's an Erin who's got giant feet and she's just throwing turkeys down the down the lanes all the time?
00:45:56.483 --> 00:46:05.543
Well, it makes me feel good to think that she has the fashion sense to get those adorable shoes, cause they were really and it was felt better than putting my feet in the bowling shoes.
00:46:05.543 --> 00:46:09.003
You know that from the plate I just stuffed the back of them with a sock.
00:46:09.003 --> 00:46:12.175
I mean it was big enough that I could stuff a little sock in there to hold my shoes.
00:46:12.195 --> 00:46:13.659
stuff a little sock in there to hold my crazy.
00:46:13.679 --> 00:46:16.896
Oh my gosh, that's so funny, so let's like hold on a minute now.
00:46:16.896 --> 00:46:19.242
So earlier you were talking about.
00:46:19.242 --> 00:46:28.684
You were talking about how, um, the human sometimes expects us if you can personify it that way to.
00:46:28.684 --> 00:46:32.898
It hits us with an energy and we're supposed to meet it as as much as we can.
00:46:32.898 --> 00:46:40.300
Is that indicative of, of like a quantum jump in some way into like a new version of ourselves, or what exactly?
00:46:40.300 --> 00:46:50.019
Is it so that you are experiencing something like a Mandela effect in that capacity where you have to remember something that you almost have no personal experience with?
00:46:50.521 --> 00:46:50.760
Yeah.
00:46:50.760 --> 00:47:02.257
So what I have found is the more aware you are, the more awake you are, the more conscious choices you make, the more you move away from behaviors that were prominent when you were unconscious.
00:47:02.257 --> 00:47:10.690
So, for example, I no longer drink alcohol, I no longer eat meat, and these were things that just sort of happened very naturally, not because I needed.
00:47:10.690 --> 00:47:12.096
I felt like, oh, they're terrible.
00:47:12.096 --> 00:47:13.139
I just they didn't feel.
00:47:13.139 --> 00:47:15.005
If I ate a hamburger, I didn't feel good after I ate it.
00:47:15.005 --> 00:47:15.907
I felt like, oh, they're terrible.
00:47:15.907 --> 00:47:21.577
If I ate a hamburger, I didn't feel good after I ate it, so I stopped eating it.
00:47:21.577 --> 00:47:24.855
It wasn't anything monumental, but over time I slowly started to watch these things fall away and I sort of entered into this whole new state.
00:47:24.855 --> 00:47:37.487
When I entered into this place where I'm focused more on intuitive health and intuitive eating and all these things, I started to notice that the stuff like bowling and all the things that meant a lot to me just don't resonate anymore.
00:47:37.487 --> 00:47:42.983
So I don't think about them, I don't draw them into my timeline, and I see this happen with a lot of people.
00:47:43.865 --> 00:47:45.876
It's a state I like to call compression.
00:47:45.876 --> 00:47:50.588
I kind of borrow that term from Bashar, but it's, you know, your whole life.
00:47:50.588 --> 00:47:52.780
You're told ask someone else.
00:47:52.780 --> 00:47:54.182
You're never told to ask you.
00:47:54.182 --> 00:47:55.887
You're never told to trust yourself.
00:47:55.887 --> 00:48:00.766
You're told to trust your doctors, your parents, your teachers, your lawyers, but never you.
00:48:00.766 --> 00:48:06.880
And when you come into awareness and come into awakening, you're finally being told and given permission to ask yourself.
00:48:06.880 --> 00:48:16.516
So your energy, instead of being outward facing, turns inward facing, and in doing that it pushes away, kind of like putting a drop of dish soap in a dirty sink.
00:48:16.516 --> 00:48:21.677
It pushes away all the stuff that doesn't resonate with what's trying to propagate inside.
00:48:21.677 --> 00:48:36.021
And so you tend to go through this phase where you sort of jettison a lot of stuff, and a lot of people equate that with a timeline jump or a quantum jump, because you feel like a different person, because you're not around there, and it is far as I, as far as I'm concerned.
00:48:36.021 --> 00:48:40.048
But it's not about changing your timeline.
00:48:40.048 --> 00:48:41.737
You're changing your timeline all day long.
00:48:41.838 --> 00:48:54.862
It's just staying more consistently on the one that feels better, if that makes sense I feel like I kind of talked in a circle on that one, but I hope it made sense no, I love that idea of ask yourself though, like that.
00:48:54.923 --> 00:49:13.967
That just made me think of when I was a kid I've told you this before, frank that like being told sometimes, like I know you better than you know you right, was like, don't like thinking about it.
00:49:13.967 --> 00:49:25.679
Now I'm like that's nice, you know, like that's a, it's a, it's a nice intention, but it's also like deeply like removing your own power.
00:49:25.679 --> 00:49:42.856
You know, without it wasn't like a malicious thing to say, but it really does like that kind of just removes your own personal power and that's something that we're taught in our current society over and over and over again you know when you go to the doctor.
00:49:42.936 --> 00:49:44.661
They don't ask you what do you think is wrong.
00:49:44.742 --> 00:50:01.329
They tell you what they think is wrong you know, and that's part of the problem, you know like there's a whole lot of that going on with every yeah, I mean just the non-stop like self-doubt, just perpetuated by every single adult as you're growing.
00:50:01.329 --> 00:50:01.909
Yeah, what?
00:50:03.875 --> 00:50:04.376
Oh nothing.
00:50:04.376 --> 00:50:20.327
We say it by adults and I'm still encountering people who feel like adults to me, telling me what the hell to do, show about the guardrail set up for, like what we're and breaking out of that mold, of what we're shown reality is supposed to be and what the mold we're supposed to fit into.
00:50:20.327 --> 00:50:33.728
Right, and like checking on the shuman resonance, it seems like these are moments when we have an ability to a stronger ability than usual, to step into our own yes, it has the potential to give you a reason why.
00:50:33.907 --> 00:50:42.318
So you don't feel so out of control and when you see those big white pushes on the shuman, it's not ever going to be forced on you, but it's one of those things.
00:50:42.318 --> 00:50:50.248
Hey, I have the opportunity to open up to this and if I let go of my disbelief and everything, you have to trust that it'll settle in.
00:50:50.248 --> 00:50:56.376
And for some people it affects them dramatically and some people it barely affects them.
00:50:56.376 --> 00:50:59.498
But you're getting effect all the time from it.
00:50:59.498 --> 00:51:01.320
It's just being open to accepting it.
00:51:01.320 --> 00:51:02.480
That's all you have to do.
00:51:02.480 --> 00:51:03.840
People ask me all the time what do I need to do?
00:51:03.840 --> 00:51:04.440
What do I need to do?
00:51:04.440 --> 00:51:05.501
Nothing, you don't need to do anything.
00:51:05.501 --> 00:51:06.603
You need to stop doing something.
00:51:06.623 --> 00:51:08.643
Stop telling yourself that you can't Stop telling yourself.
00:51:08.664 --> 00:51:09.344
It's not what you need to do.
00:51:09.344 --> 00:51:10.364
It's what you need to stop doing.
00:51:10.364 --> 00:51:11.445
It's not what you need to do.
00:51:11.445 --> 00:51:12.565
It's what you need to stop doing.
00:51:12.565 --> 00:51:18.188
Everything is trying to reach you Manifestations like a river going in your direction.
00:51:18.188 --> 00:51:20.610
The problem is the rocks that you put in the way.
00:51:20.610 --> 00:51:23.811
So when you move the rocks, it can reach you.
00:51:23.811 --> 00:51:24.851
You don't have to go get it.
00:51:24.851 --> 00:51:25.871
It's coming to you.
00:51:25.871 --> 00:51:27.612
It's matching a frequency.
00:51:29.635 --> 00:51:35.036
It's literally a matching of frequencies, and so what are like the big?
00:51:35.036 --> 00:51:44.695
When you see a big like streak or a big white energy, like what are the things to kind of pay attention to in your body?
00:51:44.695 --> 00:52:05.947
Or like we have little kids sometimes you know there's always something that they're acting up about, but sometimes it's like this whole house has big emotions or like everybody here is exhausted and there's not a real explanation for why or whatever it is you are being offered the opportunity to embody a higher frequency.
00:52:06.047 --> 00:52:26.286
And in order to do that, when you create I mean, if you think, if creator is all of the universe the act of creating is channeling that energy through yourself, right?
00:52:26.286 --> 00:52:30.300
So the best way to access this energy is to go into some sort of state of creation.
00:52:30.300 --> 00:52:36.686
That doesn't mean you have to paint a work of art or you have to create a Picasso, but do something that helps you feel creative.
00:52:36.686 --> 00:52:39.643
For me, a lot of times, it's organizing my kitchen or cleaning my house.
00:52:39.643 --> 00:52:43.603
That makes me feel good, but that's you letting that energy into your system.
00:52:43.603 --> 00:52:47.405
It doesn't have to be defined about what anybody else's definition of creative is.
00:52:47.405 --> 00:52:48.721
It's for you, right?
00:52:49.215 --> 00:52:52.465
For little kids on days like that, I like to call that a ya-ya day.
00:52:52.465 --> 00:52:58.159
You got to go outside and run and jump and scrape and swing and be loud.
00:52:58.159 --> 00:53:02.449
Get all your ya-yas out, because little kids don't have a lot of filter.
00:53:02.449 --> 00:53:07.056
So when this big energy comes in, it makes them very energized and they don't know what to do with it.
00:53:07.056 --> 00:53:10.822
As adults, we know we can do something creative or whatever.
00:53:10.822 --> 00:53:17.179
As kids, we need them to say hey, let's go to the park, let's go play air guns, or let 's go do have a water gun fight or something.
00:53:17.179 --> 00:53:19.405
Let's go get out of the house, do something like that.
00:53:20.335 --> 00:53:23.487
On the days with the red energy, that is, release days.
00:53:23.487 --> 00:53:26.637
That's when your energy is being invited to release.
00:53:26.637 --> 00:53:30.445
Anything you've been working on that to this point is no longer serving you.
00:53:30.445 --> 00:53:35.726
So those are the days where people tend to be more tired, more reactive, more emotional.
00:53:35.726 --> 00:53:39.565
On those days, I tell people just listen to your body.
00:53:39.565 --> 00:53:44.427
If your body, if you sit down to work and you are forcing it, then you need to walk away from it.
00:53:44.427 --> 00:53:46.141
If your body's tired, take a nap.
00:53:46.141 --> 00:53:49.485
If you feel like you need to have some macarons, then you need to have some macarons.
00:53:49.485 --> 00:53:54.418
Just stop trying to fit into somebody else's definition of self-care.
00:53:54.418 --> 00:53:58.920
Right, do something for yourself that feels good for you, as long as you're not hurting anybody else.
00:53:59.340 --> 00:54:23.443
Yeah, I to that the biggest thing is, when you feel inspired, do your best to follow up on that inspiration in the moment, if you can, even if it's just write it down.
00:54:23.443 --> 00:54:26.554
Because when you are receiving inspiration from source, you're not meant to be a sponge.
00:54:26.554 --> 00:54:27.416
You're like a straw.
00:54:27.416 --> 00:54:30.996
It's meant to come in and go out, just like an emotion is meant to come in and go out.
00:54:30.996 --> 00:54:32.460
You're meant to experience and release.
00:54:32.460 --> 00:54:35.876
So when you get an idea, write it down, catch it.
00:54:35.876 --> 00:54:38.764
Even if you can't follow through it in that moment, catch it, write it down.
00:54:38.764 --> 00:54:41.400
I have a book, a little purple book, right here.
00:54:41.400 --> 00:54:43.384
I literally carry it everywhere with me.
00:54:43.384 --> 00:54:47.938
I will open this book and read something I wrote in here six months ago.
00:54:48.018 --> 00:54:49.699
Oh my God that's such a great idea, I should do that.
00:54:52.063 --> 00:54:52.983
But you got to catch it.
00:54:52.983 --> 00:55:00.679
You got to catch it like but as you're seeing, like, uh, a streak or a color, it's like how long does it?
00:55:00.679 --> 00:55:13.007
Last, yeah, or like now for the next, like two, like the whole day I should be well, or like whatever well, you just do it until you feel better.
00:55:13.047 --> 00:55:14.717
You do it until you feel like you've reached that.
00:55:14.717 --> 00:55:17.565
You know, kind of like when you take your kids to the park to get all the ya-ya's out.
00:55:17.565 --> 00:55:22.583
You let them run until they finally feel like, okay, I got it out and then you get back to your normal thing.
00:55:22.583 --> 00:55:25.896
But if it comes up again, then you get back into a state of creativity.
00:55:25.896 --> 00:55:31.621
If there's a day with big white energy and you literally feel nothing, you don't feel out of place, nothing feels off.
00:55:31.621 --> 00:55:34.744
It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you or that you're behind or anything.
00:55:34.744 --> 00:55:38.246
It just means that there's nothing that you need to embody right now.
00:55:38.746 --> 00:55:41.768
Yeah, I've taken that to mean like I'm in alignment with whatever this is.
00:55:42.148 --> 00:56:00.907
It's kind of like going to a buffet right, you have the option, but you're never forced and sometimes you're full when you get to the buffet, so you just move on.
00:56:00.802 --> 00:56:01.284
But sometimes you're starving, so you take of it.
00:56:01.284 --> 00:56:03.800
You know, and it's not necessarily a conscious choice, it's based on your energy, where you are, what you're working on, all that sort of stuff.
00:56:03.800 --> 00:56:22.902
Actually, lauren, this is a really good opportunity because we're lucky that we even have these graphs people didn't used to, uh, and really we're kind of trying to tap into the, the energy of the collective at any given moment, right for For you in particular, because you struggle sometimes with, like, the interoception of your own, like emotions and feelings it's great to like.
00:56:23.894 --> 00:56:33.324
it would be a great practice for you to kind of assess your feeling and how you're feeling that day and then refer to the graph and like see what's going on, or just check out Aaron on TikTok.
00:56:33.385 --> 00:56:38.545
Yeah, well, yeah, and I always encourage, I want everybody to do that, because I can only offer you how I feel.
00:56:38.545 --> 00:56:39.800
I only have one perspective.
00:56:39.800 --> 00:56:44.443
It's going to affect all of us differently, just like if I take penicillin, you take penicillin.
00:56:44.443 --> 00:56:49.599
They're going to affect us differently, even if neither one of us is allergic cellular level, it's going to be different.
00:56:49.599 --> 00:56:50.742
Energy is the same way.
00:56:50.742 --> 00:56:52.056
It's going to affect everybody differently.
00:56:52.056 --> 00:56:53.157
The way it's going to affect everybody differently.
00:56:53.157 --> 00:56:58.143
The reason I put that out there is to show you that there is a correlation, that if you pay attention.
00:56:58.342 --> 00:57:11.557
If you start paying attention to this, you can see patterns, so that now when I open the graph, if I see a big red patch coming in, I know it's not a good day to call my sister.
00:57:11.557 --> 00:57:12.018
You know what I mean.
00:57:12.018 --> 00:57:12.981
I can sort of figure stuff out from that.
00:57:12.981 --> 00:57:14.364
It's not that the graph is telling me.
00:57:14.364 --> 00:57:14.865
That's how I feel.
00:57:14.865 --> 00:57:16.210
It's me looking at it and going.
00:57:16.210 --> 00:57:19.358
I might not be feeling so talkative today with her.
00:57:19.358 --> 00:57:33.003
It's kind of like a horoscope or something, but it has more of a grounding in something tangible like science, like frequency and the movement of your brain, oscillations of your energy and all that.
00:57:33.590 --> 00:57:37.324
We never got back around to and I wanted to ask you did you figure out the thing?
00:57:39.456 --> 00:57:45.027
no, never had it again and I went away went away never had it again.
00:57:45.148 --> 00:57:49.987
Do you ever think that sometimes you get physical manifestations of dissonance that you are putting yourself through?
00:57:49.987 --> 00:57:57.960
100 okay, and then when you came around to learning all this, it went away yes and no, I don't.
00:57:58.501 --> 00:58:10.480
I think that the blood clots were probably part of some energetic block, but I think for me, because I was so rooted in science, it took me losing my faith in science to look at something outside of that.
00:58:11.001 --> 00:58:28.344
Yeah, okay, I used to suffer from debilitating panic attacks and turns out, my intuitive gifts are in the form of feeling and I was on Prozac and stuff and that was the only way I was able to survive for a while.
00:58:28.344 --> 00:58:48.882
And I don't know if Prozac did some rewiring, but since I've been off now for like months and I'm beginning to realize that I'm able to feel more of people around me and no panic attacks, so I don't know, I don't know, you're right, you're right and you know what it is the panic comes from not knowing what it?
00:58:49.043 --> 00:58:49.827
is Now that you know what it is.
00:58:49.827 --> 00:58:54.144
The panic is not part of it anymore, because you're able to recognize it doesn't necessarily belong to you.
00:58:54.144 --> 00:58:56.635
Before you were embodying it as belonging to you.
00:58:56.635 --> 00:59:01.762
Now you know it doesn't, and so you're able to remove yourself a little bit from it and give yourself some buffer space.
00:59:01.762 --> 00:59:04.768
That's all you're doing is just recognizing self.
00:59:05.047 --> 00:59:05.929
That's absolutely correct.
00:59:05.929 --> 00:59:08.780
So many of my, so many of my panic attacks.
00:59:08.780 --> 00:59:09.483
I'd be looking at Lauren.
00:59:09.483 --> 00:59:15.081
I'm like I don't know, I'm not thinking of it and there's nothing bothering me, but I'm having a panic attack.
00:59:15.081 --> 00:59:24.989
So being able to like separate that and know what's going on I also just giving myself time to isolate and recharge yeah, I have days I call them my fold-up days.
00:59:26.934 --> 00:59:30.434
I have whole days that I just don't do a thing because it is a lot of energy expenditure what I do.
00:59:30.434 --> 00:59:39.382
I'm performing basically for two hours straight on TikTok and then I have a whole afternoon of client after client after client, and so I'm constantly going.
00:59:39.382 --> 00:59:44.001
So every once in a while I'll take an entire day off and I literally will do nothing.
00:59:44.155 --> 01:00:04.583
I will watch the worst TV I can find, like 90 Day Fiance bad, I'm all in the drama and then, I will eat all kinds of macaroni and cheese and ho-hos and ice cream, but I will give my body the chance it needs to sort of pull all of my energy back and then the next day I'll always feel fine and I'm able to get up and move around and do whatever.
01:00:04.583 --> 01:00:06.963
But I have to give myself permission to have those days.
01:00:06.963 --> 01:00:12.563
I used to push through them and it would elongate it Instead of being one day, it would be weeks.
01:00:13.155 --> 01:00:17.920
But if I just listen, I can sit down and deal with it and then come out of it and be fine.
01:00:17.920 --> 01:00:31.280
And I think that's part of our problem as society is, we want instant gratification and instant fix, but sometimes you need to feel your feelings, yeah well, I mean we are have taught ourselves that there's merit in the pain right, yeah and
01:00:31.300 --> 01:00:33.465
that's well emotion.
01:00:33.726 --> 01:00:35.670
Emotion is energy in motion.
01:00:35.670 --> 01:00:39.179
It's meant to visit release, visit release.
01:00:39.179 --> 01:00:42.547
We as humans, visit a an emotion that we don't like.
01:00:42.547 --> 01:00:44.639
We go I don't like that and we grab it and we shove it down.
01:00:44.639 --> 01:00:48.166
We go, stay right there and we literally push it down into us.
01:00:48.166 --> 01:00:49.155
We didn't release it.
01:00:49.396 --> 01:00:57.483
But if we had just done what we're supposed to do feel the sadness and let it leave our system, instead of saying I don't want to feel this way, just feel it.
01:00:57.483 --> 01:01:04.416
Just feel it, it will leave, it will go away.
01:01:04.416 --> 01:01:04.918
It's just doing its job.
01:01:04.918 --> 01:01:07.143
It's your indicator of where you are in alignment with whatever it is that's happening to you.
01:01:07.143 --> 01:01:12.922
If someone dies and you're feeling fear, you feel the misalignment for them not being there and you being here.
01:01:12.922 --> 01:01:14.907
That's all you're feeling, right?
01:01:14.907 --> 01:01:23.539
If you have fear around taking a test, you're feeling the misalignment between your higher self, knowing you'll be fine, and your lower self, not feeling that confidence.
01:01:23.539 --> 01:01:33.327
That's all you're feeling, and if you can just let yourself feel it and walk through it, you can let it go instead of squashing it down and pushing it into yourselves and having a physical manifestation.
01:01:34.556 --> 01:01:42.284
You're talking about how your intuition comes through a lot in visions and stuff and earlier you had mentioned that you were in a meditation and you received some information that way.
01:01:42.284 --> 01:01:43.728
How are these?
01:01:43.728 --> 01:01:44.355
How is that?
01:01:44.355 --> 01:01:45.557
How do your meditations work?
01:01:46.179 --> 01:01:46.900
My meditation.
01:01:46.900 --> 01:01:52.804
So I, because my brain is so busy, I don't do meditation where you sit alone in a room.
01:01:52.804 --> 01:02:05.106
I do a lot of active meditations and what that looks like for me is my body, physically, is moving, doing something, and my I have like either frequency, tones playing or something else going on.
01:02:05.106 --> 01:02:08.043
Nothing with words, because if it's words it's going to distract me.
01:02:08.043 --> 01:02:29.690
I'm trying to listen, but some kind of tone or frequency and I do this like in the morning when I'm getting ready, when I'm taking a shower and getting ready, I have frequency playing and tones playing and all this stuff and I'm getting visions and stuff coming through, like when I'm in the shower, I get out of the shower, I do my normal stuff and I'm getting visions and stuff coming through, like when I'm in the shower, I get out of the shower, I do my normal stuff.
01:02:29.710 --> 01:02:31.355
One of the ways I talk to my guides is I have a playlist.
01:02:31.355 --> 01:02:41.621
Part of my clairaudience is that music really affects me and if I hear a song that gives me that full body feel, I will Shazam the song, put it on my playlist.
01:02:41.621 --> 01:02:49.298
In the morning, part of my meditation is I open that playlist and I close my eyes and I say tell me a story.
01:02:49.298 --> 01:02:58.802
And I hit shuffle and the first three songs that come up will give me an indication of how my day is going to go based on how I feel You're like giving yourself your own patterns.
01:03:00.556 --> 01:03:02.041
You're giving yourself something to respond to.
01:03:02.041 --> 01:03:04.202
Yeah, really cool, yeah, and you know giving yourself something to respond to yeah, which is really cool.
01:03:04.117 --> 01:03:09.365
Yeah, and you know, I think a lot of people think that they're waiting for someone else to give them the tool.
01:03:09.365 --> 01:03:11.639
You have the tool, you just have to figure it out.
01:03:11.940 --> 01:03:16.125
That's all it is and there's a certain amount of like effort you have to put into it to set up the tool.
01:03:16.164 --> 01:03:18.777
Yeah, I love that you, like, created your own system.
01:03:18.797 --> 01:03:27.184
That's a fun system that works for you, it's so fun and the songs cycle in and out and I don't just put songs on there that move me in a positive way.
01:03:27.184 --> 01:03:33.628
If I hear a song that makes me profoundly sad or makes me feel some profound emotion, I always put it on there.
01:03:33.628 --> 01:03:36.251
Because you can't just be biased against anything bad.
01:03:36.251 --> 01:03:41.818
You're going to have days that aren't great, but for me this is kind of giving me insight.
01:03:41.818 --> 01:03:46.320
Okay, this is, you're going to have a day that's maybe not feeling so great, but it's going to end up on a good note.
01:03:46.320 --> 01:03:47.757
This is the last song that came through.
01:03:47.777 --> 01:04:05.442
Try to, you know, push through it, it's going to be all right, you know um, this is funny to me because you're essentially using your playlist Like someone would use tarot cards, where it's like just yes, absolutely, and there's so many different ways you can do that.
01:04:05.461 --> 01:04:06.085
You know so many different ways.
01:04:06.085 --> 01:04:14.958
My favorite thing that ever happened with that playlist, though, is I was having one of those days where it was just kind of crappy day and I was in the shower and I get out of the shower, and the second I stepped out of the shower.
01:04:14.958 --> 01:04:36.539
That song step into my power came on, and the first line is I stepped out of the shower and I was like okay, okay, I hear you, I hear you, I hear you, you know yeah that's so cool, oh man so this makes sense because you call yourself an energy alchemist and like that's just like what you're doing all the time.
01:04:36.579 --> 01:04:45.403
You're like kind of taking different things and yeah, and making meaning and like shifting your energy.
01:04:45.824 --> 01:04:54.527
Yeah, right, so that term comes from the old world, meaning of changing lead into gold right, Taking something dense and perceived as worthless and turning it into something valuable.
01:04:54.527 --> 01:05:00.027
The way I work is when I have a private session with someone, I rarely use my tarot card.
01:05:00.027 --> 01:05:04.704
It is all about conversation, because as a channel I work best when we talk.
01:05:04.704 --> 01:05:13.025
As you've seen through this whole thing, I just open up and let whatever needs to come out come out, and it usually takes us in the direction we need to go.
01:05:13.025 --> 01:05:18.534
I think people sometimes come to me and they want me to give them the answer to the question.
01:05:18.534 --> 01:05:21.179
But the problem is is that doesn't give you any empowerment.
01:05:21.179 --> 01:05:24.804
I want you to understand that you can figure out the answer to the question.
01:05:24.804 --> 01:05:26.188
You just need the tools to do it.
01:05:26.188 --> 01:05:28.478
And you know there's nothing.
01:05:29.000 --> 01:05:36.367
My most favorite feeling in the whole world is sitting with someone and talking them through something and seeing the look on their face when they have that moment of recognition.
01:05:36.367 --> 01:05:38.177
Oh, I get it.
01:05:38.177 --> 01:05:40.500
That's something I'm constantly chasing.
01:05:40.500 --> 01:05:41.762
That's what makes me happy.
01:05:41.762 --> 01:05:44.905
That's why I'm doing this, because I love that moment of empowerment.
01:05:45.387 --> 01:05:52.648
But I'm never going to just give you the answer, because there's no value to be gained from that You've got to see your own strength.
01:05:52.648 --> 01:05:56.360
So I think people sometimes come in and they want me to just read cards.
01:05:56.360 --> 01:05:58.335
It'll take me literally five minutes to read cards for you.
01:05:58.335 --> 01:06:23.722
But if you want to have a conversation and want to get into something deeper and figure out why you're doing the things you are, that's kind of where the energy transformation comes in and the modulation of your frequency and all that sort of stuff there's such a bigger difference to doing that, because the people that are wanting like a reading and just tell me, tell me how I feel, or tell me what's going on in my life they're to just kind of keep seeking more of that.
01:06:23.742 --> 01:06:29.150
Well okay, got it Like part of the problem, right, until they find someone who tells them what they want to hear.
01:06:29.150 --> 01:06:31.902
Right, yeah, right.
01:06:37.375 --> 01:06:44.043
And but that's just once again like, like, uh, uh, uh, sacrificing your own sovereignty for someone else's system, and like a different set of rules that you want to live with and right, and like a different set of rules that you want to live within, right, right.
01:06:44.043 --> 01:06:50.291
Would you argue that, like everyone is doing that, everyone is doing their own form of divination and alchemy.
01:06:50.291 --> 01:06:53.019
Like all the time, they just don't know what they're doing.
01:06:53.059 --> 01:06:57.380
Naturally, yes and no, I think for most people.
01:06:57.380 --> 01:07:06.980
Um, when it comes to alchemy, when there is the feeling of discomfort, they stop because you have to push through the discomfort to get to the other side, right?
01:07:07.661 --> 01:07:25.902
And for most people, people who are unawakened I hate to generalize, but for most people who are not super self-aware when they come up against a challenge, when the challenge comes to the point of making them personally uncomfortable, they back away from the change required to push through that right.
01:07:25.902 --> 01:07:37.021
People who are awakened tend to be more willing to push through the challenge because we have learned things like the closer to a manifestation you get, the bigger the shadow attached to it is.
01:07:37.021 --> 01:07:42.360
You have to push through that shadow before you can embody the thing you want, and that has to do with frequency.
01:07:42.360 --> 01:07:51.742
If you're holding on to a belief that you can't ride a bike, you're never going to be able to ride that bike until you tell yourself you can do it, and that's a matching of frequency.
01:07:52.518 --> 01:07:57.800
By the way, I really love the way you use Shazam, because I use Shazam to track songs and groups that I hate.
01:07:57.800 --> 01:08:04.369
If you look at my Shazam, I'll be at a restaurant and be like this song sucks and I'll shazam it.
01:08:04.369 --> 01:08:08.677
I'm like oh man, now I know who to blame.
01:08:09.398 --> 01:08:11.222
You know, I just I started.
01:08:11.222 --> 01:08:20.225
Music has always, always moved me and something interesting both of my children I think it's called synesthesia when they listen to music they're both musicians.
01:08:20.225 --> 01:08:21.215
And when they listen to music they see colors.
01:08:21.215 --> 01:08:24.274
And they did not know that wasn't normal.
01:08:24.274 --> 01:08:26.341
They thought everybody saw that.
01:08:26.341 --> 01:08:27.684
It's kind of like someone who's colorblind.
01:08:27.684 --> 01:08:29.618
Until you tell them they're colorblind, they don't know.
01:08:29.618 --> 01:08:30.740
The world doesn't look like that.
01:08:30.740 --> 01:08:33.759
I was sitting next to my daughter at an orchestra concert.
01:08:33.759 --> 01:08:37.695
She plays um violin and we're listening to this orchestra and she's taught.
01:08:37.695 --> 01:08:44.087
She made some offhand remark about how beautiful it was and I'm like, yeah, it is really beautiful, because I beautiful she goes, I love that color and I'm like what she's like.
01:08:44.106 --> 01:08:44.747
I love that color.
01:08:45.529 --> 01:08:46.109
What are you talking about?
01:08:46.109 --> 01:08:54.681
And then she started talking about it and it helped me realize that we all access these energies, these frequencies, in so many different ways.
01:08:54.681 --> 01:08:56.640
Yeah, it's just an individual thing.
01:08:56.640 --> 01:08:58.402
For her, she sees color.
01:08:58.402 --> 01:09:01.462
For me, I get chills and goosebumps in my body and all this stuff.
01:09:01.462 --> 01:09:06.582
But we're both being affected by the same piece of music, just translating it differently.
01:09:08.275 --> 01:09:13.239
We don't have time for all this, but when we talk you're opening.
01:09:13.279 --> 01:09:14.302
Are you opening a new?
01:09:14.623 --> 01:09:17.360
I'm trying not to, but I just want to cause.
01:09:17.360 --> 01:09:18.444
I want to make sure she has a second.
01:09:19.277 --> 01:09:27.359
I know I want to make sure she has a second to chill before a client, but you talked about that vision that you had where you saw the earth split in mitosis, like a mitosis kind of thing.
01:09:27.359 --> 01:09:30.180
Help me square this Like.
01:09:30.180 --> 01:09:35.583
What does this mean when we talk about like the earth or consciousness splitting or something?
01:09:35.583 --> 01:09:38.645
Is that, what is that how it comes about in 3D?
01:09:38.645 --> 01:09:43.550
Someone's not going to want to talk to you, or is there some kind of big thing that supposedly is going to occur?
01:09:44.189 --> 01:09:45.131
Well, I don't know.
01:09:45.131 --> 01:09:48.273
The short answer is I don't know, but my intuition is no.
01:09:48.273 --> 01:09:49.216
It's not a big event.
01:09:49.216 --> 01:09:52.243
5d is not somewhere you can live.
01:09:52.243 --> 01:09:55.275
People need to remember that you are a multi-dimensional being.
01:09:55.275 --> 01:09:56.859
You live on all levels all the time.
01:09:56.859 --> 01:10:00.724
You have a 3D body, you have a 4D mind and you have access to the 5D possibility.
01:10:00.724 --> 01:10:02.627
You are constantly moving in and out of this.
01:10:02.627 --> 01:10:06.612
So the idea of moving to a higher timeline, that's a misnomer.
01:10:06.612 --> 01:10:11.926
You're not moving to 5D, you're moving to a higher timeline for you, right, and what that means?
01:10:11.987 --> 01:10:22.319
What's happening right now is we're seeing a divide in the collective between people who are awakened and people who are not, and for a long time, those two timelines have very much mirrored each other.
01:10:22.319 --> 01:10:28.109
But we have reached a point where they're starting to do this and it looks like on one side and it's not.
01:10:28.109 --> 01:10:30.519
People ask me all the time is it about being a Republican?
01:10:30.519 --> 01:10:31.462
Is it about being a Democrat?
01:10:31.462 --> 01:10:33.595
It has nothing to do with it.
01:10:33.595 --> 01:10:41.720
Only to the fact where on one side, on the unawakened side, you will see people who are very mired down in their own perspective.
01:10:41.720 --> 01:10:44.988
I am a Democrat standing over here, refusing to see your side.
01:10:44.988 --> 01:10:47.181
I'm a Republican standing over here to see your side.
01:10:47.181 --> 01:10:54.960
Neither one is right, but the refusal to see or to accept that someone else's opinion outside of yours is valuable is part of the problem.
01:10:54.960 --> 01:11:00.020
On the awakened collective, you have someone who says I'm a Democrat, this is what I believe.
01:11:00.020 --> 01:11:00.842
What do you believe?
01:11:00.842 --> 01:11:09.177
You have someone who says I'm a Republican, this is what I believe.
01:11:09.177 --> 01:11:09.680
How can we work together?
01:11:09.680 --> 01:11:10.462
That's what that feels like, right.
01:11:10.483 --> 01:11:16.521
So what's happening is you're getting people starting to conglomerate onto either side, so you will have some friends who suddenly don't come around so much anymore.
01:11:16.521 --> 01:11:19.796
You don't hear from them, not because you cut them out or they move.
01:11:19.796 --> 01:11:24.923
They just aren't there so much anymore and it's because your frequency is no longer harmonic.
01:11:24.923 --> 01:11:26.806
They're sort of dissonant against you.
01:11:26.806 --> 01:11:32.081
So they naturally, like dish soap and dirty water, will naturally move away from you.
01:11:32.081 --> 01:11:37.881
But you will also attract new people to you, people who are curious and more aligned with what you're doing.
01:11:37.983 --> 01:11:40.797
And this is what it's meant by the dividing of the timeline.
01:11:40.797 --> 01:11:47.024
It's not necessarily there's going to be a brand new earth that we're all teleported to, which would be nice, but that's not going to happen.
01:11:47.024 --> 01:11:54.836
The idea that you are finding yourself more and more grouped, with people more in alignment with you.
01:11:54.836 --> 01:11:59.855
So for a lot of people who are awakening, there's a big feeling of a pull to physically move.
01:11:59.855 --> 01:12:00.898
I feel it.
01:12:00.898 --> 01:12:02.420
A lot of people I know feel it.
01:12:02.420 --> 01:12:04.484
I just don't feel comfortable where I am anymore.
01:12:04.484 --> 01:12:07.970
I have this feeling of wanting to be more near the coast or more near wherever.
01:12:09.435 --> 01:12:10.899
We're literally in four months.
01:12:10.899 --> 01:12:14.106
We're moving to the coast of San Diego from.
01:12:14.106 --> 01:12:15.658
Oh my God, I'm so jealous.
01:12:15.979 --> 01:12:18.805
That's where I want to go, so that's what I'm saying.
01:12:18.805 --> 01:12:39.798
But a lot of people are feeling that and Bashar says this and I 100% agree with him that what's going to happen it's not that these other people are going to disappear, it's they won't affect you as much because you're going to be living on the coast of San Diego in your bubble of people who align with you and choices you make that are good for you, and those people who are stuck in struggle will stay where they are.
01:12:39.798 --> 01:12:47.724
It doesn't mean that that stuff isn't happening in the real world, but your attention to it is what brings it into your timeline.
01:12:47.724 --> 01:12:58.447
So, like the bowling shoes, I completely forgot about that until he brought it up and then it brought it right back into my timeline and now I'm thinking about it and returning it, pulling it right back here.
01:12:58.447 --> 01:13:01.720
The same thing with politics and all the stuff going on.
01:13:01.900 --> 01:13:03.625
I don't ever listen to the news.
01:13:03.625 --> 01:13:05.007
I will not listen to the news.
01:13:05.007 --> 01:13:09.024
It's so crazy, but I still know enough about what's going on to keep me updated.
01:13:09.024 --> 01:13:10.320
I don't need to know the details.
01:13:10.320 --> 01:13:11.500
I can do nothing about it.
01:13:11.500 --> 01:13:19.487
And the sooner you recognize that your anxiety is being fed by a feeling of not being able to control something you literally cannot control.
01:13:19.487 --> 01:13:29.478
It helps to dissipate that a little bit and you feel yourself being drawn towards things that feel better, you know, careers that feel better, people that feel better, locations that feel better Right.
01:13:30.740 --> 01:13:32.104
Yeah, that makes perfect sense.
01:13:32.184 --> 01:13:42.222
I'm always trying to, because there's no shortage of people on like the internet who are telling us that, like any day now, the, the aliens, are going to come and take half of us.
01:13:42.283 --> 01:14:17.041
It's gonna be crazy you know what, maybe, but I don't think so, you know yeah, but then I'm always like the way I've distilled that is like okay, listen, if, if these, like you know, the galactics and stuff that people are interacting with, if they are existing on an energetic level, they're telling us readings from an energetic level and we manifest things here in a very 3d slow mannerism, it's like congress like congress is 20, 20 years behind everything that we need right we're gonna go with like 30, 40 okay we're gonna need to back up a little bit on that one, yeah it's the same thing like in in our 3d reality, like we are a little bit behind of what's happening energetically.
01:14:17.100 --> 01:14:22.962
There's a big energetic split, but that's going to manifest very slowly here right, well, and it comes down to the idea of frequency.
01:14:23.002 --> 01:14:24.704
I hate to interrupt you, but the idea of frequency.
01:14:24.704 --> 01:14:26.268
Right, things are all in the 5D.
01:14:26.268 --> 01:14:27.489
We're moving very fast.
01:14:27.489 --> 01:14:29.420
Frequency, all of possibility, is here.
01:14:29.420 --> 01:14:33.502
To bring it down into probability, you have to bring it down into 4D, which is time.
01:14:33.502 --> 01:14:38.701
So it has to go from this to this and then, as you process it through time in your mind, it goes from this to this.
01:14:38.701 --> 01:14:41.989
Because 3D is heavy, it's a heavy environment.
01:14:41.989 --> 01:14:43.212
You cannot take all of this.
01:14:43.212 --> 01:14:51.176
It gets compressed to come down and manifest in the way that you've made room for it too you know that makes all the sense.
01:14:51.315 --> 01:14:53.520
Yeah, as once again, I'm gonna say it.
01:14:53.520 --> 01:14:55.305
The listeners have heard me say it a lot.
01:14:55.305 --> 01:14:58.578
Time is a joke, but it's, it's the our condition.
01:14:58.918 --> 01:15:02.304
Yeah here, yeah your mind is where time lives.
01:15:02.304 --> 01:15:05.569
Yeah, your mind can travel forward and backwards in time.
01:15:05.569 --> 01:15:07.380
That's the only piece of you that can.
01:15:07.380 --> 01:15:13.323
Right, but it's also the dimension in between all possibility and 3D.
01:15:13.323 --> 01:15:16.710
Reality is you have to process it through your mind, which is where time lives.
01:15:16.710 --> 01:15:20.703
The reason we incarnate is because in the 5D there's no time.
01:15:20.703 --> 01:15:21.606
Nothing ever changes.
01:15:21.606 --> 01:15:24.564
If there's no progression of time, there is no progression right?
01:15:24.564 --> 01:15:30.902
So you incarnate into 3D so that you can experience the progression of time and therefore go through growth.
01:15:31.574 --> 01:15:35.466
Otherwise, if you can't produce that movement of time, you cannot grow.
01:15:35.466 --> 01:15:42.341
And because we are quantumly entangled with our higher self, like this, everything you learn here, they learn at exactly the same time.
01:15:42.341 --> 01:15:47.063
So that's the purpose of this physical incarnation is to learn and grow.
01:15:47.063 --> 01:15:48.206
You're not here to save anybody.
01:15:48.206 --> 01:15:49.176
You're not here to save the world.
01:15:49.176 --> 01:15:57.420
You're here to figure yourself out and, as a side effect of that, you help other people oh, time is time.
01:15:57.460 --> 01:15:59.181
Is the the canvas on which we are?
01:15:59.221 --> 01:16:01.284
painting that.
01:16:01.284 --> 01:16:02.265
That helped.
01:16:02.265 --> 01:16:07.752
I'm going to be chewing on that for the rest of the day, I think.
01:16:08.876 --> 01:16:10.963
Listeners Lauren's brow is furrowed.
01:16:13.615 --> 01:16:15.141
Deep in thought right now.
01:16:15.716 --> 01:16:16.778
I can see the neurons.
01:16:16.838 --> 01:16:24.195
Yeah, okay, yeah, that helps me, okay, thank you.
01:16:24.537 --> 01:16:42.805
That's what I mean, like sometimes you just need an explanation anchored in something you understand, so that you can pull down the bigger understanding yeah, because my brain wants to go when I start having those existential freak outs of like but why?
01:16:43.345 --> 01:16:46.069
And like Frank's like, calm down, lauren.
01:16:46.069 --> 01:16:50.720
It's that kind of thing where I'm like but why?
01:16:50.720 --> 01:16:57.841
Why do we need to come into these human bodies and like, but that's such a great explanation for me.
01:16:58.884 --> 01:17:02.436
There's no change without progression of time, otherwise it just exists.
01:17:02.436 --> 01:17:08.204
So in order to grow, to learn, to expand, you have to experience change, which is the element of time.
01:17:08.204 --> 01:17:10.307
Come down through it to a 3D body.
01:17:11.890 --> 01:17:12.591
Fantastic.
01:17:12.591 --> 01:17:17.015
You explained something kind of similar, but you said it in a very abstract way.
01:17:17.034 --> 01:17:18.782
Yeah, I'm learning right now that it went over your head.
01:17:18.782 --> 01:17:19.304
That's okay.
01:17:21.176 --> 01:17:21.435
This is.
01:17:21.515 --> 01:17:22.117
Erin's job.
01:17:22.117 --> 01:17:22.657
She's great at it.
01:17:22.676 --> 01:17:36.469
You were like we are a reflection of time or something, and I was like I don't know what the hell you're saying, so I'm going to move on Sometimes, laura would be like very concrete, like a visual yeah.
01:17:36.548 --> 01:17:38.371
Yeah, that was painted on time.
01:17:38.430 --> 01:17:39.952
I'm like what the fuck are you saying?
01:17:40.654 --> 01:17:45.966
Listen, sometimes I have something really weird and big to say and I have to say it, but I know I have two sentences.
01:17:46.167 --> 01:17:46.967
It's not for me.
01:17:47.175 --> 01:17:53.583
I have two sentences of tolerance from Lauren and I'm like I got to figure out, Okay, and I'm like time is a painting and then I walk away.
01:17:55.715 --> 01:17:58.863
He's dropping just little bombs of provision right around him.
01:17:58.863 --> 01:18:00.426
Very profound, here you go.
01:18:04.895 --> 01:18:05.177
See you later.
01:18:05.177 --> 01:18:08.681
Then Aaron comes over and says says something, something better yeah, oh, now that makes sense.
01:18:08.681 --> 01:18:11.260
He's like god damn it oh my god.
01:18:11.341 --> 01:18:20.122
Okay, all right, aaron, tell everybody where to find you and your services and all that stuff, because this has been such a nice conversation follow Aaron on TikTok because we do.
01:18:20.881 --> 01:18:22.091
Oh yeah, I love it.
01:18:22.131 --> 01:18:24.363
I told you before we started, but I haven't told the audience.
01:18:24.363 --> 01:18:30.060
I literally have been starting my day with Aaron's TikToks for the past month at least, and I have no plan on stopping.
01:18:31.216 --> 01:18:32.882
Well, hopefully TikTok is still around.
01:18:32.882 --> 01:18:34.481
We don't know what's going to happen to TikTok.
01:18:35.256 --> 01:18:36.260
I'll follow you over there, yeah.
01:18:37.359 --> 01:18:45.427
So I have a website it's just consciouslyaaroncom, and through that website you can book a private session with me, which comes in 30 or 50 minute increments.
01:18:45.427 --> 01:18:51.479
It's not tarot card readings, it's a conversation, but you can get a lot done in that time.
01:18:51.479 --> 01:18:56.177
It also will link you to my Patreon channel, which is where I'm building a conscious community.
01:18:56.177 --> 01:19:01.149
I host classes, workshops, I put up lots of articles that I write.
01:19:01.149 --> 01:19:04.636
I make posts about connections between science and spirituality.
01:19:04.636 --> 01:19:11.599
I use Patreon a lot, like most people use Facebook, and my fun thing that I'm doing right now is I'm a writer.
01:19:11.599 --> 01:19:15.818
I've always been a writer and I'm writing a serial novel and I just put the first chapter out.
01:19:15.818 --> 01:19:18.747
So each month you'll get a new chapter of this novel that's out.
01:19:18.747 --> 01:19:21.077
This was a story that came to me in a dream.
01:19:21.917 --> 01:19:24.260
This is a dream that I'm just writing out.
01:19:24.699 --> 01:19:25.621
That's amazing oh my gosh.
01:19:25.661 --> 01:19:26.721
This is a dream that I'm just writing out.
01:19:26.742 --> 01:19:27.542
That's amazing, that's awesome.
01:19:27.542 --> 01:19:27.943
Hey, you know what?
01:19:27.943 --> 01:19:30.985
That's how the Twilight Saga got started, so I'm sure yours is better.
01:19:32.127 --> 01:19:34.148
So I have my Patreon channel.
01:19:34.148 --> 01:19:36.029
You can find it through my website.
01:19:36.029 --> 01:19:38.311
On there I have Professor Brown Breaks it Down.
01:19:38.311 --> 01:19:43.538
That's a class that meets once a month where we talk about metaphysical things.
01:19:43.538 --> 01:19:44.341
It's run like a college classroom.
01:19:44.341 --> 01:19:48.454
You have reading assigned, you have discussion posts for it, you have all kinds of stuff.
01:19:48.454 --> 01:19:50.399
Then we have the SoulQuest Book Club.
01:19:50.399 --> 01:19:54.537
That is a self-guided life coaching program that I wrote myself.
01:19:54.537 --> 01:19:55.682
It's a book that I wrote.
01:19:55.682 --> 01:20:05.525
It is a self-guided life coaching program because I want everybody to be able to do it, and what the book club is doing is we're meeting once a month to talk about each chapter as a group.
01:20:05.605 --> 01:20:06.266
How did you feel?
01:20:06.266 --> 01:20:06.927
What came up?
01:20:06.927 --> 01:20:07.909
What did you work through?
01:20:07.909 --> 01:20:10.359
I'm not leading, I'm just facilitating this.
01:20:10.359 --> 01:20:22.722
And then we have a I call it a town hall where once a month, I go live on Patreon, which is kind of like being live on YouTube, and I'm just going to answer your questions as much as I can about whatever's going on in your life.
01:20:22.722 --> 01:20:25.047
I'm going to answer your questions as much as I can about whatever's going on in your life.
01:20:25.047 --> 01:20:26.891
I'm going to sit in my channel and just embrace whatever comes through.
01:20:26.891 --> 01:20:32.024
And there's that, not to mention all the written material that's on there, so it's kind of like a library.
01:20:32.024 --> 01:20:35.586
But you can find that through my website, which is consciously Erincom.
01:20:36.109 --> 01:20:38.837
Erin, thank you so much, and thank you for making my mornings better in general.
01:20:39.059 --> 01:20:43.247
Yeah, bye, guys have a great afternoon, thank you.
01:20:43.247 --> 01:20:46.340
Yeah, thanks, bye, guys have a great afternoon, thank you.
01:20:46.380 --> 01:20:47.202
Thank you for listening.
