Bee: If you are listening to this episode, I already know you are someone that is committed to insane levels of growth. Like you have a really big vision, and you are someone that is all in on your business, on your goals, because you are someone that is going the extra mile. You're not just doing the bare minimum. You are committed to learning about yourself. You are committed to understanding yourself, your blocks in business, and you are making sure that you don't miss a single gap. And I know you can practically feel, you can feel what it would be like to get towards your goals. You can feel how what would be different on a day-to-day basis. And you keep promising yourself that, you know, once you hit a certain marker, once you hit that number, once you sign a client, that's when you'll take some time off. That's when you'll take a bit more time for you. That's when you'll focus on your health and fitness a bit more. And so you constantly keep working and you constantly keep pushing for the evidence. You keep waiting for the month. The launch, the testimonial, but even when a good month arrives, you struggle to get it to stick. And that you find yourself doubting yourself, waiting for it all full all fall apart. On this almost like constant roller coaster of like high low, high low, high low, comparing yourself, feeling like an apost imposter, and like nothing is ever quite good enough, even when you are hitting the most incredible, incredible milestones. And none of this is a coincidence, but it is because you are building your business backwards. And so in this episode, I am going to help you stop waiting for the evidence, stop waiting for the external outcome, and actually start showing up as the version of you that already has the business that you want, that's already hit the 20k mumps, that's already sold out her next launch, that already knows her dream client is in. Because in order for us to actually get to that external outcome, we have to start being the version of us that can actually hold it. Otherwise, we are just constantly going to be cock blocking ourselves. So, welcome. Today we are going to be talking about one of the most important frameworks. Like, you will want to listen to this episode 10 times over because when you are able to master this, you will see your business like generally quantum quantum leap. Like it is one of the biggest shifts. And when I started really embodying this and practicing this, It was the thing that had everybody saying like, hey, something's different about you. Like you are moving faster. Like, I don't know what's going on, but you seem like a different person. It was the thing that had people stopping. It was the thing that had more clients messaging me. I remember having like old clients reach out after years since we've been working together and saying, like, I just can't stop watching your posts. And it wasn't because anything in the external changed, but it was because I had changed in how I was showing up on a daily basis. And often we are taught to run things completely backwards. We get so caught up in the external goal. And it makes sense. You're building a business. You are wanting to be successful. And so you get so focused in the income, the number of clients, the impact, that you actually forget to go right down to the very root. So by the end of the episode, you are going to know exactly what sequence you've been running. You're going to understand why it has kept you stuck, even when the results have technically been there. So that you can leave with a specific practice that you're gonna start right away, like literally immediately after listening to this episode, you are going to be able to implement it and you will see the shift like pretty quickly, pretty damn quickly. You are going to be amazed. So let's start with where most of us have actually been taught, even if nobody's ever said it outright. So A lot of the time we focus on, like I said, the external. Like once I have the result, the income, the clients, the audience, then I will do the things that that version of me does. Then I'll start showing up more. Then I'll start the YouTube, then I'll start the podcast, I'll do the event, I'll charge more, I'll I'll I'll then be more confident. And then I'll finally be her. I'll be the confident one, I'll be the successful one, the one who's actually made it. the surface, that seems logical. Like we think that The more external evidence we have, the more confidence we have. And the problem with this though is that it makes your entire identity and self worth based on something external. And why is that a problem? Because if it is based on something external, it also means it can be taken away at any point. It also means that it's not just yours. You can't turn it on whenever you need it. And so when something that goes against the external evidence that you're building happens, it immediately locks you down. So For example, a client hands in their notice, you're sudden suddenly questioning, are you good enough to do this? Is this really who you are? You know, what if you're a really bad, bad coach, bad service provider, whatever whatever it is that you do, you are immediately knocking yourself down because the external evidence has changed and because you haven't built up how you see yourself and your self-worth to be able to hold it. And whilst we are running from this premise, you are always going to be having highs and lows, and you're going to be building a business that is reactive. And instead, we need to be stepping into our like embodied CEO version where we are actually able to treat our business like a business. And even if we do have a month where it's a little bit quieter than normal, we don't hit the goals that we want to hit, we want to be able to look at this fully objectively because we know. that we are still good at what we do, we know that we are still creating the impact that we want to have and our self-worth and our identity doesn't change based on that, which then means you'll be able to respond in the way that allows your business to grow again versus spiraling and getting yourself in a massive old h massive old hole. And a perfect example of this is literally the weekend just gone. I hosted an event and I hosted it with a friend that is in business who creates is a content strategist and she's incredible at what she does. But both of us have started our Instagram pages within the past year. And both of us are in new ventures in our business. And it would be so easy for us to say it's not the right time for us to do an event. you know, we need more external evidence. We need more clients. We need more income. We need more followers. Like whatever it might be. It would be so easy for us to say we don't have the external evidence to do it. And yet we hosted the event we sold out with almost a month to go and we had the most incredible feedback. And the women that came to that event are already moving differently. They are posting balls of your posts. They are showing up with so much more energy and conviction in their business. Because we did not wait for the external evidence. Instead, we showed up as if it was inevitable. We were confident, regardless. We knew that we had the skill set and the ability to create an incredibly impactful event that would be so beneficial to every single woman that came to that event. And that is exactly what we did. So I'm going to introduce you to something that. I don't want to be dramatic, but it will change your life. It will change your life. And that is the be do have. This is the sequence that is going to create lasting change, and it is the reverse of how most people show up. You decide right now, before you have any evidence, before you feel ready, before the numbers justify who you are. Not who you are going to become one day, but who you are right from the get-go. Because from that identity, you are going to show up differently. The doing is going to completely shift. Not because you had to try harder or you had to force yourself into more discipline, but because you are starting to do the actions that you used to put off. You are posting content that sounds more like you. You are posting a bold caption with your opinion. You are raising your prices because you are good at what you freaking do. You go all in instead of half-heartedly hoping something works. And then you are going to have the results of follow from that, not because you manifest them, but because you are actually showing up as a woman that is capable of both achieving and holding those results. But we have to first start with who you are being on a daily basis. Because often what I see happen is we put this version of you, this future version of you that is making more money, that is bringing in more clients, that is having more inquiries up on a pedestal. And we get so caught up in the gap of who she is and what she does and where we are now and where Doesn't match that right now, and we just get so caught up in the gap that we end up staying in the exact same place and we say that can never be me, that feels so far away, and we trap ourselves and we limit ourselves. And this is not about performing confidence and pretending to be someone, someone you're not, but it is about calling yourself up to a higher standard. It is about recognizing that the version of you that started your business is not the same version of you that is going to allow you to grow your business. And this is why the biggest limit to where your business can go is always you, because we often carry the same beliefs that we had when we first started our business, expecting things to change. So this is about deciding what you are no longer available, what standard you are going to hold yourself to, how you are going to think and believe and act on a day-to-day basis. Because the old sequence is what your subconscious learned was safe. It was what kept you repeating the same patterns time and time again. And that is what felt comfortable and that is why we keep repeating it. But if we want to stretch ourselves and if we want to really grow our business, which like I said, I know if you're listening to this, you really, really do. It has to start with us being someone else. It has to start with us taking the ballsy action and starting to embody that. It has to start with us seeking out opportunities, showing up with more conviction. So how do we actually close this gap right now? How do we take that version of us that we've put up on a pedestal, the version of us hosting events, the version of us just going all in on our business and the version of us that is currently right now like one foot in, one foot out, questioning if it'll work or saying she'll take more time off when XYZ happens? How do we close that gap? Because I do not want this to be an episode that you know along to and you go, shit, that's me. And then you don't actually change it, I think, because we are not here for that. We are here to take action, we are here to change our businesses. I want this podcast. Like, I literally don't care that it's free. I want you to get so much value from this that you start to see the shift in how you show up every day and in your business. Because the gap between you and her doesn't close through more evidence. It will not close by a new client signing. It will not close by being approached for a speaking event. It closes through you deciding and then you building that proof on a day-to-day basis. So Here is what I mean. Like right now, today, as you are listening to this episode, whatever time of day it is, I don't care if it's 9 p.m. or 7 a.m., you decide you are showing up differently. You ask yourself how does the version of you that has already achieved your goals, how does she make decisions? What does she believe is possible for her business? What type of content does she create? How does she speak? What does her day look like? How does she start her morning? Does she reach about her phone and go straight into work? Or does she fill her own cup up fast? How is she in her relationship? Yeah. What does she what does she prioritize? How does she manage her time? What does she do when things don't go to plan? How does she respond? Does she spiral? When a client hands in her notice, how does she react? Once you can see this clearly, you can start acting as her right away. I ask myself every single day, I go, how does the future version of me, how does the highest version of me show up today? What decisions does she make? So that I can embody that version and I always always find it such a good way to call yourself out and call yourself up, most importantly, because that is what is required to take us further. We need to call ourselves up. We need to recognize what we are not available for. You know, I am not available to doom scroll on on my phone first thing in the morning. I am not available to sit on my phone before I go to bed. I am not available to eat like shit in the day because that is going to impact how I show up. I'm simply not available for those things because that version of me. the version of me that h is has the six figure business and is and is scaling does not do those things okay. It's the same with this podcast episode that you're listening to. I did not wait for a big following. I did not wait for people to ask me to do the podcast. I did it with no evidence that people would listen. I started to show up as that version right from the get-go. Whether one person listens or 5,000 people listen, I still want this episode. To be so, so valuable. I still want this episode to be something that completely changes your perspective. And the second was about starting to set the boundaries. And this might seem insignificant, but there was a period of time where I kept letting client calls run over. I kept being available outside of working hours. In fact, in all honesty, I literally did not have working hours. And that was because some part of me was constantly trying to prove to clients that I was worth the money, that I was worth the investment, that I was, you know, I was there for them as they needed. I didn't want anyone to question. And so I was constantly trying to get my worth from. Clients. And again, this was operating from La Virgin of Me that started her business who didn't believe it was possible, that didn't believe people would ever buy from her. And so I had to make that decision before I had any evidence that it would be okay to start setting the boundaries and treating my business like a business, to knowing that I delivered enough work to my clients, whether I responded at 10 pm or 9 a.m. the next day after I'd had a good night's sleep. And by me setting those boundaries, obviously every single one of my clients was completely on board with it. Two, I led by example and I taught people what was acceptable for them as well, and that they needed to do the same in their businesses and their lives. And three, it actually just demanded more respect of people because I respected more my time more and I respected how I looked after myself more. And these small repeated moments and choices every single day are you closing the gap between where you are now and the highest version of you. And it's also really, really important that you actually celebrate every single decision you make. So whenever you do show up as this version of you, whenever you do choose differently, I do not want you to brush over this because we are so good at diminishing the changes we make and seeing it as not a big deal and yet super hyper fixating on the moments that don't go, don't quite go to plans. So When you put your phone in a different room, when you do the uncomfortable task, when you do a workout, when you wanted to skip it, whatever it might be, when you are pushing yourself, when you are holding yourself to that higher standard, I want you to celebrate it so loudly. You can message me and tell me what you are celebrating. Tell me how you showed up as that version of you. I will celebrate you so loudly with you. But you have to start celebrating because it starts to Again, build the evidence in your brain that you are no longer available for the same thing, that you are this person. That is your new normal. And the more you celebrate, the more your brain is going to start to pay attention to these other small decisions. And we often brush over the small decisions because they feel insignificant. But think about it like building a house. It is literally brick by brick. And it can feel like a slow process, but every single brick is so, so important because we want a rock solid, beautiful ass house that is who we are becoming. And so what really want you to take from this episode is every single morning, I want you to write down exactly how you are showing up today, showing up as that highest version of yourself, because every single day it is going to get you into that state of who do I need to be today? Who does my business need me to be? Who, you know, who do I need to be for my relationships? Who do I need to be for myself? And that is going to help you start to close the gap. Because you do not have to wait for the external result to start being that version. You can start right now, right today. You do not need permission. And you are going to be amazed at how differently you show up. I am genuinely so excited for you because your future self was never meant to be on a pedestal. You are able to step into her right away. And if you are wanting to go deeper on this, I am going to link below your relaxed six figure self, which is a short program that has two trainings explaining further exactly how your subconscious works, two visualizations, so you can step into that version of you, your highest self, and build that pathway in your brain so it becomes automatic for you. And 21 days of journaling prompts so that you build the evidence for this being simply who you are now. In 21 days, which at the point of recording is like partway through August, you could feel completely, completely different. But thank you for listening. Please message me your biggest takeaways. I will see you in the next episode.
